I am still debating
So, I bought the ring on June 15th and received it on June 22nd. Great shipping and I was impressed. Now, let's talk about the ring. The website makes them look gorgeous and sparkly. I got the ring and I was less than thrilled. The tiny stones are just that, tiny and almost look like a design in the silver. In light you can see them and good photos you can see them. I have had one person tell me Jeulia thought it was gaudy, most people say they like it. It is rather big but I thought my fat fingers could pull it off. Customer Care at Jeulia has been very responsive to my questions so far. I am waiting for a response on the questions I asked them today. One being that the specific page states it is a lab created white sapphire. Not a Sworovski crystal. The stone seems to have some rough edges on it and to me it looks like it might be plastic but it makes a ting sound when I tap on it with metal. I got it for a great price between the June sale and a discount code. I am not trying to pass it off as a diamond to anyone, and I will gladly tell them what it is although I want to know if it is a lab created white sapphire or a crystal.

While they do state they use Swarovski crystals on the site. The link I provided above specifically states that they are lab created white sapphires. Also see the pictures I posted.

The rhodium plating was scratched off a bit on the underside of my ring. See picture.

Doesn't Get Worse-Than Jeulia; STAY AWAY!
I ordered a ring late- Thursday night.

Ten minutes after making my purchase, the person for whom I ordered the ring saw the pic of it, and said that she did not like it.

Immediately, I asked for my order to be cancelled.

Rather than do the right thing and cancel my order, someone called "Jenny"repeatedly send me email advising me to pick out another item from their site in exchange.

I repeatedly answered her that I do not want a different item, that I cancelled my order and want my money ($129.00) refunded.

She refused to issue a refund.

I filed a request with PayPal to assist me in this; "Jenny" then contacted, me yet again, telling me that Jeulia cannot refund my money whilst there is a PayPal investigation, and she will issue refund if I cancel the PayPal investigation.

I should not have cancelled PayPal, but I just want a refund.

Finally, after 24 hours of this (remember, I cancelled the order approx ten minutes after purchase) "Jenny" agreed to refund my money, but added that it may take thirty days until I am actually refunded.

I then twice asked for written confirmation that my money would be refunded, and she refused to do this.

I contacted both my bank and the Sacramento BBB, where they have a mailing address (the company is in China and seem to be just like WISH) to assist me in getting my refund.

I need to stress that I cancelled this order within ten minutes of making the purchase.

I do not need this crap from a sketchy knock-off jewelry site; neither do you.

CAVEAT EMPTOR!

Eventually happy
I ordered my -to be- wedding ring from Jeulia. I ordered the most beautiful black skull ring and I couldn't have been more excited. This ring was a Christmas gift from my husband and he was going to place it on me for pictures Xmas Eve. I ordered the ring in November so I made sure to have plenty of time to receive it.
I received the ring and upon inspection the black coating on the ring was discolored. It had green spots on the bottom of the skulls as if it wasn't treated properly. The size was also too small... I wear a size 7 in every ring I have ever owned so that's what I ordered and it was too small (sizing must be off)
I contacted Jeulia via customer service email provided on their website. It took 3 emails before I got a response and by that time (over a week) I was so incredibly frustrated and disappointed.
During the time of waiting and waiting for customer service to email me back I had contacted Jeulia via Facebook. Jeulia apologized for lack of communication through email and told me they would take care of it.
I explained the situation and wondered what solution would work best. Well, this is where I got frustrated yet again. I was told that I'd have to pay $20 extra to have the ring customized to a 7 1/2 and that I'd also have to pay return shipping AND shipping to have a new ring sent back to me. I was not happy at all and requested a REFUND. Upon my request Jeulia worked with me on what I had to pay for. I ended up reordering a 7 1/4 size (which they said isn't much difference from a 7; it fits perfectly) also I paid to send the ring back to the facility and they paid to reship the new ring back to me. I don't feel like I should've paid for anything extra considering it wasn't my fault the ring was damaged upon arrival, but I really wanted the ring so I paid the $6.81 to send it back. I was assured I would get the ring for Xmas Eve... I did not. I only received it yesterday which was over a month from the date I ordered it.
Customer service via email was awful! Customer service via Facebook was better but still frustrating waiting days to resolve my issue.
Overall I'm happy because I have my ring, it fits and it's all one color but I'm not happy with my first time experience with this company. I probably won't be using this website again.
I know it's not Jeulias fault but they sent my ring back using DHL and DHL left my ring on my doorstep in my apartment complex. I don't live in a great neighborhood and I'm glad it wasnt stolen.
I do have to say, they asked me after it was said and done "how can we make you happy?" To be honest, short of getting my money back from shipping, there is nothing to make my experience better. It is what it is.

