It is my first ever review, just because of the incredible experience and the happiness I felt, I am writing this. Firstly, I want to let you know that I am not much into online shopping; I believe in shopping at the outlet stores after complete satisfaction. One of my friends recommended me to shop from Lashkaraa, as I was thinking to buy a new floor length Anarkali for my sister's wedding. Firstly, a big thank you to Lashkaraa team for their extreme dedication towards work and customer satisfaction. I was surprised and amazed after seeing the outfit that was delivered before the given date. I was, even more, surprised after looking at excellent couture and the premium quality of the dress. Thank you Lashkaraa for everything. Now, I will be following Lashkaraa for new updates and offers. Thank you!

I ordered from Lashkaraa for my wedding. Due to the COVID-19 pandemic, we decided to initially postpone our May wedding but then decided to just have an intimate ceremony at home last month - all of which we planned in less than 4 weeks. Many of the local boutiques in my area are still shut and the ones which were open were really over charging us for outdated designs. I reached out to Lashkaraa and confirmed with them if Lashkaraa could expedite me an outfit within 3 weeks prior to me placing the order. Surprisingly, the order came to me within just 10 days. The quality and craftsmanship indeed surpassed what I would find at local boutiques in the my area (Surrey, BC) for the price. Needless to say, I am a happy customer and indeed will be shopping again with Lashkaraa!

I placed two orders with them back to back in one week, when I received the first order it was nothing like the picture that I saw on their website, it was a low quality material ugly dress and also it was way too big. I had the first order custom size, but the measurements was way off. When I tried to contact them and told them that I can't wear this dress it's way off my size, Lashkaraa said sorry you can't return or exchange that because it was custom measures.
I tried to cancel my 2nd order with them after seeing the first order. They said already been shipped. When I got the second order this was same story it was not as I pictured the only thing I didn't do custom measures on 2nd order so I contacted them and was told to send it back to us but you won't get full refund on it, I was like at least I will get some of my money back. I paid 40 dollars to USPS to ship it to India, now it has been 3 months and I keep emailing them to see if they will give me my refund they keep saying we haven't received your package yet. Such a lie USPS told me that it was shipped to India. I heard from others too that their return got lost to lashkaraa so once you return your outfit back to them it will get lost in the transit according to Lashkaraa. Such a liers. People living in USA please stay away from Lashkaraa they are scam and unprofessional. They will Steal your money. I lost 400 dollars on them.

Reliability on purchasing desi products online for a reasonable price while living anywhere outside of India is a nightmare. Lashkara seems to keep those nightmares at bay. The collection is beautiful, and their effort to keep the collection limited and focused on craftsmanship instead of mass producing and compromising on quality is very much appreciated as a customer. I also like that the models in the pictures show imperfections. Meaning I can visually inspect the real expected fitting! I do not feel misled and therefore seem to have all the information before I make a decision. I also know what not to expect before hitting the purchase button. Their Instagram page is also very well maintained and makes me extremely comfortable as a buyer. Only thing I would recommend is more collaborations with some customers who would be comfortable sharing pictures of themselves on their official insta page. Kaur beauty's YouTube page also helped me, so I would like more collars like that.

Unfortunately there is no option to give 0 stars. I order an item online to be custom stitched. Intact my only reason to order was that I had seen the garment worn my a public icon and it had looked amazing. However when my item arrived which took ages to even arrive, it was in an awful condition, Extremely poor quality with numerous defect and it had not matched all the measurements or specification provided. Lashkaraa created a big hassle for me to get a replacement, I have to return the item at my own cost from the uk. Luckily I paid for a premium service for tracking and signing on delivery in India. Anyway no one had accepted the item at lashkaraa and delivery was attempted twice. Now they are in discussions with India postal services and I seem to have not been offered my replacement or my money back. This has all been going on for over 6 months now and I have never seen such diabolical service or quality of goods. I feel they have ripped me off and so I will be taking legal action against this company.

There customer service are great but Lashkaraa don't give correct information. Everyone giving different information. I have been order three dresses from them, was wishing to get before Eid. They have said it will be arrive by 15 days. Once it's 19 day I called them there is customer service representative name Provin, he said they shipped 2 dress among 3 dress bcz its out of stock. Once u don't have in your stock how come I been paid for that dress. I also email them and paid 15 dollar for stitch. So I asked them to get my refund back since I will not get one dress before Eid. Next day I called them again to know abt refund there another guy pic up phone name Animesh said they will send my outfit before Eid and it's in the stock. I asked them to if I can speak to supervisor they said he is not in the store. Now again I call ed, someone else pick up my phone name Omesh, he said the order is cancelled and they will give my money back by 5 to 6 days. I hope they will return my fund.

I had ordered clothes for Eid two months in advance. Lashkaraa had an issue with processing my credit card so they canceled the order without any notification. When I asked them what happened, they said there was an issue with the payment and that I would have to resubmit my order. I had checked my credit card and saw that they charged me and then refunded me. Had I not checked my card statement, I never would have known anything was wrong. I then re-ordered my clothes still within the time frame of the "Eid promise" and two days before Eid, they sent me an email saying that they couldn't get my clothes finished in time. I had chatted with them on three occasions and each time they had assured me I would get my clothes on time. They are terrible with customer service. The quality is also terrible! DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY!

