DO NOT TRUST DOCTORUNLOCK.NET YOU HAVE BEEN WARNED
I have proven that our device is not blacklisted as IMEI Doctor claimed by every site that isn't theirs and they refuse to refund us the money they are trying to steal. That is $70 which originally was told $38. DO NOT TRUST DOCTORUNLUCK. THEY WILL STEAL YOUR MONEY AND OFFER A VOUCHER EVEN WHEN YOU PROVE THEM WRONG BY EVERY SITE ONLINE BUT THIER OWN.

NO WAY IN HECK DO WE WANT TO USE ANY VOUCHER FROM YOUR COMPANY THAT IS TRYING TO RIP US OFF WITH A BOLD FACE LIE. We are filing with both Federal and local Attorney Generals, Federal Trade Commission, Better Business Bureau, as well as sharing your crime with our proof as back up along with your deceitful ways.

Order #6391271

Very bad experience
Hi, On June 20th I placed an order to unlock my AT&T iphone XR. I paid close to USD 200 for the 100% guarantied service. A couple of weeks later, since my iphone wasn't already unlocked, I sent a message to DoctorUnlock asking for the status of my order. IMEI Doctor told me that is taking longer than expected and that it was still in progress. On July 16th, few days before the time limit for reimbursement, they sent to me a message informing that they couldn`t unlock the phone since it was reported lost/stolen. This was very suspicious since I had my phone with me fully operational. I tried to contact them several times, I sent tons of email and messages with proves that my phone was clear, and not in a black list. After several messages asking for my reimbursement, someone called Thomas sent to me the following message: " Contact AT&T direct rather than using a third party checker online, they will be able to confirm to you the status of the device" Which is ridiculous since it was the first thing I did.

After that message and another bunch of emails, and after 1 month, I still haven't received any solution/reimbursement from them.

I have been trying to contact them by message, email, social medias (they don't have) without success. Hopefully trough those forum, they will finally give me a solution.

I will keep you posted if they honor their reimbursement policy or at least provide me with a solution.

Best regards

FRAUDSTERS! AVOID AT ALL COSTS!
FRAUDSTERS! AVOID AT ALL COSTS!
They'll first quote you a charge for unlocking your phone (in my case it was US $28).
Once you pay, they'll send you an email with order details to give you the confidence they're legitimate.
Here comes the real deal.
A few hours later, you'll get an email from them asking to pay a hefty amount ($57 in my case) saying that IMEI Doctor used $28 to check some details of my phone and to not to unlock it. I need to pay them additional $58 else it won't be unlocked.
When I replied them back citing the $28 was indeed for unlocking and this extra $57 was not mentioned during the placing of order, they simply replied again saying that they used $28 to do some checks and I should consider that as pre-order cost and to unlock, I need to pay $57 more.
THIS IS CHEATING! WHAT PRE-ORDER! WHAT CHECKING OF INFO OF MY OWN PHONE FOR $28!
They're neither unlocking my phone nor refunding my $28. I'm going to take legal help against such fraud company.
All positive reviews on the web are either paid or put by this cheating company itself by creating fake IDs.
SAVE YOUR MONEY, TIME AND MENTAL PEACE BY NOT DEALING WITH doctorunlock.net

Another site that rips you off! Beware of additional charges later in the process
Found this website that claimed IMEI Doctor unlock your iPhone for $28. Paid the fee and after 3 days I received an email from this company stating that if I wanted to have my phone unlocked it would cost me another $56 and that if I did not want to proceed and continue to get ripped off my initial $28 payment is none refundable and that I would loose my initial payment. Their email also claims that these details are written on their website and they probably are somewhere in very fine print but they are certainly not listed on the first page where it is clearly written in big white letters that the unlock costs $28. Nowhere does it say there will be an additional fee. Beware!

