Big shoutout to Anthony H for the call
Big shoutout to Anthony H for the call. I called before about getting a replacement wheel for set I previously purchased. Was told the wheel was discontinued. Was inquiring about possibly getting new wheels and explained my situation to Anthony, he wanted to double check with XXR. He called them and came back with awesome news. Fitment Industries will be coming in in two weeks, hopefully. He sent me a link for one wheel and I placed the order right away. Cannot thank him enough, went above and beyond. Will be contacting him with my future purchases as well!

OMG I am a 50 year old man trying to get a rim and tire package and the service after the first call was so bad. Quick to take my deposit bud dam when i needed to finish the order left on hold forever, transferred 4 times and hung up on 3 times and in the middle of it all put on hold because i spoke to some else and then told we no big deal i will get the credit... o well... really like you needed to say this to me? Its all good i will spend my $4000 else where.

Terrible :(
I bought a set of rims and tires, neither on back order, about 17 days ago now. Fitment Industries have sent no updates and tracking info, I have no idea where my 1600 dollars worth of stuff is and when I emailed for help they said it would ship 24-48 hours after they sent the email and then it would take another 24-48 hours to get a tracking number, that's terrible. What makes it worse, it's been about 4 days total after I got that email from their "support team" and still nothing, will not be spending money here again.

Totally Incompetant
Beware! Purchased a full set of wheels and tires. Fitment Industries sent them in multiple deliveries with the wrong lug-nuts. Called and notified them. Stated they would send the correct ones. Wait a few weeks - nothing. Called again (when you can finally get someone to answer) and got told they didn't have that color so what color did I want. Really? It took you weeks and me calling to find out where they are to hear you didn't send anything or contact me to say you made a mistake again and needed to know the color? So, finally they are sending the right ones, or so I thought. After contacting again, asking for tracking information, they claim they must have gotten lost and will send out again. Upon arrival, finally, they are AGAIN the wrong ones. Same as before. So I call again. Finally, I get told they don't carry the ball lug-nuts only conical. Well no kidding! Thanks for finally answering honestly and stopping the games. I am done. My $1,000 new wheels and tires still sit in the lot (covered) for a month and a half. I will be paying for the correct ones somewhere else obviously. NEVER going to be a customer again or recommend to my customers this company. If I could give a zero I would for their total lack of customer service and apparently knowledge of something as basic as lug-nuts. Pathetic.

I have been wanting different wheels for my 2020 Sonic, My big concern was not getting the fitment right. I've made this mistake on another car. I contacted Fitment Industries after watching several YouTube videos and talked to Aaron Benson. Very helpful. Answered all my emails quickly and gave me advice on a more appropriate tire size for my car. What I thought I wanted would not have fit properly. It took a couple of emails and few questions then I made the purchase. I never felt rushed or pressured to buy. Thanks!

Slow slow slow
I've already once purchased wheels from them and it took two weeks to arrive at my house. The second set I've bought has taken over a month with a single update, and when Fitment Industries claim they will call you back they don't… today was the first day I've dealt with polite customer service, thank you directly,. Please update your customers with their orders, and call them back. I also can mention that after a month, just yesterday I was told the tires are on back order till next year, now I have to purchase more expensive ones. I understand it's out of their control but a small discount would be helpful for the ones in this situation as well…
I can't be the only one.
The product they do supply though is great and they have a fantastic range of wheels tires and suspension.

Excited to fit new wheels but.
I'm excited to fit new wheel and tire on my cooper but I have to wait for the hub centric rings to come in. I ordered the wrong size when I posted my Fitment order and I do not feel safe driving with out them. Plus I'm still adjusting the new coilovers. I did put one of the wheel on with out ring just to see the look and I'm very happy with results. This arrangement of wheel tire and offset could not have been done by the local "by the oem book" tire guys. Thanks Fitment.
I looked on the local Les Schwab web site to see what Fitment Industries had for sale for my car. The choices were Gloss black, Flat black, chrome and aluminum finishes, that's it.

I felt like I was buying wheels and tires at Disneyland. With out all the helicopter parents and Kerens roaming around. I felt like my sales rep was a yes man. What ever I wanted he was gonna make it happen. I did do a bunch of research before I called so he didn't really have anything to disagree with.

Great products, not so great shipping.
I liked all the options but it would be less time consuming if the wheels made in multiple colors were in one link, rather than having to see it 4-5 different times in the list, just in a different color. It was confusing when picking the tires because this order is for a 1999 Forester and the site didn't have the option. I had to choose an Impreza, but I know the set up will fit my Forester. I got my order and everything fits perfectly! The shipping experience was different… I had to make an appointment for drop off (between 8-1) and Fitment Industries operate in central time. My order was also 1 week late. Overall I'm happy with the products, but not as much with the process.

