Ordered a pair of shoes as a birthday present and 6 weeks later EricDress still have not arrived. I had been tracking the package and it was in my area, out for delivery. It then went back to a distribution center 6 hours away from my house. I emailed the customer service and all they had to say was "just wait". After a week of seeing them sitting in the distribution center, I expressed my concern that they would be shipped back to China. Again, they said "just wait". I emailed them and explained multiple times stating that I needed the package as a month had already gone by and the birthday was fast approaching. Finally, somebody gave me an answer other than "just wait". They told me that they looked into my package and it was being sent back to China. The good news is that for a small fee of $17, they could send it back to me. So, you're telling me, that after I catch your mistake, warn you about it, and continuously get told to "just wait", because your customer service is too lazy to look into my order's progress, I HAVE TO PAY SHIPPING AGAIN?! I will be disputing the charges for my order with my credit card company and never ordering from them again. Absolutely outrageous.

This site is great IF your order is correct. I ordered a dress from here and when it came, it wasn't the right size (my fault). Their web site says returns are no problem. Nothing can be further from the truth. This company is in Hong Kong and EricDress have no return address on their web site, which works perfect for them because they won't take it back anyway. First they want pictures, then they want measurements, then they tell you if you don't want to send pictures (which I had already done), you can return the dress for a 50% refund. When all else fails and you still want to return the item, they say "the shipping fee is not cheap. We suggest you sell it locally at a good price or give it to your family member or friend as a gift." This has been their answer since the end of August. I still don't have a return address or authorization number from them and I'm sure I never will. If you order, I hope your item fits because you'll be getting the same standard e-mails I've been getting. Now I can't wait to hear them post here how they want to help - I already know it won't be happening, but it looks good when people read their horrible reviews.

I ordered one blouse, have proof of the order being placed and paid for Sep 16,2014(verification emails from ericdress.com). Waited patiently (email says up to 8 days for processing and another 8 days for delivery). No problem. Today, (25 days later) I log on to my account and it says under ALL of the order info options that I have never placed an order. That's funny, I have an email with an order number on it and a bank statement that shows a withdrawal from the company. So when I look up the order number, it says it doesn't exist. So I follow all the instructions to contact them ('live chat' is not live at all, just a message sender with no response after 15 minutes) with no help. So I try the DISPUTE option. Filled out all the info and got this response "this order number cannot be disputed".
I am a frequent online shopper from the USA that doesn't mind taking a chance with receiving an item a little late, or a wrong item (I have many friends to donate to) or an ill-fitting item (same friends love when that happens to me). I am not a big return fan, but I can't return what I don't receive. Luckily my bank covers me in situations like this, but I am about to blow up Facebook with copies of my emails and photos of their website with a big Fat 'Toni doesn't recommend" all over it. Too bad, I really liked the designs that had to offer even though I could go find many of them at Ross for the same price.

Ordered a gown for an affair following the size chart to order my size. I needed it quickly even spent extra shipping to get it quicker. (Make sure you read every page of their shipping details) when it said 3-5 days... that didn't include the 15+ days to process the order. These items are coming from CHINA! Thru many emails and a threat that if I cancelled the order EricDress work charge me half of what I paid... So I just let it go through. One customer service person ICE got the dress to me quickly... however... when I got the dress it did not fit. I quess it was made for a junior sized person. The arm holes are too small which does not allow you to pull dress down to waist in order to close zipper. Even friends agree it is made for smaller person even though we followed size/measurement chart. Btw. A returned email stated I should not follow chart... WHAT? How else would you figure out your size. So. I attempted thru emails to request the proper return information. Now... They are refusing to take it back. Telling me to take it to a tailor to fix it. Well... ya can't fix a garment that's way too small. Also... They actually want to only refund half of what I paid for it. Please be cautious of this company.