FALSE ADVERTISEMENT
I should have trusted the reviews and all the warning signs. When you put in your IMEI number, their system gives you the price to unlock your phone.
Warning signs:
1. IMEI Doctor don't accept paypal.
2. They only take Mastercard
3. Bad Reviews and many with this same complaint
4. Customer service on the reviews are disrespectful to their clients.
5. After order, they do not send you a confirmation

I placed my order because I wanted to give them the benefit of the doubt and thought my experience would be different. I did one final check to their faqs which states that the price the system gives after entering your IMEI is all I must pay. I was wrong.

The next day I returned to their site to check the status of my order, it tells me that in order to unlock my device, I must pay them more money and that the amount that I paid was only a pre-payment. I sent them a message that I will file a dispute with my bank and wanted my money back - FALSE ADVERTISEMENT. They then immediately sent me an email stating that they did not promise me anything with excuses that this is only a pre-payment. After 14 days, if I do not pay them, I will loose the money I paid. They do not give you the amount that you will pay upfront. I'm filing a dispute from here.

If you work with this company, this is the scenario you will have. I have not continued beyond this point to know the extent of their scam because I fear that they will continue to charge me more money or steal from my bank. Beware and use a trusted service, not this one for sure.

DoctorUnlock high prices no service
I purchased an icloud removal then activation lock fail
I purchased an icloud removal after contacting them to find out if it can be done on the 26/9/2019 for 28$US.
Then IMEI Doctor asked for 30$US to start the process.
When that failed they offered me a voucher for the icloud premium service which cost me 70$ US. its been over 3 months now and they are still chasing the imei on this device. The s icloud premium service was purchased on 2019-09-27 00:37:18. Honestly it seems as though i cant get the activation lock removed so i would like a refund of all services as i did explain to them i had an activation issue in the first place and they assured me it can be done before any transaction took place. The automated messages are getting irritating to say the least.

Be cautious people.

Seems like a scam
I needed to do an iCloud unlock of an iPhone XR and found there site. Looked at site that gave favourable reviews and went ahead with the order that required a 28USD payment upfront. Then IMEI Doctor say they need another 48USD before proceeding. When I asked them if they would guarantee that they could do the unlock they didn't reply. After 4-5 inquiries they still didn't reply. Then I found other more independent sites that I realized that it was a disreputable outfit. I asked for a refund and told them I would post a negative review and then they replied to inform me that there were no refunds. I am not sure if they could have done the unlock but from my interactions I would say that it was unlikely and that they are not trustworthy. Subsequently I found a firm with good reviews and got the unlock done.

Not Good at All... Took my money with no results!
First let me say that I should have known that it was too good to be true. Just like the countless videos on YouTube that claim IMEI Doctor can show you how to unlock your iPhone. Pure B. S.

This site/business is a scam that, like most, preys on people who are at their wits end and have tried several ways to get their phone unlocked without success. They swoop in and tell you that they can do it in a couple of days. Not true. It has been over four months since I gave them my money and my phone IMEI without any success. What's worse is they lead you on for the first 90 days telling you it will take up to 90 days or so. Then they will not communicate with you when you ask for a refund. Pure Scam... and I'm the sucker, like many, who fell for their load of crap. Oh well, lesson learned. Use your money to buy a new or used phone instead of making these creeps rich. Good luck.

Big Scam, stay away
This is a big scam, IMEI Doctor advertise $28 for sim unlock, I paid using my CC and my bank declined the transaction twice and called me to confirm and I said ok, I called T mobile and they assured me that my phone is not blacklisted neither blocked, no contract and is paid in full.
After paying $28,2 days later I received an email from Doctorunlock.net asking me to pay an additional 62.99 english pound which is like $88 but I refused and asked for refund but they refused, may they spend every penny at the hospitals and doctors for incurable diseases and may God curse them all, their place in hell fire is awaiting them

Today, 7/25/2019, I received my refund back after numerous emails back and forth

Total scam
IMEI Doctor took my money and never did the job. I contacted them multiple emails. Never heard any response. A total scam. Karma will come back to them. See below

Hi Kim,
Thanks for your email.
This IMEI was issued to the carrier on the 26th as per your order status page and is currently in process, don't worry as soon as it's been unlocked you will be emailed as well as the order status page being updated.
The average unlocking timeframe of this handset is 1-10 days (Monday-Friday). The percentage meter will give you a more accurate time scale for your device, if it reaches 100% and its not unlocked then we will chase the IMEI with the carrier for you and place it on priority.
Kind regards,

For one year IMEI Doctor are chasing my unlock

The last reply from Dr. Unlock on 25t Sep a computer-generated email.