I got many compliments on the stylish anarkali a got from LashKaraa. My order came quickly, I believe within a week or two. The quality and detail is good and the price is fair. My anarkali came just as the picture showed, thought particular green color that I got showed up dark in some photos.

Will definitely put another order in with them. Also worth mentioning is online support is great. The representative helped me find what I was looking for with no problem. I told her what I was looking for and my budget and she was very helpful.

I placed an order 10/1/21 and I spoke to an agent expressing how urgently I needed the suit for a WEDDING in my family. I had an outfit disaster so I needed a replacement last minute. I was assured it would arrive on time and that it would be priority and that gave me relief. The NEXT day i got an email stating my outfit was put on hold, due to a stitching fee not paid for, and to send money via paypal. I of course felt it was a scam or fraud. I have never had this experience as my family orders from lashkaraa many times in the past. I have been stressed out of my mind ever since the delay, I understand these ship from india and take 7-10 days but had i not ben told originally it would arrive in time I would have known to not order, since it would not arrive in time for the wedding. I have been stressed ever since I ordered my suit, I fly out tomorrow night, and outfit is possibly going to be delivered tomorrow but anything can happen, so I have to wear something I had no desire of wearing but I have no other option as I have no other choice. Please understand the urgency and emergencies customers have, Back to the paypal fee of stitching- I do not believe i was not charged for it as I would not have been able to place my order had i not paid for it. Again, never had this experience with Lashkaraa or other clothing sites It seems very fraudulent to ask for more money after the fact it was placed. Had my payment not been paid in full, I would have my transaction canceled or incomplete. If this is an error on Lashkaraa's part, its clearly not my fault and thus I should not have had all this trouble and hassle. I had High expectations, this outfit would have been perfect for the occasion and I was looking forward to wearing it and now I will not receive it in time. I asked to cancel my order once I received that hold email many times, and even asked for return label as it will not arrive in time so I have no reason to order this suit otherwise. No one is contacting me to resolve my issue I feel ignored and not heard.

I bought this dress back in july. I wanted some alterations on this dress. It took them forever to send the invoice so I could pay. I payed the invoice and sent screenshot and deleted the screenshots afterwards. After a week I received an email to send the screenshots so Lashkaraa could process my order. I contacted my credit card company and gave them the screenshots. Now it's October 1st and I still haven't received my order. The sender put the wrong address on the package he didn't mention my house number now it's stuck at a DHL facility. I have been calling them for a week now and still it's not delivered. Never buying from this site again. Worst experience of buying something online. Totally devastated. Bought the dress based on some Youtubers that reviewed their products.
I don't know how the actual product is. When I receive it I will leave a review. If I ever receive it.
DO NOT BUY, PAY YOUR FRIEND OR FAMILY MEMBER BACK HOME TO SEND YOU DRESSES.

Ordered a custom suit in August and 2 months later still no response, when I checked with them Lashkaraa said they were waiting for measurements. Why wait? They could have followed up if they thought they dint get it. Once I responded that I had already given and paid extra also they said oh ya we have it and sent a dress which were not my measurements at all. Pants were really loose. Website said light blue, the color i got was mauve, pinkish shade. They were very defensive and did not address any of these made me send proof that measurements are wrong after I sent, no more response. I cannot alter it myself too cause of the zip on the side. Waste of time and money. Pictures on their website are really good but not at all worth it. Worst customer service.

LashKaraa IS BY FAR THE WORSTTTTTTTTTTTTTTTTTTTTTTTTTTTTTTTTTT online shopping "store". Omg these people will make you pay extra for shipping and will ship you LATE until you call them multiple times. I finally got my piece and its DIFFERENT from what I ordered. When I went to return from Canada its $165 to return. Meanwhile I paid 205$ for the outfit! Their saying im responsible for the return where almost every other company provides return labels! Lashkaraa clearly know they will be getting a lot of returns back thus they have made this rule. HOW on earth does it make sense that I pay $165 dollars for a return of $205? When I call they say EMAIL when I email to speak to owner or manager they say call our toll free! ITS A JOKE. Alsoo! They ask us to ship back to India! EVEN though the confirmation emails for shipping were from CHINA!

I ordered two salwar suits for myself and my sister. Mine arrived 3 days before eid and my sisters still hasnt arrived. Before ordering my sisters one, I asked the customer service if Lashkaraa would be able to ship before eid since under the picture it said 3-4 weeks dispatch time. Not only did they take 3 days to reply, they lied. Said it would arrive before eid since its Eid Promise.

I emailed them about this and they said they will NOT be able to deliver before eid and that as a compensation they will give me store credit. But if I cancel the order, I get NO store credit. Really disappointed with their service as they take the word promise so lightly. Please go to other websites such as Cbazaar and utsav fashion where youll get same clothes with better, honest service.

