Fitment Industries

Like I said in the title, my order wasn't exactly an easy one. Different wheels from front to back, the back wheels being custom order only, coilovers, tires, and a host of extras. Dani Kadi was there to help me on the phone all the way, and while I knew pretty much exactly what I wanted, he was 100% onboard and helpful with all the questions I had. He's clearly super knowledgeable about wheels and tires, knows his products and the site, and I definitely appreciated knowing I was working with someone who wanted to get it right the first time, just like me! He even pulled some strings and called the wheel manufacturer instead of waiting for them to reply to an email to make sure Fitment Industries could produce the custom order wheels I wanted AND got me a discount on my order.

Of course, I haven't received all my goods yet given it's only been about a day since I placed the order, but I will say the purchase process was about as easy as it could have possibly been, and that's what I'm focusing on here. First impressions go a long way, and Dani and Fitment Industries have gone the extra mile--given my experience so far, I'm confident if there's any issues down the road, I'll be able to get them resolved.

I ordered a set of XXR wheels and Nito Neo Gen tires. The pricing was very competitive and the initial buying process was very easy and straight forward. Unfortunately one of the wheels was damaged apparently prior to shipping so that really should have been something Fitment Industries caught before shipping. They also included a giant custom offset sticker for some reason too. Like 36" giant. Not a bad thing, it just makes it seem like the warehouse guys made a lot of mistakes that day. One of the nice things they did was instructing me in the confirmation email to inspect everything before signing for the delivery. They had me send in some pictures of the wheel to confirm the damage and then sent me out a new wheel which was very nice and the new wheel came in very quickly. Overall they have a great website that makes the whole buying process easy and straight forward and getting the replacement wheel was overall fast and simple however it seems like their warehouse staff was really not on top of things the day I made my order.

I learned a lot by watching all the free entertaining content on YouTube from Fitment Industries and the customer service is top notch. I wrote an email to ask about some coil overs since it is a big purchase for me. The response was quick and was even given a recommendation of a product that I missed on the web sight. I made a slightly bigger purchases than I was planning but i feel as though I will be getting what I paid for with confidence due to FI's customer service and knowledge of what Fitment Industries do. Great team, and I'm now a fanboy! Just waiting for my shipment now! Feel's like Christmas!

Big thank you to Aaron Benson for helping me choose the perfect pair of wheels for my vehicle. I was clueless on the wheel and tire measurements and Aaron walked me through everything step by step, making sure I understood the information. Since I have air suspension, and didn't want to change out my factory tires, I thought the process of finding the perfect wheel with a gloss white finish was going to be nearly impossible. Within 15 minutes I was able to identify the product I wanted, asked him if it would fit with no rubbing along the fenders or cause any complications with my suspension, and we were done! Will definitely shop with Fitment Industries for future projects to come.

I know when it comes to delivery it wasn't your fault. It was a HASSLE to get a hang of roadrunners customer service when fitment industries would reach back immediately.
Update- Joey a rep from FI reached out to be more engaged and ask questions regarding this matter. When it comes to customer service with fitment industries I was already happy with the help and knowledge Fitment Industries provided. But then Joey made my overall experience a lot better because he took his time to listen to a customers voice. Experiences like that is what makes a customer want to purchase from you guys again. However even if my experience with the delivering carrier wasnt the best. I more then satisfied with FI's customer service and overall experience with them. I don't want other customers to experience the same thing I went through.

They were efficient. Roadrunner was ass though.

Several issues with backorder/unavailable wheels. Lengthy process by email. The wheels I did decide on getting were shipped very fast, but the everything else are still in transit. Overall very happy with financing option and the resolution by customer care, but customer service could be better with faster responses/longer hours. 1-2 responses a day is not optimal. I was asked to confirm the refund on two items twice. So by the time it was officially confirmed, Fitment Industries were finally shipped. So now I am in the process of the return and must wait to receive them to send them back.

My wheels arrived damaged with scratches, blotched ceramic coating with missing wheel weights and the lug nut socket to install or remove. I immediately emailed pictures to customer service. After two days of waiting for them to respond, I got an email response asking me what I Fitment Industries think they should be compensate me for the damage. That not making much sense, I called them again and they said they were too busy with other customers and that I just needed to respond to their email. Long story short they wanted to credit me $200 for $3600 wheels. My local body shop quoted me $1300 to fix. Customer service is atrocious. It may be an anomaly, but is it worth taking the chance!?!? Do not spend one dollar with this company. Highly recommend looking elsewhere there are many other reputable companies available.
Just a completely honest review

I was looking for wheels and tires for car, my sales rep Luke was great, knowledgeable about the products I was interested in, answered all my question, was not pushing to make the sale told me to take my time, I was interested in a few different wheels and Luke checked the availability of all the wheels I was interested in. This sale took a few days from start to finish and Luke was available for all my question regarding wheel size and tire size, I was considering different set ups and Luke was able to give me the pros and cons of each set up. I will definitely do more business with Fitment Industries, price and products offered are top notch. My order was placed so now all I have to do is wait for my wheels and tires, I'll write a follow up review once received to comment on shipping.

The customer service is amazing from Fitment Industries. Zach helped me resolve all the problems I had with my order within minutes. I recommend getting all your car needs whether it's wheels, tires, or suspension you gotta check them out! Or grab yourself some heat off their apparel store. I heard they're giving away a brand new airlift performance air suspension this month! So grab them quick while there HOT! And I know times are rough and money is short you can still support them by subscribing to their YouTube channel and liking those sick videos! But in all seriousness Zack was the man! Come support this awesome company!