Avoid this company!
Like many of the other reviews on here im extremely frustrated with this company. My husband ordered a ring in Oct. It arrived a few weeks later and turns out ring was too big. Contacted Jeulia to ask for an exchange, different ring different size. I shipped them back the first ring. After having to email them and find out when the new ring would ship Jeulia informed me they were still waiting for the first ring... I had to call the post office (why they didnt do this i have no idea, they had the tracking number) only to find out the post office did attempt delivery and left a notice they needed to pick up the ring or schedule redelivery. They finally shipped the new ring on Nov 16th. I sent another email on Nov 24th asking about delivery and they informed me "USPS shipping always takes about 8-15 working days for you to receive the package once the order is shipped out"
Its now Dec 13th and i have no ring. Ive emailed, called, facebook posted and messaged with NO response. The tracking number is useless and only states it was accepted in China.
Well its been 20 business days. At this point i want a full refund (including that $10 reshipping fee... even though their site says free shipping.)

***Update, in response to their reply below. Yeah, they contacted me late last night, at the same time the response below was posted. They make it seem like they responded to me ages ago and I overlooked their response. This is even after I got a hold of someone on the phone (yesterday around noon) I don't even know why you have a call center. The guy on the other end just kept repeating "It left Hong Kong on Nov 16/17" Yes... I already know that. I've known that for a month, it's the ONLY thing the tracking number provided me. I ask him for a supervisor and was informed there were no supervisors there and I would need to call back, 8 hours from now. He then told me they couldn't do anything til after Friday as that was 30 days from order date. When I worked with the person (this morning at 2AM) through FB messenger THEY were able to confirm the post office lost my package and they would reship the ring UPS Express, but oh wait, the ring is out of stock and now you'll need to wait another 14 days to get it (10 for processing, 4 for shipping)

Manipulative and Excruciating "Return" Practices
(I've updated this posting at the bottom, but left the original posting in it's frustrating entirety as to share the gist of this experience)

Regarding an actual refund, Jeulia are relentless in providing nothing.

Jeulia is an overseas company (Hong Kong) that talks a sweet game on their website regarding "Customer Satisfaction" and their "Return Policy." However, it's a manipulative sham that you'll begin to taste immediately if you need to return a product: Starting with their way over-complicated filing of a return, then through the handful of emails where they begin to beg you to simply do an exchange (they keep your money). When you continue to state you simply want to return the product (brand new) for a monetary refund, they will continue to push a credit for merchandise (at 7 emails, w/7 different customer service agents, and counting).
Regarding an actual refund, they are relentless in providing nothing.
I've handled this, until now, in the most professional of manners with exacting communication and information as to avoid any delays. No matter. They are trained to stall, beg, literally beg, in an attempt to avoid returning your money. As I'm now reading other Jeulia reviews on websites other than Jeulias, I now understand this thievery of time (and maybe money, we'll see) is who and what they are.

