The change over is a scam
Been doing surveys with "mysurvey" for years. Did ok with being paid. Then LifePoints changed over to life points. They sent emails saying they are almost done, your points are safe, etc etc. kept trying to log in... error message kept saying " opps something went wrong on our end. Sent 4 of their contacts forms in, rec confermations on those being recieved. I then get a e-mail for doing a "telco update" which I have also done for years. So I never got a response in return untill 2 days ago. All 4 from zen desk saying I was eliminated from panel cause I was speeding through surveys... which if that were true would have come up years ago while doing a survey. I have never even done a survey with life points after the change over. Even the zen desk help took months to tell me I speed through surveys. Does NOT make any sense. Im sure they just dont want to pay what they owe many people it seems.

Review of Lifepoints Panel
I have been a member of lifepoints for the past few months now. And I get several surveys a week, some I do not qualify for but unlike other survey sites, I do not spend a lot of time on the site before LifePoints tell me I'm not qualified. When I do not qualify, Lifepoints will still usually award me with 2 or 3 points just for trying. It's not a lot but they do add up after a while which is good. Most other survey sites don't do this.

Also whenever I've had an issue and have written to lifepoints, I have received a response within 48 hours with a resolution. So I'm very happy about that. They have very good customer service and I get a fair amount of surveys. I don't make a lot of money but I am able to get enough points for an Amazon gift card or some other gift card. And I get paid within a few days 3 to 5 days.

I highly recommend signing up for lifepoints!

My account was also deactivated
Wow, lots of people seem to be having the same problem. I've had emails back and forward with them for weeks. LifePoints keet insinuating that I lied on a survey/ my information was wrong. I kept on insiting I was honest and all of my information was correct and asking for answers.

Today I got a different email back THREATENING ME saying they're going to report me for fraud? On what grounds? They keep tip toeing around and not giving me any straight answers and now that?

I had been earning those points for weeks and I had only just got to the $10 dollar mark. I'm thinking they deactivated me so they wouldn't have to pay. I'm disgusted at the threat i got when I did NOTHING wrong.

Loved it, Now Hate It
Having been a member of many legit survey sites and by far this was 1 of my top 3.
And I've never left a negative review online about anything as I've been taught to keep your
Comments to yourself until asked.

However after so many wasted hours if not days in frustration with no help, first login issues and it didn't matter what Platform I was using, it took days for site to accept a password change. Then after that was
Done, then when I do login now I cannot even view the dashboard where I know there are surveys as well
As a purchase diary that I diligently filled in the entire month of April almost, but of the last 3 days of the
Month site all of a sudden won't allow me to access so I couldn't finish, which in turn would have earned me 1500 points. I keep getting emails that there are surveys but when I click through site won't open dashboard or surveys, but pop ups show up for me to answer quick polls.
I believe now what others have posted all over the internet that this site gives you many surveys to choose from but when it comes to the timeline of receiving points earned LifePoints screw you over so you can't access the dashboard to finish the full diary or surveys and you lose your points.
The help section is of no real help. So many issues posted for resolve suggests many are having similar problems. It's quite ridiculous actually. I've never seen such a help section on any site for that matter, clearly they need a new web designer. Lightspeed / Lifeloints has lost my respect.
The interesting thing is they actually wrote back cpl times to tell me same thing over again, which was to take my pop up blockers off and clear browser history. From what I could see it was a copy and paste email of solutions per say. But Why now? I've done all this and still no change!
I didn't do it before when I signed up for site and had full access without any issue for several months. Just all of a sudden this happens just as I'm too earn more points again. Had similar issues with a March diary but not this bad, it's clearly there end. New web designer needed perhaps? Btw live chat doesn't exist as no one is ever online, and neither does help desk, I think it's all automated as others have said as well.
Also nothing has been posted in the forum for over a month so perhaps this is another survey site on the verge of collapse as a few other have closed recently as well. Times are a changing!
There are more and more scams online that seem to be escalating, including old school once trusted survey sites such as lifepoints.

Took over MySurvey and they are horrible.
Well, I was a member of MySurvey for many years. Only survey site that actually paid once in awhile. But months ago we were all notified that LifePoints would be taking over and whoop dee doo how much better it will be. Yea NOT.

First I could not even get in. Sent many support tickets, finally one day LifePoints were all answered with the exact same message I'm sure they sent everyone, site issues have been resolved. Ok, I tried and sure enough, got in no problem.

Then I took a few surveys. A couple I managed to finish, but several were very long, one at 20+ pages of questions, only to get at the end of it "sorry you did not qualify."
Excuse me but 20 pages IS a survey.
I let it go. Figured at this point I'd cash in what points I could, get to the next minimum and cash out and leave. BUT...

