InstaDubaiVisa has easy and prompts 24*7 hassles free online services. I have been using these online services for the last two years.

1. InstaDubaiVisa sent me a payment link to pay visa fee which was USD 159, and they smartly sent me a link and the currency used was GBP 159. Just before paying I noticed this and when asked they apologised and sent me another link in USD. So, be careful.
2. Then they told me I need to buy insurance to apply for UAE visa, and they sent me a quote of USD 340 for 3 adults, when I was checking other insurance companies they quickly gave a discount if of $100. After I paid $240, they just applied for my visa and after visa grant when I asked for a copy of my insurance and that is when they applied for my insurance and the premium mentioned on the policy was just AED 45. Moreover, Emirates airlines told me that my ticket already covered all insurance including covid. Don't buy insurance from them it's a trap. Buy it online on your own which will be 5 times cheaper.
3. When I asked to clarify they never responded and after several emails one call center girl calls me and she has absolutely no idea what she is talking.
Do not take their services. It's pathetic and unprofessional and unethical.

This is a Complete scam website InstaDubaiVisa are not refunding money if you cancel because of COVID 19 either you pay again 70$ as they said.
Please don't do the Visa from them. They just tell you to wait all the time and in the end you will be regretting because you will lose all your money!
I have applied for my son before the lockdown of CoVID 19 and they kept giving me wrong information regarding Dubai Emigration Office when they will start the process. Additionally, when I cancelled the process they said we will not refund the 836 $ for 3 months visa unless i should pay again 70 $
I am in the process of filling official complaint in ecrime dubai police and Dubai Emigration to ban any third party dealing with them.

I applied for a UAE Visa on behalf of my Director's family. I paid the amount stipulated - followed the link and paid the amount due, only for them to email me telling me the copies of the passports are bad copies and I need to resend. Days later when you try and track the application nothing happens. You call the number, and nothing happens. The answers on the live chat are generic and no one can give an update on your application.
I received the two adult's visa's and they decided to withhold the baby's visa. They proceeded to ask for an extra 200USD to express the visa. I had to pay this amount as the flights would have been lost. I received the visa 10 minutes later.
This company is truly fake and people all over the world should know this.

Well InstaDubaiVisa charge a lot and give false information. You will get the services while paying 3 times more money what you can get from other websites. They will get your visa processed by city tour and travels. You can book directly from there. I booked the visa from there and they gave the wrong information that it is valid for 14 days but when I originally checked with Dubai immigration, it was valid for 30 days. I got Covid and I thought that I don't want to be an illegal immigrant and the InstaDubai visa agent told me to extend my visa for 14 more days and for that they told me to pay $270 but originally the visa extension was $130. Once I made the pay, I thought of calling Dubai immigration and came to know that my original visa was issued for 30 days stay in UAE. When I asked for the refund it was being told to me that they applied for visa extension, for which they never gave any proof. Also in there email it is being mentioned that the visitor visa are valid for 30 and 90 days only.So be careful when you are choosing there services because they can go to any extend to get money from your pocket.

My second time traveling to Dubai. After a lot of research I chose InstaDubaiVisa to get my Dubai tourist visa. Very glad I did! The instructions InstaDubaiVisa provided were excellent and I was able to fill out the application correctly and provide the correct documentation. They kept me informed of the progress of my visa application regularly; everything was done promptly. They got me my visa ahead of the date they had promised it by. Definitely worth it! Scammed me out of 500 dollars for a PCR test which InstaDubaiVisa requested I make twice. They told me they would reverse the payment and that it was already in process, been over 2 weeks and they still have not refunded me 500 dollars. Every time I contact them they send me previously forwarded receipts of the payment apparently being reversed and tell me not to worry. However there is nothing being done and I am 500 dollars short.

I was planning to travel to Dubai for holidays and I needed a visa so I tried many times in the official Emiretes website but It didn't work so I tried to find the right way and I searched on Google and Instadubaivisas appeared on the top of the page.It looked trustworthy because InstaDubaiVisa have client services 24 hours and they respond immediately to me everything was right and I decided to applied with them but 30 days before my trip I decided to looked information about this agency and I saw that it has hundreds of complaints. I was so scare becasue I had bouhg my fligths tickets. I tried to contacted them and I asked for my money back and they said that I had to paid extra 59 USD for the cancellation and also they just could give me back less of 50% that I paid for the application so I was so upset I asked for the application visa and they said that it just could applied 25 days before my trip. They just stole my money they never did the process. It is a scam online agency. It must dissapear of the website. They are stoling a lot people around the world.

Applied for a VISA and waited for 2 weeks now. InstaDubaiVisa say the VISA is approved but they want to charge me for my Hotel, car rental, airport transfert in order to deliver my VISA.

So they keep the VISA and want you to charge extra money for nothing. They will make your VISA process last longer in order to put pressure on you to pay them before dispatching you the VISA.

This is a big scam, anI don't want to visit the UAE no more because they accept this kind of agency operates and do nothing to shutdown these scammers.