**Update: After at least 10 back-and-forth emails with 10 different customer services reps (each trying to persuade/encourage/incentivize and, at times, beg, me to exchange vs. refund, the return and refund are now complete. They refunded my money minus the $10 shipping charge (and the $5 it cost me to ship it back [which is half the cost they charged me for shipping]). This process took 10 dedicated days to see through. It really wasn't worth my time to do this, but it was for the principle. This group is designed to wear you down into an exchange. It's a horribly frustrating, manipulating and embarrassing tactic of yesteryear and I'd stay completely clear from doing any future business with them.
PS: I hardly ever write reviews in the negative. This is/was entirely necessary

Corrupt Business
I ordered a ring for my partner back June/20. The ring arrived and looked good at first, but after my partner wore it for less than 1 week the silver started to peel off the band and it started to tarnish. My partner would always take it off while doing dishes or cleaning, and his job is not heavy labour, so I don't understand the damage on the ring in less than 1 week. Jeulia even advertised the ring as sterling silver 925... pure, real and strong. I own lots of sterling silver and that has never happened to me. So image how I felt! Sad and disappointed since it was a gift. I decided to call the company any get my money back since they had a year warranty in the ring. Good luck! Trying to call customer service and find a representative to talk to is impossible. Try looking at their website and see how secretive this company is. I couldn't find a phone number, nothing. After reading more reviews on line, I was shocked and disappointed in myself that I didn't check the reviews first. Other people were ignored and juggled around just like me. I googled to find out more about the company. It is a Chinese company and their head office is in SAN Francisco. I finely found a phone number and after 2 days of calling finally this lady with little English picked up the phone. I told her what happened. She asked me for the account number on the ring. I gave it to her. I told her I wanted to be really reimbursed. She kept acting dumb like she didn't understand me and kept offering to give me an exchange. I kept insisting I wanted a refund since I had a year warranty. I got nowhere with this lady. I insisted on talking to a manager. She told me a manager would call me the next day. That didn't happen... big surprise there! Finally we called Amex since that was how we paid and they reimbursed us. Terrible company! Never use them! You will regret it! They are unprofessional and dodgy! I will not be making that mistake again!

Horrific Customer Service
Worst customer service I've ever encountered. If you can get through Jeulia just answer and say "hello" so you think it's a wrong number bc what business answers the phone that way.
I ordered a ring and the wrong ring was sent to me. It's the same ring except aquamarine sidestones instead of sapphire. I called customer service and it literally took 10 minutes for the person to understand what the problem was. I was finally offered to return the ring (I'd have to pay the shipping) or a $10 refund when there is a $40 price difference or just shy of $30 if you apply the sale price and coupons I used at the time of purchase. For over a month I called and emailed asking for a supervisor bc they were basing the refund amount on the current price of the less expensive ring to the sale price of the ring I actually purchased. I continued to explain that this is unfair, the only fair way to calculate the refund would be the sale price of the ring to the sale price of the ring I actually bought at time of purchase or to calculate the refund off the difference of current price of both rings. Over a month later a supervisor finally contacted me and offered me a $15 refund or to return the ring (which I had no confidence in doing based upon the terrible customer service, nor was I willkng to pay for). Fortunately, I paid with PayPal and filed a dispute with them and they were able to get the company to give me the fair refund I was asking for.
The ring is very pretty, though I would've liked it much better if it was the ring I actually ordered but I will never buy from them again based on their horrific customer service! Buyers beware!

Simply disappointing
The ri I ordered and received was lovely. It was just much bulkier of a band than I realized, and the stone looked too large on my finger. I was still impressed with the prices, the quick shipping, and the nice packing, so I returned to the site to see if there was something else that might suit me. I picked out a ring and contacted via email the customer rep to see about making the exchange.