Made a purchase yesterday for 4 wheels
Made a purchase yesterday for 4 wheels. Received a text message and a phone call regarding my purchase, to inform me that the wheels i had purchased were on a 3 1/2 weeks backorder. The representative that called me was able to confirm another manufacturers wheels were in stock ready to ship, which i prefer these wheels over the previous set. Representative did the order substitute and even sent me a link for the new amount due, which wasn't much money. This whole experience was very streamline and very professional!

Another Great Purchase!
This was my second purchase that I have made this month (April 2020) with Fitment Industries. First was a set of wheels and tires and the most recent was a set of Silver coilovers for my 2004 Lexus is300. The team member/sales representative was Zach and he was very knowledgeable and took the time to answer all of the questions that I had. As I stated above I purchased a set of Silver brand coilovers, but I was debating between two other brands. So given the tech specs that Zach provided on each set and broke everything down for me and provided his own input, I cannot be more happy with my purchase and looking forward to receiving them and doing the installation. Once again Zach, thank you for taking the time to walk me through another great addition to my build!

Great products and even better customer service!
Shoutout to Alex, an employee who reached out to me directly to notify me that with the wheels I just purchased, the factory lugnuts wouldn't fit. I completely forgot to get new lug nuts so his reminder was clutch. I was even able to call him directly and we discussed my options and he sent me a direct link to a set of lug nuts that would fit perfectly on my new wheels. It was clear that these guys are at the top tier of their field and are really able there to help their customers, not just take their money. Overall great experience and I'm a very happy customer!

Bad 1st experience
I ordered wheels and tires back on February 27th. Received text around March 3rd saying that I should expect a tracking number within the next "2-3 business days." Then about a week later "5-8 business days". Now I'm not receiving any updates and my order went from "being processed" to being "placed." So I took a step back in the process after Fitment Industries told me over the phone a week ago that I should expect a tracking number very soon and that my wheels were in the warehouse in Batavia waiting to be shipped. How?! How are they "confirming product availability" after they've already informed that they've received my items and are getting to work on them! Worst experience I've had ordering online! May as well tell the boys the wheels won't come until summer.

Junk
I used custom offsets a year ago spent $3500 was happy with the entire experience got my wheels and tires and a timely manner website was on point my son went to go buy wheels and tires from fitment industries used there fitment Page to buy wheels and tires picked out the rims picked out the tires Fitment Industries sent them out in a timely manner and they did not fit now they will not take them back and give us the right size we're stuck with $2400 worth of paper weights last time I use custom offsets or fitment industries

Garbage
Fitment Industries messed up my order bad. Fitment Industries give you an option to put in the info for your car but don't use it. I ordered 4 rims, tpms, new lugs, and a tire care package, and guess what, When I got the rims only 2 rims had the correct lug pattern and did not receive any of the other little extras. Then they have the audacity to say that I can't get the 2 rims with the wrong lug patterns replaced. They are the definition of the word garbage, and I do not recommend purchasing their products.

Just hope your wheels don't have defects!
Because you'll have to jump through hoops to get them replaced... This company does not respect your time and have the most inconvenient and ridiculous return policy. One of the wheels in my package was cast wrong and had a wobble that was impossible to balance. Way too many hoops to jump through to get a replacement, which should come from Fitment Industries. Claiming "warranty" on a brand new wheel is just poor business and passing the buck. Fitment Industries policies are trash, I'll be finding my wheels elsewhere from now on.

So when I 1st ordered the wheels & tire package, the experience was a little bumpy. At 1st, when I ordered them, the website showed that the item was in stock, and when I placed the order, ETA for delivery was 02-25-22. I spoke with Rachel over the phone to confirm that and she confirmed it. Two weeks later, I received a notification that these wheels had been put on back order and that if I wanted to cancel my order there would be a 30% restocking fee, which didn't make any sense to me cause 1: it said the wheels were in stock & 2: why would I pay a restocking fee for something not stock. Very confused, I gave fitment industry a call, and despite being out on hold for 50 min, I was finally able to get a hold of Carlos. Carlos was very helpful. He spoke with the team and found the exact wheels & spec I ordered through another vendor. Fitment Industries also paid the restocking fee for my wheels and the expedite fee to get my wheels in faster. At the end of the day, I did receive my wheels & tires on time. I was just a little nervous through out the process. I understand that mistakes happen so it's no sweat, I just know that when ordering a product, it's best to contact the the website that I'm ordering from just to double check that it's in stock.