I placed an order with EricDress for a dress on April 17,2015 for a wedding that I had to attend on May 17,2015. A couple of days after I placed the order, I asked to cancel my order and to have my money refunded, since the item was not yet shipped. EricDress stated that EricDress could ONLY refund 50% of my money... which was not fair considering that I ordered a standard size and NOTHING was custom made. I did not want to loose my money so I decided to keep the order and hoped that it would come in time for the wedding. The dress came 5 days before the wedding. And was the WRONG size. I ordered a size 6 because according to their size chart that was my size... and they made it for a size 4. I could not fit into the dress, so I had to go get it altered. The alterations cost me over 100$. Close to the actual price of the dress itself. I want my money back because this is unacceptable, not only did I receive the WRONG size but they initially did not allow me to just cancel the order with a full refund. HORRIBLE company, will definitely never shop with them again and hope no one else does. Customer service is awful. EXTREMELY unhappy.

Also. I placed an order for a bathing suit. According to their size chart I was a Medium. Bathing suit was extremely small and petite size and did not match their description. WASTE OF MONEY!

I ordered 5 items. When I came to pay, the site would not accept my credit card (altho' it says Visa cards accepted) RED FLAG right there! I should not have proceeded further. I had to use my debit card which came straight out of my account. Very bad move on my part! Two weeks later I received 4 of the items - none of which fit. I did not know the order was coming from China (no address on website, again beware!) sizes were small and I doubt I would have ordered knowing it was coming from China. I have now sent 3 emails about returning or exchanging items and asked where my other item is? I have received no response. I tried the phone number - disconnected - Buyer beware! I decided to just send items back with a letter until I discovered it was going to cost around $200 to ship them back! The whole order was less than that! Then I got smart (too late) and started doing more research on the company and found many complaints and warnings to stay away from them. Once you have ordered there is very little chance of a refund or even an exchange on which you would have to pay shipping anyway.
Basically, there is no customer service - no phone, no response to emails. I was also trying to find an address to return items. This site is a scam, it operates out of China and the items are nowhere near as nice as the photos or the fabrics made of what EricDress describe. My advice, stay away. I wish the Federal Trade Commission here could get involved and warn people or regulate the operation or plain shut it down. People are getting ripped off. Even if I could return things at this point, I would not do it because I doubt I would get my money back or an exchange. Sue Georgia

Eric dress sucks, bought a duvet from them for 113$ pluc shipping charges and when i got it it was nothing like the picture, when i complained EricDress offered me16$ to apologise for false advertising! I refused and let paypal investigate it and paypal awarded me a full refund! Plus the shipping and handling charges :) ericdress needs to stop false advertising and own up! Do not order there Duvets, they say the duvets dont look the same because of different lighting when pictures r taken, but the truth is they do not have the duvets that are shown on there website! Horrible experience! Paypal awarded in my favor as long as I sent merchandise back to Eric Dress, well guess what It costs $171.00 to send it back to China and that is only if China will let it back into the country. Eric Dress certainly knows how to scam people. Once its here you r stuck with it, And ERic Dress knows this, False. False advertising. Why would I pay $171.00 to ship it back if Im only going to be credited the $93.00 I originally paid for it. Grr even Paypal should see how ridiculous this is. Now I am writing a review of paypal. Just do not order from Eric Dress. Too late for me but save yourself.

I believe that all of the 5 star ratings posted here were submitted by Ericdress customer service representatives - notice the bad grammar and spelling- this company is based in Beijing, China.
The dress I ordered from Ericdress was nothing like what was shown on their website - the color was completely wrong, the beading was cheap and sparse, the hem length was over a foot too long and the actual dress design was different. Instead of looking like a sweet prom dress as depicted online, the dress looked like a glorified maternity dress.
The customer service was a nightmare as well. Even if you follow their returns procedure, EricDress will not issue a refund, and they will pretend not to understand your complaint. It took 2 weeks before I even received a reply via email, and their phone number is not legit - there is a recording that says it has been disconnected.
Luckily I paid through Paypal and was able to lodge a dispute through their resolution center. Funny, as soon as I did this Ericdress became very attentive and offered a 10% refund saying that in addtion to this "generous offer" I could also keep the dress and sell it and they would also give me a discount on my next order. Huh! As if!

