Negative:
The returns process is problematic from the UK - even with contact via Whats App, Email and tracked Royal Mail (at a returns cost of £8.50) my returns have not yet been accepted. I've needed to provide further proof and remain waiting for a refund. For this reason I will not be using the site to order from again.

Wanted to return my outfit because it did not fit right. Customer service was awesome. Quite satisfied with the service.
Tried explaining the problem but apparently no one understood. I sent several emails,but they just kept giving same info which was no help..Eventually, they stopped responding. I will have to contact Paypal to get my money back. Terrible experience!
€22 for dress
€10 for postage
Dress arrives and it is a complete cheap version of the one advertised. Its hideous.
Won't refund me without returning the item, which will cost me another €10, so when I do send it back I only get €22 refund? Where is the logic in that?
Customer service is shocking. Offered me 30% refund which is only €7?

They obviously don’t speak English because everything was translated wrong so their responses hardly made sense. And I was totally dissatisfied with everything and they offered me $5 and a discount on a new purchase. I would never order again so why would I want a discount. And I paid the shipping to get the items which wasn’t refundable and another $25 to ship the items back which isn’t refundable. So I spent $50 in shipping on $150 worth of cheap clothes.
I didnt receive an order confirmation email so was difficult to find my order reference.
I have never had to use WhatsApp to contact a company's customer service. I don't think this is a very professional way to contact customers. Also could only receive one message every 24hrs it seems. Customer service team not very helpful and were shocked that I wanted to return all 3 items back.
Customer service was prompt and helpful. Products and shipping let them down.
The item *******7954 Zip Design Peep Toe Thin Heeled Boots LZT979-bk-40-iv) is too small.
I would like to give it back.
Please inform me how I can exchange the named article and get my money back.
