Liked the look of the clothes but had impossible problem with sizes- went by their size chart and items came small for the xl(as stated by their size chart) and 2XLfor XXL) able to use one of 7 items. Returns must be sent to CHINA at our expense (lots of money and not worth returning even thought I spent $124.00 on order) I will have to give to friends or good will. Was told I would get 25% cash refund. I did like the look of the clothes.

Trouble checking out, as my normal credit card would not accept a charge from the UK. Had to use an alternate card, but otherwise things were okay.

I love the beautiful designs and patterns that are offered, but was a little disappointed in the quality of the fabric. I would have liked a heavier cotton polyester type of fabric, but it is more of a light silky material which in some cases I will need to wear a camisole underneath so as not to show through to my under garments. Still like, but wish just a little heavier. The order likewise took a long time to arrive.

The site looks great but it would be appreciated to have "favorites" to flag other items we might want to purchase at a later date, instead of browsing the whole website to find them.
Also, I encountered a long issue with checkout. It froze and would not allow me to checkout. The discount code field may have been the issue and it should not be displayed in the cart if it is to block the transaction, because the discount code needs to be applied after clicking on "checkout"... For this issue, there was no chat help or 1-800 number to call... so I wasted a lot of time on this first purchase :(

After having to use PayPal which I hadn't had, the order went through and arrived in a fair amount of time, I liked the dress but it was way too small and I couldn't get it past my head! It is marked with my correct size. Then instead of returning it for another size or a refund (minus shipping) I was informed that it would have to be sent back to China and was offered a few dollars to keep it. I would not order anything else from them.

I replied on line and was discouraged from returning it because of the Chinese location and probable costs of shipping, customs, etc. No figures were given and no address. A 15% of dress price was offered which would be less than $3.00. The dress was cheap to begin with.

Thank you for the opportunity for feedback. Will not order again. It takes too long to scroll through the many T-shirts. It would be nice to have a filter option for sleeve length, color, etc. Shipping cost should be calculated before finalizing order. The sizing information for each shirt proved inaccurate after items were received. Fiber content should be specified more clearly: cotton blend should explain the amount of cotton vs whatever it is blended with. Fabric is 65 percent polyester, pills easily, and says Dry Cleaning Recommended. Design on one shirt was very blurred.

Online your clothes look really good…. Of course most of the photos are of skinny models!
I've never ordered clothes online before, and won't do so again. If you order the cotton/linen(for coolness), JustFashionNow are very wrinkled. Then if you order the plus sizes, they vary so much in size they're either too big and baggy or too skimpy! This long dress I chose was ok…. So I'll keep it, because returns are more expensive than the buying!

Basically they told me if I wanted to return an item it would not only cost me the postage but likely the duty, etc., and end up costing more than the item did at first.
Also, their site didn’t mention USD…..which when changed to CDN added even more! Not worth it!
They did offer me 15% off to keep the garment and have it altered….not worth the back and forth emails!

I've purchased clothing several times over the last year. I was happy with about 1/2 of the items received but will no longer do business with this company. JustFashionNow have no editing on their order app which allowed me to submit an order with a missing address thanks to computer autofill which I didn't catch. The packages made it to my city, but the post office immediately sent it back to their return address in Las Vegas. Justfashionnow will not allow for shipment back to China so they let the contents be destroyed and refuse to refund my cost. I admit I should have validated the address, but this has happened to me before and the other companys have contacted me before shipping to get the correct address. This company has no quality control in it's shipping department.

Items were not the right size as per their sizing chart. Dresses shown as being above knee or on knee are maxi length (I am 5'10) and the fabric is not as shown in the photo.

When I contacted them JustFashionNow offered me 15% cash to keep the items and told me items had to be returned to China at my own expense which includes duty fees on return items. They also suggest that I use the refund to alter the dresses I suppose to fit. I have bought dresses from China that have been perfect fit and as described and shown in picture. I did not know they were from China until they arrived.

- The shipping charge of $9.99 is too high for a light weight dress packed in a plastic bag!
- took 24 days from the date of order to delivery so missed a gift date. No advance notice to
expect this long to be delivered.
- was not until I inquired of the item's whereabouts that I was advised it usually takes up to
25 days for delivery. Would have used another vendor had I know this.

Explained that I was unable to use the tracking system and request assistance.
Was then told that shipments take up to 25 days. Certainly had to come from outside the US
to take this long.

I liked two blouses (tops) most, the grey black top, and the white Floral printed cotton top. After I received my order, I felt sorry that the two tops were both smaller size, as well as all other items, when I asked about returning the small Items, so I can get larger size, I was told that I should pay the shipping cost! Which means that I couldn't benefit from all my purchase order. I just paid money for nothing that I can wear because of the size.

I was not lucky with the size I ordered , and didn’t get clear answers for my inquiries concerning size and return policy .

I have been using this website for over a year. JustFashionNow are timely with their offers and go out of their way to provide examples of how to best take advantage of offers, including my favorite: subscribing and saving posts. Unlike other bargain sites, they actually respond to comments and if I write that I'm looking for deals on something specific, they stay on their toes. I am constantly impressed with the number of things and the number of offers that this online boutique draws my attention. I'm a fan! Looking for savings? IMPORTANT UPDATE - this company was finally made to refund my monies via PayPal - customer service refused to assist in any way in putting things right. Again, be warned, the quality of product is awful, customer service does nothing and their offer for pitiful small percentage refunds to keep a substandard product remains at best suspect.