In the end I was able to recoop my full investment via Paypal.

This company has been in business for just about a year, and they don't represent themselves honestly on their website.

Buyers Beware!

I ordered a bridesmaid dress/casual wedding gown on this site. The quality ended up being very poor and the sizing chart was far from accurate, making the dress much too large to wear. There is also a small stain on the train, so I imagine Im not the first person to have an issue with this dress.

I attempted to return the item immediately by contacting customer service, per the instructions. Despite the website saying returns can be made within 7 days, EricDress refused. According to them, this standard size 6 dress that I ordered from a drop down menu on their site, is a custom order and does not qualify for a return. Ive continued insisting and now theyre offering a 50% refund so they can cover their labor, or offering to pay me $20 to keep the dress.

The above tactics are extremely deceptive business practices and Im not sure where to turn next. They dont give you any contact information, other than an email address, and their responses are slow and hard to understand. Im pretty sure they just keep saying no returns until people become so discouraged that they just keep the item that theyll never wear.

I would like to summarize the issues that I am having with 2 transactions from ericdress.com:
2/7/18 - ordered dress in size 4:
I did not create an account on the ericdress.com website
I did not receive an email confirmation for my purchase, but did receive a receipt from PayPal.
I emailed *******@ericdress.com with my concerns (no receipt, no confirmation or tracking information) and requested more information - did not receive, but did receive the dress.
The dress is too big
2/11/18 - ordered the same dress in size 2:
This time I created an account on the ericdress.com website
Received an email confirmation, order number, etc.
EricDress shipped (and I received) another size 4 dress. This dress is also too big. I have emailed *******@ericdress.com, but they insist that they sent at size 2, but that the dress is labelled incorrectly. I beg to differ as this dress is also too big.
I opened the dispute with PayPal in hopes to get ericdress to send me a size 2 dress
According to the return policy outlined here: https://www.ericdress.com/help/returning-replacement-refund-356.html#detail1 I should be able to ship the dresses back to Los Angeles, and after multiple emails asking for the CA address, and a ton of frustration, I have decided to ship the dresses back to China. I have yet to receive a refund from PayPal.

I placed an order on 02/23/2015. I got my order on 04/11/15. I bought some shoes. Don't get me wrong, the shoes were very beautiful in the picture. EricDress were covered in silver glitter, had spikes on the back, and cuffs around the ankles. When I got the shoes, there was no friction on the bottom of the shoe. So that makes it easy for anyone to slip and fall in high heels. The silver sparkles look like a kindergarten project. They looked like someone speaded a lot of glue on the shoe and then rolled the show in a bunch of silver glitter. When the shoe came to me, the spikes were falling off the heel. The ankle cuffs are a $#*!ing joke. In the picture, the ankle cuffs look metal, silver, and fitted. When I got them, they were very big, loose, plastic, YELLOW, and with one hole to snap them in place. Thank god I didn't order a dress because I would be very disappointed on my prom day. If I did order a dress, since they make them, I still won't have a dress by now probably. When you email their representatives team, they respond back with a bull$#*! ass response that sounds so careless. POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE! They all tell me the same thing over and over and may switch up what they said. I remember I asked about how long it'll take for my order to get here. I got a response saying 8-12 days. Each week I didn't get a package, I would ask about my order. A couple of weeks later, I asked the same question. A representative told me up to 20 days this time. PEOPLE READING THIS. DO NOT BUY FROM ERICDRESS.COM! You will not be happy with these scam ass, fraud ass people. I wish people can see my review before searching ericdress. This review was made from a pissed off customer's point of view. If you order from ericdress.com, you will be wasting your time bending your fingers on a keyboard to tell people about this poor ass company on a review website. AGAIN, DON'T BUY FROM ERICDRESS.COM!

