Stay away from this company
I ordered some shoes for my daughter that was only 10 bucks and I was charged for the 10 bucks, and I been getting getting charged 29.95. I called them to see why the heck FabKids charging me 29.95 the lady told me that I agreed to the terms and conditions and that the membership is 29.95 monthly. That's bull$#*! because I always read before I give my credit card information. I told her to cancel my account and that I don't want to have anything to do with them. She got to going on about how I should keep the account open because they have so many specials and deals. It made me so frustrated because I wasn't trying to hear anything about keeping the account open. I told her it's to many company's I can order from that don't charge hidden monthly fees. They are a rip off and they are thieves. Don't trust this company

Reason why i do t do online shopping
I am an new customer with the VIO meme we ship who was really looking forward of rocking out with fab kids the long way. I see that won't be happening and I will be canceling my subscription. I placed an order last week of March and been having trouble everysince than. Today was just too much for me from the live chat to the phone conversation with an agency my order was placed on the 4th but didn't get shipped out til today LIKE WHATTTTT WHYYYY which means it was just there collecting dust for 9 days when it was suppose to been shipped out VERY DISAPPOINTING well I havent had this problem with amazon at all my kids and I non essential items been coming exactly on time as FabKids said it would shipped out on time they aid it would I didn't have problems with tracking it anything at all even with COVID in affect. I'll save myself the migraines, anger, and the time just by not dealing with this site.

Just Terrible!
I have had my FabKids membership over a year. Always paid my membership fee never had an issue with my orders or shipping BUT this last order was not correct! Not one item I purchased was sent. Wrong sizes. Wrong everything! I contact FabKids and customer was terrible! FabKids didn't notate the account properly. I waited almost a month to be refunded and even though the order was not right on their part until I sent them the wrong items they sent to me. I paid through PayPal and they would not refund me my money I had to file a dispute! Then they charged me for an additional month after I told them I am canceling but wouldn't cancel until I got refunded. They held my money and told PayPal they were going to keep my money but never responded to the initial refund request for over $150, but they wanted to keep my $29 and submitted a document that was 15+ pages. RAGGEDY! NEVER AGAIN!

Awful experience, don't recommend
I had a coupon for a free outfit. I picked something but I believe I had to still enter my cc info (POSSIBLY for shipping but this was a while ago so can't be sure)
Got the outfit wasn't impressed but I didn't realize at the time I had signed up for the subscription I thought it was a one time thing because of this free trial coupon

Well anyways about 3 months after I realized I was getting $30 a month taken out of my account... I called customer service who were AWFUL

FabKids said I had to use the credit (which I didn't want because the outfit was cheap) I told them I wanted my money back and how no where did the coupon say I would be billed monthly after getting my trial outfit.
They agreed to give me one month back and send one outfit (so I was still out an additional $30) ONLY of I kept up with the company

Ummm no... they continued to tell me I wouldn't get my money back unless I stayed with the company and pretty much tried to blackmail me with my money... I finally talked to a manager and was told I could get my money back($30) and one outfit regardless (but he was very rude about it)... eventually I got the $30 back but never did receive the other outfit but after my awful customer service experience I wasn't going to bother

So I got one Walmart quality outfit for $60

Shoes and Clothes are Great but nothing else is...
The mobile site is slow and awkward to navigate it's always so jumpy. Customer service tries to help but are limited by the company themselves. I've had one problem after the other from the site not letting me put in my correct zip code; leading to me not being able to purchase with credit card. To exchanging items telling me I can get the exact item just in a smaller size to it being out of stock after I've returned the item that I would have just kept if I'd known I couldn't get the smaller size. To being told well you can purchase it when it gets back in stock why can't you just send it out to me then when it gets restocked?! The shoes and clothes we get from here I love, my kids love, and we've never been upset with the quality but the headache of dealing with the company has me wondering why purchase with them when Amazon makes everything so easy and has amazing customer service. If everything fits so you don't have to deal with hoping you actually get your exchange and if FabKids ever get the zip code thing figured out (it's been 3 years and even suggests the correct zip to ship to) they'd be a great company but until they get their issues fixed they seriously are horrible to order from. Just wish their service matched their product quality.

