Called Customer Service Got the Run-A-Round
I ordered a washing machine inlet valve. I received what appears to be some racks for may be a an oven? The part that I received is part number W10728160, called tine – row.
What I should have received is the duel water inlet valve for my washer. My washer model number is WTW4816FW1.
My past order was filIed quickly and correctly, so paid about 30% more to receive the part quicker from this company. Maria in Customer Service said they would not send the correct part to me until I sent pictures including my washing machine serial number. What does my washer serial number have to do with receiving some metal rack? I guess they think I’m scamming? It would then be reviewed by the team, not Maria. Afterwards it would be reviewed by the warehouse. After the warehouse review, the customer service team would give the final decision. By that time, it would be a week after I placed my initial order. I need the correct part, not the run-a-round. This is probably the worst customer service I’ve received in a very long time.

searching for a part,they said they had in stock,,,so I ordered it,,because I had it backordered from another place , original place says they got it in and it shipped,,I sent an email to cancel,,one hour after I ordered,they say it is too late, Polaris has already shipped ? in an hour ? then it arrived after 10 days,,,I have sent numerous emails and have not received an answer or an RMA, 5 days and waiting,,,wish I had read these reviews before ,,

The worst company ever staff as well.
I put in my part number in the search the picture came up is the exact part I have because I bought the part two days before from Lowe's and it didn't work the worker from Lowe's told me try it if it didn't work I have 30 to return it which I did. The reason I bought it from genuine replacement parts is because the photo I saw is the exact part I wanted the day I received the part open it was the same part I got from Lowe's called and spoked to Jonathan that said it's and updated and it should work he spoke to one of his technicians and Genuine Replacement Parts told him it don't work with my model refrigerator he will send me an email with instructions to return the part so I called back spoke to Diana explain so I'm trying to understand I'm having to get changed for return and restocking fee she said if I send photos and model number and this and that then they will look into it no reply to email Jonathan email me after I spoke to her and said he already sent me how to return the part I called back the next day and he answers the phone he hanged up the phone on me. If I had read this reviews I would of not purchase from this company. NO ONE SHOULD EVER PURCHASE FROM THIS COMPANY STAFF RUDE NOT GOOD CUSTOMER SERVICE SERVICE WRONG PART JUST TO CHANGE STOCKING FEE TO MAKE MONEY.

Wrong part, refusing refund
I received the wrong part even though the model number to my dishwasher was given correctly. No big deal, I returned it. That's when the problem started. I received an email (you can't ever reach them by phone) that my $289 refund was denied because it wasn't returned in the manufacturer's box. I received it in a plain cardboard box, wrapped in a plastic bag. I responded by letting them know this. Genuine Replacement Parts state their distributor told them otherwise, therefore no refund. So they now have the wrong part and my money and if I want wrong part back, it costs $10. I filed a complaint with PayPal. Now they're claiming the part was used. I'm sure it is since it was not in the manufacturer's box. The part was so completely different that my husband didn't even attempt to install it. Horrible customer service. Very upsetting. I feel like I'm the bad guy. If I could give no stars, I would.

Highly Dissatisfied
My experience with Dappz was similar. I purchased a part for my Samsung washing machine. The web site showed several in stock. I placed my order and paid through PayPal. I was told that my order would arrive on 12/22/16. I received nothing.

On 12/23/2016 I received a refund notification from PayPal. I have yet to receive communication from Dappz regarding the order. I went to the web-site to look it up but it says there is no record of past orders. I have an order number, confirmation of my order, and received a refund. Hmm?

While on the website, I noticed that PayPal is no longer listed as a payment option. PayPal probably dropped them due to their shady shenanigans. I placed a new order with a reputable company. Unfortunately, me and my kids will spend Christmas at the laundry mat so that we have clean clothes for work and school.

RETURN
I received the wrong Item. So I emailed them back. Got fast response but was told " Your part is under $30 so with our restock fee AND shipping it's not worth returning." In other words the heck with me. Genuine Replacement Parts did not check to see why I received the wrong part or anything like that just said nope your not getting money back and we are not taking part back. It WAS NOT any kind of electronic part. I mean they must make a little money on the part I received. Why would they not even offer help like a discount or inquire to see why I got wrong part and help me get correct part. This is for my elder moms dishwasher whom cares for my Dad who is a VET in a wheel chair. I explain the dishwasher being broken is making my Moms life so much harder. They or the person I was dealing with did not care. So I am out of the money and have a brand new GE plastic part to just throw in the trash. UNREAL!

