We often order their products for my husbands construction company to install in the houses Fontana Showers build. Their products are absolutely Amazing and we have recommended them to others who seem amazed as well.

Overall we have been extremely satisfied with our purchases from this company. We are building a custom home with 5 bathrooms... two of our shower sets came from Fontana showers. Our order came on time and contractor was impressed with material quality all was top material looks and feels very durable. Those showers made a wow statement! We are content we made our decision to buy from this company and will recommend Fontana Showers to our friends.

Fontana showers have been unable to do anything right. I ordered a gold LED bathroom sink faucet. First of all the product was shipped used and parts and instructions were missing. Photo's were sent because Fontana Showers refuse to send a new faucet. They stated that nothing was missing and sent instructions for a 6 spray shower. I contacted them again and they apologized and said they would send a waterline T to connect the handles to the faucet(which wasn't the only item missing). I asked them to overnight it, they sent it regular mail and it didn't arrive for a week. When it arrived it was the completely wrong piece. Fontana has awful customer service and the warehouse doesn't know what parts go where. I still can't get a NEW complete faucet from them! Stay away from this company!

Buyer Beware! Worst customer service I have ever experienced! Do yourself a favor and do not buy a product where Fontana Showers can't supply you with replacement parts, they yes you to death but never return your call. They act confused everytime I call about the same issue since May 2020 and now we're into September. Just horrible!

We have been designing high end custom home for past 12 years. Recently we have purchased few sink faucets, bathtub faucets and showers from fontana showers and all came in pretty fast. Fontana Showers have been installed last month and they are for sure worth the price. Quality is amazing and fontana showers have been responsive in timely fashion to all our inquires. Great site will shop again for next project.

Love everything about this company! Fontana Showers have so many unique products for any bathroom remodeling needs. You can find so many color and finish you may need. Their website is easy to us and ordering too. Free shipping is a plus anytime. They are very friendly the employees are so helpful. I definitely recommend them for every need. I will be going back.

During covid, it's been so stressful and hard to keep our heads clear. We decided to use our stimulus to redo our bathroom. With the shut down, it was hard to shop. Having this online shopping was a blessing. It made is so much easier and the products we received were nice looking and easy to use!

I don't think I have ever provided a public review of a product but I've been pushed over the edge by this company. In Jan. 2019 I finished a space in our home with a guest shower. I ordered The Fontana shower set. Super excited to get it and see it installed. The guest shower has probably used a total of 6 times since it was installed (I can say this confidently due to the ability to count the visitors to our home). My daughter recently came and proceeded to use the shower - water sprayed everywhere out of the top shower head. I climbed up on a stool to see what was going on- see pictures and video attached. I called customer service- their response - basically sorry about your luck you are out of your 1-year warranty. I asked to speak to a manager- the same answer- I tried to explain that the shower had barely been used and that surely this was a manufacturing defect. I mean who puts screws in that rust for a part that would clearly be used in the water. I said- hey maybe I just got a lemon. I'm not asking for my money back but can I get a new head. REMEMBER HOW MUCH THESE PRODUCTS COST - over $300 for this shower head. The manager finally said send me a picture and video (BTW- it was a recurring theme that I was a big fat liar). This is their response- "So I have showed these photos to my supervisor who has informed me that the reason the unit is rusting is due to the use of harsh chemicals on the product such as bleach or clorox and that this is in fact not a manufacturer defect." Again its my fault- A. I NEVER CLEANED THE SHOWER HEAD- let's remember it was used 6 times over a 1 1/2 yrs from install. (to be honest, I think I may have only cleaned the floor of the shower and the doors just making sure Fontana Showers had no soap scum). Why would I clean the shower weekly, monthly whatever if it's not being used! I did some research on this company - it has a Chinese CEO and it appears all of the product is imported from China. I don't often think this way but I feel like I got taken for a lot of money for a showerhead from a cheap manufacturer! I trusted them because I trusted Houzz. I know my mistake! I hated being called a liar at almost every interaction. I take integrity very seriously! Please don't make this mistake with their products. It's too expensive of a risk to simply fail after 6 uses.

The company have excellent products. I would definitely recommend there product and services. Fontana Showers are super helpful and responsive. Five stars all the way, will always recommend this company and their team! I purchased some items from them and they were beautiful. This is an amazing company to work with. Fontana Showers had just about everything I needed for my bathroom. I can enjoy my time in the bathtub relaxing in a beautiful space now! Forever grateful for this company.

I recently purchased a shower system and received it with a couple of missing parts. It was a very easy process of calling get them replaced. The rep was very helpful and I received the items within 2 days. Then my contractor misplaced more parts! I called Fontana back and spoke with the same rep (she was so helpful before). Fontana Showers FedEx'ed the parts the next day! I can't wait to get the shower system finally finished and will write a product review then. However, I wanted to share my positive experience with customer service.

