I ordered to shirts on Hardaddy the same day the same kind.. The one shirt finally came after three weeks and the shirt felt like plastic. Living in Florida plastic is not what to wear. I wanted to return the first one cancel the one that said processing. I email them every other day with no response. Today I finally did a live chat and was told that they 1 Don't do returns and 2 they can't cancel an order that was already shipped. After over a month I checked today and the second shirt was marked as shipped. After well over a month it was suddenly shipped. My advice if you want to order a shirt go through Amazon. Delivery will be within two days, and it can be returned if dissatisfied.

I purchased at least 15 shirts on various occasions from this company and LOVE the variety! Although they may not be the highest quality, they are well worth what you pay. No matter where you go, I constantly get compliments about the 'fun' shirts I wear and frequently asked where they came from. The only issue I've had with the company is that they take a little longer to receive than hoped for. Plus, sizing isn't too consistent- try ordering one size up so that they won't be too small. Feel free to give the company a chance!

I ordered a shirt, tracked its shipment to my hometown post office, and then was dismayed to see that it was being returned to the seller for an incomplete address.
When I contacted the seller, I was offered a 30% refund. They refused to accept responsibility and wanted me to pay the price. I turned it over to PayPal and received my refund. I strongly suggest that this company be avoided.

Too many different discount codes and too many emails wanting me to continue checking out. I absolutely love how this shirt looks. I'm concerned about the transaction but I paid with PayPal so I should be OK. I do hope I receive the garment and it is good quality. Not enough information to make me feel comfortable. Please don't let me down.

Start continue to tell me information was incorrect when I was trying to pay and I ended up needing to pay through PayPal which was something I didn't really want to do. Your site was just not taking any of my credit card information when it was all valid

Buy 2 get one at 20% is great. Then there is ad on page to get 10% first order. Can't do both at the same time but you don't find that out until later in process. That is communicated very bad kind of shady.

At 75 years of age... one has to take their time and make sure that all the boxes have been checked out. Like I forgot to input my phone number and that delayed the process but I figured it out and it went smoothly from there.

Of course, the transaction will not be complete until I receive my order but, so far, I like the product as presented and the purchase process has been simple and straightforward. Thank you.

Everything arrived in a very timely manner. The quality is actually better than expected! It's not the quality of a $120 Tommy Bahama but I can get 5 or 6 of these and Hardaddy look just as good. You have to look pretty hard to be disappointed with one of these $25 shirts. (Plus you can wash them at home - dry cleaning is not necessary. Personally, I recommend dry cleaning.) Why not buy one item that you think is cool and then decide if you want to buy more. You can also return your items, but I have not had to do that.

Previously ordered Santa shirt and took 30 days to receive and it is a bit tight. Should have ordered 4x instead of 3x. Now ordering more items but hope Hardaddy Don't take as long to receive. Please expedite.

Your ordering & the way you have set up your mailing address is very confusing also you say orders over $35.11 is free shipping then you say it's going to cost $7+ as you see my amount payable is now $58.59?

Why don't you offer any of your musical note series of mens' shirts at any size smaller than medium? We would've bought more shirts if you would had done this. Also the same for many of your novelty mens' underpants. We would've bought some if Hardaddy were offered in a small waist size.

I hate buying nw clothes, because everything that might be connected with spending money disgust me. However, I have a wife and she likes when I wear dapper clothes. She makes me buying new clothes, but I really hate it. Recently, she decided to order some clothes for me on her own, without my presence. It was something like a surprise actually. She chose this online store and ordered here several packs of clothes. Really, there were two packs of clothes, because there were too much clothes basically. She made me write this review because she liked the whole process of buying here. She told me that the quality is awesome.

I loved when someone referred me to this site. I am close to being a regular but 3 times I had to redo order as it kept saying now you have free shipping then i would go back and nope it would go back to charging me as a comic i need to leave to do a show... frustrated

The chat box popped up and I couldn't get it to go away. It was blocking the add to cut button and it took me forever to figure out where the add to cart button was. Othwrwise I would have given you a 4 star

Easy. As it is becoming more difficult, I am wondering if I really want to buy this. It's annoying having to go back and type more. I am not good at typing and don't enjoy doing it. Consider less work for the costumer. I should take 'Easy" back because it isn't.

Some difficulty navigating around site. Not sure why I only could get 10% off when you have been offering me 20+ when I bought just one item. This order was for 4 shirts and a pair of shoes.

Frustrated how your site jumps back to small when you go back. I was shipping a small that will not fit my 10 year old. Hardaddy make returns next to impossible as the return is the Orient. Will not order again. This is the 4th item shipping with no return. Highly frustrating supplier!

I was giving a coupon until I went to check out then it was gone… also your website said spend $8.00 more dollars which I did add another shirt and it still said spend another $180 for free shipping not honest marketing

Previous order was never received. Pay Pal denied my claim because Hardaddy said they had delivery confirmation but could never produce it. All they could say is the package was left in the mail room.

Multiple multiple multiple attempts to cash out and wouldn't process PayPal pmt, had to use alternate pay source. First time customer may be last time customer. Quality of items will determine if the hassle is worth it.

Bought five shirts. For every one the size was wrong. Normally wear a large and ordered extra large. The actual size was below a small. Couldn't even button. The material descriptions were also wrong. Said Hardaddy were a cotton blend but were 100% manmade fiber. If you need to return something you have to mail it to China at your own expense. You don't know if they'll refund anything until after they receive the shirts in China. Terrible experience and I'm out over $100 on five shirts that I can't wear.

I was told numerous times by your staff that I could change my order when in the checkout stage. That did NOT happen. There are 2 shirts on my order that I followed the directions given and I never had the option to change my order. Now I will have to return two shirts and wait for a credit back to my CC. I am very unhappy that your website is not up to date with the ease of changing an order prior prior to checkout. You will be getting 2 shirts returned from my order for a full refund. I sincerely hope the return process is easier than the ordering process.

Too long. Seriously this survey forces people to give at least 3 stars. I decrease stars from 2 star to 1 star just because of survey. If I could do 0 star I would have. U wasted part of my evening. Will never shop here again

I'm ordering more because the first two shipments were great quality, awesome prices, really fast delivery and I've had so many compliments on my appearance I'd be foolish not to get more.

Fun merchandise. Good prices. I will use this again BUT I really hope this gets here before Christmas which is 17 days from today and standard shipping says 10-20 days away. Please do your best. I hope spending more to get the free STANDARD shipping doesn't keep me from getting my gifts in time for Christmas. I'm counting on you. Thanks! Maggie

I had ordered shirts for Halloween but only two of them arrived no explanation as to where the others are. I think better customer service contact would greatly help you to obtain repeat customers

I'm happy about what you offer but if you made the shirts in rayon or cotton instead of polyester, I'd be willing to pay more. Also, your search bar needs some more specific help. You had a shirt and it said "cocktails served here" I put in those exact words, I put in cocktails and I also put in mid century and retro, and the shirt did not come up. I would have bought it had I been able to find it again. When I put in mid century shirts, barely any shirts came up but you have a ton of shirts. It just needs to be more specific. Too many other items are coming up when you put in a specific search. Thanks.

Received my first ever order, pleasantly surprised that it was exactly as expected, as I have had poor past experience with other companies. Definitely not an only purchase, as this is my second, of many more

The first time I ordered from you it took awhile to ship and when I received my items one of the shirts was not the shirt I ordered... but I liked it anyway! Ha! Your website is easy to negotiate.