ABSOLUTELY THE WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE
I ordered my wash machine part online from GRP's website and everything went smoothly until I tried to check the status of the part 2 days after order. Genuine Replacement Parts were not able to offer any update as to where the part was only that is was still being processed. I sent several emails trying to determine the status of my order but to no avail and system only showed still PROCESSING order. I ordered the same part from another supplier and order was filled same day and tracking number issued. I sent email to GRP on 6th day requesting my order be cancelled and later that day I received a email from GRP stating order had been sent so could not cancel it that's it. Order received that day and system still showed it as being processed. They told me I could return for a refund if I wanted... needless to say this was my first ordering experience with GRP and will be my last. Oh ya paid extra for expedited two day shipping but customer service indicated they do not offer this service and could refund my additional shipping charges. Customer service was a complete failure in this case. Guessing the treatment I received is not the norm or they would be out of business with this kind of customer service. A gentleman did finally call but only offer up a apology.

Parts did not fit
I purchased a bin and frame for my KitchenAid refrigerator. The parts arrived very quickly but Genuine Replacement Parts did not fit. The customer support spokesperson claimed that they had shipped the part I ordered, However, they still advertise those parts as the "genuine parts" for my refrigerator's model number. I did open the boxes to check the fit of the parts but pack them back in the same boxes and packing materials that I received them. READ THE FINE PRINT, if you open the package they may charge you a restocking fee. You have to pay for the return shipping fees which amounted to ~35% of the value of the wrong parts. I paid $161.65 and was refunded $142.78. Which meant they did not reimburse the taxes or the shipping I paid. I had to call several times to get ~50% of my money back This is one of the worst companies I ever deal with. Their costumer support sucks. I will never buy from them again.

GRP charged my CC knowing the parts were back ordered
O 01-15-21 I ordered parts for a dishwasher from GRP and the www site says there were 47 units in stock, On Monday 01-18-21 there was no tracking info so I sent an email. GRP responded with Genuine Replacement Parts had overstated the inventory amounts and they had zero units, I responded with an email requesting a cancellation of the order, They stated they would try?. On Wednesday 01/20/21 my credit card was charged even though they didnt have the products as well as being asked to cancel the order, Again back on the phone to GRP and now they are very sorry ( I agreed 100%) They did issue a refund. Will never do business with them again again. Shady dealing when they charge your account knowing there had no inventory. Looks like they are struggling when they practice poor business decisions. Sent incorrect part but would not give a refund, even after I called and explained the issue.
Found parts needed listed on GRP website. Ordered and received quickly. Turns out the part listed is a substitute from the manufacturer and it would not fit correctly. I had to then get the parts locally at Tribble's Appliance Parts. I took the old part and the part from GRP and Genuine Replacement Parts confirmed that it would not work. I sent the parts back to GRP as per their emailed instructions and was emailed that they were not going to refund for the opened part. Now I'm out the cost of the wrong part and shipping it back, plus the cost of the parts I had to buy locally in order to do the repairs. Even though the mistake was totally the fault of their website information, and the substitution of the part by the manufacturer, the customer service rep would only refund for the unopened part. Obviously not a company I would recommend or will ever do business with again. BEWARE, DON'T get your parts from GENUINE REPLACEMENT PARTS (GRP).

Just hope you don't need a refund
Shipping was fast, but Genuine Replacement Parts sent the wrong part. I called them and was provided with a return mailing label. Sent it back on April 6, and they rec'd it on April 8. A week later, having received no refund, I emailed them and was told that their refunds take 3 WEEKS! "If you don't hear from us by April 29, let us know." April 29 came and went, as did April 30, and I sent them a notice that if a refund didn't appear within 3 business days, I was going to the CC company. No refund, so filed a dispute with my CC Company. Am guessing that the reason for such a long delay in issuing refunds is that after all that time has passed, they hope you'll have forgotten about it. I didn't. CC company customer service rep. Agreed, saying most refunds are issued within 5-10 business days. After being told they didn't have the right part after all, I went shopping and found the right part at Appliance Factory Parts for 1/3 less.