I was told different things with each email, as different people were taking turns answering me, even though it was all in the same thread. I am sure at least one of the people was spesking in broken English, which made it very difficult to follow with the already confusing, contradicting messages. Every morning I would wake up to a new email that sometimes ignored my previous response, and I would respond before even getting out of bed. I wouldnt receive a response until the next morning. It makes sense when i imagine I must have been speaking with someone on the other side of the world. Also, I cant even get a return address yet. The back and forth is ridiculous. I finally decided to just return this ring and not order a new one. It isnt worth it when the cost of shipping to me, plus the cost to send it back, then to ship a new one, all totals up to more than the cost of the actual ring anyway.

I believe Jeulia probably has nice rings and a nice price, and I think if you order the right one the first time, you would be very pleased. Otherwise, its a major hassle.

I would give Jeulia a 0 star rating if I could. Worst Experience in 40+ years!
I would give Jeulia a 0 star rating if it was possible. I ordered a sterling silver ring ($148.85 CAD including $14.85 shipping) set for my wife and waited 2 weeks for it to arrive. She put it on, and 3 days later while trying to take it off, the ring bent! (not sterling, but cheap metal). I contacted Jeuila for a return and Jeulia emailed me the address to send the return with the warning that returns must be made within 7 business days, including weekends and holidays and if not returned in that period then all return privileges including any warranty is void.

Here is their note:

Once we send you a return/repair instruction, you will have 7 days (business days, weekends, and public holidays included) to ship the item out to us. If you do not proceed with returning an item promptly, we will assume you no longer want to return/repair the item and will cancel your return/repair. You will thus no longer be in your return/warranty period.

While they were waiting to receive the returned item, I got a series of 8 back and forth emails trying to get me to accept store credit, rather than a cash refund through Paypal. First, they offered to include the shipping charge in the refund, I said "No, I want a cash refund, "then they offered an additional $12 store credit, I said "NO, I want a cash refund", then they offered an additional $10 store credit which I said "NO, I want a cash refund." So they said, OK we will issue a refund for the purchase price minus their shipping cost, to which I agreed.

When they received the returned package, which included the ring, a cheap key chain that THEY had included as a "FREE GIFT", a Jeulia catalog, a small paper gift bag, they emailed me that they received the ring, but not the "free gift" key chain and so would have to deduct $10 from the refund. I objected and stated that I DID include the key chain in the returned package and the key chain could not be worth more than 50 cents. I got an email back showing their website picture of the key chain selling for $39 (unbelievable rip off, if a true picture), so I guess I was supposed to be happy that they were only going to charge me $10 rather than $39 for their saying I failed to return it. This was the icing on the cake. After failing to get me to accept store credit, their strategy now was to minimize the refund. I realized that they were using bait and switch tricks, sending a "free gift" that they could try to charge for, even when it is returned I finally filed a complaint with Paypal and assume that Paypal will refund the total due minus the shipping charge. I also paid for insured return shipping for which they supposedly give a store credit of $10.(but who needs it if you are never going to order another thing from them?)

I have been to China about 13 times in the last 10 years and have dealt with Chinese traders who hate to lose a sale and will do anything to try and recover a sale or a portion of it. Because Jeulia is based in Hong Kong and has a shipping office in California (Howard JEULIA JERE, 4801 Littlejohn St. Unit H, Baldwin Park, CA 91706), I thought they might be a more reputable company than Chinese mainland companies, but I am very disappointed in their cheap quality products, poor customer service, and unbelievable red tape and obstacles to get a refund and make things right.

My advice: AVOID JEULIA JEWELRY AT ALL COSTS. Do what we ended up doing. Go to a reputable jeweler to buy your jewelry. A reputable jeweler will have all ranges of prices, and will give you personal, in person service, and you will know where to find them if there is a problem. With Jeulia, You only get what you don't pay for -- cheap Chinese junk.

