I hate poorly packaged products. HiLife always packs my bottles with extreme care. The carton arrives intact and the contents never crushed. Unlike some big chains that under pack and who's bottles get crushed and cracked.

I am so happy that you have this product in stock! I've been looking for it everywhere online and everyone is either out of stock or too expensive! I'm on a cleanse and I ran out of my first bottle. Thank you!

I ordered 2 bottles of Jarrow Pomegranate Juice along with 2 other supplements on Dec 23rd and only the 2 supplements were supposedly sent, though I still have not received them yet. No emails about what happened to my Juice. I emailed many times asking about the rest of my order and got no response. I went back into my order page and now it says you are out of stock. Out of courtesy, I should have been notified of this. I've been waiting all this time for it. It is part of my supplement regime, I could have ordered it somewhere else if I was informed you were out of stock. Very poor customer service.

No hate man, but the website sucks. It's so buggy. Simply, was not a seamless online shopping experience. Every move I made was so frustrating.
It kept loading and reloading, there was no "add to cart" button after clicking on a product, I could only add the product outside of viewing it. I could only add it when I was scrolling through the page with other products. On a personal note, I hate the way the search bar does not refresh when I'm going to look for a new product. It still keeps the previous search in the bar but doesn't show it (it looks like a blank search bar) until I click on it and start typing only after to find out it reloaded my previous search on top of what I just typed in. Great products tho. An excellent variety, I will buy again. But I will buy it while simultaneously being pissed at the performance of the site. I'll just use a stress ball next time I shop. Your site would only let me order 3 products I wanted more. It made me stay under 4 so I would have to pay for shipping. Why don't you just take the free shipping off the options. This is really bad business. I will be sharing this with ever possible outlet.

The supplement I wanted was listed as being available, but a week later, I received an email saying it was not in stock. That is not honest to advertise that something is in stock when it's not, and then to wait a week to tell me

I tried to change this order to not arrive this soon; however I was told that I don't have an upcoming order. While I like the product and will continue purchasing it, I don't like that I can't control the shipment to meet my specifications.

One bottle in my order arrived broken, so I contacted customer support to let them know. Hilife Vitamins quickly replied with an apology and said they'd send a replacement bottle right away - which they did. Accidents happen and this vendor handled it exactly right. Trustworthy business.

No option for longer than one week subscription. Only 3 boxes available. Why did company change name? I've been buying this since at least year 2000... Hard to find... I need to depend on getting this. This brand singular.

After leaving positive feedback, I checked my order status, and discovered it has been canceled with ABSOLUTELY NO COMMUNICATION from your company! This is extremely an unprofessional action, as I have been waiting for either my order or a status update, and have received neither!

I am not quite sure if taking this cleanse is what has helped my kidneys, but I have gone from stage 3 to normal. I am also drinking ginger tea and that has brought my cancer counts from over 120 down to 29 for which I am very happy. So, maybe the combination of the two have done a wonderful thing for me. I have gotten both my son's on it. I am anxious to see what it does for them. I will continue to use the cleanse.

The customer service representative that helped me get the delayed order expedited was incredibly helpful and excellent. However the vitamins arrived wrapped in their bubble wrap but the glass bottle completely shattered. The box otherwise appeared in tact so my daughter just picked out the pills from the glass shards so she could continue with her treatment regimen without delay.

I thought the order was over; I happened to check the order and note it was incomplete. I will hope in the future the page signals incomplete before one closes out thinking order is transmitted

Each time I clicked on checkout, I was taken back to resubmitting my information. That was time consuming; I chose to continue shopping, and was able to submit my payment.
