iFit

We purchased a Nordic Track elliptical two weeks ago and have been using it almost daily. It comes with a 30 day subscription to ifit. Ifit is a really great program that has tons of different types of classes all with great trainers. IFit take you all over the world and are fun to watch. One thing I find really neat is that the elliptical and the ifit can be synced and the exercise program actually controls the resistance so that if you're going up a hill it will make the resistance higher. The app can be overwhelming at first but if you give it a little time it becomes easy to use. The only issue I have is that the elliptical and the app are so made for each other that I wouldn't recommend purchasing the elliptical if you aren't planning on subscribing to ifit as well. Besides for that it's been a great. I was given a discount for my experience.

I was very excited for my pro form spin bike as I have been wanting to start a little home gym for quite some time now. Between covid, working from home and caring for my father, it's hard to find time to leave the house to get a work out in. The spin bike comes with a free 30 day trial with the iFIT app which is awesome! There are different workouts and fun, motivating trainers to keep you engaged and motivate you to stick with your work out. If you are struggling to find the motivation to workout at home, look no further! I have never found a program that I could stick with or that kept my interest until now! The variety of workouts, on and off equipment make it so new and fun! I love exploring all the different workout destinations iFit travel to and seeing all the scenery! I love that you can start at any skill level and it builds from that while teaching you proper form! As a stay at home mom the gym was always few and far between but I knew I was not the type to just walk on the treadmill or spin on a bike, however the trainers are so engaging and motivating it's like you're working out with them! Cannot recommend it enough!

I've done workouts through multiple companies including some super popular brands like Beachbody. IFit were helpful and I'm not saying anything bad about them except for they got super boring for me. IFit has created workouts that do NOT get boring. There are way too many to choose from to get bored. You just can't. Mountains, hills, caves, beaches, and even studio workouts. I'm so in love with this. My bike and treadmill are keeping me sane while I've been on lockdown.

I like the multiple workout options as it gives everyone in the house something to use. The iFit trainers are motivational and encouraging. Being able to have such great quality workouts at home is wonderful especially at this time with Covid. It really does have an appeal to all ages. My kids use the back, as well my husband and myself. I like that we can do yoga as well as cycling. It becomes a universal equipment rather than just for one singular use.

The best addition to my home gym is my Proform C22 Spin bike with iFit. OMG this is so wonderful and easy to use. I love it. Seriously! Every kind of workout I could possibly need is included. There are so many different ways to sort the workouts. If I need a cool down, easy peasy, go to strengh and sort and choose a yoga or stretching for an easy cool down. Obviously you can just pedal slowly if you want but I enjoy the stretches iFit have so generously included along with some very scenic and lovely spin rides. I'm not much of a studio ride person but they have those too. I'd rather feel like I'm peddling through the countryside. Luckily plenty of options regardless what you like. IFit was included free with my bike. I received a free 1 year family membership. I think all the iFit enabled machines I looked at came with a membership free for the first year. Some are family and some are individual.

Super grateful for this program! At the end of my pregnancy I was unable to really do much, so with ifit I was able to use my exercise bike and do leisure rides. I wasn't able to walk. I had to move but was limited. This allowed me to move.
Now I am not pregnant. I am able to walk run hike, etc. I use the treadmill programs most at the moment. It is integrated into my equipment and automatically adjusts my speed and incline based on the videos. So say I set my comfortable pace at a 3, and then trainer does small bursts of speed it will automatically speed up by. 3 or however much, then it'll automatically slow back down to my pace. Or you can just let it pick the pace and go with it.
The options are amazing. Not to mention thw locations! One training is a psychologist and her program is about meditation and distressing.

The ifit subscription came free with my ProForm Cycle. I was able to sign up within minutes and get it connected via Bluetooth to my equipment. The ifit app controls the resistance on my cycle, which I love! I can just do the exercise and not have to think/do anything else. I love that the ifit app is compatible with multiple pieces of equipment and can even be used without any equipment (walking outdoors, yoga, meditation). There are sooooo many things you can do with the ifit app when it comes to exercise. Want scenery? The ifit app has classes for that. Prerecorded and live ones. Want a studio style class? The ifit app has that. Want TED talks to listen to while you workout? Ifit app. Want nutrition advice? Ifit app. There's a plethora of things to listen to/see while you workout. The ifit app has everything from mind/body searching to solid motivation in your ear. Whatever you fancy, the ifit app has it.

My favorite part about the ifit app, outside of tracking my exercises and allowing me to be involved in challenges, is that I can browse and save workouts for future use. I can scroll, at anytime, through the app and see what all is offered. Save it and then I have something to look forward to. Many of the workouts are a "series", so you don't have to think about the next workout, you just start with the first one and then you go on to the next. The ifit app does majority of the thinking for you, all you have to do, is the actual workout. But iFit make that fun and easy too!

I have had a great experience working with iFIT. Love their membership program so I have access to so many great workouts. I really love the walking tours around the world. The detail and effort it took to make those workouts is greatly appreciated, especially in the times we're living in with less travel opportunities. With all of the choices available on iFit, you will never do the same workout twice, unless you just love it. The options are endless and serve all levels of fitness which is perfect for our family! I purchased an iFIT weight bench to expand what I can do for in home workouts. The instructions included with the product made it a breeze for my 19 year old son to assemble. My ProForm spin bike has the option to connect to an iFit subscription. I signed up and was so excited to see all the many options. Tried the gym and it kind of works for me, but im not a huge fan of all the people. I got the cadence compact 300 and im loving it.
