Amazing results
I'm only giving 4 stars at the moment because we've only just begun with an 8 week old puppy. I will say I was at my wits end. I was sleep deprived, my clean house was no longer "feeling or smelling" clean, can't say I've got that caught up yet but at least I am finding more time to work on getting it back.
When I broke down and bought this program I was 3 nights sleep deprived, so exhausted, frustrated and felt completely hopeless. Our puppy just wasn't getting it…or I wasn't getting it.
I purchased some gates to gate him a play space in the kitchen, got him a harness, and partitioned off his crate to only allow him room to lay down in. Then every 20-30 minutes…yes really, I took him out often and excitedly praised him and gave him a little treat when he went outside. And within a couple of hours doing this I could see the lightbulb go on. It is also about learning their cues. Then if he starts pottying inside I immediately picked him up saying no firmly, but not yelling, and carried him outside to finish then praised him outside.
That was 3 days ago and we've nine had 3 fully dry nights in the kennel and one night with no potty breaks all night, though I wouldn't recommend that at this early stage because it could possibly lead to UTI. He has a baby bladder and the training is teaching him to hold it all night but I think for now every 3-4 hours is about as long as you want to go with that.
Our puppy isn't super vocal so he isn't letting us know vocally that he needs to go out so we are working on the bell system. We ring the bell every time it's potty time and I say "potty?". Now we have it hanging on the gate encouraging him to shake the bells when he needs to go.
The other thing I've learned is that he needs a job. I haven't figured that out completely yet but I'm looking forward to this next step. We just want him to be a well balanced dog that can be trusted with anyone, to listen to our commands and understand what K9 Training Institute mean. I want to be able to walk with him without fear of confrontation with another dog. I need to learn these techniques and I feel this program has the tools for me to learn them.

Came just in time
We just got a new four year old dog at a rescue, the only kind we ever get. It has been a year and a half without a dog, not usual for me. I am also over seventy years old and noticed our new dog, Boots, was not easy to handle. It was obvious she had had a hard four years, she was very smart and very different than the other dogs I had in my life. Anyhow I did learn some stuff on the free video but what I learned most was how individual each dog is and when you figure out what is in the head or your new pack member it becomes a lot easier to know what to do. Body language is the best way. Always talking or giving orders or what ever is like a mother nagging her kid all the time. Just use your body and your minds vibration to reach your new pack mate, good.

My dog goes to school
I really like your site but it is to expensive for me. I need to also have a computer to store the lessons.
Having had many dogs in my life and taking them to doggie school, I do know the value of a well trained dog. The before & after videos are great. I cannot make folders on my laptop. Price & being able to review the class are important to me. Angel would love the classes. She is a special little rescue dog that we got as a baby. Mutt was not a choice on your selection of dogs. There could be small mutt or large mutt or some other way to tell you what she is. Thank you for caring about our dogs. I am old, my husband just died, & Angel makes my life worth living.
Sincerely,
Martha Munger

Training Jem
I recently adopted, Jem, an American Pit Bull Terrier who had been living on the streets near Chicago. At some point her right hind leg was broken and healed at an angle. She was found living under an old truck, covered with grease and oil. She was malnutritioned and in desperate need of medical help and food and water. She was about 2 years old and spent 4 months sheltered at a pet hospital and was frightened of everything and everyone, except the staff at the pet hospital. People came to meet her, but due to the 'crooked leg' no one took her home.
I only needed 10 minutes with her before my decision to adopt was made. Once I got her home quickly realized that she would need training and patience form me. I found the K9 Training Institute online and watched their video. I was amazed at how little things I had been doing were not productive in training her, not because of Jem being unable to learn, but because I was using mostly verbal commands rather than body movements. Once I began to use the simple techniques shown in the introductory video I was able to communicate with Jem in a way she understood. And, I am pleased to say Jem has become a very loving and happy dog.
Learning how to properly communicate with your dog, in my opinion, is the first step to being able to fully appreciate how wonderful dogs are. I am thankful to K9 Training Institute for providing the guidance I needed to properly train my dog.