Unlock is supposed to take 1-30 days as per your email in august. Been chasing for 6 months and only received "wait, we'll let you know" computer-generated email. Asked for progress, no reply. I asked for a refund, no reply. Now been over 6 months, even replies on this site are friendly and friendly but without substance.
I will come back and give 5 stars if I can either get my phone unlocked or receive my refund. I suspect any future replies will be, "we're on it" or " we'll update you as soon as we can". Just look at their standard, generic comments

BIG Scam
I would also like to give DoctorUnlock
I would also like to give DoctorUnlock NO STARS if possible. I paid $98 plus another $47 and the extra money for top priority for iCloud unlock. I started paying February 2019 and here it is the end of November and IMEI Doctor keep saying the same thing "sorry taking longer to chase my IMEI and it never takes longer then 90 days. Well it's been 9 months and bad enough they only send Robo messages back can never answer in person to me. NEVER use this site - total scam
You plan on iCloud Unlocking my phone any time this year? Only been waiting for 9 months and still isn't completed.
REFUND my money and I want a phone number to call and speak to a person.
DO NOT send me a robo message that you send to everyone, to scared to write back in person?

doctorunlock.net (this is a scam)
Good morning
I will explain to you how I was deceived. I guess it's illegal. I'll send them a screenshot When you guess exactly

When I bought this item, in description was indicated the PRICE 28$. Now, when I check the web-site with my IP address, its's pre-order and I'm seeing 28$ and 154$ (on completion). When I checking another IMEI on my IP, I seeing the same information (28$ and 154$). But if I have another IP, I'll see the price 28$. THAT'S ALL. This scheme is absolutely clear for me.

1. When you buy is the price for unluck. 28 $ (NOT pre-order!)
2. You bought it after. My IP address information is changing and it says it was pre-ordered.!
3. Then doctorunlock sent me Miles. You didn't see it when you were buying it and it was written pre-order was?... While visiting the site. Anyone emei has already this is a pre-order (As it should have been at the time of buying)
4. I buying unluck for 28 $... After buying, IMEI Doctor change like this your ip addres While visiting the site Anyone emei has already this is a pre-order!

This's totally scam
First IMEI Doctor told me they will unlock my icloud for $28 then after two days they send me email to make the final payment that's meaning they check my imei and they ready to unlock my iPhone so i pay $42 then they send me email saying my iPhone is in blacklist stolen/lost and i have to wait for premium service and pay them $49.99 but i have approve that is a lie and i send them the tax bill for my iPhone and screenshot from others website that saying my imei is clean

But they refuse to refund me money to my credit card that i pay with it.

And today they send me mail saying that the premium service is available but i have to pay £49.99 and wait for 30 days to finished the process

I don't recommend this website. It's a Scaaaaaam.

