Canvas purchase
I loved my purchase even though the price is a little high the product was great. My son and daughter-in-law loved it. The company had some shipping issues which Family Gifts Co. kept me informed of and even with the issues my product arrived in a reasonable amount of time and was delivered in plenty of time for Christmas. The owners of this company showed they take pride in their work and care about the satisfaction of their customers. I would recommend them to anyone and would like to thank them for their great service and care of me as a customer. Thank you

Scam
I placed an order with this company as I saw their advertisement on Facebook, probably my first mistake. I have still not received the merchandise but Family Gifts Co. did charge my credit card right away and when I try to contact them it's an automated voice system that says you need to email them and then hangs up on you. I sent numerous emails and all I get is an automated response with those too! Would not even recommend this company to someone I don't even like!

Great purchase!
I ordered the wrong print at first. Even though it was right during Christmas week, Family Gifts Co. were quick to reimburse me with no issues. I then ordered another print. When the print arrived I was so pleased - it was a much softer color and not glaring like the pic online; I was a little afraid of that but went ahead and ordered the print anyways. It turned out way better than I had imagined. It was beautiful and all the names were correctly printed. The delivery company took good care of the print and it arrived with no damage. I'm a very satisfied buyer!

Christmas Gift
Shopping on website was easy. Price affordable. Liked ability to buy extra things for picture. Shipping was terrible but found out it was not just my product but other peoples products that Family Gifts Co. had bought from other sites that had shipping issues also. It was a Christmas gift for my wife which was supposed to be received by the 15 of December and did not receive it till day after Christmas. Other than that, wife loved the gift and quality was well worth the price I paid for it.

I had a blast picking these 4 Mothers Day gifts out. It really took me in when I saw the actual names of our families on the canvas. I will def buy again. Their customer service is beyond excellent. Looking forward to my next purchase. I highly recommend this company for personalized gifts, Family Gifts Co. are beautiful.

Very very very very very dissatified!
Order No. #231139 was supposedly shipped on Dec. 2. As of today, Jan 1, I have not received it. I ordered it as a Christmas gift and because of no delivery I had to buy my loved on something else. I tried to track it, but the tracking sight had no information. I no longer need or want the order. I have asked for a refund and haven't receive that either. I am very dissatisfied with Family Gifts and will not do business with you in the future. If my refund does not come soon then I intend to post on Face Book my experience with you so that others will know.

Never received purchase
Terribly disappointed, ordered gift several weeks before Christmas with plenty of time to ship/receive. Never came, family from out of state came and did not get the gift we ordered. According to fedex shipment status it as been sitting in Laredo over 3 weeks with no additional updates. Family leaves tomorrow and if gift ever shows up will have to spend additional shipping to send to them. Think we would rather have our $200+ back at this point

Canvas is great. Parents loved it
The online ordering was easy n smooth. Getting it shipped was terrible. Ordered it on Cyber Monday n received it 23 days later. Extremely worried that it wasn't going to get here before Christmas. It did n I'm thankful, not sure if it would have been shipped had I not emailed them. Hate to write this since I really like the item. Just letting you know, don't wait to the last minute to order if you want this on a certain date.

Autumn Road Multi-Names
Worse customer service ever. My canvas supposedly shipped 01Dec20 but when I check the tracking it states label created pending delivery date - since 01Dec20! I have contacted the company with full details of what the tracking link indicated and all Family Gifts Co. did was send me the same info. I wrote back telling them this wasn't my issue, I know what it states, but where exactly is the canvas and why is it sitting for 10 days. No response and sent email 4 times!

Overall great, just one small issue
I ordered two canvas style pics and Family Gifts Co. look great but one of them the wood frame came off! Not saying it was anyone's fault just worried because it scared me. Was it because it rushed to be put together that it was nailed/stapled together right. Was it because the delivery man missed treated it or was it me moving it from my house to my parents house to wrap and put under the Christmas tree. Either way my parents love theirs and have it up in their house and my Sister and brother-in-law love theirs and are planning on mounting it!

