Very unprofessional, horrible experience
Do not order if you eventually want to end your subscription. FabKids will not let you. I called customer service to wait on hold for 15 minutes to talk to a lady (unfortunately conversation was so short that I didn't get her name) told her I ordered 2 pairs of shoes not knowing it was a subscription and did not want to continue with this subscription also asked for refund, said she would help me and instead hung up on me. Called back spoke to Josh, he said let me get your information and I'll help you, hung on on me after waiting on hold for another 10 minutes. (You can only fall to cancel) I'm assuming this is how they keep you from cancelling or giving you your money back. Not going to deal with that, I called my bank instead since they just keep hanging up on me but this is ridiculous and very unprofessional I'm not happy with this whole experience. Shoes are not that great just some cute little sandals I could've gotten at the mall or something. Not worth it, customer service is horrible and they just want your money regardless if you want your subscription ended.

A horrible experience ever..
Placed 1st order and signed up for VIP membership on 06 23. Placed 2nd order on 07 03 and have yet to receive either. Contacted Fab Kids as well as pitneybows and not much help other tan told my order would arrive by the 14th.
Well it yet to arrive and it's now the 18th.
So disappointed. Was really looking forward to receiving by my granddaughters birthday but not sure it going to happen.
I will most likely discontinue my membership and soul deff not recommend it again even though I did in the beginning.
Customer service can not get it to get her on dates of arrivals. Luve chatted with several girls and each gave me a diff solution or explaination to the issue.

FabKids Games Customers and Is Dishonest About Services
FabKids generates revenue by enticing customers into a "VIP" membership that charges you every month unless you remember to go onto your account in the first 5 days of the month and click that you do not want to be charged that month. Who wants to play these games?! You cannot cancel your account except by phoning their off-shore call center. We will be doing that soon but are not looking forward to it.

But their clothes and shoes, etc. were cute and reasonably priced and so far we have been successful in declining the monthly charges. But we are going to make the call to cancel (wish us luck) because FabKids asserts that the deliver their orders in 4 to 9 business days but consistently our orders are taking 2 or 3 times that for delivery. Once our latest order arrives we will cancel (or try to).

UNAUTHORIZED CHARGES FROM THIS COMPANY WITHOUT MY PERMISSION
I placed a ONE TIME order for my daughter. I did not realize making a purchase entered me into a membership that cost $29 a month! FabKids took this money from my credit card for over a year and the amount came to $435! When I called they said I have a $435 credit for purchases. My daughter can no longer fit the clothes they offer so I wanted a refund. They initially processed the refund March 2018 and told me it takes 3 months to process and mail out. I have been calling every 3 months and they give me a different excuse each time and tell me they have to reprocess the return and it will take another 3 months. I have been trying to get a refund for over 1 year and I STILL DON'T HAVE IT! They acknowledge they owe me a refund but they won't give me my money back. The last time I called, the customer service agent said she was going to start the process for a refund again and send me a confirmation email. Well the email said she cancelled my membership (which was already cancelled at a prior date). NOTHING IN THE EMAIL REGARDING MY REFUND! I'm going to reach out to my local government official to see what steps I can take to block this company from doing business and business transactions in the United States.

Horrible customer service and management!
Was sent multiple emails providing updates.
One of those was that the order was processed and being shipped. Never got anything!
Called. Was told it wasn't even processed and nothing could be done. Asked for a manager,"Denise" said that it wasn't shipped out and with illness FabKids have been short staffed. Yet not closed down. I informed her that I got multiple emails that it had already been send before the illness since order was before it. She continued to repeat that the warehouse was short staff. She smirked, and made negative gestures. Ended up yelling at each other as she refused to tell me management contact information. Always gave excuses and completely rude! Didn't answer any of my questions.
Never again!