From Great to Horrible
I needed a replacement knob for my cooktop I purchased from Best Buy. Best Buy provided details for the part I needed and directed me to GPR. I went online and place the order. The delivery was a day late, but not a big deal. The part I received was 1/2 the size of the knob I have on my cook top.

I sent an email asking about exchanging it with the correct part and to my very pleasant surprise I received an email stating it looked like I wanted to return something and the process started automatically. For that, I gave their automation a 5 star for sure. After that however, the experience with support was just annoying, frustrating and the people I interacted with seemed to copy and paste the same message and image! Almost as if Genuine Replacement Parts had all gone through some sort of brain conditioning with no ability for independent thinking.

They continued sending a picture of barcodes for a Whirlpool model asking me to find it inside the door or on the backside of the unit! Seriously? I had sent them the details from the purchase, images of the unit, model number and serial number but they kept asking me for the "whirlpool like" barcode with the same details! Well, the unit I received had no barcodes but it did have the serial number and model number on a plate on the bottom of the cook top which I had already provided albeit did not look like the "whirlpool" model with the barcodes.

Finally after more than 20 emails, they provided the correct part number and they did provide an RMA number with $5 restocking fee and stated that they would not be reimbursing the shipping fees. They told me it would be better for me to sell it on eBay! The knob was priced at $18 and change and about $9 for standard shipping!? I found the part on another site for $12 with $5.99 standard shipping.

We are not talking about a lot of money and had the experiencce been better with the robots asking about the same informaiton I had provided without the barcodes, I would have returned and purchased it from GPR, but never again.

I will let the readers decide for themselves, if they want to take a chance with these guys. But know that there are much better options and more economical available to you.

Terrible Company, definitely reccomend not to order from them.
Had I read some of the negative reviews on this company before I ordered parts for my clothes dryer back on 1/16/2020, I would have never placed order with them!
I ordered a timer switch and knob for timer switch for my GE Electric Dryer.
Well when order arrived, the timer switch was defective because when it was installed, it didn't turn off and also knob wasn't for the timer switch.
I immediately reported problems with customer service rep Alijah (*******@genparts.net) on 1/22/2020 and he asked if I wanted a refund or to order parts again. I opted for the refund.
Well after going back and forth with Alijah, Angie, Gianna & Cheryl, it took until 2/18/2020 to get credit to my credit card for only the timer switch.
Again I contacted Alijah on 1/20/20 and said what about knob?
He apologized that wasn't taken care of and directed me to return part as long as the packaging wasn't opened and I did with tracking # from USPS that cost me $4.00 because Genuine Replacement Parts don't pay for that.
The returned part was delivered by USPS on 2/26/2020.
Low and behold after calling several times about this refund, I got a credit to my credit card on 3/19/2020. I was charged a 25 percent restocking fee for a part that they say was spec for my dryer but not for the timer switch that I ordered!
Terrible company, terrible customer service, will never do any business with them ever again. Never got credit for shipping charge on original order, had to pay for postage to return the wrong knob and finally 25 percent restocking fee.
Buyer beware!

Garbage company full of scammers
Garbage company. I ordered a gas outlet, and Genuine Replacement Parts shipped me a single screw and charged me $17. I contacted their customer support after I received an email invoice for the screw telling them that something went wrong. This was BEFORE I got a shipping notice. They said there was no restocking and that I was going to have to pay, again, $17 for a single screw. I wrote back, again BEFORE I got a shipping tracking number. They replied again that I couldn't return it. Almost a day later, I finally get a tracking number and my card is charged, $17 for a screw that I didn't order. I double checked my browser history the day I tried to make a purchase from this garbage company and I didn't see a single page looking at a screw. Only the original part I tried to order.

Fortunately, I found the same part for cheaper from partsdr com. They had great customer service and got me the correct part promptly. Glad I know about them, because I will never order from GRP for anything ever again.

On point!
This is the second time I've used the Genuine Replacement Part's website. Genuine Replacement Parts are fantastic. I've recently received (only 5 days to receive parts) parts for my clothes dryer. Within 30 minutes, my cousin had the parts installed and I was able to do my laundry. The first time I used them was for a vegetable pan with glass shelf for my refrigerator. Both orders came in promptly and as ordered! In fact, the vegetable pan's arrival was delayed by UPS for two days and GRP contacted me immediately to let me know that it was going to be delayed. I can't get that kind of service from local companies!

The key to a successful experience is to have your make and model numbers handy while ordering and double checking the order before finalizing. I take my time and it's been right each time, completely on point!

