A lovely looking dress but when it arrived material was very thin, dress not a good fit. IVRose made it very difficult to return the item and eventually gave me a 30% refund and told to keep the dress WHICH DOESN'T FIT! Dress cost £20, plus postage £7.23 (excl from 30%) so £6.00 back in my bank. Very disappointed and won't risk ordering again despite nice looking items

1 item was defective: buttons sewn on the wrong side of the cuff and the size was smaller than the other 2 blouses ordered. Seller repeatedly stated that returns/exchanges would be too costly so merely offered percentage refund - what I really wanted was a blouse I could wear but that didn't seem to be an option

Customer service responded relatively quickly but couldn't provide me with a piece of clothing that fit that wasn't defective. Their sizing is not consistent so 2 blouses fit fine and one was tight.

Absolutely horrible experience, worst customer service, only contact via email, phone number on file doesn't work. The unit number was missing form the address FedEx took it upon themselves to change address I've been begging IVrosw to contact them as they're the shipper. FedEx will not open a complain claim for me. I have been ignored for the past week. The only on that losses here is me, with $75.00 off with no clothes to show for. I will never ever use them again!

It is a real site, but it took more than a month for my clothes to arrive. When it got there, the sizes and the quality of the article was really bad and completely wrong. I always wear size 7 for shoes but when the shoes arrived, IVRose were so big i could put my hand in it too... when i asked for an exchange... they said they could only give me 5$ discount or 20% refund... i didnt wanted my money back, only an exchange and they said if i really wanted only i would have to pay the more than 60$ fees for shipping it back... its ridiculous. Shein Haul always pay for the return shipping fees

Easy ordering process and 11 day delivery. When I opened the package I was somewhat disappointed as I thought IVRose were way lighter than what I expected from seeing the pictures. After trying them on I was very surprised how comfy and supportive they were, I've worn them all day in warm temps and even though my feet get sweaty they didn't smell. Nice bonus!

This place is a total rip off. IVRose have alluring ads but when you receive your clothes you will find that they do not come close to the size that you ordered, and they are so cheaply made that it is ridiculous. I ordered several items. They didn't fit. I tried constantly for 2 months to get approval for my return and refund. All I got was a major run-around. BUYER BEWARE. I had a 100.00 plus hard lesson.

I was disappointed to see the poor quality of the sewing. The stitching was very loose and one sleeve wasn't stitched but wrapped with the dress.
I didn't have enough time to send back and get another in time for my hols if this was just a one off. However communication was good but I was only given 20% money back which won't cover the cost of someone fixing it

The staff were sympathetic in the emails and given me a few choices to choose from but wasn’t happy with only offered 20% money back or send it back
Why should a customer have to go out of their way when a product is faulty

Poor description of some items. Really enjoyed other items. The halter type blouse was a very big disappointment as was the leopard one. There is no invoice in the packaging and no instructions on return/refund. In this day and age, undoubtedly disappointing and frustrating. Although the items are reasonable, once you receive it seems as if you're stuck with them. This combined with inaccurate descriptions will keep me from purchasing further products.

The customer service is great, most of the lingerie products match the quality. It's cheap fabric with cheap prices. The coupons offered don't even cover shipping until you make an over 89$ purchase. Luckily most of the items I picked were true to size and the items that weren't had some stretch to them. Ordered on December 17 and arrived January 11 which is quick considering ChinaPost standard shipping and the pandemic. Overall, I will have to be choosier and definitely refer to the size guide more

This was my first time using this site that I happened upon totally by coincidence. It was pretty easy to use and I was a bit skeptical as to whether or not I'd get what I actually ordered but I did. Shipping was also incredibly fast. The only thing was trying to track the order on the site was rough as it wasn't updated frequently but when you check the delivery guys the updates were there but that's minor.

Website was easy to use and great prices, the delivery was fast and was kept up to date. However since ordering I have received 2-3 emails from this company a day, was waiting for delivery to unsubscribe. The products look the same as on the website but the material is not great, would easily rip, and haven't been stitched together quite right. Okay for the price but wouldn't order again as I will have to get them altered to fit and due to poor material may not even work. Disappointed because the reviews seemed good.

Have to report IvRose did not confirm shipment. Waiting in the dark about when or what will ship. Out of the blue, pleasantly surprised package arrived. No packing slip inside - Don't know how IVRose record what was sent, or remedy any discrepancies. Fortunately it seems everything ordered was delivered without prior notification, which a mail order customer would appreciate after the automatic initial acknowledgement of order/payment received.

My shipment took 6 weeks to arrive. Living in Hawaii we experience with mail delays but not this long. I purchased from Chicme which I believe is the same owner but different store name. I was satisfied with the blouses I ordered as IVRose are the same as shown on the website, but we're a little smaller than the actual US size. By the way, they ship from Hong Kong China, which its been asked and not answered.