Wow... Was I impressed
When a new puppy suddenly appeared in my life, I was concerned about making sure that I did things right, so I started doing some research. I received a link from the K9 Training institute and decided so check out the video that K9 Training Institute offered. Immediately I was impressed and amazed at the results that the video showed. So trying the training myself, I couldn't believe how fast that Max (my puppy) responded. I have passed the link for the free video on to a few people that I know have been having issues like the ones shown in the video and they too have commented with positive responses with their dogs. I'm just a little down on my luck right now with the effects of the pandemic on my employment, but intend on purchasing the entire course when things get a little better. If there is this much good content in the free video, I can't wait to see the rest of the course. Awesome K-9TI

I Love my beautiful young, high-strung dog, HOLY BOY GHOST. We BOTH desperately need this Training.
I have a 3 year old Siberian Husky. He came to me one year ago as a dog in need of a rescue, -he's a Runner. I need training to give him the confidence in me, as the Leader. We live in a home with an older dog, named Scout and K9 Training Institute get along great. I love this idea of "giving a dog many jobs, a light bulb went on when Dr Alexa Diaz said we need to do that, - it makes perfect sense! I want this sweet dog Holy Boy Ghost, & Scout to stay alive, and have a rewarding positive life while on my watch. Thank You for the free seminar, its very rewarding. I truly look forward to this training that I signed up for. Peace & again Thanks

Excellent dog training program
I purchased the Total Transformation Masterclass from K9 Training Institute and am super-impressed.

Walking with Carlo (our German Shepherd puppy) has become so much more enjoyable now! Instead of constantly pulling on his leash like he used to, he now always walks at our side.

And instead of trying to run away everytime we open the front door (and almost getting run over by a car once because of this), he now sits patiently in front of the door even without a leash on until I give him permission to go out.

He has become so well-trained and seems to almost behave like a service dog now!

Instant change
I have watched the free intro course to K-9 Training and I could hardly believe how quick it worked with Charlie. Our barbet (French Waterdog) is 2 years old and is generally well disciplined and a fast learner buy very stubborn. He gets so excited meeting people that jumping up on just about anyone he meets has become a behaviour hard to discourage. I tried the walking into the dog's space technique presented in the video and it really did the trick. He sat behind me and waited for me until I turned around to greet him. Our friends are now being trained to do the same as K9 Training Institute enter the main door. Considering dog training prices elsewhere, this is an investment I will consider in the near future.

Gio the grandpup!
I can not say enough great things about K-9 training institute! What I have learned about working with my grandpup is amazing! He is a 6 month old German Shepard weighing 65-75 pounds! He is a big puppy and very powerful! Everything I have been taught in a week so far is amazing, he had been jumping on me and nipping at my arms so I looked like I have been in a terrible fight! Now is much calmer when I speak to him! He is so loving which I did not think would happen unless he was in K-9 boot camp! He has already taken canine training which really did nothing because he already new how to sit, stay, down, shake and heal! Now with just a couple of K-9 training lessons he is like a different puppy, so Thank you so much for your help and support in teaching me with my grandpup to obey commands!

Easy to follow
I just finished my first week of puppy training. Reggie is a 17 week old rescue puppy. It is so great to be able to start the training immediately instead of waiting for him to get into the vet for well check, shots and neutering. The vet is booked out for over a month. Reggie is learning so fast. He enjoys the training sessions. To keep my 3 year old dog from feeling left out I train him too. K9 Trainers are ok with that. Its like training 2 dogs for the price of one. K9 Training Institute have Q&A calls taped so that is added learning opportunities. I will have my first call with a trainer tomorrow morning. Reggie is the 3rd dog I get to train. The first one from the beginning and I am confident I can do this with K9 Training Institute because the material is easy to understand.

Really makes it easier
I have a Chihuahua which I thought I could house break. 2 months later I was still trying to house break. I started getting the free training videos for seems like everything but potty training. But toy surprise I used all of my training using hand and body positive/ negative to train her and now in one week she is a quite changed house broke dog. Im a disabled 64 year old woman so I couldn't buy the program but if I could have and I would highly recommend buying it. I'm sure having the entire program things would have been easier and faster but I bless this program to be well known. I would highly recommend anyone who can to purchase it.

Loving your dog
I've rescued a 10 month old sheltipoodle and he is wonderful already, just with his genetic makeup. But he's still a puppy and I've used your walking on a leash tips to make our walks easier on me. Because I'm 82 and worry about falling. He is a mix that we've found never barks! So everyone in my neighborhood love hi, already. He's just had his neutering and is healing and still needs his shots which come next week, so I haven't done much on training yet. But he gives us eye contact already, comes when we call him by name sometimes but not always so I will work on that our community has a leash law so he's always on leash, but I look forward to teaching him to sit and stay and he already knows stop or no. I lost my last dog to obesity and liver failure so I look forward to your book on nuitrition.

You guys nail it!
Hey,
I'm very happy that I was able to get in touch with K9 training, the 3 steps offered as courtesy are very valuable easy to understand. I am very interested in proceed to get the other 3 steps. I had many dogs in my life but I never had a chance to trained them to be calm and to learn tricks. Now I am in the process of getting a puppy in the next month or so. I wish you could hold my subscription for a longer time until I know for sure that the puppy will be available for me.