Thank you... but...
Absolutely love the canvas picture, but I bought as a birthday present for 12/10 birthday, didn't even get it till after Christmas and no update from you till I emailed. Email response time was good but never real clean on actual delivery date. If you just communicated better that you were overwhelmed with orders and the actual delivery date estimate without me having to ask it would have helped. I was worried the whole thing was a scam. I love the Canvas picture and quality, thank you so much!

Not Happy
I ordered a picture before Christmas and was told that it would show up before Christmas. Well, let's say it did not show up till AFTER Christmas. No communication from them at all that it was going to be delayed due to COVID or shipping issues, nothing. I called only to hear a recording telling me to email them, which I did. Several days later Family Gifts Co. responded and not even and apology until the second time I emailed and was a little more assertive.

I love this idea, but when placing my order I added the VIP treatment at a cost of $20.00. Then during checkout I was offered an add on of the VIP TREATMENT for $9.99. I wasn't able to cancel my order and get the lower cost.?!?!?! WHY was this even offered to me? Had I known I would have gotten it at a lower price I would have waited until check out. It just made me otherwise I would have given 5 stars. This needs to be fixed.

FAMILY GIFTS' DELIVERY & CUSTOMER SERVICE - PATHETIC
Every customer of theirs is now a former customer. I received an email last night after clicking through from FB to their website. Bought something "in time for Valentine's". Late on Feb 12, an apologetic email arrives from owner saying Family Gifts Co. ran out of something. All orders placed in advance of cut off will ship Feb 13 (ground UPS). They didn't give you much time to find an alternative present online and had I known, I would have cancelled.

Art quality was great - delivery time was only issue
I'm happy with the art (a gift for our mother and she loved it) but delivery time was much longer than expected. I was finally getting concerned (because I couldn't even track the shipment) and then Family Gifts did finally send an email informing of a logistics issue that caused a major disruption in their production and delivery. I understand Family Gifts Co. had little or no control over the issue and I appreciated the information but I wish they'd have informed me sooner. Once they sent that info - the order shipped a few days later and I received it within a few days.

More than i expected
I'm writing this review because i was leary about ordering things of this nature from on line companies but i really wanted to get a piece done and Family Gifts Co. are legitimate and i was highly pleased with the out come of their product so much so that i shared it with my family and friends to encourage them to get one also for family memories i love it and it's mounted over our fireplace thanks again i guess when my daughter gets married next year I'll have to get another one and add his name thanks again.

Was offered 33% off my total order and when my transaction...
Was offered 33% off my total order and when my transaction was complete no discount was applied and I was charged full price. Tried to call and only got an answering machine. I am not happy. I feel tricked out of my hard earned money and I will either need to be refunded the 33% discount I was lead to believe I was getting or the order needs to be canceled and refunded right away please! It's not right to "trick" your customers into spending more money than Family Gifts Co. are willing to spend.

I was leery
With all the holiday scams out there, when I saw this ad on facebook, I thought..."I don't know about this". But I took a leap of faith (after trying to find out anything negative about the company--I didn't) I was Very happy with the print. Personalized perfectly. Appreciated being able to approve of the layout before printing. Shipped as promised in well constructed, study wrapping.

Great product and customer service
I ordered a canvas for my son & his family who just retired from 20 years in the Marines and bought their forever home. When I received the package it was pretty damaged. The canvas was damaged as you can see in pictures. I contacted customer service Tuesday today is Thursday and my problem is taken care of. Not only are Family Gifts Co. sending a replacement canvas (which I didn't ask for) they are refunding part of my $$.
Customer service at its best, quick to reply.
Will order again from them

Total Rip Off, DO NOT BUY FROM THESE PEOPLE
I ordered a 20 year wedding anniversary gift for my wife. That's when things went WRONG! Anniversary has now come and gone with no delivery of the purchased item. Received 1 email stating Family Gifts Co. would charge 20% fee to refund my money... On an item I didn't receive, sent reply email... Feel in deaf ear. Opened a dispute with PayPal to get my money back. Stay clear of these people, it will only end in disappoint! I only have 1 star, as there is not an option for zero stars!