Hope everything is right thing the first time, eventually, or you are screwed!
The rings are gorgeous, Jeulia are a great price, but just hope you don't need to exchange sizes, or want to return for a refund! I LOVED my rings, but needed bigger sizes. I returned them promptly and contacted the company as requested. I even sent pictures of the package and tracking receipt by email. Time goes by and no rings come. I contact the company and they have NO record of recieving them! I had to call the post office to verify that they were received per jeulia; even though I sent them the registered, signature required tracking number copy of the receipt the day it was shipped that also included expected arrival date. After getting confirmation from the post office myself and calling back with all of the delivery details my package was magically found. Then I began the grueling, time-consuming, painful process of trying to get new rings. I tried calling & emailing. I finally sent pictures of the rings by email that I wanted with the sizes. By the time I got to someone who didn't give me the run around, and not call or email back I was told that I was out of the refund period, and really out of the exchange period, but since someone along the way had told me that they would do the exchange they would honor an exchange only. By this time they didn't make one of the rings anymore. So I had to pick a new one. This caused issues with the price as I chose a more expensive ring. They would not honor the lower prices that I could get on their site. So all in all I paid way more than I could have if they would have just refunded my original amount, and I placed a new order. So make sure you get it right the first time, or you inexpensive rings don't end up being such a great deal, and you are left incredibly frustrated, never want to order from them again, and warn anyone you can about them!

RUN from this company! Inferior jewelry, poor service, horrible experience.
On Dec. 20th I ordered a wedding set. Finally arrived yesterday. Opened the box to find the rings had stones that were cloudy and as fake looking as something you'd see at any box store. Called to return the rings, I don't want to pay over $119.96 for something I can go to a box store and buy for 19.99. I was told that because I ordered a half size there is no refund because it is "custom" but I could exchange it. What? If that is a custom size, how do Jeulia have exchanges on hand? The company's response to the stones being cloudy is to clean them via a link they sent to me along with a link to their return policy which they said is clearly stated. However, when I went to their website, and did a search for their return policy and how to clean the rings I got a "research returns no results" answer for both inquiries. Hmmmm. So when I was ordering, when did I have the opportunity to read this without a direct email from the company? Everything touted across the web site is "30 day return" with nothing to show that there are exceptions to the rule UNTIL you finally receive the item. Feels like a scam to me. IF this company WERE devoted to full disclosure and customer satisfaction, a disclaimer would pop up when one chose one of these "custom" sizes. He truth? This company's business practice is to mislead, offer an inferior product and then just basically say, "Sorry, this is your fault." Do NOT do business with Jeulia. Only wish I could give it less than one star!

BUYER BEWARE!
BUYER BEWARE -- I see a lot of ads on Facebook for Jeulia. My experience with them has been awful and I want to warn you all.

Long story short: Wanted to return a ring - you have to call them for a return authorization and send photo proving that you haven't removed the sizing tag from the ring (no refund if removed) - after several tries to call them, finally got through - was subjected to a VERY HARD sell to do an exchange instead of a refund and I had to immediately email them a photo of the ring with the tag still on it before Jeulia would go any further - emailed the photo and held my ground that I wanted a refund and the phone rep finally told me that he would email me the return authorization code and return instructions - never got the email and by then it was getting close to the 30-day return period expiration - tried calling back, got a continuous busy signal over 2 days - sent angry email demanding return instructions - they finally responded, telling me that no authorization code is necessary, just mail the ring back and BE SURE TO EMAIL THEM WITH THE CARRIER AND TRANSACTION NUMBER BECAUSE THAT'S THE ONLY WAY THEY CAN TRACK MY RETURN - sent the ring back the next day thru USPS INSURED and immediately emailed them the info they required AND ASKED THEM TO CONFIRM RECEIPT OF MY EMAIL - never got a reply - after another 5 days with no response, filed dispute with PayPal - it's been 60 DAMN DAYS and I'm still waiting for resolution and now I don't have either the ring or my money! Needless to say, I'm also losing faith in PayPal as a safe and PROTECTED payment method.

I am going to post this review on every one of their FB ads until I get my refund!

