Garage Giant

It was alright. Order confirmation said that Garage Giant would e-mail when it was shipped... but that was not the case. I had contacted the manufacturer of the tiles and was quoted a much lower price, but had received the order the next day after receiving the quote and so was not able to cancel it. Would probably go with another company on my next order.

Originally I received only part of my order. I called Steve at garage giant and he worked to figure it out... I was expecting to have to call and checkup that was not the case. I received a call first and Steve has taken care of it and I received the other part of the order that had something to do with the manufacturer... thank you for all your help I will always recommend garage giant

I ordered a toolbox that was said to be in stock. Afterwards i recieved an email sayin that it would be sometime in feb before its shipped. Your website still states that its in stock and ready to ship estimated delivery being towards the end of dec. The website should be updated so as not to mislead people

Customer service is quick and personal here. With the Covid and everyone shopping or delivery times were said to be longer however I sent an email requesting if any chance it could come sooner and he responded immediately and I did get my product sooner. Every time I emailed I got an immediate response happy with everything thank you

I called Garage Giant with quite a tricky question about the best rolls of G-Floor to buy for my garage which isn't a very conventional shape. Spoke with sales guy Steve who went out of his way to show me different options. Ended up getting a custom cut roll which actually worked out less expensive than buying pre made rolls and not using large chunks of them.

Order placed on the 04/10/21 item received 04/20/21 wrong item arrived was suppose to be a 4 gallon pale of adhesive and it was a 1 gallon. Garage Giant said it was there mistake and the 4 gallon pale will be back in stock and ship by 04/26/21 even though on the site it says it's in stock. I'm yet to Receive any confirmation of shipping and its 05/03/21. Waste of time when you're trying to run a business. Avoid this company.

No updates, via email or telephone from Garage Giant regarding shipping after purchasing such a large item. I only received an order confirmation, no follow-up. I had to contact the GG by phone and email almost half a dozen times and threaten to reverse the charges on my Cc before it was discovered that the shipper had been trying to contact me at the wrong cell phone number. When it was discovered that was the case, the shipping agent on the phone said she would check to see if I had "accumulated any storage fees" during the 4 weeks my item didn't arrive (although garage giant shipped it out within 3 days of my order and all information provided to GG was accurate). That was egregiously terrible customer service on the part of the shipper. Happy ending though, the cabinet was delivered within a week of the shipping agent being made aware of their error. The item was intact and packaged well although it looked as it it had been stored outside for the 4 weeks... It was filthy.

I shopped around online for these cabinets where I discovered wildly varying prices. Garage Giant beat everyone else's price so I ordered. Shipping was a a little delayed due to COVID, but the company communicated very well with me. Packaging was amazing. Nothing even had a scratch. Only assembly was putting feet on base cabinets. Installation was a breeze. I was able to do it by myself. Cabinets are very well made with high quality materials.

My wife and I have wanted to cover our garage floor with tiles for a while now, finally taking the plunge and we called Garage Giant for some help. Spoke to a good guy there who walked us through the options and even arranged for us to get a discount as it was a large order. We're pleased with our choice and happy to recommend the guys at Garage Giant.

This company was great and very informative on my order. While Garage Giant were trying to get my order completed for the past several weeks that it took due to the current pandemic that we are faced with. My garage cabinets took longer than either I or garage giant expected but it was definitely worth the wait. The cabinets arrived undamaged and the quality of the product is amazing thank you again Steve for all your help.

Love the look of the product but Garage Giant sent me two cabinets (one cabinet and one grill cabinet) that differ in height. When the two cabinets stand next to each other and you align the top of the cabinets, the feet on the one cabinet is complete screwed out and the other cabinet the feet are completely screwed in. Thus the bottom of the doors do not align. Customer service has no clue how to resolve and keep in referring this back to the manufacturer.

They could not help and referred this back to the manufacture who was even worst

Bought some G-Floor rolls from a different website. Had issue with installation and got no response from other site so I messaged Garage Giant to ask about it. Told them up front I didn't buy from them but Garage Giant were cool with that and helped me out with installation tips. Pretty impressed by that!