Again I cannot get in. I get "disable your adblock." (Which I NEVER had to do with mysurvey.) So ok, I disabled every block, pop up block, adblock I have. Still cannot get in. They have a link to instructions for those who might not know how to disable adblock, I do so didn't need any help but just to see I took a look. Well their instruction page is dated 2016 and no longer applies to today's version of Firefox. I took screen shots of all my stuff disabled and their note, and their outdated help page and submitted a ticket.
Weeks later again. And again... replied to their auto reply saying they would get back to me as soon as possible... over and over and over I did this.
I get sometimes 20 survey invites a day clogging up my email and once sent in a feedback ticket suggesting one daily email would be fine. AND that until my support tickets are answered I'm not even trying. I just delete them. ANSWER THE TICKETS.
Nothing nothing nothing...

Additional info... as of Nov 2019

I kept hammering them with tickets and replying to the few they answered. They FINALLY fixed the site so I could get in. Only needed 80 points to cash in and get out. But not anymore. They upped the requirement to cash in by hundreds.
So ok, I'll do a few and get my min needed. And again, repetitive nonsense...
Enter your age, gender, zip code. Well the zip might change but my age and gender? WHY can't they enter my birth date and gender and pre screen surveys on their end? Too much time filling in the same info over and over and over.
THEN... as has happened so often, I get through a survey. Some 12 or more pages about phones, or shopping habits, on and on and most of the time get to a "sorry you were screened out" note.
Well I FINALLY got my last 5.00 pay out. Way too much wasted time for 5 bucks. But I got it and DID finally cut myself loose from these crooks.

People seriously, don't waste your time with this. Picking up cans would pay better than this.

Thought I was applying for a job turns out it was a scam to get personal info
I tried applying for a job on monster.com and it was to be a work from home data entry job. Turns out it sent me to this website with another name. Next thing I know my email and personal information was given to this place. This place is a scam trying to get personal information. I tried contacting them several times to delete the personal information but had no luck. Thank god I never gave them my personal phone number.

Thank you for your reply owner, but for the past three months immediately after I filed a submission for a job application for online data entry my phone started getting spammed with foreign telemarketers spamming my phone. My voice mail kept filling up with 30-40 second voice mails. I thought it was illegal to leave a voice mail for a telemarketer? I'm frustrated because your company sold my personal info and my phone is being filled up with this annoyance. If you can remove my number from your system I'll reconsider this review.

SCAMMERS who will ban your account when you request withdrawal - STAY AWAY FROM THIS PANEL
Avoid this panel like a plague and you can thank me later. Lifepoints panel is the worst survey company out there. You will complete their surveys and accumulate enough points to withdraw the amount. And when you request you account will be banned. When you will question that LifePoints will state you violated terms and conditions. When you ask them about the specifics they state they are not liable to tell that. This is atrocious behaviour. They intentionally ban you so that you cannot withdraw amounts. And they do not care as their fake positive review imposters will lure in more innocent people to be part of the deceitful system. Also, when I registered my mobile number with them I started receiving so many scam calls on my number. Luckily, it was only a pay as you go phone. My recommendation is to STAY AWAY FROM THIS PANEL AT ALL COSTS! Save your precious time, energy and resources and join other survey sites.

Points Rarely Awarded As Promised
Like others here have stated, you'll work on a survey for 15-20 minutes--sometimes more!--and you'll "screen out," which means you're not the demographic they're looking for and the survey abruptly ends. It should NOT take that long. I have also spent as much as an *hour* on a survey only to get to the last screen and get an error message. I've lodged complaints three times, but no one ever replies or awards the missing points. LifePoints have a consolation prize called "sweeps entries" that they give you instead of points if you screen out, but sweeps entries do not add up to anything as far as I can tell. I can't even find out on the website what they are and/or how often these "sweepstakes" take place. If you find yourself stuck in one place all day--you're a receptionist, say--and need something to occupy yourself, you may want to try your hand at this. But by all means don't spend valuable time if you could be doing something productive.

ONE OF THE BETTER SURVEY SITES
I was subscribed to both My Survey and Global Test Market in the past and my outstanding points were transferred to Lifepoints in February 2019. Everything was correct and I didn't lose anything in the handover.

I always cash out when I get to the lowest redeem point and since February have done this 20 times, without any problems - always getting my Paypal amount within the time stated and sometimes a little quicker.

