Got my first box after a long wait, still grateful even though my post was so slow due to the covid restrictions. Where first order was shipped and received more than a month of ordering. Anyways, I ordered the Premium box. Everything is still intact and secure, no damage and everything still edible. Thanks to the secure packaging and strong box. Chips and chocos in the box was tasty. What I like most was the little leaflets with all the information of the items and JapanCrate also included some cool facts about Japan. Everything is great.

Customer support was superb! They keep calm and professional even though I send them a lot of emails regarding my delayed crate. But still they are so patient with everything they do. Keep up the good work. Thanks Japan crate! Will subscribe again when shipping is back to normal. I'm not loosing hope. :)

Ordered the March Premium crate end of February and everything went super smoothly. The crate came after with 2 weeks and the variety of snacks from the crate are so lovely. With the flavors and textures I've not tasted before. Japan crate is truly amazing.

Me and my family are very happy with the premium crate that we ordered. The chips and the Kitkat bag was a surprise. It is nice to have some unusual fancy foods to go with the normal daily fare. Lovely crate and items inside was so unique and tasty. We will certainly order things in the future.

It was such an amazing and happy journey with my subscription to Japan crate. I had a wonderful experience with them. Seeing my collections of the toys and plushies in my bedroom are such an awe. Its been 2 years I subscribe to them. Unfortunately, Í need to cancel my subscription as my room is already full and shipping money is tight. I'm drowning with the plushies. My Doki box always delivered efficiently and on time. I'm a member if Japan crate since last year and I order my box from them on and off. Packages arrived safely without damage, well-handled and efficient overall communication. Overall experience is amazing.

Legit customer for 2 years now. Best ever subscription of mine. Though my crates got delayed during April and May but still received it after a while. You just need to have a lot of patience. We need to understand that the pandemic really hits all companies with the shipping not only Japan crate. Local shops closes down as well. Still grateful Japan crate still managed to survive even its a small company. Shout out to their customer support. The service is absolute. Replied in every email you send to them. Just want to let you know that I'm so happy with my subscription. I ordered Inku and Doki on January 3rd. Both boxes are so lovely cute. The japan thingy stationeries are so lovely then to my surprised the Doki box came after a day I received my Inku. And so, the items are so lovely. Glad that I subscribed. Its a right decision actually. Love both my box.

I found my favorite Japanese snack on my Premium crate! Great variety, nice items in my crate and hassle-free customer service. This makes Japan Crate website as my favorite online subscription site! Will definitely recommend to my family and friends.

I would give Japan Crate 10 stars if I could. I now have the most unique pencil due to my Inku Crate. Looking forward to more cutesy stationeries. Just want to share this. I'm a subscriber of Japan noodle box or the Umai box as what JapanCrate call and I just got my order from them without any issues. I don't know why I'm seeing a lot of complaints. For me I'm a very satisfied customer from Dubai. I love the assorted ramens and instant noodles. Can't find this kind in my local supermarket and the side recipe was a fantastic. I'm totally amazed. Customer service was a bomb as well. They keep me updated with the tracking. I only emailed them once but they really keep me updated. Will order again after the holiday season as i know its quite busy nowadays. Highly recommended, you just need to be patience. Stress free! Total fraud. JapanCrate use your credit card information without permission and ignore your appeal. They took $ 100 off my card without my permission. I mailed 3-4 hours after the withdrawal, but they said they couldn't cancel it. It's a money trap.

Three months in and no crate. Very difficult to cancel your subscription so JapanCrate keep charging you. Also, they change the price and fail to obtain permission to charge you the greater amount before doing so.

Such an adorable stuff inside my Inku crate. Really cute items. Good selections of product. I really wanted to try different crate after my 6 month Inku subscription. I have ask the customer support about changing my crate but honestly i don't want to missed any single crate from my Inku. So i'll change once my subscription ended. I Would love to try their Kira crate. Might be awesome as well. This stationeries brings back memories when im still at school. Thanks Japancrate. I love your products and great concept.

Even if you contact them the day of the auto-renew, a month prior to the next shipment, JapanCrate will not refund you. They give you no advance notice that they will be renewing and will send you a screenshot of the checkbox that you were required to check as a condition to placing the inital order.

Me and my wife ordered the Japan Premium crate last month. We just want to try it out. We received the box the other day and we instantly fell in love with the crate! JapanCrate are an authentic and a fun way to try new snacks from Japan. So much goodies for a small box and totally hooked with the crate.

Finally I got my March crate. This is long overdue but at least you guys send a replacement crate. Thanks to your customer support who assisted me when my crate was not delivered. Your support instantly notify me that you guys will send a replacement crate instead. Best customer support ever and a good way to make your customers happy, I did ask for refund but sending a crate is better as I really wanted to experience the same.

WOW Japan Crate! That whole phrase can pretty much describe my experience with Japan Crate. The Premium crate package always arrive on time and all the stuff are well thought of. I really love the variety of chocolates, chips and candies in every premium crate. That includes the extra kitkat bag with a twist + the extra unique drink. Small candies are so cute, my son love it. Always happy to have Japan crate when package arrive to my door. Highly recommended.