First off, MOST, if not ALL the positive reviews about Ericdress.com are completely FAKE! Secondly, these people are such liars. I wrote a review earlier this month and EricDress quickly (same day) responded by lying that they never received any of the several emails I sent them and that they will contact me soon. Yeah right! Of course they did not and will not refund my money and they refuse to send me 2 of the 3 items I purchased. Such thieves! It's companies like theirs that gives other China based companies a bad reputation. I've contacted everyone I know to tell them to avoid Ericdress at all costs. The pictures of the items you see on their site is NOT what you will receive. When they do feel like sending you the items you purchase, it's some extremely cheap, knock off version that is laughable at best. It's too late for me, but do yourself a favor and save your money and lots of headache. My guess is that when they receive this review, they will respond pretending that they know nothing about the problems I had with them even though we went back and forth on email several times to no avail. Hey Ericdress, stop stealing from us you pathetic piece of crap!

I ordered two dresses from this company and after waiting almost two months for them to arrive I was very unhappy to say the least. The dresses were the completely the wrong size, the tailoring terrible, and the material awful. Upon trying to return these, ericdress customer service is almost non-existent, so after emailing for almost a month now I opened a resolution with PayPal and thankfully EricDress stepped in. But, I still have to spend more money to send these back, but I will be getting a full refund from PayPal resolution center. Ericdress offered a 9.00 refund, on the full order. Terrible company to do business with, avoid them and shop elsewhere.

Upon reading the ericdress answer to me I could do nothing but laugh. They did not offer a full refund, they offered 9.00$, PayPal had to step in and through their resolution center I did receive a refund but for the dresses only and not shipping costs. First though I had to return the dresses and if it wasn't for making sure I received signature notification for these dresses being received, I would probably still be waiting. PayPal asked for all the information tracking number ETC. as ericdress was saying they had not received anything, they flat out lied. So eventually it was through PayPal and PayPal alone I received a refund, and for the dresses only not shipping. Ericdress would do nothing.

I receive all 4 jackets only 1 is ok for quality control the other 3 very Cheap product I promise I could of made them myself because I am a sewer as well.the grey jackets sleeves are short, jacket is a large I order size bigger still tight and threading pop in the arm area inner the second button it cause all the lining to pop and you can here it, the way the jacket is sewed my breast is press down as if I'm flat chested causing me pull the jacket to the 3rd button above my breast in order to wear it, the jacket suppose to have length but the bottom is sew tightly and not loose causing me to pull jacket to my stomach to button up the bottom, hoodie very thin but the crazy part the jacket keeps you warm but the outer image and sewing is horrible no name of who made it just a tiny tag with size. I'm upset my sister is a veteran and her husband still serving. The military is suffering as well in the pademic and I wanted to gift my sister a jacket and this is what I received this is embrassing. Now my husband hoodie is so so then and very tight on him it fits me perfectly not good I'm a woman and smaller in the picture I have my husband sweats on very loose on me just to give you a image I'm not big at all, the arm on the hoodie gets short on me when I'm moving around. Look at the tag on the hoodie it's not even sewed down properly. This is crazy and my money waisted now see why EricDress told me if I didn't like the quality I can resend it. Read the message down below what they wrote I was luck to get this so I don't have time for there shenanigans anymore. It's okay because they will never received my services again. What one put out with no care let's you know alot about the values and the character of a person. I manifest this company laundry get thrown every where and they get put out of business.

I order everything together but EricDress separated the orders and made 2 tracking numbers one product has his own number it's says this is not Found (REALLY)I put in the other number for the other 3 things it's in china (WHAT) I am confused. The company ERIC DRESS said it will take 8 to 15 days the customer service gave a whole different time spend. Still remember I purchase Oct 23 No product No Refund.So now we are going to see how long or if the other 3 product going to make it hear. Customer service said they sent it to my address in the screenshot do the Chinese address looks like my address. Now it said it being ship to me from the China Company so where is ERICDRESS located. If everything continue to be the same it's okay positive outways the negative. I want everyone to know what this company did to me and I can help the nexts person from getting con. I will be back again for a update to let everyone know what happened if this situation got resolve or not. Look at the dates customer services says and now look at the dates on there website in my account what it says about the product. You have to read and understand things being said without saying it. Thiss is wicked Look at all the numbers. Im not worry about my address being I want y'all to see the Scam and sad the millions of us who use Google shouldn't go thru this we support to there platform it would be nice if they could keep us save from companies like this Very Fraudulent.