I would recommend this website in a heartbeat.

Not a good experience at all
I ordered my part to get my oven working and it said it will arrive by a certain date. The day before I still had no tracking. Tried to call > No answer. Tried to live chat > not available. Emailed customer service that morning. Received an email that someone would get back to me shortly. No one ever responded. The "supposed" day of arrival, I requested a cancellation. Not over the phone > still no answer. Not over chat > still not working (during their business hours), but over email. I received 2 emails confirming cancellation. Called the following day to check on my refund. Someone answered the phone! Guess what. My item was arriving that day. But, I had already expedited shipped a new one from Amazon, because of this awful customer service. So, how do I return? Well, Genuine Replacement Parts keep the $7.99 shipping to arrive late to me (never got a shipping email), then they make me pay to ship back (promised a pre paid label, but sent me nothing), plus charge me a restocking fee. Basically the cost of the item... or more! This is the worst customer service I've had in a long time. Wish I would of read the reviews before falling down this rabbit hole. Their ship dates are a lie to get you to buy through them. They catch people in a time of need and then do not fulfill their promises, or help you out at all. If someone would have said it was arriving a day late, then I wouldn't have ordered a new part. We cook everyday and I need to get my oven working. Good customer service could have saved this whole deal.

Bad return and shipping charges policy
I purchased a door shelf bin basket for my Kenmore EIite refrigerator on July 16th 2020 online. Total order was $39.08 including shipping and tax. I noticed wrong part number and called them back immediately the next day for them to adjust the order with correct part but was told the order has already been processed and to simply return the package back to them for the replacement. Genuine Replacement Parts said not to refuse the package (I should have). When I called to inquire about return package procedure, I was told I have to pay for shipping the item back to them (this cost me additional $23). I returned the package on 07-23-2020 and they received it on 07-28-2020. Their policy states they will inspect the item and issue a refund within 15 days. Never got my refund or any communication from them so I sent an email on 09-23-2020 to inquire about my refund. Customer care department replied they will process a refund in the amount of $26.56 as they do not refund the original shipping cost plus they are now charging me 25% restocking fee. What a scam. Had I not contacted them, they would never have refunded anything to me. Never buying anything or recommending anyone from purchasing anything from them.

THE WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE I EVER DEALT WITH
I ordered a part for a name brand fridge. Genuine Replacement Parts sent me a part for a different brand that cost over $100 less than the one I ordered. The customer support is a joke. On their website they have a phone # and live chat. Neither of them function. You must email them and wait a few days for a response. I showed them my original invoice I ordered. They wanted photos of the wrong part they sent, the invoice, label of my fridge. When I sent them they emailed a few days later and said they didn't get them. This seemed like a stonewalling tactic hoThis went on back and forth with many emails from different service people. Then they ignored me for a week. When I contacted the Credit Card company to dispute the charge they started to play ball. Now they finally admitted they sent the wrong part and have a long list of things for the return to be accepted such as no sharpie writing on the box, no duct tape and threats that if you were not polite about the whole thing they would charge a 25% "restocking fee". Of course I had to pay shipping to and from. What a contrast to Amazon! Stay as far away from this clown show as possible!

Return policy and expenses
I ordered what I thought was an extension shelf for a GE Monogram oven but the one I received didn't fit and was of poorer quality. Returning it was not a joy. Their directions for returns require shipping with a tracking number, no writing on the box with a Sharpie, no USPS or duct tape or you will not get a refund. The product I ordered was priced at $152.89; shipping and CA tax brought the cost to $171.73. Now for the return. USPS shipping $59.95 (UPS would have been $79.95), possible restocking fee $38.23 (25% of $152.89), the non-refunable original shipping charge of $6.39 brings the total to $104.57. All this assumes they'll accept the package and refund CA Sales Tax of $11.85. Ignoring the inconvenience and time, I hope to recover $48.32 and loose $123.41. Again, this assumes GRP will accept the return package.

CROOKS 100%
I orders an icemaker for my Maytag fridge using my part number. The part Genuine Replacement Parts sent did not fit. I sent it back first they would not refund because "The box had been opened"? How can to see if it's the right part without opening the box I would like to know. Then after much discussion they refunded but charged a restocking fee "because the part was not defective" So they send you the wrong part then refuses to refund because you opened the box then charge you a restocking fee for sending you the wrong part. That is their business model. You can read several others who had the exact situation.

