DO NOT SHOP WITH THEM. FIRST IT TOOK OVER A MONTH TO GET MY ORDER. ONCE I GOT THE ORDER BEFORE TRYING IT ON I NOTICED IT HAD A HOLE IN IT. I EMAILED THE COMPANY AND KnowFashionStyle STATED SINCE THERE IN CHINA IT WOULD COST ME WAY MORE THAN I SPENT TO SEND IT BACK. THEY ADVISED ME THEY WOULD SEND ME A DISCOUNT & THEY SENT ME A 30 CENT DISCOUNT. WTF. DON'T I REPEAT DON'T ORDER FROM THEM ITS NOT WORTH IT THEN THE QUALITY OF THE OUTFIT IS CHEAP!

I ordered Jan it's the 2nd week in March and whoever the f*** BELLA is refusing to give me my refund " keep replying with " dear your order is on the way " which been on the way since February something, before even shipping the dress out I was asking for a refund and she wasn't even worrying and still not worrying about what the f**** I gotta say about my money. I've reached out to EVERY LAST one of these ppl KnowFashionStyle have listed as a contact and NOBODY is responding. Just know I'm never ordering here again. You people all full of sh**. And I still want my refund

So my order arrived after a month which I expected it to take a while. 2 of the items waaay to small, material is very cheesy. 1 of the items I liked most which is why I ordered was not in my package. I've been emailing Carla/Carl who has yet to respond but responded several times before my package arrived when I was questioning how long it was taking for pack to come. Myself along with other people work hard for our money, we saw the site, product was very appealing only to be treated like a non factor when we have an issue. Shame on this so called company. Very disappointed

Hi I wrote a prior review I want to add the company contacted me to ask how could KnowFashionStyle help I said it had been over 7 weeks where is my merchandise they replied please be patient your order has been sent they sent me a tracking number that is invalid pleas pleas don't buy from this China fraud

I will never do business with know fashion style again. I placed my order on 3/13/21. It was supposed to be delivered in 7-10 days, which I paid 80$ for the shipping & that brought my total to 263$ & some change. Well, it's 4/26/21 & I still haven't received the order. Initially, I reached out to them after 3 weeks & KnowFashionStyle didn't respond. I reached out again last week, roughly a month after placing my order, & they finally responded telling me that my order was on the way. One day later they reached out to tell me that a dress that I ordered was out of stock & asking me to pick a replacement item. Then, the day after that I received a working tracking # that indicated my package was finally on its way. I've been tracking it every day for about a week now & it's still on its way to a ups ‍. I haven't even seen the products to speak on quality or fit and I'm not sure if I ever will unfortunately. And if I do, will I be able to wear them this year (all summer clothes). Anywho, just wanted to stop any trusting & unsuspecting shoppers this headache. I'm never doing business with them again! Back to Amazon I go! & my star rating is really a -10 But they force you to select at least 1 before posting your review!

I order 2 outfits at the beginning of April so that I can have them for my trip this coming weekend. On the 13th of April I sent a message trying to confirm if my items had been shipped and was informed KnowFashionStyle are still working on it. They have 2 items that are not ready. Since the 13th of April I have been messaging them everyday and had informed them that if they cannot guarantee that I have my items by the 22nd of April to cancel my order. Each time Davina comes with some $#*!ed up excuse about them sending me my stuff and avoiding the refund that I keep asking for. So I have 2 days left before the 22nd and come to fine out they still have not shipped out my items. But refuse to give me a refund telling me to give them a chance. Hell if you cannot guarantee that the clothes I paid for will be here by Thursday the 22nd of April then they need to give me my refund. DO NOT DEAL WITH THESE PEOPLE THEY PLAY TO MANY GAMES. IF I HADN'T MESSAGE THEM THEY PROBABLY WOULDN'T SEND ME MY STUFF FOR ANOTHER MONTH OR TWO. DO NOT FOOL WITH THESE PEOPLE!