As with all survey sites, I do get screened out but I understand why this happens and it rarely upsets me to any great degree. The surveys are varied, and can also be very repetitive and boring. However, if you realise that it is a good way to earn a little spending money for a few minutes of your time and that you aren't going to make a living doing the surveys, you will be as happy as I am with Lifepoints.

I may bever get rid of them.
I signed up for mysurvey and then changed my mind and I may never get rid of them. Weeks ago I signed up for mysurvey but wised up and got out before doing one survey. Once I found out about the legitimacy of this company, I immediately tried to OPT out and cancel even though I'm not completely registered according to them. I finally got to a page for customer service that asked me "what can we help you with?" I thought finally. I told them I do not want to be a member anymore any stop sending me your stupid surveys (7)to (10) times a day & submitted it. Not only did I not get a response but within (15) minutes I received (2) more surveys. That's(4) surveys I received already before 11am today. I had them going to my Spam box anyway.
Keep in mind, when I did try to log in my account for the sole purpose of unsubscribing, I am directed to finish registering with mysurvey.com If I'm not registered, why are you sending me 7 to 10 surveys a day. I'm just going to wait it out, eventually LifePoints will stop.

Huge scam, personal details taken then they block you from your account.
I recently joined my survey with promises of rewards given for each survey taken. I spent 2 hours joining up with all personal details, filled out many lifestyle surveys (unrewarded) which afterwards I awaited my next survey to complete to start receiving rewards. The next day I was blocked from my account and could not access anything. When I contacted them to see what the problem was I was sent an automated email again and again saying:
'Our system recognised a problem with your account information and for this reason it is no longer active. This is due to the data provided by you in the registration process not being in line with our panel membership terms and conditions. We are afraid that, according to our privacy policy, we cannot disclose any further information about our operational procedures'

I again contacted My Survey another way and was given no explanation or help whatsoever and have not heard back. This is obviously a huge scam to collect personal information, I'm disgusted this site is allowed to exist.

Conmen - do not join
Well I joined mysurvey recently through my desktop. Surveys seemed ok but there wasnt an awful lot of them and it wasnt clear when you had been filtered out of a survey (which was usually after you had spent a fair bit of time on one) and I seem to think there was at least one survey that I completed but was not credited for. LifePoints emailed me to say I had won a fiver in the sweepstake but it was not credited to my account. So I emailed them saying it had not been credited. No reply. Then I noticed I stopped receiving any new "survey available" emails and a week or two after that I noticed that I could no longer log into my account. They seem to have closed my account without explanation. I have done a number of surveys and my account was closed before I had enough points to cash in so I have received absolutely nothing for my time. Also their android app is useless. I say avoid these fly by night con men.

Just downgraded my recommendation
I joined this site in 2003, and would not recommend it as a survey site. LifePoints have revamped the site since then, making it run smoothly. You're not bombarded with any ads, but depending on your time and preferences, you may be bombarded with more surveys than you can handle. Over the years I've only had time to accumulate enough points for about $200, cashed in $100 through PayPal, and was satisfied with the redemption turnaround time.

I just downgraded my rating & rescinded a recommendation. After being a long-time member, I would take occasional surveys, but even though I logged in occasionally, by not doing any surveys and with almost another $100 on the line, they cancelled my membership. No warning, no reply to emails sent, and the reason was because I had not been active. To me, this is BS.

Other sites did not cancel if I had not logged in for years. To me, this seems to be a tactic to elude paying out after an extended period of inactivity, which appears to not only diminish their website value but an ineptitude in returning loyalty to long-time customers.

Definitely a scam website
I have been with this site about 4 years earned quite a bit but after a while LifePoints terminate your account without warning taking your points with them. I contacted them and they told me I had requested to unsubscribe, I replied telling them that had had done no such thing and asked them why would I unsubscribe when I had £20 worth of points to redeem, but they did not reply. I re-registered 12 months later as someone sent me a link for the site, I used my new email address and was taking surveys with them for about 3 years and then my account was deleted again when I was nearing payout. I emailed them, they say the reason was something to do with my profile. I asked them for more info and they told me my profile info was incorrect and there system automatically deletes accounts if it finds discrepancies. There was no discrepancies in my profile I can assure you. The info required on profile is name, home address, email etc and it was kept up to date. All I can say is that they a deliberately deleting accounts to avoid payout and when questioned about it they act dumb and try to say that we have requested to unsubscribe or there are dependencies on profile all of which are untrue. Do not trust this site, it is a scam they have you giving up your time taking surveys and when you reach the payout amount you want they terminate your account without notice, and refuse to reactivate it, they are frauds

