Gosh how naïve I was if only I knew to read reviews about ERIC DRESS Company I would have never ordered my "Fabulous Pearl Closed Toe High Heels Women Pumps" for $127.82
The processing time was showing 5-7 calendar days, and shipping time 2-8 calendar days
I ordered them on January 31st 2014 and I got them on March 25th
I ordered size 9 and I got size 8 ½
EricDress are very tight my toes are squeezed I know I won't be able to wear them all day long and dance with them they are way too tight they are pretty don't get me wrong but they are so tight and poorly glued inside. Now my wedding is on May 31st now I need to look for wedding shoes... again... the reason I bought them was because they looked so beautiful and expensive, I didn't know where they were coming from. If I only knew... I say stay away from anything that is exported from China. When you e mail them they always say "don't worry" "you worry too much" or they will tell you we have no control once the package leaves CHINA... HELL the shoes were still in China... they would not respond to your e mails... they would ignore you... they want you to call them... but when you leave them the message they won't call you back... this is messed up business... DO not and I say again DO NOT order anything from them. Unless you are not about quality... and unless you are ok to wait forever... and if you are ok to wear something that won't fit you correctly... ridicules business... and their workers are a joke... they don't care because if they would they would respect you... your time... and your business... they know you won't do nothing to them... and that would be the truth... and the funny part is I cannot sent those shoes back to them because the package would cost me close to $200
So... that's my experience with them... never again... ever...

MISLEADING and DISHONEST - DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY.
DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM erricdress. I brought a jacket that did not show, in any photos, the badge it had on the left sleeve. I contacted ericdress and said I felt misled as the badge wasn't shown and that I wanted a full refund and for them to cover the return postage cost. After several weeks and several emails where EricDress tried to claim the badge was visible and that they would not cover the return postage cost, they agreed they were in the wrong and would refund me in full including postage. Note that they said the badge was visible because looking at the jacket from the front you can see the edge of the badge in the site photo. This is true but the photo shows the edge of the badge which was about a millimetre thick and barely noticeable. You can't see what the badge looks like, you can just barely see the edge of something on the sleeve. You can't even identify it as a badge. So I was refunded the cost of the jacket but they went back on there word and said they'd only cover part of the postage cost and not the full cost. This really annoyed me because they I have it in writing that they would give me a full refund including postage.
Ericdress is not an honourable company. In fact they outright lie. From the moment I tried to return the Jacket they have made it as difficult as possible to do. And even after making promises they now refuse to honour that promise.
I will never buy anything from them again.

ERICDRESS Completely unsatisfactory
I made a significant order for 16 shoes with Eric Dress and I was so disappointed. The first 3 shoes arrived and the first one had 42 written on it. China 42 is supposed to be UK 6.5 but the shoes were in reality a UK size 8. I tried insoles but this can never help as the shoes are way too big for me. The next batch of 7 shoes were hurriedly manufactured and of the poorest quality you can imagine. The advert said leather' but none of the shoes were leather. The finishing was extremely bad and I have attached some photos. The sad thing is this Eric Dress takes photos from other sellers and advertises them as theirs. In manufacturing, EricDress never get it right. The next batch of 8 is yet to arrive even though I made a payment on 23.08.2018. It is now 1. 10. 2018 and Eric Dress have not been able to give me a satisfactory explanation for the delay. I asked for the process for making a review and the Customer Care Team either didn't respond or tried to fob me off and addressed every issue but the question I was asking: How do I make a review? To say that I'm disappointed is an understatement. I was to attend a wedding and this is long gone now. I missed the wedding. The quality of the shoes are a huge let down as UK has shoes of the best quality so it was a wasted venture buying from Eric Dress. I saw bad reviews about Eric Dress but thought I should give the company s chance but even the bad reviews have not persuaded Eric Dress staff to try and address customers complaints/ concerns by making changes. I made strenuous efforts to bring my observations to ERIC DRESS BUT if is obvious that ERIC DRESS has no understanding of the concept of customer care as the staff have failed me in every way

Disappointed in EricDress - NEVER AGAIN! DON'T SHOP WITH THIS COMPANY!
I too ordered from EricDress and have received the orders (2) one product does not look anything like the website picture and the second product is way too small for a XL, which looks like a medium size. HUGE MISTAKE & LESSON LEARNED and I will be reporting them to the Better Business Bureau, maybe someone can shut down this website and/or company. CUSTOMER SERVICE sucks badly (EricDress only email and no way to call them).

Should be a zero star for them, as they do not deserve the 1 star at all.

I tried to call them without success as the number is in China and no one answers that number and there is no US number to call. I sent a dispute via the website and have not heard anything from anyone concerning refund instructions. Paid $200 for nothing - items were not true size and wig was wrong color ( I am going to donate the dress and throw away the wig) They offered to give me $10 back from a $27.00 dress and $60 back from a $175 US wig. DO NOT SHOP with this company unless you want to give away money like a did.

