The shopping experience was good. I don't enjoy surprise and timed countdown offers after I press the purchase button though. That would be better received if it was offered as extras before the checkout process. The short version is, it a bit of a shady sales tactic.
I also signed up as the website recommended for an additional 10% off, and this link did not offer the 10%. Im still willing to pay the price I did because I like the product as it is advertised, but why wasn't the 10% off included as promised?
Again its a shady sales tactic.

I feel a bit uncomfortable ordering a canvas without seeing a preview. But I've been assured by customer service that i will recieve an email with a proof to approve, before my canvas is made & shipped.
Yes we did go back and forth a few times to figure out the best arrangement. We Love the final result!

I spoke with customer service more than once. Family Gifts Co. were very helpful in reassuring me that I would be contacted (via email) & that I would have to approve the arrangement before it was printed.
I also exchanged emails with a designer until we found the final layout.

I had reviewed my purchase due to the braces on the back arriving unattached in 2 places. I didn't know how to contact the service dept. WELL, after reviewing I did find infor to contact. Family Gifts Co. have gone over and above to help fix the situation. The picture was perfect, the problem was fixable and they gave me a bit of a refund to make my time worth it. I glued the corner supports on back in and all is well. Great picture and great service. UPDATING A PREVIOUS REVIEW.

Everything was really good until the shipping of the item. I did choose the 2 day shipping due to it was a Xmas gift and it didn't show up till 5 day later. I would of refunded the shipping on any order that asked for the one or two day shipping and your company known that it was not going to happen. I would of fixed the web page also and take off the express shipping and the two day shipping and left it at regular shipping.

Thank God, I got my gift in time. When I opened it, you could tell it was a RUSHED JOB. The canvas is loose and floppy, the bottome left corner is ripping. So NO, I was not pleased. Walgreens could have done a better job. I get you were in a rush, but does that mean quality should be minimized? I will now have to take it into a frame shop and have it remounted and hopefully the bottom corner can be fixed or hidden to not further rip.

The issue I had, was with the communication pertaining to delivery date and shipping. Was very confusing, as I was sent an email, saying it had already shipped, when it had not. Took overall about a month to recieve. Otherwise, was a beautiful gift! I will probably be a repeat customer!
Just hope the communication is better next time and accurate. Granted, it was Christmas time, so. There's that.

This canvas is so cool. I got this as a gift for my wife's birthday and she absolutely loves it. She said it's one of the best presents I've ever gotten for. She took a picture of it and sent it to just about everyone we know bragging about it. And the time it took from ordering to when it hit my door step was seriously unbelievable. Family Gifts Co. said 10-14 days. Nope. It took 5 days. To have something custom made like this and to me so quick. My hats off to you. Thank you for being awesome at what you do. You made my wife's birthday that much better. She's so happy with it. I usually ever leave a review cause I just don't like to take the time to do it but these guys deserve it. Everything from beginning to end went just fine. I ordered in early December hoping to get my gift by Christmas. It did not arrive until December 29th. However, with high volume and the year of Covid, I realize that delays were possible and most likely probable. I understand why the late arrival. I was given emails and feedback on why the delay was taking place. Overall, it was a great experience and handled very professionally. The product received was wonderful! The only issue was with delivery. It took almost 3 weeks to receive the item. Communication initially was limited with no updates, but then I received an email from the CEO stating that there had been an issue with the item getting to the delivery service and it had been lost, BUT that Family Gifts Co. were expediting my replacement item. They did that and my item was received within 3 days. So overall, I was pleased and would order again!

I'm skeptical when ordering from companies with links on Social Media; but as a woman owned small business I would want to reach my future clients to take a chance and click on my website. I ordered the Autumn Road canvas for me and my husband when he saw it he was ecstatic. We shared an amazing moment of silence in complete aaw reflecting on how perfect this canvas represents us. I just ordered 2 Sisters Canvases for me and my younger sister, I can't wait for her to receive it.

It came out really beautiful! I didn't however see the customization for different backgrounds while setting it up to order. The delivery time was very long and yes I do know it had to be drawn up and customized but it took about a week to find out it was being confirmed. Then another to make it. Then took almost another 2 weeks to get here. Other than the delivery wait it was amazing and highly recommend it for an heartwarming gift!

I ordered print 11/26. It never arrived for Christmas. Family Gifts Co. provide you with fedex tracking number but item never ships. The updates are automated and completely inaccurate. I paid $100 but only received $10 refund. I rather get an honest answer in your gift will not arrive until February or something along th those lines. They have terrible customer service. Please read Facebook comments before you purchase. They told me Christmas day order will not make it.

I have fallen in love with the products of the Family Gifts Company! I made an initial order not knowing what to expect, but after receiving my first order, I have since placed 3 additional orders! The canvases are as beautiful as Family Gifts Co. look online, made with quality and truly make for a great personalized gift for family and friends! Today I called customer service with a question. It was so nice to simply get a live person on the phone within a minute! She was pleasant and helpful! Thank you so much! I will be back and I as everyone keeps asking me where I get these from, I love introducing people to the Family Gifts Company!

I placed the order on line 11/30/2020. The order I g process was very easy and user friendly. Great job on the website!
I noticed about two weeks later that I had a tracking number but it wasn't moving. I contacted the company and after a few back and forth emails, I was told that the picture was on its way. I received my picture on 12/24! I didn't even have time to have it framed to present as a Christmas gift to my husband. I am very happy with the item, just not with how long it took to receive it.

Ordered a print with family names and premium frame. After the shipping problems it arrived late, but was still in time for Christmas. However after opening, there was a spot with a missing image, so the canvas was showing from behind. But worse was the shard hardware protruding through the canvas. Sent 4 emails now, with images, and no response. Honestly, I would have been happy with a replacement, but no contact back is not acceptable for any business.

I bought the water/dock scene and gave it as a "Family Christmas Gift" this year. We are a blended family and it was a perfect gift we could include our all of our 8 children. We travel to Florida as a family quite often and it reminds all of us of our favorite place. We received it quickly and arrived carefully packaged. Great quality and looks amazing in our home! I am thinking of ordering another product for another room in our home! Love it!

I was pretty upset when I received my picture that my husbands name, Gary, looked like Gaby - as the "weathered" look of the board made the "r" look like a "b". I would of hoped someone would of caught this as it was being made and contacted me. Also - when I ordered it - there seemed to be a glitch in the system and thankfully I read my confirmation email as the last 2 names were not capitalized even though Family Gifts Co. were so on the "preview" screen before I placed the order.

I totally recommend family gifts Co.
I got an email from them asking me how I felt about the items I had chose. I told him I had not gotten the items yet, so Family Gifts Co. went and tracked the packages to let me know where they were and when they would be arriving.
They made me feel like my packages were just as important to them as they were to me.
I am extremely happy and satisfied on the job that they have done. I recommend them totally. Thank you again Family gift for the awesome job you have done.

Being old and not computer savvy, this was such an easy setup to order and Pay.
I wish I could of afforded to Tip You... am on social security, and really shouldn't have done this... but Only photo's we ever got were polaroids that are fading so bad after almost 50 yrs together... I just wanted something left to prove we were here and our Love Has lasted The test Of Time. Can't wait to see us with our 1st ever wedding photo showing in our home...

Ordering is quick and easy. Proposed artwork shown in the ordering process to help in the decision making. A barrage of added-cost options shown after placing the order. Not sure Family Gifts Co. are all value-added but likely useful for some. Overall it is a seamless process that I appreciate for on-line shopping. The gift was very nice and thoughtful but did Not anticipate the emotional impact on the recipient... just like the promos. That in itself was worth the price.