I do not recommend!
I have a membership through Fabletics. I never agreed to a membership and fees through fabkids. I got an email for a discount through fabkids that I assumed was just a perk for being a VIP member of Fabletics. (That's where I went wrong) I purchased an outfit and searched to see if there was monthly fees as Fabletics does and found nothing. Low and behold it's the 8th of the month and I get charged 29.95 on my cc. I never received an email to choose my Picks or skip this month as I do with Fabletics so I don't get charged a monthly fee. I went to fabkids again and found in tiny print the terms of service where I read that if you go to their site and purchase anything you are automatically agreeing to their VIP membership terms. WHAT A JOKE. I got scammed. FabKids got their $30 from me. I'm glad I read these post before I called their services to cancel because the guy on the phone tried to convince me through discounts and credits to stay a member and luckily I read a comment on here that someone agreed to these and continued to get charged unknowingly even with skipping their month. Not a good company. Making all their money off scamming unknowing buyers. At least with
Fabletics they were VERY VERY CLEAR OF THEIR TERMS. And it was CLEAR that I would be charged 49.95
If I didn't skip the month. Unlike fabkids where I had no clue their was any membership at all or fees...

Bad bad customer service/system issues
I called to cancel for many reason, but main was, when is signed up it asked child shoe size I chose 6 but their sizes only go up to 5. My kids are in n uniforms so the clothes are worthless. Customer service tried to keep me by saying I could use it to get gifts. For 30 I could buy 2 or 3 kids a dress Oldnavy.
The rep hassled me for 5 minutes, talking over me, just badgering me keep on service. Cancelling with them is like it was in the 90s to cancel with AOL. WORST experience ever.
FabKids also charged the wrong card. I bought first order with hm a Discover, realized monthly billing and changed to my Visa the i in do reaccuring bills on like Netflix and Hulu. They still charged my Discover. I changed it again after that, the next month same. They try and tell me my credit card gave updated info... yeah Visa gave Discovers number to bill me.
Someone higher up called and told me it is an somethibg she saw before, if something is not in the cart when you switch card number for billing then it won't change. She saw the other card in the system (which the only way they would have it is if I purchased with it, which i hadn't, or i switch the billing card).

They refuse to refund the card back that i clearly did not authorize to be charged, bexause of their system error, not mine. I honestly think that is bs and they know it, but TN they have to keep their job, i guess.

SCAM ALERT
I ordered from just fab.com. Then get an email with an offer from fab kids. I ordered from them got a good deal and was happy about it but somewhere in that damn fine print it says apparently that by ordering from them you're agreeing to pay 39.95 a month for a membership. It must Of been deep in the fine print because the order was regular as usual and said nothing about signing up for a membership then a month later I get a random charge for almost $40 and didn't order anything. Also FabKids send you scam emails saying you have a $40 credit then you click on it and it says you have a $10 credit. Just very scamish to me. Have never had a problem with just fab or random charges or anything but fab kids is definitely shady. The outfits I did get were cute but nothing special. Definitely not worth full price but were great for the deal I got before I knew about the whole fine print membership thing.

WHY CAN'T I TRACK MY ORDER
I ordered clothes for one granddaughter around 12th of July. Tracking number just said it was en route to Texas. USPS said the order got lost. I chatted with customer service and finally after three weeks, I had to cancel the order and place a new one. FabKids did give me some money back which was nice of them to do. Of course most of the clothes I first ordered were no longer available after almost a month. I placed the new order four days ago and was just given a FedEx tracking number. I tried tracking it and was told by FabKids chat person to give it 24 to 48 hours to be able to track it. I told them no matter who is the shipper, be it FedEx, UPS or Pitney Bowes, my order should be at my HOUSE by then. They ship out of Louisville, Ky. I live in Oklahoma. Every other company that I have ordered clothes from have had items arrive in less than a week, not a month!

