It has been okay. I don't normally do online purchasing so please excuse my lack of exuberant enthusiasm. Actually it's been good once I found what I was; looking for.

Found exactly what I needed for my new puppy to keep him safe and to assist with potty training avoiding most messes whilst he trains.

The door fits perfect in our balcony door. I tried the one from Bunnings before and theirs have a really big step at the bottom. Our dog has short legs but wide body, so it was too hard for her to step over that without having her belly scratched. But the La Luna door is thin and low from the ground to the actual window hole and it's perfect. However, the window itself is too big, we needed it to be more like a square (short and wide dog). Although we got the safety bar, it does feel a little unsafe of a night time as a person can go through the hole.

The process was quite good, from making the initial enquiry, to talking to people over the phone to work out the best product, to organising the measure and the installation times.
The only negative part of the experience was the final installation of the new glass window. The installers initially told us that La Luna Pet Care would match the existing safety decals on the original window, only to then later say that they wouldn't be putting any safety decals on at all.
I understand that this may be out of La Luna's control, as the installer is (I believe) a third party, but it just put a little bit of a dampener on the end result.
In terms of the door itself, it is an excellent product. The dog only took a day or two get comfortable with it, and it has made the world of difference in letting her come and go as she pleases.
During strong winds, the flap does tend to blow inwards and remain a little bit ajar letting in a draft, but I have attached a little strip of fabric to the door to mostly prevent this.

Website offered free delivery but staff argued that free delivery was not available
It was resolved when I showed where the free delivery was advertised

It took a bit of convincing , but it worked out in the end

I think it is a bit dodgy to only list the postage at the end of the process when payment is about to be made.

Also, surely you can cover postage when someone is paying in excess of $300?

Easy to use but unfortunately the only option you have getting it shipped from sunshine coast if you don't live near there, especially if you live in Melbourne where La Luna Pet Care have a sister center near Melbourne Vic

I ordered a medium pet door with an extension piece. The door is built very well, nice a sturdy even with the extension piece on. The finish of the paint is matte for my black door and shows no sign of chipping any time soon. Great product

I spoke with a very helpful young man (Liam) over the phone who provided me with excellent information and answered all my questions happily. I went straight to the website and ordered!

Terrible product, design over function. Large gap even when closed so draughty. 'Lock' dials so loose that won't stay in any position. Didn't even install it. Also not slim enough for our sliding doors, which is the main reason we purchased.

Purchased a patio pet door, it was easy to find the exact one I wanted. It arrived well packaged to ensure ease of installation and protection of the door itself. High quality material used for the door and the extras that you may need to ensure your door fits well. I would certainly recommend La Luna for their wonderful care and expedient delivery of a excellent product.

The lock mechanism has made our La Luna dog door really secure. It was relatively simple to install and the you tube video helped. It has made a huge difference with our dog able to go outside without disturbing the family.

The door doesn't fit cause the top part has been added on top of it, which makes it too thick to fit in the patio door. When looking this up, it's a common issue for which LaLuna is getting criticized for. Their solution... Cut the piece yourself and void your warranty! This is unacceptable and very unprofessional. Very disappointed. Do not recommend.

Online shopping through mobile is hard due to all the pop ups being right where you need to click when checking out. Diverts away from page.

Simple process and quick reply to my questions. Easy to order my cat door and it was quickly delivered. Definitely recommend.

We are so happy with our pet door. We discovered on delivery that our sliding door was not standard size. (Smaller) without the extension was too loose, in at the minimum too high. We just took the extension bar and bracket out and perfect fit. Easy installation and great service

This is exactly what I wanted. Easy to find on the net. Easy to navigate site. Videos were useful to fully understand installation and locking options.
