I applied for Visa and they said 4 to 5 working days.

It's now 13 days and still waiting . Did the visa payment already.

When you enquire they give you the same respond and it's been going on like never ending.

I feel that it might possibly be a scam . The grant of visa should not be that long . This is very suspicious.

Having read about what many are claiming it looks like a scam to me .

Authorities must check this website and have those people questioned and equally clarify their standing.

Insta Dubai visa provided excellent support and guidance throughout the different stages of the visa process. Their staffs were professional in their work and were well aware of the entire visa process. I got visa in 12 hours with express service.

I Applied for a visa through tour operator however he ditched us at the time, so we applied from Instadubaivisa on express fee I was not sure whether I will get the visa or not, however, InstaDubaiVisa made sure I get my visa on time, they were exceptional.

Disgusting is an understatement! Horrible service, lies all around and extremely disrespectful. Take my advice, stay away from those scammers.

InstaDubaiVisa even tried to get my CREDIT CARD details. They were forcing me to pay an insurance if 125 us dollar for a visa. My bank rejected their fake links

I applied visa and paid thm.On online chat InstaDubaiVisa said in case of rejection all ammount will be refund but after pay visa reject and no amount return.

InstaDubaiVisa don't apply for you. They gave you nothing about your application. They give you fake application number. Their phone number is out of service, their address is fake. They just chat online. You can actually check with United Arab Emirates to confirm my point, I actually used their services and unsurprisingly when I reach out to the visa agency of government they said there is no application under your name. They ask for more money after you pay for the first time because now you have to pay them inorder to maybe get your visa.

They use all type of fraudulent charges and just get your money. DO NOT USE THEM

InstaDubaiVisa issued the wrong visa, our receipt states "Umrah Visa" but the actual visa shows e-tourism, we called on whatsapp before the travel and whomever is answering on the whatsapp said that the visas are valid, we traveled from USA to Jeddah through Doha, and they wouldn't even allow us to board the plane, we lost $4000 tickets. This company is a hoax, they take people's money and dont give them the requested visa, you will get someone trying to convince you to pay more money for expediting, and the visa comes within hours anyway! I was chatting with their personnel explained the situation that I need visa within 24 hours, Their personnel informed me once I make a payment I will have visa within 24 hrs. Once payment went through I was informed I had to pay over 200$ more to get visa within that time frame. I was lied to and thought it was a scam and told them to cancel my order and refund my money which InstaDubaiVisa declined had to cancel my trip to Dubai via Expedia lost money there and this company got me for 179.00$

A brutal scam and very rude agents that hung up on there clients after scamming my dad for 1000$ And InstaDubaiVisa charge his card 5 times and they never return the money and he nva received his visa be careful of them they are thieves stupid Indians

For a student and completing a visa for the first time, I found it very simple and easy. All questions were answered smoothly and clearly. The process was easy and pleasant

After purchasing the visa for Dubai, which I now know it was more expensive than other companies, a sale rep contacts via WhatsApp trying to up sale their services and stating InstaDubaiVisa will not release the visa unless I pay for other services. They tried to make me pay for the 'Urgent Service' 250 USD, which is a 24hr visa application even though I had 2 weeks before my flight, stating the 72 hr visa might not be ready in time. They forced the insurance firstly which I already purchased through another company, secondly they said it was mandatory for airport transfer even though I was being collected from the airport, trying to charge 100 USD for a one way transfer which was a 9 minutes drive or 150USD for a return. After i argued and refused to pay they said they would not give me the visa, eventually the company released the visa followed by a phone call saying I had to book a mandatory PCR test to leave Dubai for 169 USD which luckily I refused as I'm aware PCR tests in Dubai are €30 and you don't have to pre arrange this before entering Dubai. Their sales tactics is that of a scammer with threats and false information. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!

