John Cootes

I brought an office desk. It was sent in 2 parcels, 1 was delivered on time so points for that. The second box(so I can not put my daughter desk together) says it's delayed. How do you not send both boxes together. Can't comment on quality as I haven't received it.

Unfortunately, couple of nights ago my favorite bed was broken, because it was too old. I understood that I required a new bed, because i needed sleeping as well as any other people. I started to search for some stores and shops which can provie me with a new bed. Of course, it wouldn't replace my favorite bed, nevertheless I would have a place to sleep on. I visitied the website of this company, applied here and got a support from customer support managers. John Cootes explained me everything and sent me a new bed. The delivery was pretty fast and I got my ned bed in couple of days.

This is the first time I've used or heard of John Cootes, my experience was excellent. Website was easy to navigate, prices were more than reasonable, shipping was super fast and the quality of the product is fabulous! Nothing other than a positive experience! My only problem is I'm not 100% sold on the colour I ordered, not your fault at all, it was exactly as stated, I've just changed my mind and not sure if I can exchange for a different colour or not?

Shipping is not good. I have no bed 3 and a half weeks later. Everything is arriving one box at a time.

Actually was dropped off at the wrong house, lucky our neighbor is honest. There is a glitch in Tolls system- so you cant activate your registration - when I called them all John Cootes could tell me was that it was dropped off - but I had not received it - we are in lockdown and we are at home. Your delivery service needs to do the right thing!

Trying to lodge complaint about order delivered without any bolts provided with packaging. Unable to find any number to contact or lodge my complaint. My city in lockdown cant even go to hardware store to buy bolts. Very bad customer service.

I ordered a bed ten days ago which has not yet arrived, mainly due to current Covid restrictions.

The light at the end of this tunnel has been an employee named Joe. He has continually kept me updated on tracking down the delivery status & replying to my emails even on a Sunday. He is a very valuable asset to your organisation