DO NOT ORDER FROM THESE SCAMMERS!
I am so very upset with Fabkids right now. 1st off, I've been waiting to chat with someone for over 45 minutes. I have yet to be attended to. That's just terrible customer service! But that isn't the main reason I am writing. I'm writing because I have 2 Fabkids accounts that have been cancelled and I am just so ANGRY because I had member credits and now FabKids are gone. I recently disputed charges against Fabkids with my bank (AMEX), because I had changed my CC info on the Fabkids site to charge my VISA, not my AMEX. But even after changing the information, I continued to have 2 months worth of monthly 'membership' charges, in the amount of $29.95 each, charged to my AMEX card. (4 charges in total, 2 per account) Like I said, I disputed the charges but AMEX found in THIER favor, not mine, and didn't refund the charges. I was irritated, but figured it was no big deal, because I knew I would get the outfit credits for each charge. Today, I tried to login to utilize said credits (plus others I had accumulated over the months- I had several left) and come to find out all of my accounts were cancelled. I am seriously upset at this point. It was bad enough that they continued to charge a card they weren't authorized to charge, it was bad enough that my dispute found in their favor even though it was obvious the wrong card was being charged, but it takes the cake to find out they have now cancelled my accounts (without even informing me) and done away with all my my saved up credits. My family and I don't have a lot of money and saving those credits was the only way I was able to afford to buy my kids clothes for Christmas! Something needs to be done to rectify this situation IMMEDIATELY. I want my credits back so I can buy the clothes I've ALREADY PAID FOR! Please get back to me ASAP with a solution to the situation. And by the way, I still haven't been attended to in the chat window. It's been an hour by now. Don't offer the service if that's the best you can do.

Total Waste of Time
I signed up for the site due to a deal a friend at the time shared and right away I could see that the shoes were of poor quality. I decided not to waste my money, but wanted my account totally deleted. I tried chatting with them and the "system" kept having me wait and then it went from waiting to being connected, but no one replied. I called and was told FabKids could not remove my information from their system. WTF! This is my personal information that I should be able to have removed at anytime. The rep hung up on me when I asked about having my email completely removed from their servers. Stay away. I am so glad I never provided any additional information such as my address or credit card information. Stay way from this scam, info collecting, hacker's dream of a website. I will have to close out that email address since these idiots refused to remove my email information from their servers. They do not offer good customer service and the products are of poor quality. It is obvious when the items are seen online. I don't need to spend money ordering any of their junk to see it is garbage.

I do a lot of online shopping and am generally quite savvy about it, so boy, did I ever feel like an idiot when I rushed through the process to get a free FabKids outfit, only to realize I'd signed up for a monthly subscription! Yes, it was completely my fault for not reading the fine print, but honestly, I just never expected it. I thought FabKids was like a cheap GapKids or something, and just trying to make a name for themselves with some giveaways. Then I realized what I'd done, and freaked out when I saw all of these negative reviews. However, when I called to cancel, FabKids were pretty prompt about it, just gave me one counter-offer of more loyalty points to stay, and then went ahead and cancelled my account. I got a confirmation of the cancellation immediately, so I can't complain there either. As for the outfit itself, it's cute and reasonable quality, I just hope it fits the girl I bought it for as returning it won't be an option. A monthly shopping club isn't for me as I know there will be months when I forget to "skip", but I was pleased with FabKids customer service both in placing the order and cancelling my subscription.

Customer service reps do not listen
I purchase A VIP membership and received my items and the company made an error with the sizes for my son clothes and I called to get it fixed and FabKids said they were going to mail it out to me right away a week later I called to find out on a status of my order and they have not even attempted to mail it out because I did not return the item. The customer service was telling me something different when I called to find out why they didn't send it out I was so frustrated that I asked for my membership to be cancelled. The customer service rep refused to cancel my membership. She kept trying to find ways for me to keep my membership without helping me. The worst customer service ever I will never use this service again.

