I found the vitamins i was looking for and got a good deal on 2 of them. I have used these vitamins for years and love them. I rate this site 5 stars. Thank you for having my vitamins.

Because I left a 2 star is because of having ordered my items and having to wait weeks for it to be shipped out. It showed ya'll had what I wanted in stock and if that was the case then my items should have been shipped out no later than 2 days and I'll even get ya'll 3 days. I am still waiting and hoping sooner than later on getting my items I ordered.

HiLife Vitamins advertises product that Hilife Vitamins have no Inventory of.
I wouldn't be surprised that they do this intentionally so that they can get your email and credit card information and sell it.

I love the quick deliveries and that Hilife Vitamins offer free shipping for orders over a certain dollar value. Most importantly they carry the quality supplements that my ND specifies for my health. Great company!

I thought the order was over; I happened to check the order and note it was incomplete. I will hope in the future the page signals incomplete before one closes out thinking order is transmitted

The cost is higher than it is on Amazon but since I cannot get this product there at this time, I thought I would try your site. It is easy to use and hopfully will get my product quickly

My credit card was charged on the date I made a purchase. Charges shouldn't be billed until items are shipped. Several days later, order was canceled by HiLife, saying that Hilife Vitamins couldn't get product. (Product is still available from other companies.) I was also told I would receive a refund, but a month later, there has been no refund, and not even a response to my emails! The proof of my order is the order number, and the following:

Placed order (with FedEx shipping) on 8/27. On 9/01 sent email to inquire about anticipated ship date, no response 10 days later. Left voicemail inquiry on 9/03, no response 7 days later.

The customer service is always excellent. If I have questions about product availability or need something specific or unusual, I always receive a prompt, personal reply to my request.

I have been waiting for over two weeks for my order and no news, called custoimer service and said my order was on backorder but nothing was mentioned on the websitee when I checked out with my cart.

No option for longer than one week subscription. Only 3 boxes available. Why did company change name? I've been buying this since at least year 2000... Hard to find... I need to depend on getting this. This brand singular.

I sent 5 emails requesting information and never received a reply. I placed an order because I needed the stuff but I'm unhappy with your current level of customer service.

I had minor sign-in issues.
To sign up for this account I was directed to a page to apply for discount code.
Upon checking out I was asked for discount code that was not able to be used.

Very happy with the service, delivery and products provided by HiLife.

Representative explained to me that free shipping was not applicable on initial welcome orders. Issue resolved pretty timely - within 48 hours.

I use a certain type of iron supplement that I used to be able to purchase in my local health food stores. Now Hilife Vitamins don't carry it, but HiLife does (Solgar Hematinic Formula). I find HiLife to be a very professional company and I have ordered from them in the past and was very satisfied with my experience, 5 stars!

You had what I was looking for and any discount these days is always good! I'll let you know how it works! I've never tried this before, but I am hopeful it will help with brain vessel repair. Easy search, descriptions are from mfrs, no expanded info but I do my own research for that. Would like to see more customer feedback about efficacy, but maybe that's coming as more people respond.

I received the wrong product. The purpose of ordering the vitamins is because I need them. I sent the wrong product back but have not received word that the correct product has shipped... weeks later.

So happy to find a product in liquid form that could benefit me. Taking a liquid is so much easier. I get magnesium, calcium & vitamin D in one tablespoon & this supplement eliminates 3 previous pill forms.

I thought I ordered the powder but received capsules. I have been using this product for several years and feel it has helped my immune system which is very important during these difficult times. I'm unable to swallow capsules so not quite sure what I am going to do.

I searched for the best prices for my vitamin and Hillife not only offered good prices, I was able to subscribe for regular delivery with free shipping! This is such a relief.

You "faked us out" regarding the 10% discount. Also, You want too much information. We do not want to tie phone numbers to addresses and e-mail address. Too intrusive

I was told that the vitamin were in stock and being delivered. I called after 2 weeks and was told that the vitamins were out of date and no information was proved Ed for back order. Extremely frustrating!

The website was easy to navigate and maneuver through and on the pages. The prices are reasonable and affordable. The process for checkout was simple which made my shopping experience a good one.

Don't think I've heard of HiLife, but Hilife Vitamins had what I wanted on sale with free shipping... we'll see if it gets here and is not expired!

Update: the capsules came quickly, but the "best by" date is 4 months from now. In comparison, the bottle I am finishing has a best by date that is still 3 years from now. (Bought elsewhere.)

HiLife Vitamins is an excellent company. The prices are reasonable and Hilife Vitamins have prompt delivery. I love this brand of Berberine HCL. It works wonders for my digestion.

I could not find the vitamins needed in my heatlh food store in Boulder. Asked the staff and Hilife Vitamins said they did not carry them anymore. I got online found them right away on HiLife and ordered them. I received the vitamins within a few days. It was an easy and fast experience and I may start ordering alot of my supplements from HiLife. I will order again and highly recommend this company.

Mostly fine. It was easy to find the supplements I was looking for and the checkout process was easy enough. Thank you for that, sometimes things get so complicated.

Great. Received black seed oil caplets as requested. I only gave it 3 stars because I haven't used them yet. Hilife Vitamins don't expire until June of 2022. I am finishing another bottle now. No damage during shipping. Looks ok so far.
