Hi, thanks for the review but we do note that it's odd that you failed to mention that you tried to unlock a lost or stolen Apple Watch which is why the service has failed and why you needed to upgrade to the premium service, with that said this is an unacceptable time scale to wait for a service and I will ask the team to contact the supplier and if they cannot process the order quickly then we will refund the order for you.
My response to their response
Update: 2020-06-04 18:45-- It's amazing that I just received a response only after posting this complaint despite my previous inquiries that went unanswered.
So, the response was that I did not mention that the watch was supposedly reported stolen or lost. This was reported to me by Doctor Unlock at after the initial unlock was unsuccessful. If you had to chastise me about that in the response, then why did you even bother to offer the premium service that would ensure to get it unlocked? That seems very unprofessional of you to even respond with that information. But no, you offered the premium service back in December. It's now June of the next year. Doesn't that count for anything? Why not just respond and say that it could not be done and refund my money? I would have left it at that. It's Doctor Unlock that causes your customers to look for relief from sites like TruePilot and ReviewFeeder because of your failure to provide the service that you say you provide.
Update: 2020-08-14:
So, as I continue to wait on a response from them, my Apple Watch continues to have the activation lock. As you can see their first response, I have not been updated. So, you have been warned! Do not fall for this scam. Also, Do not use any site that even resembles the graphics of the DOCTOR UNLOCK site. They all are run by these scammers! Also, do not believe the FAKE, POSITIVE reviews. You have been warned!
Initially IMEI Doctor checked my IMEI to unlock icloud. Then They confirmed, it is OK and we can remove the icloud account.
They asked me just pay $28 then later they asked to pay again $42 BUT after All of that they said the device is blocked because it marks by apple as lost!
I sure that this is my phone and it is not reported as lost. I also check at several websites and all of them shown that my device it CLEAN
I asked them to refund but they refused and asking for the original invoice ( if i have it i will open it by Apple of course not YOU)
Later they send me an email to get the premium service which is a super hero and can do any thing and as usually with asking to pay more (£49.99) and it take 30 day!
I really don't trust them and don't recommend them at all
Ahmad Ismail
Thanks for your email.
Your device was issued to our iCloud supplier on the 10th Nov as per your order status page and is currently in process, once it has been unlocked you will be emailed as well as the order status page being updated.
We realise these are taking a long time, unfortunately its the nature of these unlocks. Some of these units have been taking 90 days. We have been advised that as a goodwill gesture there is an option to give you credit note for the total amount you have paid for you to spend on a sim unlock for a different device if you don't want to wait that long?"
The progess has been sitting on 99% Since January 2021
Overdue - this unlock is taking a little longer than normal, we are chasing this IMEI for you and have prioritised it. We will email you and update your status accordingly when it is unlocked.
Activation Lock Premium - Current Unlocking Timeframe: 98 days, 12 hours
This is a little longer than our average because of the pandemic. Weekends are not included.
Progress of your IMEI: 99%
Estimated time remaining: IMMINENT
My first payment was $28 later IMEI Doctor sent a text that i need to pay $40 more because the last payment was just to check.
The funny is that "U can cancell this order until 30 days", Guys it is not true.
Because later they sent a other text that u need to pay $50 more To premium service and listen it.
UR MONEY NEVER WILL BE BACK.
They never answer ur massage directly.
I am trying to cancell this order 32 hours later and they said ir does not refund use a voucher but i never got it and u will spend more money. My email is *******@hotmail.com or Facebook https://m.facebook.com/SAMBITOBELTRAN.
Dicember - 8 and the history continue...
Hi Lady,
Thanks for your email.
You have actually purchased a pre-order for the unlock, not the unlock itself, as currently it's offline at the carrier end for this particular handset model.
By purchasing the pre-order, you are FastTrack'ed to the top of the queue for when the unlocking resumes and will be notified via email immediately and your IMEI submitted for unlocking.
Unfortunately, we have no estimate of the timescale for when the unlocking will resume, but it is rarely longer than 2 weeks! Usually unlocks go offline when new handsets are released (unlocking is suspended) or during busy holiday periods.
As per the terms of our website, pre-orders are non-refundable (https://doctorunlock.net/refund-policy) however if you manage to get your handset unlocked with another provider, and can verify this, then we can fully refund you.
Kind regards,
DoctorUnlock.net Team