UPDATE: After two days it was finally agreed that they send me the wrong part and the part for mine was 100.00 more (sound familiar). They refunded my money and deducted a stocking fee.

Then I get a notice from them about this review. Saying quote "It appears your statement is false and untrue then. I have forwarded this to our legal dept for review. Thank you!".

BUYER BEWARE... INCORRECT PART NUMBERS
I correctly entered the model number for my Electrolux dishwasher and ordered a circuit board, control module which was described as an OEM part. A few days later I received a package from GRP which was obviously too small to contain the correct module. I opened the shipping box to find another sealed box containing the module with 2 large decal warnings stating that opened boxes could not be returned for refunds or exchange. I call customer service and Genuine Replacement Parts confirmed I could not return if I broke the seals and they claimed to have sent the correct part based on my model number.
The part number of the module they sent was listed on the box and an online search provided a picture of the part in the box. Obviously not the correct part.
I searched another vendor's site and verified the part number I needed was a different number. Also it provided the correct picture; however, the part was no longer available. I checked again the GRP website and it listed the wrong part number, the part they had sent.
I called and requested a return authorization, which they granted although they refused to provide a return shipping label. I explained they had sent the wrong part and I thought they should pay return shipping but they did not care. It was their policy. So I had to pay $15 shipping.
They quickly acknowledged receipt of the returned part and sent me an email I would have to wait 3 or more weeks for my refund as they had to examine the part before issuing the refund. I replied the seals on the box had never been broken and a refund should be issued without delay. They replied no, it was policy.
Finally, about 3 weeks after they received the part, a refund was issued.
I do not normally write negative reviews but this experience was so exasperating I could not ignore it. Wrong part numbers on the website and indifference to customer satisfaction. I will never do business with Genuine Replacement Parts again.

Dappz did not deliver the part I ordered claiming it...
Dappz did not deliver the part I ordered claiming it was on back order with no anticipation of when it would be available so Genuine Replacement Parts were cancelling my order. When I ordered the part the website so 3 in stock. I price on the website was $115 - a very good price. And they indicated delivery within a couple of days, so the amount of time without a dishwasher would be limited.

After I received the email saying that the part was not available and that my credit card payment would be refunded, I resumed my search for a supplier of the part. Interestingly, DappZ came up in the search results, still showing 3 available, but now at a price of over $200. I just went to look at their site today and they show 6 in stock at a price of $194.89. So I am a bit suspicious that the Dappz had an error in their pricing and that the part was not out of stock as I was told. I did receive the refund to my credit card so at least Dappz didn't require me to file a denial of the charge.

I ended up ordering the part from Sears Parts at a cost of $159. However, the attempt to order from Dappz cost us a couple extra days with a dishwasher and a couple extra $$$.

Lie about delivery times
I purchased from this site because Genuine Replacement Parts said CLEARLY said that the parts I needed were in stock and could be delivered the next day. When I still hadn't received a tracking number for them by the next day, I contacted customer service, who said they were being sent out that day and I would receive them the next day (now two days from my order being placed, and a Friday). When I received my package, only half of the items I needed had been sent! And I needed them ALL for installation. I contacted customer service again, who said that now remainder of the items were supposedly being sent out, which means they would arrive the following Monday. I already had the repairman coming this afternoon. They had no explanation other than that kind of pathetic "I'm sorry for the inconvenience" and told me they never guaranteed delivery. Well fine, but then don't CLEARLY LIE to your customers on the website about when products will be delivered because, for many of us, that matters! If it takes you two days for your workers just to get them out of your warehouse, don't say they'll be delivered next day!

No Refund After Return Merchandise
Return merchandise to company after receiving 7 days prior. The merchandise is new and unused and return pay by our own money to ship it back to the company. I contact to company several time requesting refund for my 85 years old mother-in-law gasket freezer which after given the model number, still ship the wrong parts.
The original box was water damage, so return in a new box via post office. Company refused to issue refund because it was not in original box, but I explain what happen to the box and return it in new box without using the product still new.
The company fraudulent misrepresent their return policy and use of bullying and intimidating to their customer. I am trying to resolve this issue for my 85 mother in law freezer gasket.
I believe the company is using bait and switch on their customer by stating one thing and not abide to their own return policy. After further research, I see this has happen to other customers.
I file a formal complaint to BBB, FTC regarding their tacks on elderly