I will never shop with them anymore, as there are so many sites to order from that are reputable, affordable, and customer friendly. Return shipping is really expensive and the only way they were going to give me a refund was for when I delete this review.

Never Received Order Never Received Refund
I ordered three items for my mother wedding back Sept, plus paid the extra $30 for the express service. I never received my order, even after contacting the customer service department several times to confirm EricDress had the current address. Not one person from the customer service department tried confirming they had the current address. Then after sending serval emails, Customer service only offered $10, on a $143. Order. I've tried several more times to even see if maybe it went to the wrong address. Someone, sent a tracking number, which at first said there was no order number. Then after another attempt (5th. Time) trying to contact the customer service department. I received a email which stated I signed for a package; yet it was all the wrong information. I looked up the information and it was a warehouse. After trying once again to speak with someone in the customer service department. I received no assistant in trying to recover my items ordered; Neither was I even offered to receive a full refund. I would ask once again if the customer service department, could refund my money. I just don't feel like asking for something I know I will not receive. So I have filed a small claims suit. It's all I can do to receive any of my money back. I would tell anyone wanting to order from Eric Dresses (DON'T DO IT) I found through my attorney, the pictures aren't even there own. They are plagiarizing off of other designer's and the company isn't in the United States. Whatever you do. DO NOT PURCHASE ANY ITEMS FROM ERIC DRESSES!

Disreputable Company! Human Rights Organizations Should Investigate!
I purchase an item from this website and after a sufficient amount of time for shipping I called twice for a tracking number but never was provided one. So after a month I did a "live chat" asking them to reverse the charges upon learning EricDress never shipped the item at all but interestingly had charged my credit card on the day of my purchase. In the United States that is considered money laundrying... a federal offense! The gal on the live chat begged me to not open a dispute or she would be "punished!" YIKES, what is up with that... but this is China where human rights are not important. They charge your card and then prey on your emotions to not reverse the charges thinking some worker is going to be tortured if you file a dispute. Scary. I would question any high review of this company with suspect... likely written by their family and friends. One consumer website acknowledged this company had fake reviews posted to elevate their rating. Save yourself and delete this website immediately. If you have already made the mistake of ordering and have not seen your merchandise, dispute the charges immediately! Can't wait to see what stupid auto reply to my comment they post now. No need to resolve the dispute just cancel the order!

Beware Thieves Disguised As Apparel Sales!
Terrible experience in attempts to return a dirty tight coat that I purchased in August 2018. It is October 2018 now and I am still trying to obtain a refund for the dirty tight coat that I received. I have sent over seven emails to Eric Dress Customer Service, EricDress are very unprofessional and try to accuse the customer of not following the sizing chart then try to wheel and deal the amount of the refund they are willing to propose to you after they receive the returned item. I have sent a photograph showing the dirty stain on the coat that was prepackaged with the stain. They insist on accusing the third party shipping for making the stain during delivery. Then they offered me a $10.00 discount if I ordered another coat and keep the stain dirty coat as a so called "gift." This is the most ridiculous customer service product return experience I have ever encountered as a consumer who places orders on-line. Customer Service refuses to give me the return address for Los Angeles, CA as I understand Eric Dress has a return/distribution center in Los Angeles. They are very sneaky in dealing with unsatisfied customers; and do not offer prepaid product return labels to their customers like Macy's and Amazon.com does.
Below is an example of the poor English language email communication I recently received when I asked for the seventh time for a return address to return the defective coat that I received from them. It is like talking to the bloody wall trying to get customer service to actually offer customer service to an unsatisfied customer. A Big Scam! Never Again!

As we mentioend in last email, the dirst problem caused during the transit, also it is just a little.
The main problem is the size be chosen does not fit you well.
10$ is the most we can apply for you on your new order if you can accept it.
We can also accept your return for refund, but sorry to tell you that we have no return lable, the customer need to pay the returning cost according to the policy. The full item price should be refunded on once we get it, but we applied for you with 25$ if return.
Please kidnly understand that and let us know your final decision

They are now trying to bribe me into accepting a full refund for the defective coat; only if I agree to remove this negative review. Unbelievable! They should of offered to give me a full refund from the very first time I contacted their customer service department.