KnowFashionStyle are a rip off
They will not send your items you will pay them and they will not even answer you on email or their text now number it seems like this is a fake company and they are not deciding to send peoples items do not give them your money they will rip you off do not give them your money they will rip you off

I bought 4 items. 2 were okay, the other 2 were stained why did I pay for stained items and waited almost 2 months for my items. I am a Band manager and my appearance is very important to me. I have to look right presentable. I'm upset that I paid money and got the quality of clothing that I got. Just shut down your site.

I ordered two outfits the same day feb 4 and paid extra to get them and still yet to receive them I will never shop here again him telling all my Facebook friends to never use the website and yall can shove that 70 dollars up y'all ass my $#*! was suppose to be here feb 12 I still ain't got my $#*! so yeah never shop here

I am a bit disappointed to know that I purchased an order but was double charged. When I continuously requested a refund, I received no feedback. I have decided to contact PayPal because KnowFashionStyle are the company that facilitated my payment. It is sad so many people refuse to be honest and just until I have decided if it is not the reputable previous companies I have ordered from I refuse to be mistreated and extorted out of funds. It took the payment then turned around and charged me foe shipping and the purchase of the order again. I was charged $59.97 twice plus a $30+ shipping fee which I was not aware of prior to initial purchase. Unfair unjust as I was double charged

I purchased pink butterfly flare pants that I was looking forward to wearing. KnowFashionStyle were on my wishlist for a while and happily purchased them over a week ago. But I never received my order and the "tracking number" they sent me never worked because they felt like it was professional to send fake tracking information. I am a bit upset and was looking forward to wearing these gorgeous pants but there are plenty of online fashion sites that scam you and knowfashionstyle is one of them. Never buying from them again, goodbye...

I ordered on May 3rd this is the 26th very frustrated with the customer service the tracking sucks by the time I receive my stuff it will be June I have no problem when I order from Lovely Wholesale, Fashion Nova, or Chic Me I usually get my stuff within 2 weeks time this company is going to loose business Big Time if KnowFashionStyle don't step up to the plate SO SAD

The website looks exciting but once you purchase and receive the product it's very cheap material. Fits very small. I requested a large items fit for a medium. For returning KnowFashionStyle will give you the run around they will try and talk you out of returning and not get back with you regarding.

May 24th I purchased three products from no fashion style I paid expedited shipping which is 2 to 6 days of course it says because of covid KnowFashionStyle may delay but you not advertise expedited shipping or faster shipping when you cannot deliver I paid $51 in expedited shipping my total came up to $97 I didn't receive my item until June 4th 2021 today I received it opened and one outfit inside I am still waiting on two other outfits or a refund which I asked for a refund for my expedited shipping that I did not receive which should have been $25 but they just kept responding on WhatsApp saying just be patient just be patient and not trying to give me a refund

I ordered 5 items, and paid $26 for standard shipping, which should have taken 6-10 days. A month later, I finally received a response to my many emails asking why my order has not arrived, and I was informed me order has not even been processed yet, let alone shipped! After THREE requests over ANOTHER NINE DAYS for my money to be refunded and my order to be cancelled, every response informed me that my order would shipped very soon. After a FOURTH request to have my money back BEFORE my items were even shipped, I received another email stating my items were finally shipped and to WAIT PATIENTLY FOR THEM TO ARRIVE! Their lack of professionalism was so unbelievable, it could only be a scam. I STILL HAVE NOT RECEIVED MY ITEMS OR MY REFUND! DO NOT ORDER FROM THEM "COMPANY"!

KnowFashionStyle said it would take seven days for my order to get to me and that I would receive a tracking number as soon as my order gets shipped out. Its been three days since I've ordered and they still haven't sent me a tracking number because they still haven't sent out my order. I've been scam

Waited almost 2 months after being told 3-5 days that my items would ship. Only to get the two piece outfit that looks a pair leggings bought from Walmart and cut up. Shirt was not like shown in picture. Outfit was suppose to have been a high waisted purple jean outfit! Just throw the whole outfit out smh. Never again will I order from this site. Scammers for sure. Do Not waste your time or money guys.

I placed my order back in February and received confirmation that it was delivered on 4162021 to my mailbox there is nothing there I'm not sure it was delivered to and the post office can't track their tracking number so I'm just going to ask my bank to refund my money what a waste of time and the shipping was $71 I only put one star because you can't submit with out it
