Your payment gateway failed twice using credit card
Your payment gateway failed twice using credit card. The order showed in my account area as open but pending payment, but when I called Castle Hill JW Computers said the order had been cancelled. Finally paid using PayPal. You were lucky I really wanted the item and were prepared to persist, otherwise you would have lost a large order.

Was really excited to get a case with you guys with...
Was really excited to get a case with you guys with the free promo that's currently on as I didn't see cases being a part of the "bulky" items as from what I remember seeing it was just things like chairs and monitors. I thought cases wouldn't count as all the items could just be placed inside case anyway with packaging.

The process was clean, easy and simple. The product pages provided a good amount of (sufficient) info to make a choice. Well laid out and easy to navigate respectively filter. Also the price was competitive.

This is a web site problem
This is a web site problem. Trying to filter my search for an item was painstaking as after I choose one parameter (ie brand or price), the web site would not allow me to click on the others. I had to refresh the page to choose another one.

Wouldn't directly refund a faulty item
We bought a power supply that failed within 10 minutes of operation from JW. JW Computers refused to replace it directly, advising us to take it up with the manufacturer. Poor service and we certainly won't be buying again if they don't stand by the quality of the goods they sell.

I found Chris at JW who answered the call to be very quick and efficient. Thanks to him, I will be moving my business away from the supplier who can't even answer a phone for a sale, let alone offer support.

3rd time I had to shop
3rd time I had to shop.

The first 2 had errors without reason (friday). Did the same today (monday), and it works?

Additionally, my account indicated that the first 2 were processed (and not cancelled), therefore I had to call to find out what the issues are/status.

I know your computers weredown but I have spent 3 days trying to buy the product I have ordered. Being put on hold and leaving messages etc so I went to Bankstown store as I couldn't order it through your website. Hopefully my order will be OK and come through.

Due to covid had to organise over phone ask questions before purchase. Was very happy with the lady I spoke with aswell as how easy it was to shop online & JW Computers have it aside already for me to go pick up. Great service

I wish the UI design of the webpage was more appealing and clean with better font and background color. That being said, the checkout process is fast and the price is good compared to other retailers from my experience.

Every thing has amazing prices the only problem is...
Every thing has amazing prices the only problem is when I check out it always takes me more than one try and always says payment failed. This is a bit of a hassle at times. Other than that everything is great.

The checkout page is a bit tricky. The check boxes don't seem to work well and took me several attempts to process the order. The show either blank or question mark when checking.

Cheaper elsewhere for most items, many components out of stock with no indication for when they'll be back, customer service does not reply (which is understandable because they're probably busy due to covid related workloads)

Laptops for gamers and not only for them
I've really tired of using dsktop computers because nowadays people are more mobile than JW Computers were ten years ago. Of course, I'm such kind of a person who always hanging out somewhere. I have decided to acquire some new professions in the internet and I understood that I needed a laptop, because it's impossible to move somewhere with desktop computer. So, I applied to this company in order to buy a laptop, of course, I have already sold my PC. This service helped me with this task and it provided me with a great laptop for working and playing games. So, I enjoy this.

Website was easy to use, would have liked to talk to...
Website was easy to use, would have liked to talk to a store person and was on hold for 17 mins until JW Computers ended the call told me to call back, pressed for time i made the purchase. Hopefully the availability and the postage doesn't let me down.

Great experience, but the "subscribe to newsletter"...
Great experience, but the "subscribe to newsletter" tickbox when you checkout is by default ticked. It makes for a worse user experience, If this wasn't the case, it would be 5 stars