Horrible; Not genuine at all.
These people are horrible liars and thieves. I ordered 4 items from them. EricDress split my order into shipments and sent me the cheapest item first which was $16.32; the dress didn't fit the description. Size was too small it could fit a 6 yr old(American). Mind due its supposed to be for an adult. I asked for a refund and they asked me to send them the $16.32 dresses first back to China. For which shipping is more than the item. Frustrated. I TOOK A LOSE with them and PayPal; I asked them to send the rest of my clothes now someone acting stupid with me like they don't understand what is going on. They are telling me some items are out of stock; I have picked replacement item, and still nothing is sent They want to take my money with out sending my clothes. Order was 108.19 and they only item sent for $16.32. They are refusing to send the rest of my items. Pathetic that's how they steal people's money. They cant be trusted they lie to PayPal and its rulled in their favor. Dont waste your money and time. Keep your business with genuine people. People who can fight for you. Now am taking it further am gonna contact my bank, show them all my emails with them as proof of occurrences.

As you can see; 4 items ordered. 1 delivered. Don't even fit the description.

ZERO STARS!
ZERO STARS! HORRIBLE DISHONEST SELLER! EricDress sent an entirely different dress than the one I ordered and refused to acknowledge the error. Instead, they tried to convince me to keep the hideous dress they sent telling me that I would "be more beautiful" in the one they sent vice the dress I ordered. I went through several disputes via paypal and in the end ericdress wanted me to pay the shipping to return the dress before refunding me. I refused to pay the shipping as I no longer trusted them to refund me for the shipping or the dress. They would not send me a shipping label. And they even went so far as to remove the pictures of the dress I ordered from the site. My guess is they did not even have the correct dress in stock and instead of notifying me, they decided to just send an entirely different dress as a replacement. In the end I had a disgustingly ugly dress which was poorly altered, out $248 and had to purchase another dress for the Marine Corps Ball and after the alterations I spent another $200. GRRRRRRR! Do yourself a favor and buy American! Don't trust the chinamen at ERICDRESS! DIRTY CROOKS.

For over a week now I have been in correspondent with a so called "Frances" asking for an address to where I can return the unsuitable dress that I bought from Ericdress and to get a refund! She/He keeps repeating the same email over and over "please prefer" to the website re dispute! EricDress are just fobbing me off! They have my money and I have a dress that is far too small for me! I am a size 10 and I would need to lose about a stone in weight for the dress to fit me! As I read other similar complaints on this site my heart sinks! I was so looking forward to receiving the dress, thinking I'd bought something different for a future wedding and now I'm left with a useless piece of material! I have informed the company of the order number and my telephone number! Therefore "Frances" if you are reading this, don't go asking for these numbers again to make yourselves look interested in my plight! All I ask is to have my money back as soon as possible! I trusted you with your website,
You intruded into my email with your constant advertising! But once bitten twice shy- this is my second buy from the internet, I will never be buying anything from the internet ever again! And I will be spreading the word about Ericdress!

Words can't describe the terrible quality of your products
Why are the clothes of such poor quality? Not only is the material terrible but stitching is also pathetic. Come on people, take some pride ericdress, at least give the customers half the value of the products EricDress buy from you. Prices are reasonable on the website, pictures are lovely but unfortunately everything nice ends on the website itself. Crappy products are sent to the customers and it takes close to a month to receive the rubbish that they send. Tacky clothes is an understatement. I wouldn't pay 1/3 the price that I paid for the jackets that I bought if I knew that they would send products which look very much like rejects from rejects. If people looked at the products first they would never buy from you. I was stupid to have fallen for the pictures and not read reviews before buying from Ericdress. Hope no one else has to waste money an time like I did. To return the products on fast shipping costs too much money, products have to be returned within 30days from delivery of products but they didn't give me the return address until 20 days after the delivery of product and that too only after writing back reviews, not before when I made calls and sent e mails and communicated on live chat several times about my jackets. Look at the shine on the jacket, I wouldn't be caught dead wearing that, it would look like I've wrapped myself in plastic stitched by a 7 year old kid. Take a look at the photos attached.

Incompetence and fraud
Would you believe that I've not even had the opportunity to purchase anything yet because I cannot get a single customer service rep to answer 2 simple questions. The first was about 3 contradictory return/refund policies that I sent them screenshots of from their website and the second was on color discrepancies and the possible availability of color swatches. It was clear from the start that not only were EricDress incompetent because three different reps within a week responded, none of whom emailed off of my original message nor answered either of the questions posed, one of them called me by the wrong name, another didn't know if I had placed an order or not; and sadly they all showed no grasp of the English language. Each time I responded I included a copy and paste of the original email and not once were the issues addressed. It is scary that there may actually be Ericdress customers who experience problems with the company because if this is the response that occurs when someone like myself who just has questions prior to placing an order experiences then I dare say fraud is there are underlying motive when conducting business.