THEY SCAMMED ME WITH MY OWN IPAD! BUYERS BEWARE
BUYERS BEWARE, THESE GUYS ARE ONLY GOOD FOR IMEI CHECKS, NOTHING MORE, IMEI Doctor JUST SCAMMED ME WITH MY OWN IPAD THAT IVE OWNED SINCE 2017, BOUGHT FROM THE ORIGINAL OWNER, USED IT FOR YEARS, BUT AFTER THE LATEST UPDATE, 14.3, IT LO CKED ME OUT, ACTIVATION IS ASKING FOR AN UNKNOWN ******@ME.COM EMAIL ADDRESS, I CALLED APPLE BUT THEY COULDNT HELP, THEY CONFIRMED NOT ON THE BLACKLIST, ISN CLEAN, NOT LOST, NOT STOLEN, NO BILLS OWED, AND ITS STILL LISTED ON MY APPLE ID ACCOUNT, THATS RIGHT, THIS IPAD IS STILL LISTED ON MY APPLE ID ACCOUNT, CLEAN AND CLEAR, APPLE SUGGESTED I SEND IT IN TO THEM FOR DIAGNOSING, I THOUGHT IDE GIVE THESE GUYS A CHANCE SINCE SHIPPING WAS GOING TO COST ME ABOUT THE SAME, THESE CLOWNS SENT ME THE GENERIC BS EMAIL THAT THEY SEND TO EVERYONE ABOUT VOUCHERS AND BS AND THAT MY IPAD IS BLACKLISTED BY APPLE AND/OR OWES MONEY AND NOW I HAVE TO GET THE PREMIUM SERVICE. UPDATE JAN 15 2021:. IMEICHECK.CO COMPLETED THE ICLOUD REMOVAL IN 3 DAYS! MORE PROOF THAT THESE GUYS ARE LACKING CAPABILITIES!

Confusing Rip Off that is a Complete Scam (I give details below)
Frustrated to say the least. I wish I had read the reviews. Firstly, if you have a place in a mall who can unlock your phone do it. This is the process. I ran a check for 3 dollars that came back with the correct information. After the check, IMEI Doctor don't transfer the information, but bank on the fact that you will make a mistake on the entry. That was me. I paid 25.00 for the unlock, not realizing that this was only a prepayment. Then I was stuck. I had to pay 35.00 to finish only to be told that I had entered the wrong network. They were so nice that the refunded me 35.00. I then ran the report feeling that the voucher allowed me to run the report again only to find out that this covered the prepayment and not the additional 60.00 to actually unlock the phone. I emailed the company at the website listed on all of the complaints and received a standard reply. This means I spent over 150.00 to unlock a phone that still isn't unlocked. I am both angry and frustrated.

I created a order on mar 1 to unlock the phone and after I paid first fee IMEI Doctor hit me Whit another one
I was waiting until apr 20 and at about 75% they requested more money
( £101.99 (retail) - £59.98 (credit) = £42.01 remaining
(100% Guaranteed Unlock)
Unlocking has resumed on a limited time service which is guaranteed, but additional funds are required in order to process your unlock as the price the carrier charges to unlock has increased. Please ensure you make this payment speedily before the service goes offline, this is a one-time only submission)
What is there problem
People stay away from them save you money not worth it
And they don't respond back to my emails
The procentage chart is gone it's just the payment request!

Scam, please avoid!
I made two orders to IMEIDoctor and each time IMEI Doctor couldn't unlock my phone but asked for more money for a "premium" unlock service to do it which was supposed to be "resuming" soon as they said the phone was reported lost/stolen according to an IMEI checking website they quoted which I believe is also a scam.

My advice is to save your money and put it towards a phone or motherboard from a reputable supplier. Alternatively take it to Apple if you have the original invoice when the phone was first sold or ask the seller to remove the phone from their iPhone account.

I ended up cancelling my credit card due to this outfit.

Please avoid!

Hello, I ordered an unlock after I paid an advance...
Hello, I ordered an unlock after I paid an advance payment of 28 dollars I received a notification that I should pay another 28 dollars for 100 % unlocking my phone, after 3 days it turned out that I should buy a premeum for some reason? For what reasons? Premium costs another $ 210. The price is formed as I understand from the fact that I have the latest model of the iPhone (expensive), so you can go for cheating and put any price and how many times you want. The thing is that I bought this phone in the United States, in the store for the full price for 1180 dollars that it would work all over the world and the account for it is closed in cash, but it was blocked by AT&T. I understand that doctorunlock is a powerhous

Useless Service
My transaction was a total waste of time and money - no value whatsoever. I was told that my Ipad was Blacklisted after full payment and that the premium service would be available. This was 4 weeks ago and have not received any notification that the premium service is available after being told that it would be available within 5 days. I had no idea that this Ipad was on the lost stolen list as I have always owned it and I believe IMEI Doctor should have advised that a check should be done upfront. Such terrible customer service. It seems that they take your money and then advise at the end of the process of the lost stolen status. Con artists. I am really unhappy as I have spent $70 with no product or service. Most frustrating.

