Customer for life!
The only reason this is a 4-star rating rather than 5 is because sizing is a bit inconsistent across lines. For example, Medium is a very safe size for tops regardless of whether it's a bra, tank, T, etc. Some of the Mediums I ordered fit perfectly and others were very tight, so I had to exchange them. Fortunately, customer service took EXCELLENT care of me, so I felt like halara genuinely cared about my experience and my business. Aside from fit, the pieces themselves seem well constructed so I have no reason to think they'll fall apart prematurely.
Overall, Halara products are of good quality, comfortable, and very flattering, and their customer service takes exceptional care of you. For all these reasons I have no reason to look elsewhere for athleisure!

It's taken 10 days just to even send my order out
It's taken 10 days just to even send my order out. I spent $275 to be eligible for the free express shipping offer so I would have my order in plenty of time for a sports event, and there's no way it will be here in time. This is all because I ordered 1 single presale item out of 11 items. I don't understand why the other 10 items couldn't be shipped in the mean time. There wasn't any warning of that either. It specifically said 3 business days to process and 4-6 day express shipping. Most other companies just ship presale items later. Im sorry to complain but I'm really not impressed.

Bad Products
I had high hopes for this company at first because their leggings and bras seemed to be really nice. However I received my package today, and none of the items fit. I ordered a Large in a medium support bra, and my boobs just fall out of the bottom, and its much smaller than it should be. I also ordered a large in a pair of leggings, and halara look like they are fit for a child. I used the sizing chart correctly, but now that I've received the wrong size, I cannot return it because sizing isn't their issue! Please do not buy from them if you are on the larger side, find a company that will actually care for you.

I am amazed!
Reading some of the reviews on the internet I did not expect much from my order, but I was wrong. The cloudful crossover leggings are the softest thing my hands ever touched and so comfortable. I was used to uncomfortable leggings that ride up even when walking, which ended up in a cameltoe and pressure marks all over. With these leggings no seams dig in, the leggings are not see through even when squatting. The pockets are spacious and fit even my huge 6.8 inch phone. The In my feels cropped tank top is very comfortable as well, and offers a lot of support for sport. The straps are not adjustable but the top fits perfectly so I don't mind. The material is not as soft as the leggings but still good. The order came quite quickly - 8 working days. I was able to track my order to detail, which was perfect for my impatient self (yes, it's true halara ship from China). I was not expecting this, but I am very satisfied with what I received.

Shorts I received were not correct size and the inner...
Shorts I received were not correct size and the inner tag was cut off… also the "L" price tag was not even connected to the shorts. It was all thrown into a bag with an "L". I can clearly tell that the large I ordered is not correct as it looks about two sizes too small. I also sized up to be safe as there is a tie to tighten them just in case. I would have rather waited a longer period for the shorts I actually ordered than being sent the wrong thing. Also, if the tag being cut off was unintentional, halara still should have never been sent out as I now have no care instructions either. Never experienced something like this.

Not Worth The Hype
I kept seeing this site all over tiktok so I finally broke down and ordered. $180 worth the be exact. 6 leggings and 3 tops. I did not like a single item. At all. The leggings did not fit well. Sizing was way off. The material feels super cheap. Top sizing was way off as well. I was expecting good quality items that were true to size given what I paid and I was thoroughly disappointed. Additionally, in order to send it back for a refund I have to foot the shipping bill. That's never happened to me before. Typically the company would send you a prepaid label. Additionally, shipping took forever. Almost 2 weeks. Super disappointed nonetheless. I'll stick to my TJ Maxx clothing from here on out.

Update: the company did reach out to me in a timely manner to resolve the issue successfully.

I would love to be more supportive but have not had...
I would love to be more supportive but have not had a great experience with the site or company. I place my order in the beginning to middle of November and still not updates. This is a Christmas gift for my daughter and now it looks like it's stuck in LAX as if December 16th. I received an email that halara were sending people to get and have these orders delivered and now stating that it will be delayed yet. How much longer will I be waiting. I understand this is a busy season for shipping and deliveries but over a month is a little excessive I believe.