HORRIBLE PRODUCT & SERVICE!... Stay Away please Ppl.
I'm one that has always shopped on line for everything. I have never experienced such horrible customer service & my DRESS. " OMG "!... I wish I could take pics of this mess EricDress sent me. I had costume fitting & the measurements are terribly wrong. I could of brought three dresses for what I spent on this plus shipping cost. I repeatedly asked them how do I get a refund, GUESS WHAT, No Replies. Now when I was ordering my dress they would contact me back the next night. I have all my emails saved & still have the dress which I can't even wear because it too short which I put extra inches on it because I wanted it really long & I was wearing heels, my stomach area the dress flares out it won't even lay flat, My sleeves are way too short from the dress I had order from. I had recommended this website to my friends & family & then had to tell them all don't even shop wit this website, showed them the dress & they all agree with me. They would've had loyal customers with stores that they products could have been in but I just take this as A loss but I will go on every reveiw page that concerns this company & I SAY THIS OVER & OVER. Shop somewhere else. Thank God I didn't setup An account to purchase shoes from this company for my store. I would never treat my customers as this company done to me. Please stay away Ppl!... I ordered dresses online from one Chinese company on September 11th.
I received them on October 4th.
I was waiting for almost a month and upon receiving I noticed,
I received totally different items compared to what I had ordered.
Their quality was so junk and most of all, these dresses looked totally different design than the photos in their official site,
What I think is that EricDress hired very cheap designers and copied some designs from online, but they cannot make it as the same design as original,
After customer received the wrong item, and if buyer wants to return the item since they received a totally different design, then they usually never answered the email or phone,
Even if one can finally connect after many tries, they would just hang up on you if you mention about anything about returning.
After many tries calling, I finally could get a hold of them, but what they told me was, "just send us through email and we will reply as soon as possible." And then hung up on me, and never answered me.
They have a returning policy that says to return the item within 7 days from the date I received,
I received on the October 4th, and I tried to contact them from that day to 9th,
And one of the representatives answered me through online chatting after I got so angry,
But what she said was, she can see that they are wrong items, but there is nothing she can do,
She said, I should just keep the items or give them away to someone else who might like it, and they will give me $25 discount for the next order, which I would need to order more than $129 to have free shipping for next order.
But who would want to order again from this site if they have this kind of experience?!
So I said that I want to return the item to get a full refund, I cannot wear this junk stuff, it doesn`t even fit me, and they are not what I ordered!
And then she told me that I need to pay about $50 for the returning shipping label, if I still want to return it,
So that`s why she said it is better to just keep them and get $25 discount for the next order.
She said that their return policy is, buyer has to pay shipping fees if they are not satisfied.
So I asked, "buyer still pays even if they received the wrong items other than what they ordered?"
And she didn`t answer me, and the chatting was disconnected.
I would understand if I were the one who changed mind to buy dresses or some other reason, but I don`t understand why I have to pay $50 to return the items when they(supplier) sent me the wrong items to begin with and yet they refuse to correct the situation in an honorable manner.
I even asked her to put herself in my shoes and if she would pay $50 for the returning shipping when she received the wrong items, or just keep the wrong items with her even if she can`t wear them, and get $25 discount for the next order which has to be more than $129 to spend to get $25 discount for the next order when she received the wrong item other than what she ordered?
And she doesn`t answers me and just keep saying the same things and disconnected the chatting.
They even block buyers from being able to write bad reviews, they check the reviews first, and only put the good ones there, and erase the bad reviews.
When I tried to write my reviews to warn other customers it never posted on their site, only good reviews are posted.
After this experience, I started to search on google about this company, and found out that there were many customers who got tricked by them, and didn`t know what to do. 5
No one would understand why I have to keep the wrong item with me and cannot receive a full refund when they sent me the wrong item. Their refusal to issue a refund eventhough they sent the wrong items are not acceptable. I have tried to amicably solve this but this supplier deceives buyers and I no longer trust them.

GARBAGE!
My first time shopping out of the country. Worst mistake I ever made. I ordered over $100 US dollars for Garbage... yes that's right garbage. First there was this lovely hooded sweat jackets with animal print interior. LOL. First of all it was too tight. One size fits all? I am a woman that wears size 9-10 pants in US and Medium or Large tops. This is definitely not the jacket in the photo. It was a quick made, poorly sewn, cheap version of the jacket shown on the website. Like some kind of cheap material that you make stuffed animals with or sacks. The zippers were cheap plastic and the funny part EricDress were irregular. One side was sewn on like up to my nose and the right side horizontally to my armpit. LOL!. An uneven zipper. What I want to know is what kind of hunchback orangutan that they think would fit this crap. Next item 2 mini dresses again not what is shown on the website. They were like shirts LOL! I got a cheap replica of the dresses. Ok now 2 coats... I am still laughing. Buttons were missing, broken zipper, irregular? They should call it Ericmess instead of Ericdress. I could go on and on... I recommend not to purchase from them. Their return policy stinks... buyer has to pay round trip freight for returns. You would pay more for the freight than the junk is worth. I paid like $37 shipping to begin with when i ordered. Now if you like cheap irregular clothes and junk your friends and family would laugh at you wearing then be my guest. I had enough laughs in my house with my order. I let the cats play with the clothes. Cats love to cuddle on your clothing so they have a box full.
UPDATE: 5/29/2016- After all this time I have not gotten a refund. Only promises from Eric Dress in emails. They offered to refund me $50USD if I make this review Disappear. LOL Disappear? Lie? Deceive the public. No way. I told them I that if I received the $50 partial payment That i would state that. I spent 130 something and they were quick to take my money. Well I went into dispute with my paypal. Update I have to return all that garbage and it will cost me $149 to meet deadline. Crazy. So I not only got ripped off. But pay for it more. Once they receive the garbage back they refund me less than the shipping. So i will just trash this stuff and chuck it as a lost. But I strongly recommend people not to buy from this company. Its a RIPOFF! Plan and simple. And do not believe all these fake reviews of Happy customers. I noticed a pattern with them. The characters (Profile Pictures) for the people are similar animals and scenes? Looks suspicious to me a bunch of made up people. I could be wrong. But looks odd. Sis any have real people. Maybe a few. Well enough said. For all you people who got ripped off. Report them we should not allow them to advertise on our social media just to rip us off. Bye Now stay tuned.