Instadubai visa team has a bunch of very junior call center employees sitting somewhere in Bangalore, and have no idea of the procedures or special cases. For Indian nationals living in Europe with a residence card / work permit do not need to apply in advance. Can get visa on arrival for Dubai or UAE. InstaDubaiVisa did not know,, or they hid the information and charged us 3 in family for double the visa fee including their charges. My daughter, minor's visa was rejected (at least this is what they said); but i asked for any proof, nothing shared. I feel they did not even apply for my daughter and just ate the money. I repeatedly asked to send me the rejection letter. Nothing. Finally we entered dubai, again paying at entry for a Visa on arrival for my daughter without any issue.

I contacted InstaDubaiVisa on the 20th December to arrange a business visa for me, my wife and two young children. I paid £596.00 and was advised I would receive our visas within 24-72 working hours.

Shortly after applying, we received two calls. One saying we needed covid insurance and its LAW in Dubai, I refused. Then the other call stating that we needed to pay to have private covid tests before returning to the UK and this was also LAW in Dubai, again total nonsense and only after more money.

On the 24th December I contacted them to ask where our visas were and the "salesman" said due to short working hours over the Christmas period the 72 hours will take me past my departure date of the 27th December. I was forced to pay an additional £412 to 100% guarantee our visas before travel. Guess what... we didn't receive our visas! Today (9th Jan) I have received an email saying our visas have been approved but I still need to provide copies of plane tickets, details of where we will be staying etc. We were due to travel on the 27th December... so only 2 weeks too late.

In a nutshell InstaDubaiVisa are money grabbing scammers!

I have used the service of InstaVisa Dubai to secure my visa to Dubai.
While I can tell that InstaDubaiVisa will help you secure your visa in a couple of days; however I was surprised by the amount of misleading information they shared with me to oblige me to pay the extra money and use their services.
1- The cost paid to secure a visa is very high compare to doing it with a normal local travel agency. Unless you are in a rush to get it, don't use the service.
2- They will call you asking to have travel + covid insurance visa. The officer will contact you that if you don't buy their insurances (supposedly with Dubai immigration), your visa won't be approved. The insurance with them will cost you around USD 130 for 10 days which is way more expensive than any other place. In fact, the insurance is not mandatory to be done via their office, you could do it locally in your country but it is important to have your travel + covid insurance.
3- They will contact you saying that you need a PCR test prior to leaving Dubai. They will offer you a service which will cost you USD 200 or USD 300 (at your hotel). This price is again higher than the market. You could simply do it at any clinic for AED 150 (or USD 40) - 5 min procedure.

Overall, the service is genuine but the cost is super high, and don't be fooled with the extra service they offer. I would have preferred to deal with an agency that is very transparent regarding cots/fees. Being disappointed, I won't use their service anymore and I won't recommend it to my circle.

I applied for the visa 4 days before travel, InstaDubaiVisa said you will get it on time, dont worry Pay, Pay. 186Dollar
I paid, they said, ah you should take the express service because there is no time, you might not get it on time, Pay Pay, you will get it on the same day or maximum tomorrow, Pay Pay, its 100% approval.
I was clear to refund the express service if they didnt give me any answer on time and they said yes. Pay Pay 185Dollar.
I payed, then they said directly there is a chance of rejection and no refund would you like to proceed! Just directly after pyament they started to change what they said and I knew I'm dealing with scammers, after that, they didnt reply, they gave meaningless excuses and delay.
On the day of my travel they still say under process, after long discussion and press they say its rejected,
I told them I need the money of the express service because it took more than 3 days to answer, they said ah no the express service is within 24 working hours, and in Dubai they work 8 hours per day, so technically its 3 days, look how they manipulative they are to take as much money as possible and give fake promises.
Avoid this fake agency and find another transparent way like airlines or someone who would apply for you directly in the immigration

InstaDubai stole money from me and so many other people. InstaDubaiVisa never gave me visa and on top they were scaring me that if i go to another agency the visa can not be approved in Immigration. After I made payment for application, they told me to send another 200 usd if i want to make visa on time for my trip. Only after I found many other reviews in internet that this agency is fake and thieves. And even people who paid this additional costs never received visa. We have to stop this liars they continue taking money from people and just go with it. Such a shame for country, first impression of it is so bad.
