Why 4 Stars and not 5, the coins/rounds I receive are scratched; only the Silver Rounds. I buy for the value of silver and gold, but I like to see the coins/rounds shiny and look at the art work. I don't collect them for this, but it could matter to others and does take away from my enjoyment when I receive these. That's my only issue the Gold always looks great it's just the silver this happens with.
Bottom Line Great Service!
This last time (Oct 2nd) UPS said JMBullion could not find the address. So I gave UPS a clarified address (note not a new address but where we live it could be a range of numbers and maybe if a delivery person is new -difficult to find)
Again note the previous deliveries were no problem... UPS was fine taking the update but said the company needed to call them to ask for re delivery
I called JMB and asked they call UPS
First they lied and said UPS does not redeliver. When I told customer Service that I had already called UPS and that they agreed to be delivered the package then she changed the story.
Then the JM the customer service person told me that it was their policy that the package needed to come back to them has a new label printed and then we delivered
I asked why should I have to be inconvenienced when I am leaving on vacation to have someone come pick up my mail have to pay that person etc. for one package
They insisted this was their policy So I said if you have the package shipped back to you just keep it and I will order from somewhere else at which point the customer service person threatened me with a cancellation charge for the order
I explained that I am canceling the order Jade and B is refusing to deliver my order for me and as promised on their website
I googled the name of the CEO and sent him an email and explain to him the route customer service that I received as well as the fact that the customer service person hung up on me
This was on October 19 He replied back immediately via email and said that he was sorry for the poor customer service and was get to the bottom of this right away
A week later I still do not have my border my refund or a response from the CEO of JMB or anyone in his customer service department
My money is just lost in the abyss somewhere and I would highly recommend if you do not want to be like me to not buy from this company
UPS & USPS have both modified their signature confirmation delivery process to make delivery safer for everyone. They will no longer require signatures, but will instead make contact with the recipient, ask them for their name and enter it on their behalf.
We're hearing from customers that this process is not always being diligently followed, and that items are being left on front porches without any notification from the driver. We therefore advise you to be attentive and stay home on the day of expected delivery to ensure you receive your package.
