Do not buy from them. Customer service is horrible. Can't talk to live person. No real tracking number to see when Hardaddy ship your items. They ship your items separately (so they claim). Still have not received ordered items after multiple weeks. Do not order anything from them.

Was concerned because I was told this site was a scam, but I got my cool new shirts within a reasonable time. Hardaddy are good quality and fit well. I'm pretty satisfied with the experience so far.

This is an excellent web page. It's time to tinker with the search function. The reductions are great, however I wish there was a faster shipping option.
Please include a list of materials utilised. I was considering purchasing another item because it seemed to be a classic, comfortable pullover with good fabric quality.

I don't like receiving nagging messages telling me to complete my purchase. I'm actually more likely to NOT buy. The message I WOULD like to receive is that a particular shirt is almost sold out - I missed out on one I really liked.

The discounts didn't work at first. Then I had two different codes. When I went to checkout it was another amount….

I want express shipping option. I'd pay more for shipping to have express delivery, especially at this time of year. You missed a revenue generator for your Co. You could've offered express delivery for $25, we'd have paid it..

I've placed 3 orders in last week. I love the way products look I hope I like the quality. I haven't received any of my orders yet. I can't wait to get all my orders! I think my family will love them! I plan to order more!

Like the exact measurements for size before you order. Also like the selection of men's shirts. However, the website did not show the backs of the shirts so I do not know if there is printing on the back of the shirt. I hope there is.

No way to apply discounts. If it is in your app somewhere, I did not see it. I went back and forth

Really has nothing to do with shopping but the return policy that I feel should be rethought. I bought a shirt for my husband which was to large and he did not like the material and instead of letting return and get another shirt. I was given a refund?

I was fine until I couldn't pay for expedited shipping of any kind. I like your products and would have paid an upcharge to get them in time for my husband's birthday.

I ordered a Christmas holiday shirt on October 25,2021. Plenty of time to get if for the holiday season. As of today and two email conversations later I still do not have the shirt. I have been offered "a 15% cash refund of the value of the overdue items. You can contact us to refund this amount to you after you receive and keep the item (s). Which is great but at this rate I may never get the shirt and at this point the holiday season is almost over. I find this unbelievable! To take almost two months to receive a shirt that would be worn during the holiday season. If I ever get this shirt it will be useless because the holiday season is over. I find this unbelievable. The ordering and product fulfillment is grossly ineffective.

My experience is fewer people want to create an account to place after place yet you should already have my info because I've ordered before so why not just recognize me via use of my email? I had to enter my number and email three times which was a bit silly -I almost didn't order because I felt like I was in an unnecessary loop.

I AM A MEDIUM SIZE BUT WITH THE SHIRT BEING COTTON/POLYESTER I THINK A LARGE WOULD BE MY SIZE. IF THE SHIRT FITS AND THE QUALITY IS GOOD THEN I WILL TELL SOME FRIENDS AND PURCHASE MORE OF THE SAME. ALSO BECAUSE YOUR ON THE OTHER SIDE OF THE WORLD IT MIGHT NOT BE A SAFE TRANSACTION

I recently bought some shirts as a test. I was worried that Facebook shopping was a hack and like a past experience I'd get ripped off. But the shirts came and were as awesome as the images. This is my second order. They're so bad they're good. Lol love these.

All was OK until I tried to change my shipping address... It would not let me put Port Isabel, Texas... It insisted on putting address as Texas, Port Isabel... Very frustrating I was thinking of canceling order. However going to trust you and the Shipper to get it here... I spent a lot of time trying to fix this. Because without a correct address items may not get here... Thanks for your attention... Art...

Sizes are inconsistent. I ordered shirts that were excessively big and others excessively small. I am ordering these to replace some that are much too small. I doubt Hardaddy will arrive before Christmas but I'm giving it a shot.

Websites a bit wonky. Disingenuous collection of email address w/ promises of discounts -- later find out if you spend over $90. Hardaddy also collect your email when you leave feedback. They're going to sell your information, so use a throw-away email. They're going to use it for "customer care" == more junk email for sales that aren't really as good as they seem.

Nice site. Search needs to be tweaked. Love the discounts - would prefer an option for faster shipping.
Please list what materials are used. I might have bought one other item, as it looks like a classic, soft pullover, but the fabric didn't look right.

Now that I know what size works best for me, I am buying a lot of their holiday clothes. Hardaddy fit amazingly and are especially delightful in spreading holiday cheer! Can't tell you how many compliments I've received on the Halloween attire... so anxious to start with their Christmas ones!

Good merchant. When packages were held at customs, Hardaddy reached out via email with an apology and an update about a replacement order that was already sent out to me at no cost. Good customer service is key to successful business relationships. Thank you

Discounts not clearly stated, and I don't believe I recived the discount for buy 2 get 25 percent off. And then the codes Hardaddy put for coupon for 31 percent off and said it did not recognize. And then for free shipping, even though I was buying over the amt. I didn't qualify because I think they didn't count the flash deal on one of the shirts

The quality of the shirts are really nice! Good quality for a great price! I was thrilled when I arrived. I went back on the site and bought more. Hardaddy are so different! I love these shirts!