Where do I start... I ordered some NewAge Pro garage cabinets. First, my order took over a month to ship as some items were out of stock without the website indicating this. I finally received a phone call from a nice mine a few weeks later explaining the situation. He indicated Garage Giant would ship part of my order first and I would need to wait for the rest of my order later (it's been 10 weeks).

When I finally received the shipment, this is when more issues arose. First, the pallet was dropped off in my driveway with two more pallets on top of it, completely shrink wrapped. There were three visible boxes on the pallet, two large boxes with my NewAge tall cabinets and a small box of parts. Upon removing the shrink wrap, I heard a thud as the worktop fell onto my car, denting the fender. There was no warning label or paperwork indicating there was a worktop located in this position or to take caution. It was also not strapped like the other boxes were. There was no paperwork indicating how many boxes were on this pallet.

In addition, one of the cabinets came in with a perfectly fine box but inside I found the cabinet doors were crushed in. Another cabinet had the hinges drilled in the wrong position which I had to address. It's been taking 4 weeks of back and forth just to get this resolved. I'm told a new cabinet is being sent but nothing will be done about my car and I'm still left with an incomplete set because Garage Giant can no longer get one of the cabinets.

Horrible experience as NewAge and Garage Giant continue to go back and forth with no solution. I should have bought from somewhere else.

I don't use email or websites much to be honest so I like to call customer service and speak to a human. I spoke with a guy here and found him professional and helpful. Paid over the phone because I don't like to plug my card details into websites and that was no problem. Good experience and I'll probably use them again.

Garage Giant was very good in customer service letting me know how my order was processing and the anticipated delivery date. Garage Giant were also excellent in resolving a matter where I had ordered an 84" Stainless Steel worktop, separate from the large combination set, which was shipped via UPS and came damaged. While there were two other unseccessful attemps via UPS, I had success in picking up the top myself directly from the NewAge fullfillment center.

The selection of new age products is excellent and the video on installation is very helpful. Check out is very easy. Eeverything about this order and product was excellent. Purchase was easy, price was very fair, shipped on time and everything about the product was as advertised. I would use Garage Giant again.

I am beyond impressed by Garage Giant. I was hesitant to purchase here bc I'd never heard of them before. I decided to purchase my garage cabinets from Garage Giant based off of the amazing reviews. With our first order, we had to wait quite awhile on shipping due to backorders with NewAge. Garage Giant was great about keeping in touch via email with updates and setting reasonable expectations for a delivery estimation. If you do order NewAge cabinets, especially if ordering a set including the slate backsplash, make sure you order an accessory kit. It does NOT come with any hooks or accessories at all. If you try to order it separately, there is currently a $75 processing fee. That being said, I highly recommend shopping here. Their prices are excellent with customer service to match.

My overall experience was good. I ordered the first week of January and I got my purchase second week of February. However, it did say at time of my purchase that It will not ship out until about the third week of January due to the pandemic. I completely understand so I went ahead and made my purchase. 3rd week came along and I have not received an email at least. I called the number and did get someone on the line very quickly and I was told that Garage Giant would restock and send out the first week of February. I waited and still received no email. The first week of February came so I called a second time and again someone help me right away. I was told I would receive an email within the next few days once they get a respond knowing what's going on. About a week later I get an email saying that my item has shipped so I would say it took about a month and 2 weeks. Once I got my item it was very well packed and it was as described. I love my purchase and I'm very happy and satisfied with it. I honestly didn't get upset or bothered because of the shipping time. I knew it was going to take longer than normal and I was just being patient. Of coarse It was a long time but, I would totally purchase again from them. By the way everything was very well packed. Everything was labeled and I was able to put together easily

I was very surprised at how fast someone picked up on the other side. person was nice and respectful. I didn't get much detail as I was looking for over the phone but overall i was satisfied

Our cabinet took a little longer than expected to arrive due to Covid. However, when it arrived it was very easy to assemble. My husband and I did it together in a few hours. We are impressed with the quality of the cabinet and the packaging (not a dent on the boxes or the cabinet). Bonus, our 6 year old son loves building Race car tracks with the Leftover cardboard. So excited to finally have an organized garage.

Keep watching for a tracking number all I had was a order number! I was told that it had ship that all! Yesterday my wife sad there a truck out front! She asked is it for us he said yes! Said it would have been nice if I received a phone call to when it would be here! I am glad I was home!