Good spot for Lululemon dupes! But questionable quality
Two of the items I got I had no issues with, the In My Feels Sports Cropped Top and the Everyday 2 in 1 tennis skirt. The skirt is a good dupe for the Lululemon Pace Rival Skirt and the top is a dupe for the Muscle Love Long Sleeve.

The High Rise Elastic Joggers were what really intrigued me at the start but I added some photos of some questionable seams. The quality wasn't incredible, but I guess you get what you pay for. I didn't love the waistband on them but halara were overall super breathable and comfortable.

The In My Feels Leggings weren't anything crazy to write home about.

No stars for my awful experience with this company!
No stars for my awful experience with this company! Ordered on Dec 13th, it was a Christmas gift for my daughter that arrived Dec 31. Halara sent the wrong size and the one-piece dress looked cheap, wrinkled and poor quality. The bra pads were wrinkled so that there was no way to make this garment look like the photos. I contacted Halata to return and the replied it was too late, apparently they have a 30-day window and i inquired on day 31. They offered a 20% coupon that I'll def not use due to the fact that there product and customer service was not worth one cent.

Still haven't received exchange
I purchased two of their Everyday dresses. Halara took forever to get to me, which I wasn't too mad at, but the items ended up not fitting. That wasn't a big deal since it is a new brand and I was unfamiliar with the sizing, so I requested an exchange for a different size. You have to pay return shipping, and the material was heavy so I paid $15 to return it three weeks ago. I have been reaching out to them almost daily since with no headway. Once in a while they do respond, but have not actually helped me and keep asking if I have a tracking number. They do not have a phone number, which is a bad sign, and I have to keep badgering them over email or Instagram DMs which has been a pain. Total, I've spent $100 on them between the items and the shipping, and I'm not sure I'll ever see that money back. At this point, I'd just like a refund if anything.

Terrible
I have had nothing but issues with this company. It has been stuck in CA for 2 weeks without moving. It started its shipment from CA then went to China and then came right back to CA. I can forgive long wait times but the company has put no effort in to help mitigate this issue. I have contacted them multiple times and have not received a response. You can only contact them by email and for my troubles halara provided me a whole $5. I spent over $50 and have no idea where my package is and the company will not give me my money back. I don't even want the package at this point.

Their service was great!
Their service was great! I had originally rated lower because the filter button was not giving me any options at all. Due to that I literally had to just open anything I was interested in and see if halara happened to carry it in my size and if it was in stock. So this made it take me significantly longer as a new customer to find what I wanted. Their service reached out and showed me that there should have been options populating. So I'm assuming the issue was on my end then. They were very helpful and even offered a coupon. But seeing as it was my error, I did not think it necessary. But overall they were very helpful and I'm excited to receive my products!

Although the shorts were too tight in the leg and I felt it was too difficult to return them, Halara very quickly responded to my feedback and offered me a gift card and a discount which more than made up for the shorts not working out. Their customer service was excellent. I still would not recommend the "in the feels" 2 in 1 shorts for women who lift heavy because halara are tight in the leg, the sports bra is great and a highly recommend their products overall.

Shopping was great!
Shopping was great! There are so many fabulous choices in styles and color! The measurements of the models and estimated measurements for each size was super helpful too! I was able to confidently choose a size thanks to being able to compare them with my own measurements.
The shipping and app part was difficult though; the Halara app wouldn't let me log in or track my order. When I tried to use the ShopPay app instead, I couldn't input information because I couldn't access my account on the app... a big circle of frustration. I'm just hoping it'll come relatively soon now.