Receipt
Very upsetting that I have an email stating my product was sent on 12/6 however when I would track, stated Family Gifts Co. had not received my package... follow up took over a week. It was a Christmas gift and I had to but something else for them for fear it would not be received in time. It did make it, but only with a day or 2 to spare very frustrating experience. Without asking I was reimbursed for shipping, but feel you could have done better

Amazing purchase
My niece got married and I happened to run across this website and found the perfect gift. It allowed me to choose and adjust my photos. The process was quick and easy to use. The staff, particularly Molly was very helpful with my questions while waiting for my package to arrive. She was very professional. I can't wait to my niece face when she sees the gift after she returns from her honeymoon.

I SUGGEST YOU NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY
I ordered 3 journals on Dec 14th for $124 with "Priority Care Shipping" for Christmas. I received is an email on Dec 18th that said "Your order is on the way" with a "tracking number" that didn't register on the USPS site when entered. I kept checking every few days and then tried calling the 800#. It plays a recording that tells you to email them. It's now Jan 3 and the tracker still says its in Fremont, CA, so I left a message today asking them to refund my money, but due to their poor customer service so far, I'll probably have to handle that through my cc company. I believe this is a scam.

First time using this company and very happy
This was the first time i ordered through this company. I ordered a canvas picture from them but it never arrived for christmas. I was disappointed and Family Gifts Co. credit me 100% back without any hassel. Well a month later i recieved unexpectedly the picture in the frame. I'm 100% Very satisfied with the quality. I called them and they said to keep the picture and the refund as that was their way of saying they were sorry for the delay. I will be using them again in the future as now i know they are a very reputable company. Thank you again family gifts.

Everything looked fine and as promoted. I believe the item to be overpriced when ordered so that wasn't an issue for me even though digital printing to canvas can be found for less. I was disappointed with shipping time as I ordered prior to Thanksgiving and waited the quoted/and expected pandemic delay times with no updates. Wasn't until I inquired on my painting that the status emails started and then it was delivered. I felt like the order was misplaced or forgotten. Otherwise the product was 100% as expected.

Product never arrived but said shipped
I purchased something for a Christmas present 4 weeks ago. This item still has not arrived despite getting a notice saying it shipped and being provided an order number. No one in customer service could tell me where it was. I have called twice and sent emails twice. No response to the emails and the calls were a waste of time. While on one call, I could hear a rooster crowing in the back ground. Where is their customer service call center... on a farm? I strongly recommend against this company. Beyond done dealing with them.

Canvas quality is awesome & beautiful

Best Family Christmas gift ever!
As soon as the ad popped into my Facebook news feed, I knew immediately that I would be placing an order. The products offered are beautiful one of a kind artistic work. I am beyond pleased with the results. Just prior to ordering, my husband and I were actively talking about exchanging Christmas gifts. That's when I spotted your web link in our Facebook news feed. After clicking on the link, I knew that I would be placing an order. We purchased a breathtaking mountain scene with all our family members names listed on it. After we received it, we were stunned. The quality is spectacular, the service was easy, uncomplicated, and emails were always sent giving us a status update. I am so pleased with the entire product and service that I ended up ordering my 29 year old daughter one for her housewarming/Christmas gift as well. I highly recommend ordering. SCAM!
This company is a SCAM, do not be fooled. I ordered a canvas on December 5th. Family Gifts Co. sent an email stating it shipped on the 23rd. We still have not received the canvas. I complained to there company email and they sent a follow-up email saying I would be refunded 10% of my order. Shockingly I haven't received that as well. Not to mention the tracking app they use (Shop) is horrendous. Don't provide any details of your order at all. Don't be fooled!

Delayed Delivery
With the holidays approaching I ordered my Christmas gifts from Family Gifts Co. Before the end of November. I only received a part of my order before Christmas and I did not get all my gifts until late January. It almost ruined the first Christmas away from my family. We wanted a gift that we could all share for the rest of our lives. Weeks later, I received the final part of my gift. At no time was I offered a refund, which I felt was deserved as well as what I ordered.

Customer service tried to help me as best Family Gifts Co. could. It was not their fault, but it took a long time to get this issue resolved and multiple requests. If I didn't stay on top of it, I would have gotten my gifts.