THESE PEOPLE ARE CROOKS! All EricDress want is your money and they do NOT CARE about your satisfaction of the dress or anything. Not only did they not listen to my requests from the beginning day of purchase, but they delayed and delayed the processes, the alterations, even when I gave them a deadline SINCE THE PURCHASE DATE. I noted my deadline because I had to attend my brother's wedding as a bridesmaid. But THEY DID NOT UNDERSTAND. When they informed me they had not even started in the alterations (and it was a week prior to the wedding) I told them to ship it as is without alterations. But they REFUSED because they already made a note to alter it.

Time and time again I told them I did not want the dress if it could not make the deadline for the wedding, and there would be no use for the dress if i could not be the bridesmaid, but they still did not listen. They proceeded and told me that they had to finish it and that the dress would be so beautiful that I could wear it again. That is completely ridiculous! I did not pick the color of the dress, or the style. The bride did, so why would I keep the dress?
Came the day of the wedding, I could not be a bridesmaid. They had ruined my family's plan. But they did not even finish the dress then. They took an extra week to complete it when it was just adding SLEEVES! I gave them more than sufficient time to complete my order, with specific deadlines, but they could not deliver.

On top of that, they ignored my emails when i told them I was going to file a complaint and how i wanted my full refund because THEY did NOT provide EXCELLENT CUSTOMER SERVICE like they guarantted!

Whatever you do, DO NOT! DO NOT! BUY FROM THESE PEOPLE. THEY ARE FAKE AND THEY ARE BASED IN CHINA. AND DO NOT UNDERSTAND ENGLISH. SAVE YOUR MONEY! They also have a sister-site so make sure you check the addresses from these sites to ensure you are not dealing with the same people with a different name on the web.

Dooped by my first Chinese Company Order. Stay away!
I was looking for my Mother of the Bride dress for my daughters wedding and trolling through endless sites, I found one on here. I ordered it (even sized up) and once I recieved it, the dress could probably have fit my 110 lb daughter. The return policy says if you wish to return the your purchase, it has to be within 7 days if it's a special occasion dress. It didn't come with a package slip or anything, so I tried to reach out to customer service. After about 3 emails, EricDress finally got back to me telling me I can only return the dress for half price, and it would cost that much money to send the dress back, so I should consider trying to exchange (which doesn't make sense because that would cost money for them to send a new one and for me to send my old one). In order for me to even be considered for an exchange, they wanted me to send photos of the dress.
Sometimes you get a decent product from these companies, and sometimes you get dooped. I copied and pasted their return policy into a response email a week ago and still haven't heard back. This I'm sure is a tactic they use in order to make sure I am no longer within the 7 days of the return. I am now sitting on a $150.00 never worn Mother of the Bride dress that style-wise is meant for a modest older woman, but is sized for a teenager.
Save your money and buy from a legitimate company!

Dishonest, ripoffs, false advertising
Ericdress deceive people by using a name that depicts an honest American company so potential customers believe theyre a trustworthy business which, in reality, is far from the truth.

I ordered two evening dresses which, after a long wait, I received only to find out that the do not fit. I clearly stated in my initial message asking for return and refund that both dresses fit me WAY TOO LONG FROM THE NECK TO MY WAIST LINE, and then the full length of each dress as well; at the bottom theres almost ¾ of a yard of fabric too long. And although EricDress try to make me feel as if the entire situation is my fault because of the size I ordered, in reality it has nothing to do with the sizing. It has to do with the design PROPORTION and quality".