Feel Scammed
On May 24th I ordered a set of rims. When I ordered Fitment Industries were not on back order. After a few days of me checking my order status and seeing it not change at all I decided to contact fitment and see what the issue was. I was told 4-6 weeks from the date I ordered them they should be received. After calling 2 days ago and asking for an update i was told it will take at least 45 more days. I asked for a refund and was told it will be processed within 24 hours. After 48 hours I never received a refund receipt like I was told I would. Today my bank statement shows a refund transaction but for $0 with the $675 that I spent being in the description. After calling my bank they said they have never seen this and told me that there was no money attached to the refund. I love fitment industries and cannot believe that they would do this to someone. I have watched their youtube for years and supported them for a very long time. After this I cannot view them the same and will definitely not be supporting them in the future.

Pretty decent overall
I bought wheels, tires and a set of coilovers all at once from these guys. Everything came in and look awesome. I got my coilovers on and went to install the wheels and realized Fitment Industries shipped me the wrong lugs. So I contacted them, they shipped out another set of the wrong lugs. After telling them what I needed it only took them 2 more tries to get it right, now I have 20 right lugs and 60 wrong ones. Then I got a shipping charge from fedex and emailed them about it. They keep telling me it's "being disputed" yet I keep receiving collection letters. And the final thing is the wheels were not properly balanced so now I have to take more of my money and get that fixed even though it says free mount and balance. Customer service is great but there are some things that they need to fix.

Ordered wheels and tire package
Ordered wheels and tire package. Wheels wouldn't work for my car though it was advertised to do so. I understand mistakes happen. Went through 5-6 other sets of wheels, which were recommended for my car but had the same issue. Was told the replacement wheels would be discounted to the original price, started with wheels that were in the same price range as the originals but the only ones that actually worked were about $100 more. Had to pay an extra $160 to get the wheels in the end.

Got excited for nothing but a headache!
I ordered a wheel and tire package from fitment industries I paid over $2,000 and when I got my wheels and tires and put them on my car shook so horribly bad that I couldn't go over 60 mph. I brought it to a shop and two of the four tires weren't balanced And the worst news is the other two one of them had a tire out of round so that cannot be fixed and the other had a bent rim. I went and paid money to have my TPMS sensors registered to my car and come to find out one of those was bad as well. Don't contact fitment industries though because they're going to tell you Fitment Industries have a $30 policy that that is the maximum they can pay, they'll say this doesn't sound like their company but I've read my reviews. Now I have a shaky car and the only way I can fix it is if I buy one brand new rim and one brand new tire use caution and shop around guys! You'll regret it if you don't. Also Hope you don't have to get tire work because if you do you'll see the craftsmanship of fitment industries very well check out the chunk out of my tire that they just went ahead with on the install, what kind of idiots do they have working for them? Lol

Dave P. Hooked it up!
I sent in am email with a question regarding fitment of a particular model and size of wheels and I received a call just hours later. Dave assured me that he was a real person and not the scam callers wanting me to extend my vehicle warranty and thanked me for answering the call. He allowed me to explain my dilemma with the wheels and upon me being a first time customer and black friday around the corner, he helped me place the order for the wheels over the phone. I had found another website that had the same wheels at a cheaper price but it not being black Friday or cyber Monday yet I decided to wait, until this call assured me that I was getting probably the best deal I could. Even if not, I'd be getting my wheels before then and I have been waiting since April of this year for these deals.

Impeccable customer service
My son ordered

And Black Tuner Lugs and we couldn't be happier with the tires. We had his 97 turbo Miata in the shop getting tuned and wasn't able to put the tires on for a couple months. When we did have them mounted we realized Fitment Industries needed to be balanced, called and spoke to Charlie and he reimbursed us for the cost to get them done even though it was past the 30 day cutoff. Even with the pandemic they didn't skip a beat to reply back to me in a timely manner. We would definitely order from them again!

Still Waiting...
I ordered a wheel and tire package from here on the 28th. I also ordered a shirt with them too. The shirt just got here and yet my order still has yet to move from "Order Placed" to "Being Processed" or "Shipped". I called and was told Fitment Industries should be shipped out by the 4th. Well today is the 4th and it's 7:00 pm in Massachusetts right now and my order is still at "Order Placed". At the least my order should be being prepped for shipping but nothing. I've already paid for everything so there should be nothing else to wait on.

I am pleased so far with the service I have received from fitment industries over the phone with David. He answered all my questions regarding my interest in the noir elite n104 wheel, he took my vehicle information including modifications and inserted info for the precise fitment of the wheel on my car. He wrote a quote for me and after reviewing it I purchased with ease. Thank you David for all your knowledge and help. I can't wait to put these wheels on my car!