Several issues
I've never had an issue ordering before. However, this time there were several. I had to call multiple times to track my order and each time I was given a different date for delivery. The original delivery date was pushed back 3 times. Then I finally received the order and it was wrong. One of the shirts I ordered was missing and I received another shirt twice. I tried contacting them that day several times and couldn't get through via chat or phone so I got frustrated and put it off another day. I tried contacting them again the following day and the chat feature would say it's connecting me to an agent and then end the conversation (which is what happened the previous day). I then tried calling and it kept giving me an error until finally after about the 3rd time I was able to get through and speak to someone who gathered all of my information including telephone number... put me on hold to research my complaint and then it disconnected. I waited a few minutes thinking she would call me back. NOPE. I called back again and was put in queue with 28 other callers ahead of me. Finally got to another person who then told me the shirt I ordered was no longer in stock. So I said can I at least send this shirt back and get a store credit as I don't need two of the same shirts and she did do that for me but I have to wait until FabKids receive the shirt to get the credit. Which is fine. It's just the principle of it all. They screwed up and offered me nothing and I had to ask to send the shirt back and receive a credit. But the clothes I did receive are cute. I just wish I would have received my whole order.

STAY AWAY FALSE ADVERTISING, ZERO CUSTOMER SERVICE & REFUND ISSUES
I received an email a few months ago about and offer for 2 pairs of shoes "FOR" $9.95 but when I went to the cart, it was coming up way higher. I contacted them via chat and phone and was told "I" read the email wrong, the offer was 2 pairs of shoes "FROM" $9.95 not "FOR" $9.95. I sent them all the emails I received as proof of what I was saying and FabKids still said "I" was wrong. Only after I complained publicly on social media, they honored the email. I received the shoes and they were poorly made and did not fit my daughter so I sent them back at the end of August. They sent me an email on September 26th saying they received my return and that my refund would be processed in 2-5 business day but that never happened. I contacted them today to get an update and I was told that the "system" does not process the returns even though they sent an email saying it did. I was told today that the refund is going to be processed today and it can take 5-7 days which is not what the return email stated. When I continued to question why I had to contact them about not getting my refund, I was told there was a "system glitch" which was a total contradiction since I was previously told the system doesn't generate refunds. I asked for an address to the corporate office and was given 2 email address that don't work and now am being told that my complaint "may" not be answered.

Hard to cancel subscription.
My wife a year ago ordered shoes for my kids on this site. I then was getting bank alerts of 2x$30 charges on my card from them. She called to cancel but FabKids told her that she has to spend the current balance. She then spent the credits and canceled, but I still was receiving $60 charges on my bank card. They then told her that they will cancel but again she has to spend the credits. She did as told, canceled and I was charged another $60 this month. DO NOT! DO NOT! DO NOT! Buy from them or you will be charged every month. I have tried talking to them myself, but they told me only my wife can cancel even though it's my bank card that it's under. I'm super frustrated with their service and they should definitely be checked out by the BBB.

Very Dishonest Business Model
I purchased a couple of pairs of toddler shoes with a two for one promotion and $10 off "special". The shoes haven't arrived and I suspect FabKids will be just fine when they do. However, because I happened to actually read one of the flurry of e-mails they sent after my order I noticed that I was now a VIP. VIP's get great prices, special discounts, yada, yada, yada. They also are enrolled in a program that bills them $26 dollars every month unless they order something or click a link to refuse. Forget to click and you pay $26 for nothing. I cannot imagine this is a legal business practice but it certainly is at least dishonest. I will research FabKids, their owners, corporate affiliations etc. and stop doing business with any of them.

Where's my package!
So according to the delivery services representative (Ontrac) my package was delivered to my address. Yet I have nothing! I have been home all day waiting for my package and as soon as it shows delivered I run outside to see where FabKids are and nothing. Mind you I have the ring camera/ doorbell and no one ever came to my door! I ask neighbors who were outside and no one seen any deliveries made. I only have 3 neighbors a total of 4 doors in my apartments and none of us received my package! I'm very upset and will never order from fab kids again! I will warn everyone of the unprofessional delivery services of ontrac and the fraud of fab kids! I will be calling my bank for my money back and block fab kids for taking monthly v. i. p payments! Very upset!