It looks like they offered to "fix" the dresses for additional cost, plus my paying for "round freight". Much of their messages don't make sense as it's now obvious that English is not their primary language; for instance, I don know what they exactly mean by a "hollow to floor". Or "we need cut the materials cost of the dress...". What I do get is that they refuse to refund my money contrary to what their return and refund policy states.

I can summarize this review by stating that this business is run by vultures who do not know the word integrity; they're dishonest, dishonorable and deceitful. If anyone falls for the beautiful dresses they post on their site, KEEP AWAY FROM THEM! If you don't, you'll be sorry, like I am.

Recieved Bad quality product not the picture product
I receive all 4 jackets only 1 is ok for quality control the other 3 very Cheap product I promise I could of made them myself because I am a sewer as well.the grey jackets sleeves are short, jacket is a large I order size bigger still tight and threading pop in the arm area inner the second button it cause all the lining to pop and you can here it, the way the jacket is sewed my breast is press down as if I'm flat chested causing me pull the jacket to the 3rd button above my breast in order to wear it, the jacket suppose to have length but the bottom is sew tightly and not loose causing me to pull jacket to my stomach to button up the bottom, hoodie very thin but the crazy part the jacket keeps you warm but the outer image and sewing is horrible no name of who made it just a tiny tag with size. I'm upset my sister is a veteran and her husband still serving. The military is suffering as well in the pademic and I wanted to gift my sister a jacket and this is what I received this is embrassing. Now my husband hoodie is so so then and very tight on him it fits me perfectly not good I'm a woman and smaller in the picture I have my husband sweats on very loose on me just to give you a image I'm not big at all, the arm on the hoodie gets short on me when I'm moving around. Look at the tag on the hoodie it's not even sewed down properly. This is crazy and my money waisted now see why EricDress told me if I didn't like the quality I can resend it. DO NOT BUY FROM THESE PEOPLE! First of all EricDress are located in China... which is NOT readily advertised on this site. If you are an American STAY AWAY FROM ALL CHINESE ONLINE STORES! They will rip you off! I ordered 3 dresses at the beginning of December, and I did not receive it until late December. I measured myself, like they asked, and ordered the dresses 2 sizes above my measurements. The dresses came in and were too small! I tried to return them with picture proof and they refused to take them back because they feel it's not their fault. After reading some of their "customer reviews," I'm pretty sure they are writing the reviews themselves. What woman would write "this dress looks good on my plus size body?" NO American woman would write that! Plus it's near impossible to write a review on their website. I tried submitting without pictures, but it wouldn't let me. Then I tried submitting with a picture in the correct format, but it still wouldn't let me submit my review!

I either want the boots I ordered or a full refund by Jan 1,2015, or I file a formal complaint.

Poor quality construction, cheap fabric. Colours did not match online photos.
While I checked the sizing carefully, as I knew an Asian site was likely to be offering small clothes, I still ended up with one item small enough to be unwearable. Here's a list of my purchases.

Striped sweater: this was a paler colour than the photos had appeared and not in a way that could be accounted for be chromatic aberration. There were random threads hanging out where seams hadn't been finished properly. It was too small to wear and smelled horrible. The yarn was scratchy, synthetic and cheap feeling.

Two items were actually nice (both long sleeved t-shirt tops). No complaints about either.

Another long sleeved t-shirt was made of such thin fabric that I couldn't wear it as it's basically transparent. Again the colour was paler than the photo and clearly made from different fabric. The photo was sections of green and grey marle. The item green and white. In addition the white sections seemed to be cut smaller and from less elastic fabric than the green sections so the fit was poor.

An 'OL style' dress was quite a nice cut but the finishing was poor with threads everywhere and paler stitching used on the label than the seams. The fabric feels thin and cheap and I don't trust it to keep its shape after washing.

A cream coloured long cardigan is ok but again cheap finishing spoils it. This time at least the yarn doesn't stink and feels quite nice but it's not a good item.

So six items ordered: two unwearable, two good, two poor but wearable.

Don't bother.