Beware of Dr. Scam!
I paid for an unlock at the end of December. I asked for status after 30 business days but was told to keep waiting. I have asked repeatedly now for a refund as it has been much longer than 30 days. I have asked for status at least 20 times now and asked for a refund at least 10 times now. I have gotten no response after the 30 business days passed. I have been forgotten and have not been given any money back. There does not seem to be any intention of refunding money, even though it appears IMEI Doctor have no way to unlocking my phone.

This truly seems to be a scam page, and I am am sincerely disappointed in myself for falling for it.

I JUST WANT MY MONEY BACK HONESTLY
I WANT A FULL REFUND
I ordered to have my iPhone XS Max unlock I don't owe on the phone it's completely brand new paid off no blacklist or anything. I order to have my phone unlocked June 12,2019 paid $168 US dollars. Today is September 11,2019 I have been emailing them over and over I try to cancel my order on their page and was told they'll reach back to me in 12 hours and never did. I have done this almost 10 times now I'm just tired I honestly just want my money back I lost so many different clients and jobs because I can't be reached. Someone please help me with this. I had my iPhone 7 unlocked with them and it work I don't know why this time IMEI Doctor taking so long it been near 4 months and their policy states after 30 days you can cancel if it's not unlocked. But they just keep emailing me saying it's a slight delay by the carrier. I WANT MY MONEY BACK!

Frauds, happy to take your money and leave you dry.
After paying 2 times, because posting the actual fee would scare you off, but instead IMEI Doctor do a bait and switch on you. They tell you pay $28 in USD now. They then tell you IT can be unlocked but to do so in another $55 USD. Heck for $10 more they will FAST TRACK YOU too. I waited 2 weeks and emailed them and asked what was going on since the meter said 100 percent, they replied that it should be unlocked in 2-5 days, LOL after its been 2 weeks, they can not even get their lies right. Anyway I asked for a refund and was told to wait 30 days, 31 days past and I get this nice email:
Your unlock has been unsuccessful. We respectfully have to inform you that your iPhone 11/Pro/Max *******07859320) locked to Verizon USA is unfortunately marked by the carrier as barred/blocked/in-contract/financed/unpaid bills. A handset can be blocked for non payment of bills, bad ESN, contract issues, or the carrier may simply refuse to unlock as the handset is financed. As we have already prepared your unlock and incurred the unlocking charge, we cannot supply a refund for handsets which are rejected in such circumstances.

So bottom line STAY AWAY FROM THESE LIARS.

It worked to unlock iPhone 6S from a carrier in Japan
What started as an attempt to fix a minor problem on my granddaughter's phone 6S ended up being a colossal mess. Attempting to update the IOS resulted in the phone having to be restored. It restored successfully, and the phone was 'operational' but during the setup required after a restore, it resulted in a message that the SIM was locked. Apparently the phone had been 'unlocked' at some point by someone, but the unlock was wiped out after the restore. So, basically, I took a working phone and 'broke' it, although through nothing I did actually wrong.
I utilized the services of DoctorUnlock with fingers crossed. It took a few days, but I finally received an email stating the phone was unlocked. While on WiFi, I inserted the SIM card and in a few minutes her phone was up and running on her carrier.
All I can say is "Thank you DoctorUnlock".