They messed up my custom order. I sent it back to be fixed 5+ weeks ago. Redo hasn't even begun!
I ordered from Jeulia because I was told Jeulia could match any custom colors I was wanting. I sent a colored sketch to several Jeulia customer service people over a few weeks to make sure I would get exactly what I was wanting. I was wanting a wedding ring that had a traditional white middle stone, but with hot pink and lime green sidestones. I was told every time they could match my sketch. So I finally placed my order. When I got my ring, I was so disappointed! I didn't even try it on my finger. I looked at it and put it right back in the box without saying anything. My husband felt so bad cause I'd been waiting for over a year to finally have a ring back on my finger! The pink color was pale pink and the "green", that was a joke! You had to take the ring outside in direct sunlight and move it a certain way for you to tell it was a green stone. Just looking at it, it looked clear. It looked nothing like my sketch at all! I contacted the company and they told me to send it back and they would use other color stones. At this point, I found out they are not able to match every color. In fact, they only have 2 green shades and 2 pink shades to choose from! Their green colors are peridot and emerald. My first order was with peridot and pink sapphires. My second was with emeralds and fushia stones. So, I sent the ring back (at my expense) and was told to contact Jeulia with the tracking number so they know when my ring arrives, what needs to be done. I did just that. And I also asked for my email address to be changed to one that I check more often and hasn't been overrun with spam. Apparently that did not happen even though I was told that change had been made. I've been extremely patient waiting on the ring to be redone. I contacted Jeulia to find out the status of my ring. It's been 5+ weeks since it's been delivered to them. I found out that my ring has been sitting somewhere at their facility, not being worked on! Over a full MONTH! When I contacted Jeulia, I got an email saying the order had been processed and to wait patiently a little longer while the stones were changed out and then wait another few weeks to receive the ring once it's been shipped! I'm furious at this point! They sent me emails to the account I asked they no longer send emails to, asking to track my own package and to let them know when it was delivered to their facility! The last thing I was told was to let them know the tracking info so they could do that. They haven't offered to do anything to make this okay. No offer to expedited shipping, refund at least a portion of the order, nothing! They told me they would try to fix this so they can be better in the future. Well yippee skippy! That doesn't help me at all! I won't ever order from Jeulia again! If this had happened with let's say, Amazon, they would've credited my purchase and given me a credit for future use! They have excellent customer service and know how to make things right by their customers. I don't know what the heck Jeulia customer service is thinking. They won't win any customers back by treating them like this! Stay far away! It's bad enough something like this happened but to not even attempt to try to make it right by the customer is flat out horrendous customer service!

Quick to take your money, slow to refund
My FH ordered my engagement ring from Jeulia and it is gorgeous. I love it. No one can tell it is not a real diamond (or Jeulia don't tell me to my face). I love my ring so much I decided to find a matching wedding band from them. I was poking around the site found a ring I liked and placed it in the cart. I was looking for a spot to add a discount code but had to put payment information first. So I decided to use my PayPal. Big mistake. As soon as PP sent me back to their site, the order was placed! I did not have the money in my bank account for this yet. I just wanted to see what my final price would be. I went back to the site to try to find a cancel button but there is none. So I went to the chat function to see if they can cancel the order. This was not even after 5 minutes of the order being placed accidently. Part of me wasn't too worried as I assumed PayPay wouldn't go through as my account was empty. During the chat the customer service rep kept pushing me to take a store credit. I explained that it didn't matter how much they would credit me, I do not want this order to go through as I had no money and this would overdraft my account. Well it's a week later and no refund. I have put in a dispute with PayPal and no action. I have incurred a few OD charges because of this missing money. It's funny how fast they take money from you, but take forever to give it back. It's a shame since I really love their jewelry but after this experience I'm picking my band from somewhere else. Not a great time losing money while planning a wedding.

Horrible customer service!
Worst company I have ever dealt with. This is the first review I have ever written...

