I am a frequent online shopper from the USA that doesn't mind taking a chance with receiving an item a little late, or a wrong item (I have many friends to donate to) or an ill-fitting item (same friends love when that happens to me). I am not a big return fan, but I can't return what I don't receive. Luckily my bank covers me in situations like this, but I am about to blow up Facebook with copies of my emails and photos of their website with a big Fat 'Toni doesn't recommend" all over it. Too bad, I really liked the designs that had to offer even though I could go find many of them at Ross for the same price.
Most of their practices are unethical.
I have yet to receive the return information

Also. I placed an order for a bathing suit. According to their size chart I was a Medium. Bathing suit was extremely small and petite size and did not match their description. WASTE OF MONEY!
Basically, there is no customer service - no phone, no response to emails. I was also trying to find an address to return items. This site is a scam, it operates out of China and the items are nowhere near as nice as the photos or the fabrics made of what EricDress describe. My advice, stay away. I wish the Federal Trade Commission here could get involved and warn people or regulate the operation or plain shut it down. People are getting ripped off. Even if I could return things at this point, I would not do it because I doubt I would get my money back or an exchange. Sue Georgia
The dress I ordered from Ericdress was nothing like what was shown on their website - the color was completely wrong, the beading was cheap and sparse, the hem length was over a foot too long and the actual dress design was different. Instead of looking like a sweet prom dress as depicted online, the dress looked like a glorified maternity dress.
The customer service was a nightmare as well. Even if you follow their returns procedure, EricDress will not issue a refund, and they will pretend not to understand your complaint. It took 2 weeks before I even received a reply via email, and their phone number is not legit - there is a recording that says it has been disconnected.
Luckily I paid through Paypal and was able to lodge a dispute through their resolution center. Funny, as soon as I did this Ericdress became very attentive and offered a 10% refund saying that in addtion to this "generous offer" I could also keep the dress and sell it and they would also give me a discount on my next order. Huh! As if!
In the end I was able to recoop my full investment via Paypal.
This company has been in business for just about a year, and they don't represent themselves honestly on their website.
Buyers Beware!
I attempted to return the item immediately by contacting customer service, per the instructions. Despite the website saying returns can be made within 7 days, EricDress refused. According to them, this standard size 6 dress that I ordered from a drop down menu on their site, is a custom order and does not qualify for a return. Ive continued insisting and now theyre offering a 50% refund so they can cover their labor, or offering to pay me $20 to keep the dress.
The above tactics are extremely deceptive business practices and Im not sure where to turn next. They dont give you any contact information, other than an email address, and their responses are slow and hard to understand. Im pretty sure they just keep saying no returns until people become so discouraged that they just keep the item that theyll never wear.

I did not create an account on the ericdress.com website
I did not receive an email confirmation for my purchase, but did receive a receipt from PayPal.
I emailed *******@ericdress.com with my concerns (no receipt, no confirmation or tracking information) and requested more information - did not receive, but did receive the dress.
The dress is too big
2/11/18 - ordered the same dress in size 2:
This time I created an account on the ericdress.com website
Received an email confirmation, order number, etc.
EricDress shipped (and I received) another size 4 dress. This dress is also too big. I have emailed *******@ericdress.com, but they insist that they sent at size 2, but that the dress is labelled incorrectly. I beg to differ as this dress is also too big.
I opened the dispute with PayPal in hopes to get ericdress to send me a size 2 dress
According to the return policy outlined here: https://www.ericdress.com/help/returning-replacement-refund-356.html#detail1 I should be able to ship the dresses back to Los Angeles, and after multiple emails asking for the CA address, and a ton of frustration, I have decided to ship the dresses back to China. I have yet to receive a refund from PayPal.
Upon reading the ericdress answer to me I could do nothing but laugh. They did not offer a full refund, they offered 9.00$, PayPal had to step in and through their resolution center I did receive a refund but for the dresses only and not shipping costs. First though I had to return the dresses and if it wasn't for making sure I received signature notification for these dresses being received, I would probably still be waiting. PayPal asked for all the information tracking number ETC. as ericdress was saying they had not received anything, they flat out lied. So eventually it was through PayPal and PayPal alone I received a refund, and for the dresses only not shipping. Ericdress would do nothing.
You have to read and understand things being said without saying it. Thiss is wicked Look at all the numbers. Im not worry about my address being I want y'all to see the Scam and sad the millions of us who use Google shouldn't go thru this we support to there platform it would be nice if they could keep us save from companies like this Very Fraudulent.
Not only did the custom order dress come much too small, but it was the completely wrong color! Understanding that mistakes happen, I wrote to customer service telling them that EricDress accidentally sent me the wrong dress (I included pictures of the dress). After they assured me they sent the right one, & offered $12 to alter it (WHAT?), I sent another picture of the Matte Satin color grid and my daughter's dress.
Six communications later, they insist that they sent me the right dress and offering nothing more than $12. A mistake is understandable, but I have never dealt with a company with such horrific customer service. BUYER BEWARE!

Had i known it was coming from China I would've used aliexpress instead.
They refused to accept returns. They suggest that instead I give it to charity. Luckily, I paid with paypal, and was able to successfully make a claim thru them. Shipping? I don't remember exactly how long it took. More time than I expected. 4 to 6 weeks, is my recollection. Also, when I gave them a poor review online, they were SOooo helpful. So they sounded. In actual fact, out of the public view, they couldn't have cared less. No. Save yourself the heartache. Shop elsewhere.