Worst Online Shopping Experience Of My Life!
I was drawn to ericdress.com by the beautiful and very fashionable clothing (and shoes) offered at great prices.The beautiful pictures drew me in and I couldn't wait to place my first order. I purchased shoes and three adorable bracelets. My order came to about 73.00 dollars usd. The money was quickly taken from my account. I waited 20 days before I finally asked why had my items not yet been shipped. I was told (via email) that the shoes were out of stock and would I please be patient and select something else. When were EricDress planning on telling me this? Who knows!
Anyway, I selected another pair of shoes which were less expensive so I chose a couple more items of super cute jewelry and said just credit me the remaining six bucks. Once again I waited and waited. I was told by my so called "exclusive customer representative" to just be patient. So I trusted her and patiently waited as instructed. Nothing happened in fact on my account page with them it said they were awaiting payment but they already received my payment IN FULL for all of the items on my account. Well, once again I spoke to my customer rep and she ignored all my questions regarding the hold up and why does my order say awaiting payment? Instead, she said not to worry, that ALL of my items have been shipped via EMS and to (yeah you guessed it) "BE PATIENT". By now I am extremely worried that this company is not legit!
Finally over a month and a half later a small package arrives and of course the shoes and additional jewelry were not there. This is what I got for about 63 dollars: I received the three "adorable" bracelets... only they were anything but that. The packaging was shoddy thus one item arrived broken. Another bracelet was valued as being worth much, much, more then the great price they were asking, I think they valued it as being worth about fifty, or sixty bucks. It is literally dollar store junk! Truly unbelievable! The third bracelet was only 1.99 and strangely it WAS actually worth the two bucks I spent on it.
So, once again I emailed my customer rep and explained how I was missing 25.37 in merchandise and would they please immediately refund me, or send me a tracking number. I also mentioned the broken bracelet and asked if they could send another one. My rep emailed me back asking me to please send pics, and or video of the broken bracelet so they could go from there. I could not believe it, she did not even mention sending or refunding the missing shoes and jewelry, not a word about it! I have tried "being patient", and I have tried explaining that they owe me merchandise but this has all fallen on deaf ears!
This company is based in China and I do not know if I will ever get my money back. But I want to let as many people know as possible that ericdress.com are at best extremely incompetent, and uneducated in the ways we here in the states conduct business. Needless to say, I am pretty sure that I am giving them to much credit. I think they are more likely outright thieves. Please, please, buyer beware! Do not put yourself through the anguish. I wish I had done my research, then I might not have fallen for the pretty pictures and the too good to be true prices.

Returning nightmare
Not a bad review writer, just want people to be aware that I ordered an online wedding dress. (yes... against my better judgement) hoping this cute little dress would just magically be perfect. Received the dress timely, and to my surprise... It had an entirely different FRONT piece than pictured online. We tried to see if we could make it work... simply can not. I contacted chat support for return instructions and I got this: We are terribly sorry to hear that. If we give 20% of the item value back, will you keep the dress? Or would you like to exchange it? For regarding occasion dresses, We can accept your return anyway. But according to our regulations, you need to pay return shipping cost. When we receive it, we can refund you part of product fee. Because we are a special custom made company and have no stock, even for standard size.We just finished this dress for your request, we are not going to sell it again after receiving it back. That's why the processing time is 8-12 days. So we only could offer partial refund, because EricDress can not be reselled. Fair enough, how much is partial refund I ask? If you keep the dress, we ll refund 20 dollars... if you return it, we ll refund 50 dollars. I paid $130 for it, so I said okay I'll return it for $50. Then she dropped: you need to return it to china, and the return shipping is paid by the buyer too. So I said just give me the $20. Returning is a nightmare with this place. Absolutely no cares. Absolutely have a dress that wasn't what I ordered. Not normally my style to order online and I never will again! *The sizing was accurate* The pictured product, not even close.It's hard to deal with companies that have no customer rapport. Just be careful.

Appalling customer service
Emails sent to *******@ericdress.com are returned as undeliverable due to an SMTP error at their end. The chat service is with someone called Rita whose command of the English language is poor and her training in Customer Service woeful. She does not answer questions she does not like and her replies are virtually unintelligible.

I placed an order for two items. A week later I am told one is out of stock and that I should order an alternative by emailing them at the above address that does not work. I ask for a refund and am sent an email confirming a refund in a currency I have not paid in (US Dollars) for a much smaller amount. After spending a further 15 minutes on a second chat session I finally received an email confirming a refund of the correct amount. Whether EricDress will actually do what they now say they will is dubious, but at least I will be able to open a dispute via PayPal if they do not.

No idea about the quality of the items they offer for sale but their administration and customer service is an absolute shambles.

UPDATE: I received a very quick refund via PayPal for the full amount I paid, so there are people in this company who conduct themselves in a professional manner.

Don't fall for it. They are scammers
I can't believe these thieves are asking me $3 more after stealing my money. EricDress made me pay $7.99 for each item to ship them. I ordered 6 dresses and 3 shirts, they made me pay over $71 for the shipment and it take some of them more than a month to get there while they used the same epacket shipping company than Aliexpress while shipping fee is free on Aliexpress and u receive ur ithems faster with Aliexpress, and now they have the nerves to ask me $3 more dollars for resending fees while they were the ones not putting my exact address on the package. I gave one address for the order so why I receive some of them and not this one? When I went to track this order usps said the ithem is out for delivery and after only 7 mins they said the items is on the way to be returned to china because of insufficient infos. And all that after more than a month because I placed this order on January 8th and Ericdress sent me this message few mins ago. Look what message these thieves sent me

Usps said because of insufficient information and them thieves told me because it was not picked up on time but i always received my mails, stuffs I order at my mailbox or at the clubhouse. Why I did receive the two other packages and not this one while I gave the same address for the order? Why the $#*! should I pay for the mistake Ericdress made? The items I received are all trash. The materials they told u on the website is not the ones they sent to u and they don't even put a tag on them for instructions. Now I can tell y'all I won't pay $#*! to them. Y'all can do whatever y'all want with that dress but I will make sure I give u the publicity y'all deserve on my 220.000 followers fan's page.