My fiance and I ordered my wedding ring through Jeulia. The band was EXTREMELY small and looked very cheap compared to the images Jeulia had shown. I am used to wearing ZERO jewelry so I wanted a very small band, but this band was INSANELY small even for me.

I spent a good 30 minutes looking over their return policy making sure the ring wasn't custom upon ordering, because I saw there was a 30% restocking fee to return custom items. But upon trying to return it, customer service tried to tell us the ring was custom and we needed to pay the ridiculously high 30% restocking fee. We tried calling them to clear it up, sure it wasn't custom, but their management "does not speak with customers over the phone".

We had gone back and forth through email trying to clear things up, and it turns out the wording in their policy is incorrect. I looked up the company on Better Business Bureau and I found TONS of customer complaints with the exact same issue we had. Customer upon customer ordering a ring they thought was standard and then Jeulia coming back and saying it was custom and the restocking fee must be paid to return. We tried explaining to Jeulia the incorrect wording in their policy, and I even tried negotiating to pay half of the restocking fee, but they were completely unwilling to work with us at all.

If you order from them, do NOT expect to return without paying a very high restocking fee, do NOT expect the company to care or work with you if something doesn't go right with your order. Expect cheap and small jewelry that is the equivalent of wrapping a small wire around your finger.

Beautiful ring but poor quality.
The ring is beautiful, it cannot be denied. After I decided to ignore the reviews and take the risk to purchase a ring. I decided to pay for the $20 shipping to have the ring before 30 days in case I have to claim cost if it was lost. The first email informed me that I wasn't going to receive the ring in the promised time due to an increase in demand and quality inspection time. Of course Jeulia won't return the shipping fee of $20 dollars and just offer me a 10% discount in my next purchase. After a couple days I contacted someone in the chat in reference to the status because I was unable to track my order online. At this point I was told that it was not shipped because of the size, because it was "hand crafted" and "inspected". After 7 days the ring was finally shipped. When I received the ring, the box was broken and the ring was missing a stone. The stone was not in the box so I'm guessing it was not inspected as I was told. When I contacted the customer service they keep telling me they are located in Hong Kong and I will have to pay for the return shipping to CA in order for them to contact the Hong Kong company. I will have to pay for the return shipping and they can't provide me with an estimate date of when I will get a new ring. Reading the previous reviews I'm scared to send the ring back and discover they won't send me a new one or refund me the money after 30 days. I won't buy again from this company and I will be sure to let people know about my experience. It is incredible how after I paid $20 for shipping and you failed to have my product in 4 days due to manually crafted and inspections now I have to pay shipping again without a date to have a new ring back? It does not make any sense. People if you were lucky, I'm happy for you but I can't be taking no more risks with this company. Really unhappy customer.

Regret as soon as I opened the box
I purchased the Jeulia Interchangeable Intertwined Halo Oval Cut Created Sapphire Wedding Set SKU: SG6N083 on December 13th, paid $20 for the 3-5 day shipping. After inquiring where my order was since I was leaving to go out of town for several days the end of December Jeulia expressed they'd get it out right away. I left for my trip, no ring. I returned and the ring arrived a day later (December 28th). I was not refunded for my "express shipping" I paid for.

I was excited to see the package and deeply saddened when I opened the box to discover the "made to order" ring was missing two stones on the side. I contacted Jeulia first thing the next morning and they advised I would need to send them pictures with the ring showing the tag in tact and then they would send me an RMA. I did as instructed (immediately) and days later I received RMA information.

I then attempted to communicate via email for updates and it would take 2-4 days for a response. I tried via phone but was either on hold too long or the call would disconnect.

Finally I discovered the online chat feature (best form of communication with them) and utilized that. I am still awaiting my refund (today is January 19th) for the ring, they received and signed for it on January 4th per my UPS tracking number.

The ring was beautiful, but the customer service of Jeulia is not acceptable.