Just as an aside - interesting coincidence - as soon as I had issues with this company my daily spam increased by about 40-50 e-mails a day - perhaps it is a genuine coincidence but I suspect not!___________________________________________________________________________<...⇄ />
I am still trying to get my money back - the clothes are awful quality, look nothing like the pictures and are falling apart at the seams. Surprise surprise when you try to return and item that ships from within your own country (Canada in my case) the returns have to go back to China - the seller says you have to pay the shipping & any customs and duties to return the faulty items.
Note: it costs more than the actual item to return which is confirmed by the seller so - here's the scam - JustFashionNow offer you a 15% refund instead of returning anything. The long and the short of it is that the clothing is so badly made that it probably only cost them 10% of the sale price to make it - they give you a 15% refund and walk away with a 75% profit on the deal. I had no choice but to give one star because you can't put zero stars - this company gets a minus 5 stars from me. And, in case you are not convinced yet there is no method to leave feedback on their website - so where do all these glowing references come from - not from actual buyers like me I bet! Notice that not a single review is from any e-mail other than the anonymous ones gmail, outlook, hotmail - surely in all these hundreds of reviews there would be one e-mail from a legit identifiable and provable e-mail address?
Should have listened to my 6th sense and steered very far away from buying from this Chinese company pretending to be in North America. Oh and just to cap it all off try getting off their marketing list - I am about to report them to anti spam authorities as I can't stop them trying to sell me more awful products - their daily e-mails will just not stop.

I've had middling experiences. The styles look great in the photos but the fabrics are never as described, so if you're keen on cotton, linen or pure wool, forget this site. The colours are erratic too, so choose your items with that in mind - chose an item where an exact colour match is not essential. On the other hand the finish is very neat, and I have to praise the customer care. I got very prompt replies to my emails and speedy reimbursement.
Shipping is on the high side and keep in mind that you will have to pay for shipping returns which could cost more than the item itself!

The clothes look cute on the site but when you get them, the materials and sizes vary from garment to garment. The return/exchange cost is expensive because the returns go to China. I had to give stuff away and I could only use about half the items. Those I did wear shrunk too much when I washed even though I didn't dry them so I paid for one wear. I will not order from JFN again. If you are tiny and like see through clothes this is the place for you!

JustFashionNow said they would give me a credit instead of a refund or exchange but the message was confusing. It was about getting garments altered but since my complaint was that they were see through or too small it was not a solution.

I LOVE the merchandise you offer and I checked you out online and found you had pretty good ratings, unlike most of the other merchants advertising on Facebook. Your website was difficult to navigate for me. After I finally decided what I wanted to order, there was no place to do it. I left the site and came back and a new bar for ordering appeared on the bottom of the page, so I was able to get it done. I had to go back and forth a lot after I put something in my shopping bag, which I didn't really like either. I had visited your site before and intended to buy, but it was so tedious that I ran out of time.

Selecting size was difficult. Must return 2 items for size, but an approval from JustFashion to return them is required before JustFashionNow provide me with the item return address. Most stretchy items fit; cotton blends did not. Items appear much more beautiful in pictures, but I still like the pretty designs. I could find better quality in any store fore the money, but JustFashion items are pretty designs. Shipping took 22 days to receive.

I am waiting to receive the return item address and okay from JustFashion to return 2 items that do not fit. The return policy is within 15 days and time is running out.

I wear a size medium so that what I ordered in the 5 items I bought. Each items was the size of an XL! So I wanted to return them. I have had awful experiences with overseas companies…. JustFashionNow never return your
Money! So this time I took the meager 15% they offered and gave $120.00 worth of clothes to Goodwill! I would never suggest this ( or actually any) overseas company. Hard lesson learned!

They offered me 15% refund which I took only because I have had issues with overseas companies before with items I have sent back and never received any refund or exchange so begrudgingly accepted a very small refund but will never buy from

I am sorry to say that it necessary for me to return my selection of tops. This makes me so very sad as each one of them were beautiful! The colors were so vibrant and fun, not what I see at my local boring stores. The problem is I am a 3x gal and I have larger arms than most. Judging by my trying on i would have need a 5x... So 4 of them came in the first bag and the last one just came over the week-end. So I will box them all together with the shipping information and have the taken to the post office tomorrow.

Very nicely explained what I had to do to receive my credit on my visa, and how to package, and where to mail them back.

So far my only purchase was not of the fabric as described, instead of light-weight cotton blend, it appears to be 100% polyester, and not a breathable fabric, totally not suitable for summer wear. Returns are prohibited, and shipping is expensive. Most deliveries by Canada Post are free. Canada Post did deliver the item, so I expect the fee is to send it all the way from China.
I am ready to order just want to see the specs for fabric, as a picture is not a lot to go by, yet when I try to see this information, the page vibrates making it impossible to read! I tried several different approaches, but had to read the jiggling, jumping text. I almost gave up at that point. We get that the prices are low and the styles are fun. The so called Flash sale is always running, so why do this nonsense to paying, repeat customers. I was able to read specs at other times, so what's the deal? Your market is not a bunch of children - this is very off-putting and were it my first time on the site, I wouldn't go back. I hope you will find another way to get attention.

So far so good. Please to see the number of positive reviews on the items I have purchased. Just hope I get the sizing right. Very excited about selections and prices.

I made a mistake in my cart and got 2 necklaces AnD 2 Pairs of pants. I had hoped someone would contact me to see if I indeed ordered 2 of both. It didn't happen so it is my fault.
Returns are a problem as you need to send back to China and its very expensive. So, my 4 items that I needed to return got me a 25% rebate from JustFashionNow and I kept the products.
Make sure to double check sizes, order selection, etc. as the return policy is very different from Amazon and more expensive as you must return to China. Loved the clothes and now that I am aware of the return issues will be more careful in my selections and items in cart!!