Where do I start
Where do I start. Several days ago I accidentally chose the wrong Network when filling out the order form. I asked to have this corrected and was told that the problem could not be solved. Then today I received an email telling me I'd chosen the wrong Network and my phone could not be unblocked - but that they'd provide a voucher toward getting this fixed. I appreciate that voucher but what a waste. It appears that this business is so highly computerized, humans are unable to intervene to fix anything until the system has found the problem. Hoping my phone gets unlocked but it appears I am out $49 or more as a result. Buyer beware!

ICloud unlock is a scam
After initially paying for their iCloud unlock service for £49.99 IMEI Doctor replied and said my device was declared lost/stolen(which I verified through apples tracker that it was not) I was told I could not get a refund. They instead gave me a 'voucher' towards a premium unlock service later. Once I was notified the premium service was available to me I paid ANOTHER £49.99 to have my device unlocked. It has been about a year and still the device is locked, what's even better is they stated they can not give me a refund. Instead only offering another 'voucher' towards another device unlock? I persisted to follow up but they seemingly have just given up responding

Beaware of this scam to remove icloud removal service
Actually i wanted to give negative review of this service. I paid $180 CAD to remove icloud in three different installments, to unlock and now it is over two and half months and still no resolution. After a week of paying third installment when i asked to pay for premium service, IMEIDoctor CEO/Staff Mr. TIM just stopped answering my emails. And now it is been 80 days IMEI Doctor just ate my $180 CAD. No reply, no service update and no refund at all. Mr Tim confirmed this premium service is 100% refundable for any reason if order get rejected. The service is still keep on saying "premium Service Required".
I read people saying Iphone 4/4s iclud removed in 5 days. Actually icloud removing is free for any model under iphone 4/4s. If you restore iphone it ll remove icloud. Resetting Iphone 5 and up model does not remove icloud. I just want you to aware of this SCAM of keep asking you to pay multiple time and you ll end up loosing your all money. This site id fully SCAM and worth nothing at all.
These people inclusive mr Tim are professional enough to scam your money by saying this service is refundable. And After that just forget to reply clients.
This IMEI Doctor.com is just SCAM and i am filing Better Business Buero complaint against that.

S C A M...!
VERY BAD.!
This IS a SCAM.! I've already paid for $58 for unlocking my iP8, first IMEI Doctor asked for $23 then they told me to pay another £30 to unlock my iP8 for 3 months (since march 2nd 2019),, yet everytime i ask for the progress they keep telling me this:
Thanks for your email.

Your device was issued to our iCloud supplier on the 5th Apr as per your order status page and is currently in process, once it has been unlocked you will be emailed as well as the order status page being updated.

We realise these are taking a long time, unfortunately its the nature of these unlocks. Some of these units have been taking 90 days. We have been advised that as a goodwill gesture there is an option to give you vouchers for the total amount you have paid for you to spend on a sim unlock for a different device if you don't want to wait that long?

I DON'T HAVE ANOTHER GADGET TO UNLOCK IN YOUR PLACE, SPECIALLY WHEN ALL YOU CAN DO IS JUST PROMISING WITHOUT DELIVER, *******@DoctorUnlock.!

Lier
Read this before unlock your phone and don't trust other good comments. IMEI Doctor all are liying.
This IMEI doctor is totally lier or scammer. They don't unlock your phone with $28. After payment $28 they will say agin final payment with 42$ or discount with 32$. Actually they didn't say $28 is prepayment and for check payment. They say only after your payment. How cheating like this. The guys from this website and coordinating parties are like disable person who can't find money easily. Even disable person don't do like them. They like street dog can't find food so cheated on everyone. Even dog is better than them. They will use othe website name like DrSim unlock/ Appleiphoneunlock.uk. Appleunlock uk is same as them. So don't trust them. $28 is not too much money for me althoug it full for yours. So i will think as donation $28 for disable person. You guys are not useful as much as diable person.
If you don't refund my money and ypu will eat that. I will do writings you guys to be born as disabled or street dog after death and alive again. I'm from Asia and I can do it surely.
