Your site say free shipping for orders $200.
But when you spend $1,400 and go to check out you then have to pay shipping. This is the best way for you to get non returning customers like me.

Feedback on checkout page (errors!): Payment page failed...
Feedback on checkout page (errors!): Payment page failed when creating a new user account at the same time. Took me a while to figure this out. I then went back and created my user account BEFORE checkout, then logged-in, THEN proceeded to payment page and it finally worked (because I didn't need to create a new account at time of payment). Other than that, all good! Cheers:-)

Quick and easy from the mobile version of the site. Not easy to find. Ts & Cs are below the payment, so when I clicked to pay it gave an error. I had to them search for the box to tick down the bottom; I suggest to swap the order to avoid the error. Thanks

Overall, very pleased and good purchasing options and easy to find items. So it would be 4.5 stars from me and for 5 stars, I would suggest to have bundle deals for DIY PC builders as your competition does. E.g. CPU + Motherboard + Memory or similar. However, good on you guys!

I wanted to buy my Wife of 24 years a new Monitor for Christmas, she deserves it, and you seemed to have the cheapest prices going for a Phillips monitor. I prefer Phillips as JW Computers do seem to build a good product, Regards James T Downing

Cart crashed on first attempt in Chrome, didnt know if payment went through or not. Called you, no answer. Emailed, no answer. Reluctantly tried again in Edge and it worked. Still nervous about the pending order. Let's hope delivery experience is good.

Good overall. Would suggest being able to choose the desired store, then automatically see if a product is in stock at the store, instead of clicking a link for the stock info whenever i view a product.

Returned back to check and still $449.75. Rang help number and was told I'd missed out by 2 hours. Somehow.

The checkout experience took me about 6 attempts because (and I am only guessing) that I did not prefix the name on my credit card with Mr. There was no error message. Also PayPal did not work.

Very good staff on Saturday morning 4/09/2021 advised me of a 4tb WD performance Hdd was out of stock until October and advised me of a comparable product a seagate 4tb Enteprise and saved me $45 around about. The great staff member also advised me of additional cooling requirments for the upgrade too and saving me a damaged computer. Thank you.

These prices are incredibly cheap, especially clearance sales. After browsing for a couple of days looking for cheap but powerful entry level gaming laptops I finally found what looks like a beast that I'm sure will perform like one as well, very happy with the payment process to boot.

Maybe fatfingers but each time I tap on an item just to see specifics or get a better look through multiple imagines it just automatically adds to cart. Which then requires me to tap on the item within the cart to see what I wanted to do in the first place.

When i log into my account and try and purchase items it fails on all devices I have tried. Checkout has a continual spinning progress icon. The only way to purchase is to not log into account

If you do a search, get a grid view, and add to cart,...
If you do a search, get a grid view, and add to cart, you only get 1 item which is not changeable in the cart. If you want more than 1 item, you have to get the single item only view where you can then use the up/down to increase/ decrease the number of items before adding to cart

Easy to find and navigate and usually very good prices. Only thing that is a negative is that some products have full descriptions with pics etc, while others only have a couple lines of text without specs or anything.

It's difficult to imagine life without computer
Well, actually I can't imagine my life without computer. It's considered to be the main source of entertainment for me. Some people can live without computers, or laptops, so I can't understand those ones. Computer for me is just like a smartphone. The main distinguishing trait is that I can't carry it with me. Recently, I have decided to buy a new one, because my old computer has been serving me for more than 10 years. I applied to this company in order to find out how much do JW Computers cost and how long should I wait for it. Fortunately, it was quite cheap and it was delivered within couple of weeks. Great service, I guess I will be the regular of it.