Disheartening and horrible
Please take time to readHow can you lie about helping your customer's or finding them solutions when you refuse to reship them their order or return them their money in time so that their children will have shoes before school starts in 2 days. When you are responsible for your shipments being continuously delayed not once but twice and now won't even hold your carrier accountable for "delivering" a package to an individual at my residence that never happened. I ordered weeks in advance before school starts now I have two days before my littles start school for the very first time and all you tell me is to wait 72 hours for the carrier, ( who has already told me the packaged was "delivered" and FabKids don't have it.) Then you would be able to find me a solution, instead of just helping me your customer now a resolve a issue immediately with a solution. I have tracked my packaged all over trying to get answers and all you do every so kindly is ask me to wait. So please who ever is reading this don't order from them it's not worth the stress the calls the tracking numbers and the magically mixed matched locations that your package will somehow end up overnight. And the repetitive scripted customer service lines from rude supervisors tops it all their 72 hour policy and them telling you to be patient and understanding, even when they've forced you into a impossible situation and won't bother to find a resolution is all just a facade for their lack of empathy or care that they really have because at the end of the day they have your money from the moment you click order. What you get or don't get, what stress, and concerns they cause you is not their problem they do not care. So know They won't help even when you really need it. So just DONT bother with this company.

I ordered 2 pairs of sandals for my little looked really cute online, but after one wear FabKids where scraped and the colors were really dull. Not what was advertised on the website. Then somehow WITHOUT my consent I was added to this VIP membership which they charged $39.95 a month. (Again I NEVER signed up for this and was NEVER told this would happen) After 2 months I called to cancel and was told that money was credited to my fab kids accounts, checked and had only 300 points, to get at the least $10 off I have to make a $150 purchase and have 2,000 points, THIS IS RIDICULOUS. Called back again and didn't get and answer, called another couple times would talk to them and they would just hung up. Another month was charged (I was charged 3 times) I decided to call thru my husband's phone and was FINALLY able to cancel. I asked for my money back ( they stole $120 from me) just got hungged up on again. HORRIBLE COSTUMER SERVICE!. I will be reporting them to the BBB. Clothes is expensive and not great material, last maybe for one wash, you are better off buying clothes from target and old navy.

Major rip off
I ordered boots in Oct. 2016 for my granddaughter's birthday. I did not realize at the time that FabKids would be taking from my card automatically every single month. My husband realized this in January of 2017. I called and spoke with Rosie, who informed me I would have credit for 2 months of the charges, but I would have to pay full retail prices instead of the Fabkid prices, but they would cancel my membership. Wasn't happy about that, but okay, whatever. I assumed it would then be taken care of. Since my husband handles all of the bills, I did not pay attention to the bank statements each month. That is until he told me we were charged again. I went back through our statements today. I have been charged every. Single. Month. Since that phone call. Not a happy camper whatsoever!

Bamboozlers
I came across a few promotions for the same thing. Buy two pairs of shoes for $9.95. So I set up an account and picked my two shoes. Upon check out the deal was not applied, although FabKids did give me VIP prices and checked the VIP box with purchase which gave me $10 off this first purchase. I still wanted what they advertised, so before putting in my credit card information I called customer care. At first the person seemed nice and accomidating. It didn't take long to see how they played and I was transferred to a "supervisor" I suspect it was the same person. They offed me the two pair for 9.95 but was also informed but making this purchase I was committing to the VIP program which charged my card $28 something cents each month. I said no thank you. Grateful I was informed of the additional charges they had planned to get me for before I gave additional info. Deffinately a business about draining money out of their customers slowly. Dirty business I think, wouldn't want to associate myself with that.

