It would be nice to have the option to crop and rotate...
It would be nice to have the option to crop and rotate the picture to upload, as well as to select precise picture size in eigths of an inch. Unfortuantley I will have to buy custum glass seperatly along with hanging hardware. I would gladly pay more for this option if it was available.

The Right Frame at the Right Price
After considerable sticker shock at a professional frame shop, I was able to find a reasonably-priced, high-quality frame on your website. It arrived on time, was easy to assemble, and looks great. Looking forward to my wife opening her Christmas present in a couple days!

Fix your website
Fix your website. If a credit card can't be processed unless you uncheck the "billing same as shipping address" box you shouldn't have the check mark there. Lucky you didn't lose the sale as I had to call and get that silly workaround. You seriously need a better web site. How many sales did you lose from people that just went to a competitor after their payment was not accepted?

Disappointing Quality
I liked the look of this item online, but I was disappointed with it for three reasons: It is somewhat flimsy; it is just a wood particle product covered with black paper (it is not even painted; all four corners had small splits. I am keeping the frame only because I needed to present something as a gift and did not want to wait for a replacement.

My go-to online frame shop
Prices are reasonable, quality goods, great website that lets you visualize what your frame will look like with mat, etc. Mat color samples aren't quite true to life but that's typical on a computer monitor. I measured three times and was very happy when my two art prints both dropped right into their frames, perfect fit. Would order again.

Great customer service
Once I placed my order, I realized their office was only 15min from my house. I reached out and asked if I could pick up my order to save on shipping. Frame USA agreed, refunded my shipping costs, and has my order ready a week early.

I wanted to pick up my order instead of ship it. They had no problem with that and refunded my shipping.

Problem
The small, black "tabs" which hold the picture firmly against the frame were incredibly difficult to remove, unlike my experience with previous frames.
Another order, a metal frame kit: of the four corners which hold the frames together, two had screws which were extremely difficult to turn.

The most reliable place to get amazing quality frames
The most reliable place to get amazing quality frames. My favorite part about this shop is that I can get custom frames for those odd-sized art pieces that never fit in regular frames. I am a repeat customer who always comes back when Frame USA need something framed.

I wish you had the presidential frame in pecan in various...
I wish you had the presidential frame in pecan in various sizes. I also think your prices on the Victorian frames are a bit high. I have ordered these for the last several years for my business, but Frame USA are now too expensive for my products and I will need to choose a less expensive frame. However, my products are all featured with the Victorian frames, so I will need to redo all of my product photographs. I really don't think they need to be priced at nearly 3 times that of similar looking products.

The order page under My Account almost never loads, and never loads more than the most recent order. The frames are affordable, but take a long time to manufacture and ship, and frequently arrive scratched. Support is very good about replacing damaged frames, but that only adds to the overall turnaround time.

Easy to navigate site
Easy to navigate site. Custom options worked well. Unlike other companies, you allowed small artwork and I di like the manner in which you cut the matts, We'll see what product looks like and delivery times. But overall, I am very pleased with process to this point.

Oakwood Picture frame
This frame was expensive. So I was very disappointed to receive a frame that had a ding in the wood, really very rough edged plexiglass and a flimsy corrugated cardboard backing instead of proper mason board. I won't be buying anything from this company again - obviously cheap and made in China.

Mad in the USA. Great Price. Quality Products. Fast Shipping.
First time Customer. I was tired of the poor quality overpriced frames at major retailers. I wanted to buy something and support a US company and workers. I went online and found the frames i needed on clearance. The products i got were a great price and the quality was much better than the retail items made overseas. Product arrived in 2 business days. As fast as Amazon. Products were packaged with care and nothing was damaged. Quality all throughout the sales process.

Wish there were more mat choices for Black Core.
Some instructions (such as how you cut the mat size, whether or not glass is included in a custom frame, etc.) could be more clear.
But I will show with Frame USA again.:-) Thanks!

Happy!
My order was perfect!
There have issues with my past orders arriving with damage or not being what I ordered. However these problems were corrected quickly and in the end I have been pleased with Frame USA products and service. My last order was perfect!

Broken frame
All but one frame came in perfect condition, the largest one had a broken corner and crudely cut plastic for glass. The rest of the frames plastic was cut smoothly. The big frame just seemed like an anomaly especially with the quality of the rest of the frames we ordered. Will 100% be a return customer however.

Had to guess on format fir phone number on checkout...
Had to guess on format fir phone number on checkout pages. The field did not enforce a format and, when I submitted, all it tod me was to enter something in the required fields. It highlighted the phone number field but did not indicate the required format. It worked after a couple tries.

Good experience in shopping
Good experience in shopping. However, I never know what type of glass, styrene, etc. that I will receive. I have received glass, thick styrene, and some type of thin flexible material. I ended up purchasing a sheet of my own acrylic to cut out for the frames.

Your customer service on calls is excellent, but I...
Your customer service on calls is excellent, but I had a hard time using the custom frame designer to get what I wanted, so I did not order a frame. How can you call it custom if I can't see exactly what I want? Also the mar designer doesn't show the corner I picked out, just the rectangular reveal.

Mat was creased when it was cut.
Disappointed in the quality of the mat. Overall it was okay but it was creased along the bottom, not only at the edge but the crease extended about an inch above the edge and it extended for 2/3 the length of the mat.

No one from Frame USA returned my email.