"We attempted to remove your iCloud locked device from the previous owner's account but were unable to do so as the iCloud Account associated with the (F7NN********) is unfortunately marked by Apple as Lost/Stolen. This does NOT necessarily mean that the has been reported lost to the carrier - this is something totally different. It means the device/iCloud account has been reported using FindMyiPhone.
As stated on the website before purchase it is not possible to remove the Activation Lock on iDevices which are in Apple's iCloud lost/stolen database using our Clean service. There may be a premium service which can unlock this device in future - if there is you will be informed as soon as it is available via email."
Got another email that said:
"We are pleased to announce that iCloud Premium service is finally available. This removes the iCloud account for all devices, including barred ones.
Due to the popularity of the service timeframe is expected to take 30 days.
The price of this service is £99.99 but as a previous Clean iCloud purchaser your previous vouchers have been discounted for you leaving £49.99 to pay.
Simply follow the link to purchase:"
This is a scam if I ever seen one, and I am disappointed in myself that I fell for it. I threw the damn iPad away in disgust, and know now do not ever purchase or receive an apple product that is locked. Get it unlocked beefier purchasing.
I've sent them more than 12 mail asking for a way to solve my problem but I don't get any response from them.
My recommendation: don't even think to use that scam web page if you don't wanna loose your money as it happened to me and a thousand of people more.
IMEI Doctor can unlock the ipad supposedly if I buy a premium package in a few days and pay even more! Lol... Total BS and a complete SCAM! Run and call Apple like I am just going to do. Rather deal with their customer service then toss money to a bunch of scammers.
The live bar they have to show you how close it is to being unlocked... it's just there to keep people waiting while they wait for the payment to reach their bank account. Once it has they continue the scam and ask for money because now you can't stop payment on them.
I tried buying their services and make them unlock my old phone which I purposely locked. They came back and offered the "premium service" voucher as they unable to unlock and started to ask more money. This is the time I started asking for refund.
My old phone is still OK and still able to setup as I know my icloud password.
Don't ever fall for their modus. I can imagine how rich these scammers now. Looking at min of $150 per victim and there will be thousands of potential victim.
I read from another review site that this scammer has changed its company name to Doctorunlock and continue their modus. People behind this scam should go to jail!
STAY AWAY FROM THEM. All they want is your money and will tell you what you want to hear. And will run with your money. I am sure the 5star reviews are themselves written.
I paid $28.00 for the first time for standard service and paid $82.61 for premium service with $2.47 for foreign transaction fee, totally $113.08 for nothing and you offer the refunded you in vouchers worth £ 19.98 s
My request has been almost two months and still my phone is locked. I emailed them couple times and there is only an automatic respond. My percentage has completed 100% and nothing happened.
Here is my IMEI: *******75308248
And here is their automatic respond to all my emails " Thanks for your email.
This IMEI was issued to the carrier on the 12th as per your order status page and is currently in process, don't worry as soon as it's been unlocked you will be emailed as well as the order status page being updated.
The average unlocking timeframe of this handset is 1-30 days (Monday-Friday). The percentage meter will give you a more accurate time scale for your device, if it reaches 100% and its not unlocked then we will chase the IMEI with the carrier for you and place it on priority.
Kind regards,
DoctorUnlock

Because IMEI Doctor don't have any time for the customers they don't even put time to respond with respect. And don't read their respond here by seeing email: (*******@doctorunlock. N et)
Because the message above will be the same every time. No matter what you ask them you will get the same answer even if you say "Hi" to them.
They took $112 for no service so guys please please please DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY HERE. It is a SCAM
I don't recommend this fake site to anyone. It is a waste of money and time.

Hi,
Since the Unlocker can accept and clear only limited quantity of Sprint
Every week, we have 274 IMEI's which are pending and will try to clear
The majority of in next week's submission.
We are giving you a chance now to obtain a refund as opposed to waiting
Until next week. Can you please let us know by replying to this email
Within 24 hours? We cannot accept a cancellation request after we submit
This weeks IMEIs.
I understand you have been very patient, and we do recommend continuing
To be patient as stopping the process now would simply mean starting
Again elsewhere and another wait of 20+ days. If you allow us to process
Your IMEI it will be done within 7 days.

I do not understand why services like this can still exist and make many people lose their money unfairly.
Before making order, I consulted trustpilot.com site and hoped that great comments about them were correct, but I was wrong.
I paid 28 USD as a prepaid fee, right after that IMEI Doctor requested a further 42 USD to unlock and I paid for this fee. However, after 5 days they answered that my IMEI was blacklisted (that's a lie) and needed to pay additional 70 USD for them to perform premium unlock.
I will not pay further because, I'm pretty sure that my IMEI is completely clean and has provided them with a lot of proofs show that my IMEI is clean. I also required them to provide proof of their site show that my IMEI got blacklisted.
According to their policy below, I can absolutely request card refund if my proof is authentic.
-----quote of their policy----
If you do not wish to to use our Any Network (Worldwide) Premium Service to unlock this IMEI or have no other IMEI to unlock, and you believe the status of your iPhone SE to be clean and can provide proof that the IMEI is not lost/stolen or in contract, please reply to this email with proof and we will be only too happy to authorise a card refund.
-----
However, after providing them with many evidences, they answered me by automatic email with the content completely unrelated to my enquiry/request.
They will never refund your money as what they said. Just a network unlock voucher that I never use.
It's 17 days from the day I got their last automatic email. Still no response for my evidence enquiry as well as my card refund request.
After referring to people who were tricked like me recently, now I know that I lose my money.
Don't look at the positive reviews because anyone can create account and give 5 stars. Look at all negative review to find the truth.
Ive emailed them countless times, I paid over 100 dollars to have my phone unlocked. The IMEI is not blacklisted, its all clean and legit. The process started on july 2019, and I just checked again, like i have over and over and still the status bar is filled but each month i am left an automated email saying that its taking longer than usual. I have emailed the customer service email address over and over and over with hopes that i could atleast get in contact with someone and not an automated email.
All i would like is to come to a reasonable solution to this, I would change my whole perspective if someone would reach out to me and fill me in what the issue is, and an offer to resolve this matter.
Im very understanding, and have been very very patient with all of this.
