Its good, I like it, however, this loses a star because it didn't tell me anything about having to pay for it so I pretty much wasted all that time creating one just to find out later that I have to buy it to get a new resume and it would have gotten 5 if there wasn't that shady move!

I wish there was the ability to edit a bit more within each section. For example once the drop down are filled in (years worked, location, name) I would like the ability to edit/modify more. One template has your initials at the top, but because my name starts with doctor, it make my initials DW, when JobHero are really JW. I couldn't modify this so I didn't use that template.

I just spent two hours working on my resume because it made it so easy all to find out i have to pay to get it. No one likes to feel swindled. Of course I paid, because i need to find work. Could you at least be upfront about it before i waste my time working on something your going to charge me for. How would you feel? I get it buyer beware, but that just crappy service. I have buyers remorse and am already feeling low that I cannot find work. Could you just be upfront? That's one way not to get repeat customers or good reviews

It is SO SCUMMY that you don't mention payment is required until I go to download my resume.

I will absolutely be cancelling for a refund within the next few days. If you had told me upfront it'd be $2.95 for the first 14 days, I'd be a customer for life.

But springing it on me when I click "download?" That is just... yucky. This business practice does not inspire any confidence in your company.

When invited to make my resume for "free", it was not clear that I could only get a text version of all of my hard work. Once I was at the end, I paid the 14 day fee because I had lost so much of my own time. If I had made the informed choice upfront, I may still have spent the few dollars, but I would have felt much better about it.

The template function on this website is amazing. It breaks down the sections of differenet templates and lets me custom add what I want. I used a couple of the add ins, but JobHero were mostly there for reference as I created a new one. Definitely worth the trial price and I am excited to use the cover letter template.

Give a heads up to the prospective customer at the very beginning - before proceeding that you will have a choice to purchase the product in order to receive a copy. Be transparent from the beginning vs. after someone invested time in creating their outlines.

So far very reassuring and much better than I could do with a 40+ employment record and explaining a career break positively. The only negative point was the summary - which described me as a highly motivated salesperson; my employment history doesn't have sales anywhere close to it.

So far this site keep losing my input info and I've spent hours preparing this resume more then once and right now I'm not happy. I'm hoping this 3rd attempt will stick and it probably will now that your "free resume template" will keep my information since I paid your ransome for it. We'll see.

Unsure if i will be double charged for the yearly 24.95 purchase as my first 24.95 payment just went thru to start a new 4 weeks. Would love a follow up email or call to confirm final payment was just made for the year ending next August 26th 2021.

Great product! I'm typically against résumé builders, but this one it too good not to like. I recently paid $270 to have a professional writer work on my résumé, but needed a few updates. I found Job Hero and revamped my cover letter and résumé for a fraction of the cost. I could have saved paying a professional if I would have know about Job Hero sooner.

Actually, I understood that I wasn't be able to find a job without an attractive resume, where I would describe everything I knew about myself and my skills. So, I started to search for websites and companies which could help me with this task. I was ready to pay money for building up a great resume for me. This service was one of those who agreed to help me with my task. I'm really grateful to it because recently I got an invitation on an interview in a huge company. I wish I would pay more money for building up such a great resume which this company made for me.

User Friendly. The templates are contemporary and the suggested content is an excellent place to start. I very much appreciate how the suggestions for my resume "skills" portion brought my attention to a great many aspects of my job that I take for granted and didn't even consider putting on my resume. I strongly suggest everyone walk through JoBHero's resume and cover letter processes before JobHero finalize their documentation for job applications. I've already recommended JobHero to two of my friends after using their service for less than a week. Thanks to JobHero I've been able to easily tailor 5 different resumes and accompanying cover letters with relative ease.

I appreciate not only the different formats, but also that much of the content was populated from my uploaded resume and then I was able to get ideas for descriptions of my various roles. Also, because it has been over 10 years since my graduate degree, I appreciate the tip not to include graduation dates.

The website works very well, and does everything you would want it to do, the only issue is the lack of information upon clicking the link that there will be a charge for use, a charge I think is completely fair, I just wish I had known upfront.

You guys make it really easy, but I'm not paying a subscription, I'd much rather honestly pay $10 now than you try to get me to forget I paid a subscription and make it $3 every few weeks. I don't blame you, everyone else does it but I honestly think you would do way better if you just charged people $5-10 a resume.

The tool was easy to use but the education information was not flexible. My low rating is because I disapprove that I am not allowed to make a one-time purchase but I'm forced into a possibility of a recurring payment for something i may not use again and may forget to cancel.

I don't like being charged after the fact. You all should be more transparent. I don't want spend time customizing a cover letter only to find out I can't download without paying. I appreciate the service because it ultimately did make the process much easier but it feels underhanded to only charge me at the end.