Were good, but communication lost on new site-REVIEW UPDATED BELOW
I had been with Global Testmarket and My Survey for over 10 years when LifePoints merged into Lightspeed. It started off great, but then the bugs came in and the communication was "Oh well, you just ca['t do that survey" when there was a problem, going as far as to say it was my computer when I had already completed appx 3 that day! I kept writing bak, wanting a real answer, so they kicked me off the site saying I had lied on a Survey. I was advised via a form email and when I asked them to elaborate, as I'm always truthful in Surveys, they refused to even answer me ad I lost appx $20 in earnings. Good if they like you!
================================================================================... /> UPDATE

I had replied to the email asking if they could elaborate, as I am always honest and answer to the best of my abilities. I never received an email back, but today I DID get an email invitation and I am back on the site. So Thank you Lifepoints for not just writing it off and actually looking at it

Not sure why the hype...
I joined this site expecting the same positive results that other members were raving about---quick, orderly payouts, adequate surveys, helpful customer support----but boy, was I very misled. The first time I signed up I got plenty of survey emails... yet not of them I was qualified for. Before long, I had 300 sweepstakes points racked up and ZERO survey points. LifePoints don't even compensate you for your time wasted. So, puzzled, I looked at online critics who shared my experience, and one of them confirmed my late suspicion that referral reward points are the only way to go---you need to refer friends to the site to even get a considerable amount. Needless to say, I quickly unsubscribed.

Now, I don't know exactly what to make of the site. In every article, it boasts #1 as the most trusted survey site and the most positive reviews elsewhere. I mistakenly jumped on the bandwagon a second time, and applied to join using a different email. My results this time shifted a little----I have a little under 300 sweepstakes points and a measly 5 points for a survey I didn't even qualify for. But since then, Mysurvey has since felt like MyGrowingImpatienceToQualifyForSaidSurvey,

I think my experiences are shared by many here on ReviewFeeders. But I am happy for anyone whose luck hasn't dried up. I will continue to use this site, even if I barely scrape the points I need (1015 left to go to cash out)

Poor
My account was inactivated. Oddly enough, I received an email to take a survey. I tried to retrieve a lost password thinking if I changed it, it would reactivate. Nope, no such email in their records. That makes no sense. I wrote several times, even found a phone number and left a voicemail. I have been ignored. I have earned points and took time to do the surveys. I have no idea why my account was inactivated and feel like LifePoints stole the points (translates into money in the form of cards to amazon, cvs, etc) from me. I would not feel this way if they even bothered to respond. I have no choice but to file with the BBB.

Poor company with no procedures in place to inform members of what's going on with their accounts.

Complete scam
I joined Lifepoints about a month ago LifePoints sent me a ton of surveys I thought ok this is a great way of making some extra money I did all the survey's I qualified for and brought my balance up to get a $40 Egift card submitted in for it over 2 weeks later still waiting for this so I tried to login to see what the problem was I can't login my membership keeps saying not available I sent them a Email to ask why I keep getting this message and why they haven't gave me my Egift card but they haven't replied total scams I put all my time into the survey's for nothing I wish I had of seen these reviews before I wish I had never jouned

DO NOT sign up with this company
DO NOT sign up with this company. LifePoints lie about the time it takes to complete the surveys, usually about DOUBLE the time! Some seem like they will never end! They ask you a series of questions and you think your taking the survey due to the amount of time spent, the it just suddenly ends for no reason and your given a lousy 1 point for some sweepstake drawing that won't occur for months and obviously has thousands of entrants into it and doles out about 8 small prizes! Seriously. I've spent 2 hours doing surveys only to never receive credit for my time and no valid response when contacting them. One survey prompted me to allow them webcam use of me while watching an ad. I select NO, then it takes me to another page again encouraging me to select the webcam option and offering 250 bonus points for doing this. I hesitantly elect to do it, as I want to get to a reward level asap so I can stop be done. Of course, they lied and failed to credit me the 250 bonus points! No response when I asked where my promised points were. This company is awful, they are using people and lying. I plan to report them to the BBB. If you want to waste your time, then sure join, otherwise RUN!

Lifepointspanel Has cheated the money twice
Lifepointspanel I've cheated my money twice. First, collect 200 reward points, get closed, and ask to re-apply When applying for a new one, accumulating points completely Exchange money, closed account Makes known that the company lifepointspanel Cheating member The system looks like this

Apply for membership ---> Wait for members to complete the questionnaire according to the redemption amount ----> Disable ---> Profit is not required to pay

And claimed that the members are suspicious And not giving evidence of cheating There is no way of knowing what members are doing wrong, as if you were able to close your account at any time. And of course the company hopes to profit Must close the account when completing the questionnaire

Suggest not to cheat because definitely