Zero STARS!
This company scammed me for 39.95, twice. I bought the two pairs of shoes for 9.95. Sure, i received the shoes. The same month, FabKids charged me for 39.95 for a membership i apparently signed on for. I did not consent to taking 39.95 out of my account every month. Here is the kicker! They took 39.95 out of my account two months ago! Now? It is June of 2020! Same year and they took out another 39.95! I called the first time and they credited my bank account and gave me my miney back, IN MARCH OF 2020! NOW IT IS JUNE OF 2020 AND THEY STOLE 39.95 FROM MY BANK ACCOUNT. I called and threatened a class action lawsuit because i have read i am not the only person they have done this too. Lets see if they give me back money in 7 days. He was a foreign peroson. I have no issues with foreign call centers, HOWEVER, I HEARD CHICKENS IN THE BACKGROUND OF MY PHONE CALL WITH THIS COMPANY! CHICKENS! WHAT THE HELL KOND OF SCAM DID WE ALL FALL FOR! I keep everyone posted.

Wow. The reviews on this company are ridiculous. Yes, when you buy an outfit on this site you are signed up for their "VIP" membership. The membership entails charging the credit card on account $29.95 in return for an outfit credit. You can then choose one of the two piece outfits on the site. You are charged $4.95 for shopping unless you spend $50 or more and then shopping is free. You also have the option of "skipping" any month you would like. You can skip as many months in a row as wanted but you have to skip between the first and fifth of the month. While I do agree that $29.95 is a bit overpriced (but a normal price) for a children's outfit, calling this company a scammer is ridiculous. All the ads and specials clearly state that the sale price is for VIPembers and the site very clearly states the membership details and what you are signing up for. Anyone shopping online should be smart enough to read the details of your purchases especially before giving card information. I knew what I was signing up for when I made my purchases from fabkids. I personally have chose to skip the last couple months because I do not want to pay $29.95 for an outfit I have however made a few purchases from the site. FabKids have a "sale" section with clothing choices from previous months that are 75% off! I purchased nine outfits for $115.05 which makes each outfit around $12.50. That is an amazing deal! The pants and tops start as low as $3.99 a piece. The clothes are pretty high quality in my opinion. I'm used to shopping at target and children's place. I would say that fabkids clothes are higher quality than both of those stores. The people in this site giving bad reviews are people that obviously did not pay very good attention when making a purchase. That is not the sites fault.

Signed up at the beginning of October and bought a pair of adorable winter shoes for my daughter that were normally $34 for $10! (no shipping) I went with my instinct of what size I thought she would be since she's small for her age, and found i should have gone by their size chart. So I'm in the middle of that exchange with no hiccups so far.
She's been needing some leggings for gymnastics and FabKids had a sale 3 for $20 and when i started adding them to the cart it said 3 for $15 so i was not going to complain. I also got an outfit (lavendar baby doll style lace dress with leggings) and was very impressed with the quality and it fit her rather well. All the leggings are great, a little loose at the knees, i may buy a size down next time to see if i just bought a size too big.
With this order as well i bought a pair of shoes that were on sale for $7 to put my order over $50 for free shipping. The first day she wore them they got scuffed up pretty good (black shoes with star cut outs with stretchy strap over them) she also complained about the strap a lot and when i took them off her they were digging into her skin pretty good. The 2nd time she wore them i tried stretching them out, but it was almost worse then before. I may just cut this off.
When November rolled around I was debating on buying an outfit but decided to skip a few hours before midnight on the 5th... My card never got charged.

Apparently a LEAGLE form of theft!
Good grief! The clothes in general are of mid to marginal quality (a few cute outfits), very limited selection! When you do find something you like,,, NEVER FAILS, FabKids are out of stock on the size I'm looking for! 3 times I've tried to cancel, each time I've been talked into staying on with bribes! I'm so sick of them charging my account after I've called to 'skip a month'! When I do remember to call I'm told to go to the website to skip a month, I tried this, apparently their site was down TWICE! When I called after the fact they refuse to refund me, talk me out if canceling, and told me that I should set an alarm on my phone to remind me to cancel by the 5th of each month! What good does it do when the site is not working, you think you've skipped it and it turns out it didn't go through. If my bank won't stop them from debuting my account I'm going to get a different account number! So done with this place!

Don't do it...
It's not worth the headache to join any of the Just Fab memberships. I have Fab Kids and Just Fab and have had nothing but issues. I initially signed up for a good deal, but it was not at all worth it.