Thank Fitment Industries for your help in getting my needs taken care of because I am particular about my car and I want it to look good. Some shops will sell you anything and you have to pay the price for the extras, not here! Madison has taken the time to make sure that the wheels I wanted were the exact fit and nothing extra I have to do to make them fit. The dimensions of the wheels are the best size for my vehicle without damage to the vehicle itself. Thank you so much Madison and Fitment team!

Only bought rims because I watch the companies YouTube channel. Pretty funny and has a good car culture there. Although I call everyday somehow you're always closed. I'm here in California I call at 8am everyday and you're always closed. Our hours difference is not that much so what the heck? And it's been 3 weeks now where is my wheel and rims? There's no shipping number for ups or Usps so I can't track it all it says it that it's been shipped. Very unsatisfied. In all honesty I don't want the rims anymore this is pathetic I already paid two weeks of payments and don't even have the rims. I want my money back take your rims back. Unsubscribe from your channel.

Fitment industries first off is a perfectly laid out website, I found it easy to find my preferred wheel in a good size for fitment paired with an awesome set of tires, the process from start to finish was amazing and easy. I was surprised after finishing my order within a day Fitment Industries contacted me to make sure I didn't forget the wheel care and cleaning kit in case I wanted it and tpms sensors that I didn't put in my car, I continued to get the missed items and they helped the whole way. All in all a pain free process and A+ customer service, definitely recommend them for all your build needs!

Easy to use, lots of wheel options and love the fitment gallery. Was able to complete the whole package in minimal steps based on similar vehicles to mine.

The only criticism I have is when selecting/filtering offsets, results still show closely related offsets, even some that are up to 10mm off my filters. I understand it really limits offerings based on offsets, but maybe 5mm tolerance? It would have narrowed my options further, which would make it easier to decide on setup

Bought a wheel and tire package, mounted and balanced, plus tpms sensors, plus ceramic coating. 2 days after putting the wheels on I had issues with 3 of the sensors, then I noticed that one of the tires had been mounted backwards, then I found out Fitment Industries didn't even ceramic coat the wheels. I understand mistakes happen but that's more than 1 mistake on the same order. I thought I could spend the extra money to have them all ready to go when they arrived, but instead I had to go back and fix half of the issues myself. It was a bit disappointing. Rims and tires look nice though so there's that at least

I recently bought a set of Artisa Artformed wheels and tires. After driving on the highway for the first time I noticed a really bad vibrating going on. I do have hub centering rings so this leads me to believe that the wheels weren't balanced properly which is very upsetting to me. Now I have to go spend an additional $50 - $100 to get my wheels rebalanced. Aside from that, I have no complaints. Wish I could make this a 5-star review but because of the poor balancing job, I just can't at this point in time.

Great experience from start to finish for the most part. Did have a slight issue with the wheel balancing part of the process. The amount of wheel weights that were physically placed on the wheels did not match up with the quantity that showed as being needed on the Hunter balancing sheet that was included. Ultimately had to take the wheels and tires to a local import tuning shop to have them properly balanced. Other than that, was incredibly happy with the experience.

So I started my search on this website brand new to cars, and aftermarket work. I have now come back with a lot of research on knowledge on my vehicle and specifical fitment for my car. Fitment Industries is awesome, super convenient and user-friendly, hoping by the time I get my package my opinion only gets better. The only reason it doesn't get 5 stars from me is that fitment suggestions and range are pretty vague for vehicles, so I had to do a lot of my own research on forums outside of this website (which isn't even a big deal or this websites problem tbh LOL). But just for that fact, I did a lot of research to make sure everything would fit before I bought.

I ordered four wheels on June 16th and Fitment Industries did not arrive until July 17th. The wait was not so bad except I kept getting notifications my order was just about to ship. I got a text notification on July 1st that I should expect a tracking number within the next two business days. So after waiting 11days and still no communication from them, I was pretty frustrated. So I texted their order update phone number with my name like it says online, and after going around in circles I got no update from the person responding to me. So then I emailed them asking what was going on with my order and if my wheels weren't going to be shipping in the next day like I kept getting promised, I was going to dispute the 1650 I had already paid. Well magically I got an email the next morning that my order would be shipping out and here's a tracking number. And then 3 days after texting for an order update, I finally got a response saying looks like your order is shipping and here's your tracking number (thanks I already got the email 2 days ago telling me that and now you're responding?!?). So finally the wheels arrive and they send the wrong size lugs and no center caps. You'd think after waiting almost a month, they'd at least get the order right. Pretty bad and at the performance shop where I take my car when I told them I got my wheels from Fitment they said don't get your wheels from them because they don't know what they're doing. Wish I had known before I ever made my purchase.

Just recently, I was looking for a new set of wheels and tires for my Audi S4. Upon finding the wheels I really liked, as a total newb to cars, I, of course, didn't check the bolt pattern to see if it would match with my Audi. The wheels I chose did not have the correct bolt pattern, which would have caused me to buy an adapter to use said wheels on my car. COSBY quickly found the mistake on my end and recommended several options for me without affecting my purchase's total cost. With Cosby's professional experience and guidance, I am very thankful to have a set of new wheels and tires that will fit my Audi S4 on the way to me right now! I cannot thank Cosby enough for his kind and efficient customer service. Thank you!

I ordered my wheel and tire package about 2 weeks ago. Fitment Industries were scheduled to arrive today and we made appointments with the shipping company to get them today. Turns out the shipping company didn't have the product and they were still a state away. Madi, one of the customer service employees I talked to helped out tremendously. She called the shipping company in my state and the state the wheels were in to figure out what was going on. She helped out a lot. She was extremely excellent and I was very pleased.