BEWARE! DON'T SHOP WITH ERICDRESS.
First, this company is a fraud, and offers poorly made attire, not even worthy of wearing. I ordered a jumpsuit Dec 12,2019, I received it a month later. The item was horrible, it looked like something Bozo the clown wouldn't wear. EricDress offered to refund me $4.00 for this $30.00 item. I disputed the the offer, and requested my full refund. I also requested a return label, most reputable companies will send a return label if requested. They agreed to a full refund, however, I would have to pay 27.95 to return the item. I would be a fool to do that, and Ericdress knows this, Look, don't be decieved about their clothing, it's not going to be what you order, Their clothing is cheap, ugly, and look like cramp. I would wear this jumpsuit outdoors. These people are crooks, and misrepresent their clothing, which is fraud.
Please review attached photos: the first 3 pic are the actual jumpsuit I received, and the last 2 are from ericdress website.

DON'T THROW AWAY YOUR MONEY TO ERICDRESS, THEY ARE SCAMMERS. If you get your item from Ericdress, it will likely be pitiful and unwearable unless you are Bozo on drug. I am shocked that PayPal allows customers to go through this with this company. PayPal should do better.

NEVER AGAIN
I got very concern about coming from China, but I gave it a shot. The clothing looks like the photos, but just looks like... The material is poor, the finishing is horrible... threads falling out everywhere... each piece that I bought, 6 total - even ordering the same size to all, came in different sizes, a few somehow fitted others did not at all, too small... I tried to return the ones that did not fit which where the most expensive ones, the answer was: "I am sorry to hear that the size does not fit you well. According to our return policy, you can return it back based on shipping cost at customer account. From our experience, the shipping fee is not cheap. It is more benificial if you can click the exclusive customer link http://www.ericdress.com?CSID=401648 to select a bigger size, then we will try our best to offer you big discount. "
What am I? Crazy to other anything else from this place? How is it possible you buy things that are supposed to be the same size, but instead, each and every piece came in different ones?
Also EricDress took longer than promised and instead of delivering on my shipment address they sent to my billing address! I had to run around to get my things.

FRAUD - This site is a Fraud! Stay away!
I clicked on a Facebook ad to check this out and was dazzled by all the great stuff. So I placed two orders 400628 (shoes) and 400595 (coats).

First pair of shoes arrives and I have to pay duties to retrieve delivery, which means it cost me double the listed price on the website. Quality is crap. Not worth it.

Then first coat arrives. Size ordered L and label on it says Large. But it's teeny tiny, I can't even put my arm in the sleeve and I usually wear Medium. My 4 year old daughter fits in it only! Ridiculous? Wait till you hear what customer service tells me: "It's not worth it at all" for me to return, and "gift it to a friend" while shopping for something else, use this link to find more surprise" (actual quotes from email communications)! And when I insist that I need to return EricDress tell me to pay for shipping! Isn't this size fiasco Their Fault?

Meantime second coat arrives, exactly the same problem. Also, quality on both is like buying from the Dollar store. And two more pairs of shoes haven't even shipped out yet (5 weeks later).

Don't be a victim of cheap quality, infant sizing, and above all online FRAUD!

Just after the last Boxing Day I placed an order - Cocktail Evening Dress (with beading) item #10169419 US$264.99. On Jan 8,2013, I spent another Cad$92.20 (duty + GST + processing fee) to DHL for picking up the dress.

Unfortunately, surprise becomes nightmare. I was shocked when I opened up the parcel - the beads are large and heavy (total weight of the dress is 2.8 lbs). The measurement seems fine when you measure it, but just because of the poor lining and the STIFF garment, I can barely put it on. The cutting is totally out of shape/kilter (especially on the bust area). The horrible THICK LINING screw up the whole dress.

After several emails to *******@ericdress.com, their solutions are: take the dress to alternate, sell it, give it to your friend as gift, or place another order with a special discount, and finally offered me a refund of Cad$15 to shut up.

Please beware that you are dealing with a company which registered in Cyprus, but actually locates in Beijing and Hongkong. (http://www.ericdress.com/help/Contact-Us-113.html#detail1). Its a big communicate block out to deal with them, and their refund policy is pretty restricted once you touch it, its yours.

I have learned a big lesson and I sincerely advise all the web shoppers to stay away from this website.