Great experience
My car is a 06 Nissan350Z roadster and as a car enthusiast I made my research and decided to run a set of Kansei Tandem. I think Fitment Industries give a classic modern good looking style to my ride. Then hit the wall when it comes to tires and wheels width, back spacing all of that. More research about it but still not happy decided to make contact via their website, promptly had an answer of Zach that did not rest to make me comfortable with my decision. After a couple emails changed I was ready to it. What really got me impressed is the fact that they are ready for you no matter what time it is, I sent this email past 9pm and they were there. After the purchase by the moment I placed the order I got some messages thanking me to choose them and how to proceed for tracking information. The felling I have is, this company is legit! They are so professionals and care for the customer. Shipping and mounting free, couldn't ask for more. Very well recommended. Looking forward to make business again!

Thank you Alex, Michael, Christian, for helping me out with my desired fitment. Fitment Industries emailed me quite quickly and gave me amazing advice and recommendations. This was my first time buying wheels and tires and they made it easy. Zach helped with making sure I got the proper car care for my rims. He texted me about it and was super nice. I'm just amazed how much these guys care about us getting the proper rims and tires, answers to any questions, and proper car care. Thanks again!

God Awful
I ordered what I thought were 19 inch wheels, but turned out I ordered 18 inch. Not only were the wheels delayed in delivery by an extra week, which is no fault of Shipment Ind. But it was definitely just the start of a bad experience. I got the wheels and took one out of its packaging. I rolled it up against my current wheels and noticed how downright awful Fitment Industries looked with low profile tires. I contacted fitment about a refund and return, they told me they were deducting another shipping fee, as well as a 20 PERCENT restock fee. That will be around $350 I will never see again on an item I will never own. Upon agreeing to these fees knowing I have no other options, Fitment said they would begin the return process. 3 days later I contact them asking for an update, a day later I get a response that I will have a response in 24 hours. 48 hours later I ask for a response and get the same 24 hour response I got the first time. For 3 WEEKS I went back and forth getting the same "beat around the bush" answer from several reps of the company. They told me 3 days ago I was getting labels sent to me but I have yet to receive that; no shocker. They also expect the one wheel I took out to be packaged the way they sent it and offered to send the materials to do so but knowing what I went through for just a response was enough for me to source the materials myself.

I really couldn't have asked for a better experience working with Fitment Industries. This was my first time ordering after market wheels and although your website is a little confusing getting a hold of someone to answer my questions wasn't. I did a lot of my own research and in the end the ESR cs15 rim I felt would have fit the best for my car was no longer stocked by ESR. So I went with the next larger offset knowing that there was a possibility it wouldn't fit. Not your guys fault but mine. Fitment Industries just barely didn't fit in the front. When I tightened down the lug nuts the tire hit the strut tower. So I added 15mm spacers. That did the trick.

Well here is the thing
Ordered rims in January on there website after visiting there shop and giving them all my info on car. I went down there for the soul reason of making sure when I went to install the wheels Fitment Industries fit and did not hit the calipers. They assured me they would fit my car. So I ordered the wheels. Received the wheels real fast can't complain at all about how fast they shipped. They then sat in my garage till the weather changed. Just brought the car over to the installer to have the wheels put on and they did not fit they hit the calipers. Did exactly what I did not want them to do. I contacted fitment and they told me to just put on wheel spacers. I really did not want to have to use spacers but it's the only why the wheels would fit. The wheels are vibrating bad on the car and the installer sad I needed hub centering rings. I'm not sure if fitment includes hub center rings with there wheels but this is the first time I have used them but every other time I ordered wheels they always included hub rings. When I did email them about need them they where very fast to respond and get me a link to order them. It's not that I think they did anything wrong I just think I got unlucky this time. I will still check there website for the next set of wheels I want but they won't be the only place. Love the way the wheels look on the car and I have to admit the spacers do really improve the stance of my car. I was able to put on a wider wheel because of them. Now I'm just waiting for the hub centering rings so that the car hopefully stops vibrating at high speed (never did that before the wheels went on)

If your getting wheels, get em here! Can't beat it!
Honestly, I shopped around a lot for my wheels, but decided on Fitment Industries. If you get the tires with the wheels you would be hard pressed to beat the price. The customer service is awesome! My wheels came in in perfect condition, mounted and balanced, & ready to go. If you have any questions about your fitment or anything with your setup you can get it answered by the professionals you're in contact with here, or even through some of there many YouTube videos.