There has been several times where I skipped the month -and I always double check it went through - but I still got charged the monthly fee. And getting that refunded is very difficult. FabKids make it so difficult that you will likely give up, because you'll need to spend hours on the phone arguing. They will tell you that you made a mistake. I had to go as far as canceling my debit card and getting a new one.

Aside from that the quality is poor. I bought my daughter boots and within two days the sole entirely fell off! I emailed customer service and they said I can return it but a return for a refund will cost you $15. Again, they make it difficult and not worth the hassle. I've had another pair of kids shoes break after one week, another that was sized incorrectly, a pair of boots for myself that were Walmart quality in looks, and a shirt just as poorly made.

There are countless people like me who were wrongly charged even AFTER canceling their membership. I don't know how they get away with it but this is one of the worst, most dishonest companies I have ever dealt with in my entire life.

Reward point scam
I liked Fabkids up until now. I ordered two pairs of shoes for my two daughters last month. I noticed I had enough points to redeem for two pairs of leggings. I was excited that I earned enough points to get BOTH of my daughters something. So I went to check out and I had 2 pairs of shoes and 2 pairs of leggings I was going to redeem in my cart. When I confirmed my purchase the order didn't show the leggings. Not a huge deal. I didn't want to pay shipping twice so I figured I will just order next month. Well, today is next month and I go to redeem my points and over 5,000 of them had expired! Hmmm, sounds like a coincidence. I had no heads up to them expiring. I talked to representative and FabKids offered to give me 1,000 points. I have spent 100's of dollars and I was concidered a, 'gold member'. Also, one of the pairs of shoes I received were the wrong ones and a representative said in order to exchange I had to spend $ 29... when the shoes were only $16.99. This company is $#*!ty. Thought I had a good thing going but their, 'computer glitch' and customer service drove me to end my membership.

Don't bother with this company. It was always such a hassle to remember to skip the month if you didn't want to order that month. They prey on people forgetting to skip the month so they can charge you $29. Bull$#*!.

The WORST experience
Ordered shoes for my kids. Several days after ordering I got an email stating that my return has been issued. I just need to return the items. Well I contacted customer service and FabKids couldn't tell me why. That made me nervous off the bat because whoever issued the false return had my account information. Almost three weeks later and I haven't received my item so I look at status and it says it was delivered like 9 days ago: which it was not. I contacted customer service again, sent messages, had to repeat myself to chat bot and then finally to the actual agent and then without answering any of my questions, the agent left the chat. So now I have no product, no refund (so out the money I spent, and no answers. Very disappointed and upset with this experience.

Very frustrating
I only gave them 3 stars because I have not received my order yet for 2 pairs of shoes. I suppose the quality is expected to be poor because of how inexpensive it was, but that is there scam. Hidden monthly fee of 30 dollars! Are FabKids high! I read through everything when I made my purchase, nevvvvver did I see this non sense. Luckily I caught it in the tiny fine print in a n email. Sneaky bastards. Thennnnnn. You have to call to cancel ur account. They couldn't make this easy. The representative that you will speak to will non stop kindly harass you till you agree to keep your vips account. Seriously. Took 20 mins of telling this women nooooo to finally get her to cancel it. Just found out my husband ordered something off of there with his email... dreading that phone call process. What happened to no means no! Pushy pushy pushy. I'll never order from them again, which is their loss, because I have a disgusting addiction to buying my 6 kids clothing online.

Stand your ground they will refund!
I purchased a couple of items from them in December for Christmas(the kids loved them). Never did I knew I was subscribed to their VIP mebership. I was charged 30 bucks in January. I was bummed but I figured might as well order something later on so I let that one go. On February I received the "skip the month" email and so I skipped that month. On March I didnt receive no email and was charged 30 bucks again. I called the customer service number and FabKids were actually very nice and CONVENCING. The lady refund me the money but after 30 minutes on the phone, talked me into keeping the membership. Now it is April and I didnt get to skip and once again was charged. I was firm with them and told them I was not going to allow them to talk me into keeping the membership. I finally just cancelled the membership and the lady refunded this month and January as well! With all that said... I don't know where all the rude customer service people are comming from but I've only dealt with polite nice but very CONVENCING people when talking on the phone. Stand your ground they will refund.