I gotten the wrong size, and asked if I could exchange, but I was told that there is no exchange policy due to system restrictions. I was given the option to refund instead, and I wanted to proceed with it. However, to ease me from the trouble to return item and repurchase process, the person who assisted me on this proposed to provide me same value gift card instead right away, so I can repurchse this right away without having to go through the hassle to post to return. I'm thankful for the helpful person who is assisting me on this as I sincerely would like to purchase the right size. Kudos to Loreleine.

Garbage customer service
I ordered 3 things off their site after being bombarded with tiktok ads for months- I figured if halara have enough ads and enough people saying positive things it would be worth a shot since I needed some new leggings. One of the pairs fits well but the other one was like pulling on a pair of tights. Both leggings were in the same size, and the smaller fitting pair was such a weird thick material that just did not feel good. I requested a return for that pair the next day and gave all the info they asked for only to be asked for my reason for returning again... I already told you they didn't fit well. After that I was told I would receive store credit instead of returning the item to "Avoid dealing with shipping delays". I responded that it was NOT ok as I wanted to buy something elsewhere. I already tried the brand and it's very so-so, and didn't care to buy anything else from them. My email bounced back due to their inbox being full and then I was told I could return them but I'd have to pay for return shipping as it's a "small startup company" and they cannot provide the shipping label. For a small startup company they sure sell a lot of products and sure have a lot of money to spend on advertising. I don't normally have a negative review for shopping sites but I would avoid Halara if you can. They sell clothing pieces you can buy off other sites for much cheaper, and they aren't anything super impressive that you just HAVE to have them.

DISCOUNTS ARE FAKE but, the shipment, the product, quality Amazing!
Just opening the website, a discount Roulette pops on the screen offering an extra discount, fortunately (unfortunate) everything has "discount" so you cannot apply that extra 30% in anything.
Anyway, I saw that the price was nice and I really wanted to try the product, so I ordered 2 items.

I have to say that, it was really quick, I could track at any moment also, I received emails every time my items were moving so I really appreciate was so easy to calculate when to be at home:)
Once I opened the product I was so excited, the quality just the bags it is nice, and the product indeed I loved it, the shape, texture everything. I was worried because it looked smaller but fortunately I could fit in it and it is so comfy, I am gladly surprised.
Really happy with my purchase.
I would only recommend to remove the roulette doesn't make sense, only waste time and play with your emotions.

Rip off!
I ordered 2 pair of shorts according to their size chart. When I received them, not only did halara not fit but they were a weird material and very unflattering. When I tried to return them, they told me I couldn't, because the only reason you can return something is if it's damaged. So if it doesn't fit or you just don't like it, too bad because they're not giving you a refund! I'm suspicious of whether or not they would accept a return even if it was damaged. I feel like this was a huge scam and I am out a lot of money and have 2 ugly pair of shorts that don't fit. Thanks a lot Halara! Don't shop here!

I'm hoping I enjoy the quality of the product, however I am disappointed in the experience of the website and my purchase. Coupons including the wheel on the initial page can only be applied to full price items, yet there is almost always a site-wide sale that prevents using promo codes almost entirely. Also the shipping prices are some of the most expensive I have seen with very long delivery times, as complained about by many other customers. Disappointed in the monetary realm because the business is trying its best to get more money from you always in any way halara can, leading many to think, as voiced in the reviews, that this company is a scam. If the company is legit, they should resolve some of these issues that appear to be red flags to many customers who may be hesitant to purchase from this brand.

So I bought two sizes of dresses and I wanted to send one back bc I wanted to make sure I got the best fit. Instead halara gave me a credit and kept both. I was surprised but it was probably the best business plan you could imagine. So I went shopping again with the credit I got and ended up buying some really awesome pants and a tank top. Obviously spending more than my credit. I recieved them and immediately bought more. Smart to just make me shop more. Now I love their athletic wear. Gonna shop again and again. When honestly I only bought one dress that was heavily advertised on Instagram and would never have bought anything again. Now I'm hooked. Great business model in my opinion.
