John Cootes

I brought an Artiss gaming chair through John Cootes.
I feel for them as it was a bad experience that John Cootes couldn't prevent but they did accommodate me very well.
With a poor quality (maybe I just got a bad one) and COVID induced delays John Cootes resolved by issue.

Reasonable prices
Wish I could've seen product in person in a shop as products were not the size I thought them to be.

Very easy to use the website and I really like that the measurements are provided on most of the lounges and chairs

Straight forward order off the website. Can't give 5 star as no idea how long it will take to arrive or if I am to expect any issue. I am definitely hoping there will be a good smooth transaction and delivery with no issues

I have been waiting for delivery since 31/7/21 and haven't heard anything and when track it the answer I see is the still in depot since the 2/8/21

I ordered a queen bed that supposed to arrived 3 boxes and I just received 2 and I'm trying to communicate but I don't have answer, I'm sleeping in the floor because the bed is incomplete

I have been waiting for a month for my order. It appears to have been collected on the 4th October and is still somewhere in cyberspace. Despite numerous emails, no one can tell me where and when my chairs will arrive.

I choose 6 lovely dining chairs that I am very happy with, however 1 had a large noticeable chip on the back leg, when I advised John Cootes customer service department of this John Cootes arranged for a replacement chair to be delivered immediately, I would not hesitate to shop online with John Cootes again.

It was simple and easy no hassle process, the navigation was simple and easy.

I used a discount code for 5% discount (SIGNUP21) and going through checkout it would not accept the code so I didn't get the discount that I though I would...