If I could leave a review with zero stars, I would. As a repeat, very happy customer, I wrote to Ericdress before placing my order to ask about which material is used in this dress so we could order the correct color (we wanted dark purple). This dress description only mentions "tulle," which is obviously the top layer of the skirt AND a material for which there is no color grid. The written reply I got was that I should use the Matte Satin color grid. So we did.
Not only did the custom order dress come much too small, but it was the completely wrong color! Understanding that mistakes happen, I wrote to customer service telling them that EricDress accidentally sent me the wrong dress (I included pictures of the dress). After they assured me they sent the right one, & offered $12 to alter it (WHAT?), I sent another picture of the Matte Satin color grid and my daughter's dress.
Six communications later, they insist that they sent me the right dress and offering nothing more than $12. A mistake is understandable, but I have never dealt with a company with such horrific customer service. BUYER BEWARE!

`First of all EricDress make themselves look like they are in the US, they are not! They are brokers in the US for China. The item I ordered could've fit on a Barbie doll, that was the first delusion. I sent it back the next day I received it (took a month to get). I paid via PayPal but was nice and sent emails directly to them at first. It's been over 2 weeks since they rec'd the item and tracking info showing it was rec'd at their California address they gave me. They keep sending emails telling me "not to worry" and that they will credit me when logistics says they got it! Meanwhile I sent them tracking info, which they wanted ASAP as part of the conditions. After 6 emails I went thorugh Paypal as a dispute (not a claim) they refuse to answer via Paypal and ask you not to use them, BS! And they also told me to close the dispute before they would refund me. So I opened a claim. They still refuse to answer via PayPal and today lied and said I was refunded. Yeah right! I have the claim going ans have sent all emails to Paypal. You could buy the same items on aliexpress, a mall for all things from China who covers you, the vendors there DO NOT want to be kicked off the mall, so they do the right thing.
Had i known it was coming from China I would've used aliexpress instead.

Okay. SO here's the deal. If you're going to order from Ericdress.com, especially if it is for like Prom(which is what I did) order AT LEAST 2 MONTHS IN ADVANCE. The apparently make their clothes to order so you can give them exact measurements in the comment section when ordering your dress. Also it takes like at least 20 days to make it. Plus the processing, and packaging, then the shipping. And EricDress use DHL so just FYI have a backup dress. I ordered a month and like a week before my Prom, and I didn't get my dress until 3 days before my prom started then I also had to get it hemmed because I didn't know that they would do exact measurements if requested. SO my advice is if you are going to order from them just give yourself enough time between now and the actual date your special event is. Also definitely order expedited shipping. BUT other than that whole situation my dress was everything that I could have hoped for it was absolutely gorgeous. But we had to call the company like 10 times and the kept saying I would have it by the 7th then it was the 21st then it was the 10th then it was the 12th and my Prom was on the 12th so we called and my mom actually had to talk to the woman and had her put a rush on it. Also the website isn't always dependable on telling you about the tracking. I already got my dress and on their website it says its still pending between Processing and Shipping. SO please to anyone is ordering from here have a backup outfit just in case and make sure there is a lot of time between the event and when you are ordering

I bought a sweater. It was really cute in the picture. In real life, the quality was pretty bad. It was also appeared EricDress ran out of yarn while making it, so simply just stopped where they ran out. Thus, a butt length sweater actually came to my waist. (I am 5'2" so this is not a matter of being wrong size, as they told me.) The fur collar was made of - I don't know, but it was pretty bad.
They refused to accept returns. They suggest that instead I give it to charity. Luckily, I paid with paypal, and was able to successfully make a claim thru them. Shipping? I don't remember exactly how long it took. More time than I expected. 4 to 6 weeks, is my recollection. Also, when I gave them a poor review online, they were SOooo helpful. So they sounded. In actual fact, out of the public view, they couldn't have cared less. No. Save yourself the heartache. Shop elsewhere.