I have been ordering clothes from online for about 10 years and this was the first time I ordered from this site. I probably ordered from every Indian online clothing sites and this was the one of them that I wish I did not order from. First of all, I signed up because you get 10% off when you sign up and can use it on your first order. I signed up, placed an order and the code was not working. I emailed them saying the code was not working and I received a reply from them 4 days later saying the code will not work when there is a sale going on, why didn't you say that before customers place the order? Second, Lashkaraa charged me $77 more than other site for the two anarkalis. I emailed them and chatted with them on their site and also sent them the website address saying they are cheaper and can Lashkaraa price match, they said no because they provide "best quality products". I received the anarkalis, the quality of the fabric was so cheap! The design was different than the actual picture that was on their site, the sleeves were so big that two people could fit into them. I sent them pictures of the actual item I received the picture of the item they posted on their site, told them that they do not look same and the quality of the fabric was bad. I received a reply saying "We have sold many outfits of this design and we have not received any complains yet. This is the maximum we can provide you with i. E., $15 back to the card or $20 store credit you can use store credit for your next purchase. If interested, please write back to us"., These people are total crooks and they give false information to their customers. Would never order from them again and I would NEVER recommend them either. I told them $15 is not enough and have not heard back from them yet.

Lashkaraa have horrible customer service. The time frames provided are not followed. They state on their website the ship time is 4-5 weeks. I ordered 9/21/2020 and it is now 10/28 and they still havent given me any updates. A few weeks after I placed my order I contacts customer service to see what the status was. At this point they replied back to me giving me suggestions for my custom measurements. FOR WEEKS they did not reach out to me and my order was just ignored. And i doubt they wouldve reached out if I hadnt, at least not any time soon. I gave them updated measurments and they still have yet to give me any updates. I wont be able to wear this outfit for the wedding this weekend. They are really not a good website to order from. I wouldnt even be able to tell you how the quality of the clothes is because i doubt I will receive this product any time soon.

Lashkaraa carries some great collections with celebrities such as Priyanka Chopra, Shraddha Kapoor and more. I ordered the Priyanka Blush Nude Anarkali (great quality!) and the Shraddha Black Frill Anarkali. Quality for both the items is good. I had ordered the items with my measurements. I had initially submitted the incorrect measurement (I had put the bust for 22 inch round) but Ak$#*! from Lashkaraa mailed me and informed me my measurement was incorrect. Ladies, if you are giving your own measurement; make sure you absolutely know how to measure yourself or have someone else measure you for a custom order! Lashkaraa will stitch the suit only to the measurements you provide for custom orders and if anything is wrong with the measurements you provide, that's not their fault! For this reason, they only accept returns for standard stitched items and custom stitched items are not returnable. I will definitely be ordering again and recommending to all my gals!

I absolutely love my lengha, this was my first time ordering from Lashkara and I was a bit nervous but once I saw the lengha I was amazed. The stitching is nicely done, very clean. One thing I would change about this langa is the choli design. The embroidery that start from then neck and goes down the middle of choli is not my favorite, since the lengha is so elegant the choli is a bit too much. My suggestion would be to leave the embroidery on the neck but get rid of the embroidery going down the middle of the choli. Other than the choli the whole outfit is amazing. Another suggestion would be to put a better and more clear pictures of the outfit including a seperate picture of choli so customers can make requests for their liking. I will post a picture once I wear the whole outfit and will definitely tag lashkara on Instagram. Thank you so much for this wonderful outfit.

Do not order from this company Lashkaraa make false promises which they know they cannot achieve. They promised me I would have my eid outfit on time knowing that I wouldn't. Four days before EiD they let me know that one of the fabric materials I ordered came in defective and my other outfit had not even been sewn yet. They let me know that my outfits had been shipped on the day of eid as if they were going to be some use to me then. Parveen from customer service kept giving me the runaround making me feel like my clothes are going to arrive on time but the end story is I had no clothes on eid thanks to this unprofessional company. I told him no need to ship the clothes and to give me a full refund at least they got that part right.

Lashkaraa does genuinely try their best. I have a total of 9 outfits from them, 3 anarkalis, 3 salwar suits, 2 lehengas [1 on the way], and 2 sarees. The quality does genuinely look like what they're selling, and not once have I been unpleasantly surprised by what I've received in the mail.
I have run into issues with the timing- do not place your order with them according to the timing on the website, Lashkaraa WILL send it late. None of my orders have ever been on time, but being aware of this i order my items well in advance for when I need them [[ordered my Eid lehenga in February just so that I don't stress]. So simply out of timing alone, I will not give them 5 stars. But the quality is gorgeous and very definitely good for your money.
Any time I have had to contact them about a late order, the people I've communicated with were very polite and understanding.

I don't know how these ppl are still in business Lashkaraa are so ridiculous! There website states they'll make "custom size clothing" but in actually they won't! My sister and I were going order 10 outfits from them for a wedding. It actually took my 2 weeks to reach someone before there website says "custom size" but only goes up to size XL so after a back and forth with 2 reps I was finally okayed by them to send the sizes, and designs. After all that the custom sizes department took a week and half to get back to only to say these custom sizes will take 60 days to make! 60 DAYS! WTH! In actuality they just didn't want to make to because my sister and I are plus size! Don't waste your time on these ppl! They are not worth it!