I work in customer service and since the ring arrived damaged due to their lack of inspection they should have expedited a ring to me with a return label for the defect product. I spent $20 to have their defective product returned, I paid for a fast shipping time I did not receive and the communication gaps are horrendous.

I do NOT recommend Jeulia.

Blames USPS until you push them to prove it
I ordered a ring for my wife on December 18. The website said it would arrive in time for Christmas. When checking out, it never said I needed to pay for expedited shipping in order for it to arrive on time. I even received an email with the shipping details the same day I ordered it. I was shocked when it said China! I contacted the company through their online chat. Jeulia said the item would not arrive before Christmas because I only selected free shipping which takes 9-25 days. I asked why they advertised it would when I purchased it? They just kept repeating to wait.

After January 1, I contacted the online chat again. The tracking showed the item was still in the "accepted" mode with no movement. They told me it was delayed by US customs and to wait a few days. A week later, same thing. Today, Jan 11, I received the same response. I called them out on it and said to PROVE it was in the US and stuck in customs delayed by the USPS. I threatened to contact USPS, the BBB and my credit card company to report fraud if they could not prove it. I was then told it was stuck in China in their customs. WHAT? Are you serious?

This company is a sham. They create tracking numbers that are not traceable, lie to you that it has actually been shipped, blame USPS for the delay (check all the responses here from the company), blame US customs, them blame China customs when pushed. I will be forwarding all m correspondence with them to the appropriate authorities.

Horrible Chinese company, buyer beware!
I purchased a ring set from this horrible company only find that the products were so poorly made that Jeulia were just not worth buying.

And so I contacted the customer representatives for a refund.
After which, I was told to take pictures of the jewellery and that if everything checked-out, that I would be eligible for a refund.

Everything was fine, and I then proceeded to ship the items back to them with tracking, which cost me all of $23 CAD

Following this and upon confirmation receipt of the ring set, I contacted Jeulia again(via chat) to confirm the arrival of the products. Since it had been nearly a week since they received the items without any updates - to which I was told to enter the tracking into my account and where they would finally acknowledge receipt and told me they would then process the refund.

Two days later, I received a notice saying they had credited my account!
I then contacted customer service once again and asked why they had credited my account after agreeing to process a refund - only to be told that they could not process a cash refund since I had "manually processed a return"

How crazy is that?

At any rate and several weeks later, I can thank god for Paypal buyer protection!
And so word to the wise my friends...

When Jeulia.com decides to rip you off with cheap tactics to keep your money, do yourself a favor and buy your products using the Paypal payment process. And don't forget to inform Paypal of the the deplorable service you received from these charlatens, as this will help remove these parasites from the economic gene-pool!

BUYERS BEWARE!

Don't give your hard earned money to these thieves.
You ill never see it again, no matter what you do.

Pirates
Stay away from these crooks. I paid 110.00 for a ring that looked different from their website. It also was to big. Their rings run larger. It looked like a cheap 12.00 Walmart ring and no doubt it was. I never ordered online jewelery before and unfortunately ordered from these crooks. I had every single thing from the pamphlets to the bag and box. Because I took the little tag with the ring size off that gave them the right to be extremely rude saying Jeulia weren't taking it back. If ever I wanted to throttle anybody it would be these scammers. Selling me a cheap ring for 100 dollars. I'm telling you don't order from this company if you're a picky person, you will not get a refund at all and they are rude as@*! If you want to take the chance make sure you do not remove the little easily replaced tag and if you do... DO NOT LOSE IT! That's their little scam technique to keep your hard earned money for the crap product they sell. They do include a little piece of warning paper but a lot of people just open the box wanting to see the ring and there's a bunch of other papers, a pretty little bag and box and that's the distraction they use. Because of the little paper when you threaten fraud and calling the bank they get cocky as all heck. How about putting it on your website instead. They say 30 day refunds but it should say 30 day refunds as long as the stupid little size tag is still on the ring. Ridiculous thieving crooks selling crap jewelry.
