I'm glad I recently discovered Fontana Showers. I wasn't sure at first if I can trust that company but I could find a review here on ReviewFeeder. And indeed, the customer service is as good as described by this fellow ReviewFeeder reviewer. I had a complicated set up for my new shower and customer service could help me find all the rights parts and gave me detailed instructions. Fontana Showers truly stand behind their products.

I definitely recommend Fontana Showers. I was struggling with funds after covid began and needing to finish get my house done. Fontana Showers was affordable, amazing at what they do and the choices from products are simply amazing. I saw products I didn't know existed, there are so many cool items it was hard to choose. Just trust me and you won't be disappointed.

I ordered a gold faucet from Fontanashowers to start my bathroom renovation. The faucet was delivered in a speedy time frame. I called the customer service to find out how to install it. The rep was so friendly and she sent me easy installation instructions. The quality of the faucet is very durable and it was affordable. I will purchase my tub faucet and shower system from fontanahsowers as well. Really wonderful overall experience.

I would like to first start by saying I Purchased a Fontana Shower set on Amazon in 2014 the shower started becoming cold and I was told by my plumber I needed a thermostatic cartridge when I contacted horzon direct depot Who sold me the shower set Fontana Showers were unable to find this cartridge I was getting ready to go on Amazon and tell people not to buy this Fontana shower set at $700 when I decided to contact Fontana. I would like to say in an era where customer service has become increasingly obsolete Marzena was amazing she was incredibly knowledgeable and attentive to my messages I could tell she was working hard to find the part that I needed instead of writing a bad review on Fontana and telling people not to buy their shower sets instead and I am now thoroughly impressed and would recommend them to anybody she is a great employee for your company and should be rewarded or promoted and I hope you do so thank you very much!

I purchased a Constantine Brushed Nickel Kitchen Sink Faucet with Pull Down Sprayer on 5/16/20 and it is 6/5/20 and I still have not received my order when it was promised in 5 days. I called about 20 times at all times and no one answers the phone. Absolutely no apologies from Fontana. Do not any products from this company.

I ordered a shower system, it was missing parts. Oh it was also missing the instructions. I called to get replacement parts, Fontana Showers sent me the wrong part then they sent me a new system... again the same 2 parts were missing. My plumber has been out to my house 2 times already... I called them again about the parts they wanted me to photograph all the parts I did get (haha) and after a half hour we got disconnected. This has held up my bathroom remodel now for a week. They are horrible do not order from these people.

Purchased rainfall shower heads set missing the handle and the LED lights stay white do not change color as advertised. Customer Service wanted pictures and videos all were sent. Said Fontana Showers would review. Never heard back called promised to rush it up the latter never heard back. Called few days later was put on hold then hung up on 3 times. 4 call back said promise would look into and get back. Heard nothing. Several excuses from covid to warehouse will not answer, last person who was working quit ect...

I placed the order for a shower set for my Grandma and surprisingly, she was able to install it herself with the help of the instruction manual provided and the quick response of the customer care. It is simply amazing. She loves the shower set and talks of how beautiful the changing LED lights are as the water temperature alternates. I have plans to renovate my showers and kitchen and most definitely will do my shopping from Fontana Showers.

I had previously ordered what I thought was going to be a superb shower but turned out what Fontana Showers sent me was cheap, broken crap. A friend mentioned Fontana Showers and after seeing her bathroom, I immediately contacted them. While I was out of a master shower for quite some time due to the cheap crap causing issues and not to mention the faucet handle broke in my hand while I was trying to turn off the water, when my items came in, they were not only beautiful but far from cheap looking. The deal I got on my new shower faucets and fixtures were absolutely amazing. The oasis I have now is definitely the perfect way to unwind and I love that I don't have to worry about a faucet handle breaking off while gently turning the water off.

This shower head works like a charm. Great quality. Therapeutic rainfall feeling & looks great in our shower. If you are looking for a large rain shower head that delivers great constant pressure over a broad area - this is the head for you. The water dispersion on the showerhead is great, it reminds me of a mini version of those waterfall showerheads, but this one lights up and is much cheaper for those of us on a budget:)

This Fontana Faucet was reasonably priced and complimented my recent vanity purchase. Installation instructions were adequate and it took minimum time to install. It looks good and compliments the rest of the accessories.

I ordered a rainfall shower from them on June 22,2020. Mid July I sent a request asking for the status of my order and was told Fontana Showers would contact the warehouse... never heard back from that person. On July 22nd I contacted them again and was told they could not figure out if it was sent or not. I stated I did not receive it and there was not any tracking on it. They told me once again they would look into it. July 24th I was told they were out of the product and I told them I wanted a refund. I was told it would be processed. It is now Aug 17th and no refund has been done, they also are ignoring every email I send asking for the status of the refund. I'm now going to have to file a claim with my credit card for them taking my money and not sending me the product. I can't believe this company basically stole my money. I would highly recommend you not order from them!

I had bought the Fontana Showers LED oil rubbed bronze shower back in March but my bathroom project took longer than expected so plumber go around installing it last week. He noticed we are missing one connection part and had to call Fontana Showers customer service. Amazingly we got this part shipped in 2 days. Great service.
