My friend and I placed an order for a few dresses together over two months ago (order placed on April 23rd), and so far we have gotten no shipping confirmation, no updates or where our order is or if it's even coming, AND IVRose make it extremely difficult to contact them (no email and very odd phone service hours). I was excited for the dresses, but I have serious doubts that I will ever get them. I would NOT recommend ordering from here, seems like a scam and a poorly run business. Over $100 I will never get back

Been waiting for almost a month costumer service doesn't help IVRose just kick me of the chat no help was trying to get it for before Christmas but that won't happen as it's just been forgotten about been In the warehouse sitting there since the 28th i could probably get a flight go over there and pick it up myself faster than those idiots absolute window lickers the lot of them...

I didn't expect a lot from that clothing. Usually its cheap china crap. Mainly nothing fits and its see-through or stitches half open or or or. I m happily surprised that that wasn't the case. And apart from over knees I ordered (IVRose never fit) everything was a fit and I even took photos and written a review. So I would buy stuff from the shop again, simply because they haven't let me down. Don't expect super best quality, but its better than I thought.

My overall experience was good, shipping time could have improved some. The items were good material and are finely crafted. Only one item had a large series of strings that were matted and bunched together on the one item. Cut it off and it worked well, but you would expect eyesores like that to be removed before you buy them. Prices were great for the material and patterns designs provided by company. Hope this helps others to give the company a chance and try them. Id give them 4/5 overall.

The returns process is problematic from the UK - even with contact via Whats App, Email and tracked Royal Mail (at a returns cost of £8.50) my returns have not yet been accepted. I've needed to provide further proof and remain waiting for a refund. For this reason I will not be using the site to order from again.

Very typical dime-a-dozen Internet store selling cheap sex costumes. Expectations adjusted to reality of how these stores operate and what quality of goods IVRose offer, I was quite ok with the received goods. I count the mismatch in sizes ordered with those needed against my own inexperience in ordering a lot of clothes from the Internet. I don't mind throwing one of the costumes that was definitely too small to wear straight in the trash since they are, shall we say -- volume goods. The most important KPIs for me when shopping this is price, size, speed of service. Other things are secondary (like the fact that costumes only superficially resemble the advertising images; but the same can be said of fast-food joints yet we still all eat at them).

I am officially done with knowingly buying products from China. I am ok with purchasing from American companies that have goods made in China where you can return them when there is an issue. I am tiered of the mis-sizing, poor quality, late delivery, excessive re-stocking fees and excuses from customer service. The great prices do not outweigh the disappointment. I would rather pay more one time and spare myself the drama.

HORRIBLE MATERIAL! The item I recieved looks nothing like the picture! Thin, flimsy with no shape. I thought I was purchasing a blazer but this looks and feels cheap. Even the colors are off. Its not khaki as pictured but more peach. I tried to contact customer service but since I checked out with using paypal and did not start account, there is no online info regarding purchase (Even though I have order no.) IVRose just keep saying go to your account to start process. Cant get anyone to understand or help!

Tried explaining the problem but apparently no one understood. I sent several emails,but they just kept giving same info which was no help..Eventually, they stopped responding. I will have to contact Paypal to get my money back. Terrible experience!

Dress arrives and it is a complete cheap version of the one advertised. Its hideous.

Won't refund me without returning the item, which will cost me another €10, so when I do send it back I only get €22 refund? Where is the logic in that?

Everything is cheap China material. Sizes are off. The clothes look nothing like IVRose do in the pictures. The company couldn't provide a tracking number so I had no idea when my items were coming. I returned everything because I hated how every item looked and how it was made. Company only partially refunded my money. I paid double shipping (one for the items which they don't refund and then to ship them back). I blasted them over social media because their clothes suck!

They obviously don’t speak English because everything was translated wrong so their responses hardly made sense. And I was totally dissatisfied with everything and they offered me $5 and a discount on a new purchase. I would never order again so why would I want a discount. And I paid the shipping to get the items which wasn’t refundable and another $25 to ship the items back which isn’t refundable. So I spent $50 in shipping on $150 worth of cheap clothes.

I chose three different items, but all lingerie. The sizing is spot on as long as you are honest with yourself, the quality is very good, comfortable and affordable. From ordering to receiving, there was a slight delay, but more to do with the season and international/ national post. The company is genuinely customer orientated and has so far kept me informed of any problems and given solutions to keep me happy... more than impressive!

Got 90% off all my items and paid the money yesterday…. No confirmation receipt and I lost the deal the next day when I went to reorder all my items and i paid more than $100 more for HALF of the items…. Scam move. Have you think you're getting a deal so you spend hours shopping to screw you at checkout…. Customer service said "it was a bug in the system."

I am sorry, but I never write bad reviews but this company has no way to contact someone live, unless it is through chat which is not working for the past 4 days. The phone number listed always has a busy signal. IVRose even have a whatsup number which no one ever answered me. And the quality of the product that I got even worst. It looked nothing like in the picture. Delivery took a month and a half. And the app is a joke.

My 1st purchase, I bought 2 Masked Santa Claus' ornaments to give as gifts to people that collect ornaments. After 2 wks, I received them, however, IVRose are made of a ceramic type glass. Neither ornament had the ribbon attached to hang, it was separate in the package. And one Santa ornament didn't have a hook to place the ribbon. Poorly made & I'm afraid if the people hang them, the ornaments would just fall & break. Not sure if I would order again

The clothes themselves were really cheaply made, awful quality and didn't look anything like the pictures on the website.

I have never had to use WhatsApp to contact a company's customer service. I don't think this is a very professional way to contact customers. Also could only receive one message every 24hrs it seems. Customer service team not very helpful and were shocked that I wanted to return all 3 items back.

I bought the "Tiktok Legging Ruched Butt Lifting High Waist Yoga Pants Tummy Control Stretchy Textured Booty Tights" and not only was the product late arriving, but when I got them I was very underwhelmed by the leggings. IVRose did not do anything to accentuate like they show in the photos. I have a larger back end, so I feel like they should have really done something! They essentially were just a regular pair of leggings. My boyfriend and I were really excited about these, and after waiting so long, what a let down. Currently in the return process. Wouldn't waste your money or time.

Beware of shopping here, I ordered a loungewear set that claimed to be cotton blends... must have been. 001% cotton because not only was the material horrible and thin (think cheap Halloween costume), the style was not as pictured. The item I received looked nothing like the photo. Customer service would only refund me if I paid for the shipping back to China.

Item was dispatched quickly, however delivery was very slow. Sat in my home city for 3 weeks before being delivered. Carrier IVRose use has many 1 star reviews of the same experience. When the dress arrived, it was nothing like the picture, and was completely see through. Very disappointed overall