Buyer Beware!
I would give this company a 0 star if that were possible. After 10+ days of not receiving my item, I scoured my inbox and spam folder to see the reason. I did not find any communication from them. I sent an email inquiring about my item. Genuine Replacement Parts then said they had sent me an email explaining they needed $20 more for shipping due to an oversized item. My item's shipping cost was calculated by their system when I placed the order. They maintained they sent me an email. I contacted the BBB only to learn they have a C rating! Based on the timeliness of my BBB complaint, I was promptly refunded my money. The company still asserted they had sent me an email stating they needed more shipping money. At this point it was 14+ days of an open order. At no time did I receive and email, telephone call or any correspondence from then until I initiated the inquiry. Then additional shipping cost was nearly 1/2 of the overall price of the item. Other sites offered the same item with 2 day shipping for about 1/2 of the nearly $30 this company wanted for shipping. The initial shipping seemed reasonable. Their demand for an additional $20 to release my item seemed like extortion or at least shady business practices. Had I not filed a claim with the BBB, I am sure I would have had numerous delays in processing my cancelation. At no time was I treated with respect. The reply to my email was written by someone who did not have a basic understanding of the English language. I am willing to overlook grammar by someone trying to get ahead in life if the company instills politeness, courteousness and customer service into the business model. This company seems to prey on internet buyer. They use this review site to make you think they are reputable when they have a C rating with the gold standard BBB. Do your research and purchase from a better company.

Not an HONORABLE Company - Bad customer experience!

Our daughter's washer machine timer if on the fritz... so in searching for the part via the internet I noticed Zappz was offering (Part #661598) for $108.89 with free shipping so I ordered it. The very next day I received an email back from the company telling me Genuine Replacement Parts had a price glitch and they cancelled my order and are refunding my credit card. They also stated if I wanted to reorder at the correct price they did have the timers in stock and would ship right away.

Wow - they CANCELLED my order! I went back on their website to see how much they raised the price it went from $108.89 to almost $130.00 so I wrote them an email back asking them to honor their original price point and not to cancel my order. I did not receive any responses. I then went back to their website and started a "Chat session" with one of their customer service agents - let her know of my order issue and asked if they would honor the original price she stated they couldn't. I said well that it terrible that her company will not honor a price they had displayed on their website and customer should not be held responsible because of a glitch in their system.

We did order the part from another company happily and even paid more... I would never recommend doing business with this company they are not customer focused!

Horrible Company and Shipping Policies
Wish I would have never used this company. Genuine Replacement Parts were horrible to deal with. I chose them because they offered the fastest shipping and when I checked out it listed UPS and FedEx as possible carriers. They didn't even ship the item until the day that I was supposed to receive it. Then they used USPS and not FedEx or UPS like it listed when I checked out. Attempted to talk to customer support and they were not helpful or apologetic at all. They pretty much said they can ship whenever and with whichever carrier they want despite what it says when I checked out. Bait and Switch, I spent more money for the part than other places because they had the fastest shipping and the carriers they listed. Purchased on January 21st, expected delivery date of January 25th by FedEx or UPS listed on the checkout page. Didn't receive item until January 27th. They didn't even ship until January 25th when it was supposed to be delivered. Tracking number Wish I would have never used this company. They were horrible to deal with. I chose them because they offered the fastest shipping and when I checked out it listed UPS and FedEx as possible carriers. They didn't even ship the item until the day that I was supposed to receive it. Then they used USPS and not FedEx or UPS like it listed when I checked out. Attempted to talk to customer support and they were not helpful or apologetic at all. They pretty much said they can ship whenever and with whichever carrier they want despite what it says when I checked out. Bait and Switch, I spent more money for the part than other places because they had the fastest shipping and the carriers they listed. Ordered January 21st supposed to be delivered by FedEx or UPS by January 25th. Did not ship until January 25th and was shipped USPS. I paid more to use GRP because they only listed UPS and FedEx as delivery options and I was supposed to get the item earlier.