I received a promo via email for a "free" outfit (only pay s/h of $4.95) although the quality of the clothes was impressive; the membership has been incredibly difficult to cancel. I can't commit to $39.95 monthly and may not remember to cancel within the first few days of the month. There is area to cancel membership online, however in the fine print, it states you must call to cancel. When you call the customer care telephone, you are placed on hold for 15 minutes only to be disconnected! I tried severeal times a day during their hours of operation and have spent entirely way too much time doing this. There's also a "chat live" feature on the website but of no help. You're advised to call. Finally after over a week of the ridiculous hold time and about 80 calls, I get a representative! Woo hoo right? The young lady who answers my call tries to discourage me from canceling because of the "rewards" my membership offers, the upcoming fabrics in the upcoming months, the easy to wash clothes being featured for the winter season & finally and promos offered through the membership. This went on for several minutes after repeating "I just want to cancel my membership" all in all, thankful to be out of the commitment. Buyer Beware~

Thought I was getting a great deal for being a first time customer. Less than two weeks later, I realized my credit card had been charged $39.95 for their VIP club. I recreated a fake purchase to go in and see what the fine print showed, and sure enough, there was something on the SIDE of the checkout box saying that I had to buy something once a month or my credit care would be charged, in exchange for the great deal I got on my first order. I will not be buying from FabKids again. Yes, I could've read the fine print, but never in my life has there been small print next to my PLACE ORDER box telling me that I'm agreeing to be in their VIP club WITH A FEE, without a checkbox telling me I had to agree to those terms. I'm just glad I was watching my credit card, or this charging my card crap might've gone on for months unbeknownst to me. STAY AWAY!

Upon reading lots of other reviews, I'm not the only person with a complaint about the charges FabKids make on people's credit cards without their consent. They must be making a lot of money doing this, otherwise WHY would they deal with all the angry people asking for the charges to be reversed? If they weren't deceitfully making money this way, they would make it VERY CLEAR to people that they are agreeing to join their VIP club just by making a purchase!

Update: Customer service was quick to issue a refund and hopefully cancel my membership (unless "refund my money, I never would've signed up for this if I'd realized that's what I was doing" didn't clearly indicate that I no longer (and never did) want to be a VIP member. As of now, I will say their customer service is good, but I did suggest that they revamp their website to make it clear to people what they are signing up for!

COMPLETE FRAUD
I signed up in 2016 and a half a year later I realized that when I ordered clothes for my kids FabKids automatically enrolled me in a monthly subscription. I called and cancelled after 6 months of charges and they refunded my money. Fats forward to today, they stopped my Just Fab account but kept charging my credit card under FabkIds. So, I just asked for another refund again it was painful to admit they have been stealing from me again! I had to call several numbers to get money back because they had had it so long they could no longer issue me a credit through my credit card I will get additional money in a check in the mail is 8 to 12 weeks! I am cancelling my credit card so they no longer have access to my number... if YOU THINK ANYTHING ON THEIR SITE IS CUTE STOP AND THINK ABOUT YOUR CREDIT CARD AND HOW THEY CAN GET AWAY WITH AUTOMATICALLY CHARGING YOU AND STEALING FROM YOU!

Do not buy from here at all!
I ordered my kids 2 pair of boots. I received the email saying FabKids were shipped and a link to track them. I checked it one day and they said there were delivered, well i never received them, after checking with neighbors to see if they got them by mistake i called and they said they would send them out again. Well a week goes by and the day i called yet again because i did not get them i get a email saying they were just shipped and the day later i get the email saying they were delivered. Still after a month i have received nothing and they refuse to refund me my money or give my the product i paid for. When i call i never get to talk to a manager they push it off and make every excuse why i can not talk to one. So they have my money and will not release it but i still dont have the product.