Exiting product screen does not merely back up once or to the previous screen. Exiting product screen kicks you all the way back to home.
So frustrating. Took so long to select items. In the end quit after a selection of three items.

Also sizing too as accessed via cell was largely unhelpful compared to many other sites. The diagram shows bust, waist, hip, torso length measurements which do not ever get referenced in the size chart. Incomplete.

I had three separate orders from IVRose and all 3 orders that I received included poorly made merchandise/clothing that i cannot wear…I asked for compensation and IVRose will do absolutely nothing about it…I have 4 items that are going in the trash and they don't care…I wouldn't even donate these items to Goodwill…. If you're smart you will not order from these people! In addition, I have requested 3 times to be removed from their email advertising list and that is yet to happen. Bad business

Huge selection of products to choose from. Guaranteed to be something for everyone. Sometimes, a little too much to choose from and not as easy to 'drill down' and find exactly what you are looking for.
The products look good but are built to a price. It's important to establish the right size otherwise organising a return could be tricky. I'm not quite sure how it works but am about to find out... Delivery takes approx 2-3 weeks as products are shipped from outside of UK.

I use to love this website. I would get my order in a week or two but after the pandemic IVRose are taking forever to ship items. Parts of the order is still in processing after a month. And the shipped items still haven't been delivered in 12-20 days like they say. I ordered on 4/13/21 and it is 5/19/21 still haven't received my order. And the customer service is rude and not helpful at all. Useless employees (Christine and Cherry)

The item arrived in about the time expected but the item was soooo small, even though I used the size chart) that it simply did not fit (my wife tried it on over a thin, tight shirt). The company would not allow it to be returned and offered a 20% credit on my card. So, I spent about $20 (after the 20% credit) and had to throw it away. We will not be purchasing again.

I use this website a lot to buy clothes, I like being able to browse online at any time and find a great variety of good quality things with a great variety of sizes. Delivery is super fast, and returning things is super easy, with a promptly processed refund or replacement. It's a convenient way for me to shop since I don't live in a main hub, I love getting the new designs and sitting with a cup of coffee, shopping with my feet up!

Unfortunately I have bought 3 sets of clothes. Non of them was as good as I would expected and seen on pictures. Poor quality materials, too long sleeves ( im 170 cm tall) so its surprising. Sleeves are very wide to the point that is hard to even roll them up. Will not purchase anything from website. Im nt going to ask for refund as sending back will be probably so expensive that is not worth it. Will not recommend.

I use ratings on products and size charts to order online. I was disappointed by the sizing issues I had when I had checked measurements. The materials were better quality than expected but sizing is too far off for ordering online. I also needed to contact customer service as I didn't receive tracking numbers or confirmation emails. IVRose were quick to respond but I'm accustomed to receiving a confirmation email and shipping information.

After I clicked buy I realised IVRose were not coming from the uk, so I knew it was going to be a bit of a wait, So I waited a while maybe 3 or 4 weeks but they all came beautifully packaged with tissue paper and in individual re-useable zip bags.
The sizing is really good actually, I'm a 10-12 and chose M. I'd recommend IVROSE, as long as you're not in a hurry

The so called customer service is horrible. If you want to wait 4 weeks for your package you have the right company. I emailed them after 2 weeks and my package was still waiting to be packaged. The advised I cancel my order. Unbelievable customer service and you will never get a thank you for your service. IVRose end their conversations with BYE! Don't spend your money at this website it's very skeptical.

I was very scared to order from this site being that I don't know if it's a realistic site, but all the cute items have caught my eye. I hope that my order is as shown in the pictures, and that I am satisfied with my product because I am still nervous. I will remain positive and believe that my items will be perfect. If not, I will be writing another review.

I'm seriously disgusted with myself for ordering from here!

Even after measuring myself and spending hours trying to pick the correct sizes, the long delivery time really dims my anticipation for the lingerie line and then when received, doesn't fit or the pieces are so fragile, IVRose create holes in the lace upon trying on. The site encourages you to buy many pieces for free shipping, but honestly, it's not worth it.

My first order came as expected in 18 days, but my second order was placed on 5/8/20 didn't arrive until 6/22/20! I only received my purchase after I messaged IVRose twice. I am happy with the clothes that finally arrived, except for one item of clothing that doesn't fit. It seems to be a bit of a hassle to return the item for a refund. I am waiting for a reply with instructions on how to return my item for a refund. With other companies it's simple to just return the item and get a full refund without any hassle. I hope to hear back soon.

Horrible customer service. Ordered $126 worth of items in April. Its now August and nothing. I have gone back and forth with customer service and IVRose refuse to give a refund.
They can see in the system and said the item got lost in transit and that "I" should follow-up with shipping company. I do not recommend this company at all. They have no integrity/accountability to do what's right as a business whatsoever. $126 of my money just gone!