I HAD ORDERED A PART FOR MY MAYTAG DRYER MACHINE--A LINT TRAP, AND I HAD PAID EXTRA MONEY FOR IT FOR THIS PARTICULAR ONE BECAUSE IT IS THE EXACT MATCH OF MY OLD ONE! HOWEVER Genuine Replacement Parts SENT ME A LINT TRAP THAT LOOKS COMPLETELY DIFFERENT! A VERSION WHICH I KNEW I COULD HAD PURCHASED FROM OTHER COMPANIES FOR A MUCH MUCH CHEAPER COST! HOWEVER I DECIDED TO SPEND THE EXTRA MONEY BECAUSE I WANTED THAT EXACT ONE THAT WAS PICTURED ON THEIR WEBSITE LISTING! SO FOR THEM TO SHIP ME A COMPLETELY DIFFERENT ONE THAT I COULD HAD GOTTEN FOR MUCH CHEAPER ELSEWHERE REALLY TICKED ME OFF! THEY TRIED TO GIVE AN EXCUSE THAT THIS WAS THE CURRENT ONE FOR MY DRYER! I TRIED TO COMPROMISE WITH THEM AND ASK FOR A $10.00 PARTIAL REFUND BACK SO I COULD JUST KEEP THE PRODUCT DUE TO THEIR FALSE ADVERTISEMENT OF NOT SHIPPING OUT THE SAME ITEM AS PICTURED ON THEIR LISTING! (IT'S LIKE WHEN YOU PAY FOR SOMETHING YOU BOUGHT ONLINE--YOU EXPECT TO GET WHAT YOU HAD SEEN AND PAID FOR, AND NOT SOMETHING ELSE-- UNLESS IT WAS STATED ON THE LISTING THAT THEY MIGHT SUBSTITUTE A SIMILAR PRODUCT IN PLACE IF ORIGINAL IS SOLD OUT, BUT THEY DID NOT STATE THIS ANYWHERE ON THEIR LISTING AT ALL!) THEY NEVER REPLIED BACK TO ME EVER AGAIN, AND JUST IGNORE ALL MY EMAILS TO THEM ABOUT THIS!:-(. PLEASE DON'T SHOP HERE AND BE THE NEXT VICTIM!:-(

Not the way to run a business
Was looking for an outdated Maytag oven electric surface part (glass top). Upon not finding the part for days, I reached out to this site (referred from a friend), to have an online customer service person get on chat regarding these parts. Genuine Replacement Parts proceeded to tell me the parts that I needed to order.

One arrived 4 days later even though the other did not. When asked why, they said that the other was backordered... even though I had no idea about this considering the UPS statement said that I was to receive both parts at the same time. A week later, the other arrived. I opened up my oven to find that the parts were right, but the contacts/leads were not. They didn't fit at all.

I immediately contacted customer service at Dappz to find that they started questioning me as to why I ordered the wrong part. 25% restock fee for something they put in a simple box seems to be a little overboard. And they would not pay for the return shipping.

At this point, I'm out an oven (had to buy a new one since they were my last resort), and I have extra parts for an oven that I'm throwing out.

I think that the problem here is that I bought these in a hurry without realizing that this company is just untrustworthy. Had I known that I would be paying out for return shipping with a restock fee (which would amount to $50 + dollars), I would have taken that money towards buying a new, cheaper oven (as this is for my rental and not my own home). The other problem isn't mine - which is NO phone number to reach Dappz, they only have customer service from 8am - 3:30pm Mon-Fri, and they give the runaround about how they need to charge fees due to this and that in their warehouse.

It's a wonder people use companies like Amazon... at least the big companies won't stiff you on return shipping or ask for a restock fee... they do enough business that they're not scraping for every penny from a customer.

Had Dappz said that they would accept a return without all these outrageous fees, I would have used them in the future for my other rental properties. However, instead, I'm making it a mission to give my best, unbiased facts about this scenario in the hopes that other consumers will think twice about using them before purchasing.

Sent wrong part, made me jump through hoops to get refund
I ordered two halogen lamps for my Samsung microwave. I received door handle screws instead. I contacted the company and was required to submit a photo of my microwave model and serial number label from the appliance. After submitting this, I received an email stating the part I ordered was incompatible with my appliance and there may have been an error on their website (why didn't Genuine Replacement Parts catch this at the fulfillment stage? Why did they send screws instead - which were not even close to the same part number?). They required me to return the two much, much less expensive door handle screws before they will issue a refund. They did send me a pre-paid shipping label, which I guess is something. But the label cost more than the two screws, plus I had to go to a UPS location to send it back. They said it can take 15 days to issue the refund.