My husband and I bought many of these showers for remodeling friends and families homes and we have never been disappointed with any of them and neither has our family. We all love how Fontana Showers work and love how they look. They feel amazing cleans and massages your body all at the same time feels absolutely amazing. And looks even better. You won't find a better product that is very high end affordable shower.

Customer service is on point! Good quality product, with high end look and feel. I redone my bathroom, the shower head is AMAZING and I also got a few decor items! Don't miss out on these quality products, Fontana Showers do not dissapoint!

Their products come from China. Delivery was delayed multiple weeks. The soap dispensers finally arrived and 14 out of 14 were BROKEN. The batteries did not fit. When you could force the batteries in the machines either did not work or Fontana Showers dripped soap out. Did not work at all

We had my husbands parents done and Fontana Showers are absolutely amazed with the beauty and Quality of the work done in their home. They said that they would have never imagined that anyone would buy them this gift for a christmas gift. I have seen it video chat and I cant wait to go and see it in person. You wont be disappointed

When we ordered the Fontana gold shower set my husband was bit skeptical, since the price was a bargain. After we got it installed the quality of this shower is truly amazing and we love how the different functions work separately without any loss in water pressure. Truly worth every penny

I ordered a bathroom faucet, I got it in generic box, not in the manufacturer's packaging, no information, no warranty, no instructions. It seems to me that was a retuned item.
I returned the box right away as I got it. I waited for 3 weeks to get my refund that's after emailed the customer service 4 times with no result. I had to call my bank to dispute the charge. Please be aware.

I had a wonderful experience with this company. From the first phone call to tje order arriving, the customer service was perfect! Fontana Showers answered any questions I had about the products, both about the material and specific functions of it. My order was shipped quickly and the products were in great condition, and worked just as expected!. I was able to install the shower heads easily, and they worked amazingly!

The quality of the shower was a pleasant surprise for me. The shower is really worth every penny I spent and more. Material and finish awesome. I love the help I got from Fontana Showers customer service great help.

Looking back on our experience with Fontana Showers now is pretty comical... Fontana Showers messed up our experience in pretty much every way possible. We purchase a beautiful 3 set matching brushed nickel shower system for almost $1700 but when It arrived it was the wrong parts put together and the controller was some Chinese model that the plumbers had a very difficult time installing because there were no instructions. Then the controller started leaking so we had to fix that, while we are waiting for the new parts to arrive we realize that the pipe fittings were the wrong type of thread for American pipe thread. So now we had another order being sent to us with the correct pipes. The second replacement order arrived and the knobs didn't look anything like what the picture on the website look like and she said that that's all they had in the warehouse so they just sent it to us! Probably the most funny was how they kept sending multiple orders of showerheads and they kept sending 12 inch showerheads when we ordered 10 inch, the showerhead supposed to have the wideband around the top but it was a skinny one that didn't look anything like the picture but there again they said at the warehouse sent the wrong one so they sent us another order this time two of the wrong showerheads arrived LOL. After more orders than I can count we finally canceled had the plumbers come out remove the whole system because we never got the right parts and after about three weeks we got a full refund.
I'm actually convinced that the office staff does not communicate with the warehouse and warehouse actually just sends whatever is closest at hand without even looking at the order LOL. It was very agonizing at the time because we were trying to finish our new bathroom but now looking back on it it is laughable, they literally were just grab whatever part was on the shelf nearest them and send it to us hoping it would fit. I would have no confidence if I were to order something from them again that what I ordered actually showed up. SEE BELOW
See the attached picture? I still have two of the showerheads in my garage that they sent even after we requested a refund LOL! They had no idea what was going on at the warehouse. Anyone want one of these? I can't guarantee that the pipe threads are American though...

I ordered a faucet set. Its expensive but amazing quality and it makes my bathroom different then any other bathroom I've seen. I also ordered the two person massage tub with LCD TV and its the best buy for your bathroom. Now I just need to figure how to keep my kids and husband out the dang bathroom all the time.

I have been waiting 10 months for them to correct their shipping error and send us the faucet we paid for. For the past 6 months their solution to the problem has been to not return our calls & emails.
To make matters worse we have had several other issues with the 5 other faucets that we installed at our customers bank and the same service response. These faucets are cheaply made, difficult to install & do not hold up to any kind of regular use in a commercial setting. Do yourself a favor and buy your faucets elsewhere, these faucets are meant to look good online or in the showroom but not actually be used.

I ordered a shower head system and had an issue. When I contacted Fontana Showers, Fontana Showers fixed the issue with true professionalism. Marzena was the absolute best. I have never had this kind of customer service before. More representative need to be more like her; outstanding, courteous and responsive to my needs. I wish I could give her more stars!