Thanks and again very satisfied with the way of training that you guys are offering, I have seen other options but nothing like the one you are providing, very simple and easy to follow alone.

Keep it up and I look forward to obtain the full training so a could accomplish my goal of having my dog trained.

What I learned just from the preview:
I wish I had the $$ to take this course. I learned a lot just from the preview. I've had dogs for 35 years, read a lot of dog training books, but there were new things I didn't know, plus the videos of how the training worked were amazing. We're getting a new puppy in two weeks, and I want him to be even better trained than our other dogs. I wish I'd had your help with our precious dog who just went to Doggie Heaven 3 weeks ago. He barked at everything. I could make him sit and "Be a nice, quiet dog", but that gets old, every time you run the food processor, open a certain drawer, etc. He learned to obey me, but not to the extent he could have, if I'd had this special training. I'd love to take this, if only I had the money...

Clear and Concise
I've had dogs all my life. Some I've had exceptional good fortune with since the dog has adapted to my clumsy human type training and others who've learned some things young because I had an older dog in the house and then there's been the odd one that has been a nightmare no matter what trainer's advice I followed. This masterclass was a partial eye-opener in that some techniques I was already familiar with and in other respects, gave me new insights and ideas. I just acquired a Doberman puppy who thinks everything should go in her mouth, including fingers, shoes, garbage, stray items and basically anything within reach. I can't wait to get started on the program and I look forward to a long and happy relationship with my new puppy.

Best k9 training
The k9 training video was amazing. It was full of tips and easy fixes, especially for the mistakes I was making. For all the years I have struggled to break my dogs bad or uncontrollable habits, this short video has enlightened me. No more frustration after I realized my errors, I adjusted my ways and we are all so pleased with the results. I feel closer to my dogs and we seem to communicate with each other better. I can not believe that after years of excessive barking as guest arrive or deliveries are made, I have dogs that behave so well. You really can teach old dogs new tricks.

It ACTUALLY works!
I've been trying to get my dog to stop barking when we have visitors forever (my stolen dog, she was my husband's until I came along lol) however he didn't mind the barking and never tried to discourage it unfortunately and I thought I would never be able to teach this 13 year old small yippee little ball of love that what she was doing was wrong until I saw this free workshop! OMG she doesn't bark now instead she goes and lays down on the couch (her dog bed is our couch) it works EVERY TIME! I wish I could afford to pay for the full course just from the free tips I can tell it would be money well spent I unfortunately just don't have it right now with a 3 year old daughter but when I do you can count me in 100%

Training for Success
Koko always tries to nibble at our shoe laces. We continue walking by her but she's keeps nipping sometimes tripping up the kids as K9 Training Institute try to walk away. We try to keep the kids walking but its difficult when she's on top of their laces. If they say off and keep walking Koko keeps trying to get at their laces. After a few days it seems she not as focused on the laces, but its' still pretty tough for the kids.
Our walking with a leash is much better. Now that I don't allow her to continue pulling me in the direction we are walking, but turning around and heading in the opposite direction. This is working better for us and it was reinforced when we went to the dog park and I saw other pet owners scolding their pet to heel and tugging the leash with no change in their pets behavior. Great start for us

Jumping up.
I have been using the technique for me and to give my dog a job when she jumps up. I move forward ignoring the jumping up and I just keeping trucking forward. I did this a few times while telling her to get to bed. She knows where the bed is and after two or three tries, she is very young, she found the bed, in other words, she did her job. Which was going to bed. I love the process of training owners to comprehend that dogs need to have "jobs" to do and that K9 Training Institute are happy having these jobs. That is new learning. As is not using the off or down command but instead plowing forward whilst telling the dog to get to bed, in my case. Excellent principles. And 10 mins per day consistently should bring about good behaviour. Thanks K9

Dog training tips
The information was sound and would prove invaluable for the first time dog owner.
I dont agree with training dog not to bark when people come to the door. This is after all one of a dog's jobs, to warn the owner of someone approaching. To guard the door of the house. If someone does approach your house with bad intent a barking dog can be a deterrent. Hence the saying 'You dont get a dog and bark yourself'.
The advice on 'Jumping up' is very good. Introducing dog owners to the idea that a dog needs work is excellent. I couldnt agree more with this. Seeing dogs lolling about on the furniture or causing havoc by galloping around the house is just asking for bad habits. Dogs need to learn Non negotiable commands. Like if you are lucky enough to be invited into the house you tuck yourself into a corner and lie quietly until told otherwise.
I never had the pulling on the leash problem as I have taught my dog to 'Get in behind' so she remaines behind me until released. After a while she did this automatically if something happened and waited for me to direct ie someone approached us or another dog appeared etc. But its good to have another option if I am forced to use a leash.