Not bad
I did not know at firatabout the $29 monthly charge, after I found out I called to cancel the membership abut FabKids talked me into staying by telling me about the skip option and gave me 500 points. I ordered my daughter an outfit and 2 pairs of sandals. The outfit was adorable as were the sandals. Bit the sandals literally lasted a month, if that. I forgot to someone month and I called them to cancel. Not Lily did they refund my $29 but they gave me another 500 points. Once you reach 1000 point to you get a free outfit. And I also have a member credit for that (which is good for a free outfit, if I can figure out how to redeem it). Just remember to skip every month or pick an outfit, not hard at all. And DON'T buy the sandals!

Poor quality in clothes AND service
If you want to cancel your membership, reading my live chat to request to cancel is what you will experience. FabKids are relentless. And it took this Mia 20 minutes to reply to the livechat. Be firm. Do it on live chat if you're timid. It's easier to stand firm and ignore their plea for you to continue staying with them. She ended up canceling finally and I will see when or if I get charged again!

I want to let everyone know that this company has no...
I want to let everyone know that this company has no way of removing your account once you (or someone else) creates one. I received an email from them that I did not solicit (I don't even have kids!) and FabKids said I created an account, thus the email. Well I did not create the account and I do not want them to have my email address so I called them. The only solution they could offer was to have me log in to their site with a temporary password they provided and change the email to something that doesn't exist. That's a very bad computer system if they cannot (or will not?) delete an account. I would not trust them with your credit card information!

UPDATE:
I went to the site and logged in AND THERE IS NOT A WAY TO CHANGE YOUR EMAIL ADDRESS! It is assigned as your username.

Terrible customer service
It took me 9months to finally have this company cancel my membership. I asked to have it cancelled in january 2017. I was told it was cancelled. Then in May I was charged a credit on my card because FabKids had not cancelled my account. I used a live chat to fix this issue and they refunded the credit and said they cancelled my account. Then again yesterday (September 7th) I received another email saying I had been charged so I tried to log in and it worked. My account had not been cancelled and they had been charging me a credit for the past 4 months without my knowledge. No emails or anything until yesterday. That being said, this morning I opened another live chat and was on "agent typing" status for 15 minutes before the agent cancelled my chat without ever acknowledging me or my issue. I then called the main office and had to be on the phone for 45 minutes before someone finally said they cancelled my account and that they refunded all of the credits they have been charging. I have to pay extra close attention to my card now because they charged it so many times without permission. This company is not worth the time.

I signed up for an account because I had a buy one get one sale and 10 dollars off. Their stuff is really cute but i couldn't find the size of shoe i needed which was a T5 according to their size chart. I called customer service to get a woman who barely spoke english and over and over she tried to sell me a T7 and all i wanted to know is if FabKids carry T5 which apparently they do not. I finally got a manager on the phone to tell me if they carry the size i need, and thank heavens, she spoke fluent english. The manager was able to explain to me that they don't carry the size i need. I never bought anything because of all the trouble i had with the rep. I thought, good lord, if i can't get through and get an answer for this I wonder what it would be like to have a return. Their clothes look cute but I think I will stick with the ease of old navy.

Fraud.
Fabkid is fraudulent and sketchy. I never sighed up for a membership but FabKids sighed me up anyways, and started to take my money. I've called several times and they hung up in my face. They have charged me three times already before i noticed that they were taking my money. When i finally got through, the man on the phone walked me through a "refund" process and at the end he gave me a 1800 number to call and complete the process, but the number he gave me was a 1800 information line.so at this point i am so angry because i feel like they are playing games.so then i call back and ask to speak to a supervisor, and the lady just hung up in my face. I never got my money back and they are still taking money from me. Its sad that people will take money from others knowing the hard times we are in right now.

