I originally purchased the Pro-Form compact treadmill because my local gym had shut down during the pandemic and I wanted a way to continue my fitness routine. The things that initially drew me to this product were price and the fact that it was a space saving design. I have come to appreciate not only those two items but the IFit subscription as well. This is such a great combination for those looking to either start a fitness routine or to up their fitness game. I now have no intention on returning to the gym anytime in the future. I really enjoy this company and all of its exciting apps and workouts. It was so easy to set up and I didn't run into any issue at all. It does come with a free 30 day trial which I still have activated but when it expires I plan on keeping my subscription. This app is so motivating that I never get bored with my workouts and I'm excited every morning. The company came with a lot of extra support and contact info but luckily I haven't had to contact them yet. Such a great idea and it really does help keep me motivated.

When I first received my proform elliptical I had no clue where to start with the iFit program. Im not too good with technology so I reach out to the iFit company for some help. IFit were extremely helpful and super friendly. They answered all of my questions, walked me through the program, and even gave me more tips and information about it! They never once made me feel like a burden for all of my questions. Once I got started with the iFit program I was beyond amazed! Im not sure what I was exactly expecting but this is far more than whatever it was. The trainers are amazing and really motivating! There are endless workout to do all over the world. You can do workouts specific to your equipment or to things such as yoga. It has everything! I can not express how much of a difference having iFit in my workout has helped. I've been wanting a spin bike with a screen for a while now, but after watching the Olympics and seeing the NordicTrack commercial for a bike on there I couldn't wait to get one with iFIT. The good news is the fist night, I had the bike assembled and the iFIT ready to go. I love it! I love that I can go riding anytime now from the comfort of my own home and with an iFIT trainer. I've really been struggling going outside as the weather is too hot right now or the roads are slick because of rain. With the iFIT, I can jump on classes, and I do not feel like I am alone. It really makes the time go by fast. I would definitely recommend NordicTrack as iFit are more cost efficient as the other more expensive brands and provide a fantastic workout! I'm having overall great experience with the exercise machine and customer service right from shipping, assembly and activation. IFit value our time and offer great service whenever needed. The assembly instructions was easy to follow and do the job. Machine connects to the app on the phone instantly and automatically. Machine and app both quite well and stats are available on both. On the app we get to choose different workout based on what we need to accomplish and workout sessions keep advancing to next levels as we continue working out. IFIT has changed the game for me and turned my workouts up a notch. I am working hard to loose these pounds put on during the pandemic. I refuse to go into the gym I still don't feel as though its safe. So I made the decision to get home equipment and go hard from home. The live and on demand workouts give variety at my fingertips. I love the beautiful scene I can view on my large screen while working out. My treadmill speed and incline will auto adjust when working with a live trainer. I set up my elliptical on my owl within an hour and a half. I had a small issue with the machine not sending data to my phone, so I contacted customer service and iFit responded quickly and fixed the problem with just one communication. It's hard to review my iFit account without talking about my workout equipment, but I activated my account before my machine was assembled - that is how much I knew I'd appreciate the support of a trainer from iFit. With iFit, I actually have several trainers from to choose from to keep me motivated to USE my equipment. Hi all, my experience with iFit has been fantastic so far. The sign up experience is quick and easy and you can save your personal stats and goals within you profile. So far, I've really enjoyed the classes that take you through nature as it helps me stay focused on my workout and distract myself from looking at the clock (lol). Overall there is truly a different style workout for each individual out there ranging from incline hiking to full on HIIT workouts. I have been very pleased with my experience so far!

While setting up my treadmill I needed to call customer service for some help with updating the software. IFit were very helpful and I was pleased with the level of care they gave me. They listened to what was happening, got all the details they needed, and was able to provide a solution within about 5 minutes. They walked me through what I needed to do and made sure that I was happy before I got off the phone. I've never had a more helpful call. Once I was all set up I was really blown away by the level of choices through iFit. I can choose from so many workouts and the few that I've done so far all are very fun and motivating. I've used home exercise equipment and it got the job done, but I didn't expect iFit to make such a difference. It's nice that it learns my preferences and adjusts my workouts to be challenging but manageable for me. It's also nice to have the app so I can continue my workouts when I can't use my equipment. After COVID hit, I think we all learned that having some fitness app that can be used within the house is always a fantastic idea.

My husband and I have been working on building our home gym due to his lack of access to a facility at work. We have cut back expenses and researched the cost of a treadmill plus iFit or a gym membership. We went with iFit and the gym membership and couldn't be happier! I was a little apprehensive at first but when I discovered how amazing he iFit community is, I settled in to a wonderful rhythm full of competition, support, and fun. I love the different programs and how you can learn about an area while walking. My first experience was the "Lukla to Phakding, Khumbu Valley, Nepal" hike. I had no idea what I was getting into but I loved every moment of it. I loved how the treadmill adjusted as we walked and I was told about the wonderful area and culture. I love how I was able to see the beautiful area these trainers were walking in. It motivated me to keep going! When I am not in the mood for a program and display I just do a manual work out that gives all my stats right on my phone. The cost was well worth it and way less than a gym membership with trainer!

I have thoroughly enjoyed every one of my iFIT workouts! Love how this platform allows me to take anywhere (that I bring my tablet or phone) and I also love how it keeps me motivated. I get bored so easily and this will cause me not to stay motivated. With iFIT you can travel the world and have a different trainer every day! I'm sure my kids and husband get sick of all the little facts that I give them about different countries that I have learned that day with my work outs, lol. I choose the NordicTrack spin bike because I wanted something I could enjoy in my home. The ifit program really opened my eyes to a new world. The NordicTrack products at the gym have always been my favorite. You take that and add ifit and you get a new experience. It does not matter what I have going on that day like if I need a quick ride or something much longer I can find that because there are so many options. Also I am able to earn fun rewards and who doesn't like that right. I really am enjoying my bike so much I actually get up before the family and go on my adventure each day.

This amazing program on my treadmill is fantastic. It's user friendly and you can set it to beginner if needed or advance it. I love how it keeps you motivated and it doesn't get boring. The iFIT company is super helpful with any questions if you're need it but iFit also made the directions that aren't hard to follow with tech support for backup. Once you start you can't stop it's addicting. I rave to all my friends and family.

I purchased a ProForm Indoor Bike and I use it with the iFit app. The first month was free but the coaches and classes are so fun and keep me motivated - so I immediately joined for the year! There are hundreds of different classes and scenic rides. We've had to stop most travel during the pandemic so while I enjoy the high intensity classes it's really been fun to do the scenic rides. The bike was relatively simple to assemble as it came with all tools, and it is a quiet and smooth ride. I did receive a discount in exchange for my fair review, which I'm leaving now since I've been using the bike and the iFit program for awhile. I did have an issue when I upgraded to the annual membership (operator error!) and I called iFit customer service - iFit were super friendly and resolved the matter in less than 5 minutes. Definitely a great company to work with!

If you are looking for a little variety in your workouts, this program is a must! The trainings are amazing! IFit take you to the best places so you get to enjoy some beautiful scenery during your workouts and you never get bored. The trainers are motivational and engaging which makes the time past quickly. IFIT actually makes me WANT to get on my bike! AND, the workouts don't end on the bike as there are so many other ones available, even YOGA! We are definitely enjoying and using our bike so much more with the addition of iFIT!