Extremely Poor Shipping
I ordered on 30 Nov 2020, my order shipped on 2 Dec and the last update was 11 Dec. I inquired about it last week (the last shipping update had my package at a facility 6.5 hours away). I was told if it didn't arrive by the 21st to get back with FABKIDS as it was still within the shipping window. I did and now FabKids tell me they has 20 business days and to not expect if until after Christmas (no shipping update). I gave it 2 stats because customer service was polite and cancelled my membership immediately when I asked. However, I could not remove my credit card information and contact them again. Now they tell me they will call me back within 24 hours so I can have my credit card removed. I definitely will NOT be doing business with FABKIDS again. Oh, there customer support people are not within the US or Canada, but they did assure me the main headquarters are located in both the US and Canada.

Awful customer service. Almost impossible to cancel membership!
I sent them an e-mail asking to cancel my account and got an e-mail back saying that FabKids could only skip a month.
A month later, there was a charge on my account and when I called them a rude customer service person said that they could not refund the charge.
I was not happy by the way this business do things. I believe that an e-mail should be enough to cancel that membership but no. I needed to call few times, repeat my email and phone number several times and still got nowhere.
The worse part is being told: Sorry you should have known... I can't refund the charge!
I wasted over 10 minutes on the phone and have to get a hold of my credit card company now.

I do Not recommend this company as they will charge you regardless of your attempts to cancel it.
Too much hassle for little in return.
I learned my lesson and hope this review can help others not to fall for the same trap.

Buying was not a problem. Products were good and fairly reasonable, although I thought their selection was limited. But this is what gripes me - FabKids lead you into a "VIP Membership" for which they charge you $29.95/mo. To get emails and promos, and the only way you can get out of having that $29.95 charge, IS THAT YOU HAVE TO CONTACT THEM AHEAD OF TIME -- it's not mandatory that you get charged, but they will automatically charge you unless you take action first - Kind of like the old Columbia Music Club where they automatically shipped albums to you unless you sent in a card saying you didn't want the monthly selection. For three months straight my card has been charged even though I canceled my membership. However, my daughter also had an account and once used my charge to purchase an outfit for my granddaughter, so her account was also linked to my card. I called 10 days ago, and was told they would make sure both accounts were canceled and refund the $29.95 charge made this month. I called again today and was told the accounts were both closed, but the refund had not ever been processed, so it would be another 5-7 days to get the refund. I sent a message to Customer Service to let them know about the problems I have experienced, including a problem with their customer service reps being unable to transfer to into an automated system they need me to enter information into before they can help me, and the messages all came back with responses that clearly showed they didn't even read my messages -- they kept telling me to call so they could cancel the accounts and refund my money -- even though I told them in all messages going back and forth that I had taken care of all of that over the phone this morning. Very frustrating. Would never recommend this company again.

This has to be illegal, very shady business practices!
We got an email out of the blue from these scam artists and decided to order a couple of outfits for our granddaughters. The transaction went fine, FabKids were a little slow on shipping but the items got there correctly and the kids loved them. The problem is that you are automatically signed up for their "VIP" program without realizing it. I went to balance the checkbook at the end of the month and there is $29.95 missing. I saw who it was on the bank statement though so logged into their website to see what was going on. I start reading and find that somehow I have indeed enrolled in this program. I called and the person who answered at first said she could not refund my money. I asked to speak to a supervisor and was actually transferred to someone fairly quickly, probably within a minute. The supervisor who you could tell kept trying to read from a script tried initially to I think say that I had knowingly signed up for it. I stopped her and told her their process was deceptive and the ONLY thing I wanted was a refund and my account cancelled. She went back to her script and I had to stop and tell her this 3 times before she finally agreed. You have to be a little stern with them but she did refund my money. As I titled this, the way they do this has to be illegal or at the least unethical on some level. The clothing was liked by the kids (we are out of state so I haven't actually seen the items) this whole membership thing is very shady. I agree with others on staying away just because of their shady business practices.
