LITTLE PLAYLAND. I bought a JAYSUING INVISIBLE WATERPROOF AGENT sealant based on a deceptive photo of them. Paid $ 11.95 plus $ 5.99 shipping. I got a 30ml bottle, nail polish size. Going to Amazon I found the same product for around 3 Euros. I asked for a refund for misleading advertising, on several occasions, but LITTLE PLAYLAND has always refused any refund or integration. NEVER BUY FROM THIS COMPANY

Don't buy from this company. Littleplayland sell cheap fakes instead of the actual product, making them unsafe for children/babies. Even though their website claims to have a 30 Day Guarantee, 100% Satisfaction Guarantee, Little Playland are lying. They refuse to refund me a purchase for a fake, unsafe product. Avoid them like the plague!

I'm not a fan of online shopping before. So I tried to order from Littleplayland and I must admit that the prices of the product here are quite affordable than others. Little Playland bring justice to my money and it also have good customer service for inquiries. I'm so satisfied. Thank you.

I think your company is a scam orderd a bra 3 month ago never received it yet my credit card was charged for it when i disputed the charge your respond that it was sent but i never received the item and still you wont credit my account or send me the bra.

Little Playland promote that this product dries wet hair, when wrapped in the hair towel. This product does not do this at all. Hair is still completely wet, when wrapped in the towel for the recommended amount of time, or even longer. It is a cheap, poorly made towel, that does not do what it is advertised to do. DO NOT buy this product, and DO NOT buy from this company. They are lying thieves, praying on innocent people to believe their false advertising. If this product is poor, over priced, bad quality and does not work, that means everything else that they sell, must be too. To make it worse, after contacting them to complain, and request a refund, they did absolutely nothing to help me, and did not apologise for selling a product under false pretences. Be warned, stay away. I have also reported them to the relevant authorities, for false advertising.

I ordered an item for my grandson's Christmas in October. 12:7/20 I emailed to see when it would be delivered. Little Playland emailed me back and said it was sent out 11/6/20 and gave me a tracking number. I was never notified it was being sent out nor did I receive the item. The response I got was sorry check with your neighbors. I don't have neighbors and have had the address since 1992. I have ordered from many companies for business and personal and never had this happen. I guess they send out merchandise without insurance or notification. Just take the money and stick it to the customer. I have filed a complaint with the ups but I am sure that's a dead end. Out over $50.00

Absolutely terrible! It took almost 2 months to receive my order, which looks like it was shipped as a torn/open box item and was only packed in a plastic bag for shipping. Items were crushed and broken. I went back and forth with their customer support. I supplied them with every picture Little Playland asked for of the items, shipping label, packaging, etc. Eventually they said they would not refund or replace unless I MADE THEM A VIDEO that had to be a certain format. I'm not computer savvy enough to be making videos in particular formats. STAY AWAY FROM THEIR GARBAGE and terrible customer service! Ref Order #LPL107578

This company practices false and misleading advertising. The product I order was very slow in arriving and once it arrived was not at all what I ordered and worth much less than I ordered. After a back and forth with email with no satisfaction, I returned the product at my expense. I have not gotten any refund and do not expect to receive a refund. This company is a SCAM and a FRAUD. Do not buy anything from this company!

I haven't had any problems with my orders mostly because I always make sure to read the reviews so I know if the product is as advertised. Its best to spend a couple extra bucks on a product that has a lot of reviews and customer pictures than one that has the same product but no review at a lower price. Most cases its still cheaper than in store.

I've been dealing with this "business" regarding non delivery of "eyebrow" products ordered some time ago. Always an excuse and when I said I wanted to cancel, Little Playland responded that I could not cancel as the order had been processed. WHAT?
Don't fall for this scheme... I have contacted State of Florida, Department of Agriculture & Consumer Services and filed a complaint. I suggest everyone do the same!

I brought their laser hair removal device, but it doesnt work. Its a plastic toy that lights up and vibrates when you put pressure on the tip. It didnt warm up or anything, and it didnt remove a single hair. I followed heir instructions and everything, but its a piece of junk.

It's convenient and easy to shop. I love all the stuff on sale. Products are affordable and good quality. When it comes to customer support, Little Playland have good service assists your requests/concerns immediately. Overall experience is good. Good job.

Do not buy any products from this company. It is a scam. You wait 4-5 weeks for a delivery and then it never arrives from China! I would never have ordered anything from them if I knew how Little Playland conduct or don't conduct business. Be aware!

STILL WAITING AFTER 60 DAYS! I order on May 6th and still have not received my order 2 months later. What I have received is a lot of BS like this "Thank you for sending in your concern. Limited items to choose from. I've been a customer for quite some time in Littleplayland. I ordered a Car accessory and I didn't have a problem with it. Its a good quality, complete packaging, faster delivery and good customer service. All is good.

I haven't had any bad experience in Littleplayland. This is the Online shop where you can have great finds. Very convenient for busy people like me who doesn't have time to go to the mall. Transactions are easy and tracking the items bought are hassle free. Overall was good.

It took almost two months for my order to arrived. When it finally arrived, the item is not as advertise. Its tiny and it says free sample and I paid almost $16 for it. Similar item in Ebay, sells for $. 99 plus free shipping. Their customer service sucks.

Took forever to arrive (shipped from China) wrapped in a plastic bag so it arrive beaten and battered. The product on the box is not the product in the box. It is using name brands but selling cheap replicas. Do not buy from them. It is cheap for a reason.

As littleplayland website only shows good reviews on their page, I had to write it everywhere else to get my point out. I purchased a pair of magical stockings from you, expecting a reasonable quality product for the price. That is not what arrived. Little Playland fell apart the first time I tried to put them on so if you are desperate enough to buy them, make sure you try them on immediately for having a chance for a claim. Not only that, but the company doesnt give refunds for faulty goods. Their website says nothing about the items only having a thirty day guarantee. That only gets mentioned when you point out that the goods are not of merchantable quality and want something done. Buyer beware or better still, buy elsewhere!

Ordered from Big Trade and Little Playland texted that my order was on its way and I could track my order through the Shop app. I emailed Big Trade and that returned to me email not active.The only thing Shop app shows is what I ordered and nothing else, and there's no way to speak to anyone. This is not good customer service.

Bra's were too small& I wanted to return them. Little Playland said they wouldn't except returns, so after several emails with PayPal I was told to return for a full refund. Hahahaha, what a joke, they received the returns but said they were not refunding me. CON. Worst company I have ever bought from. Well, you learn from your mistakes.

The items I ordered for my household activities are totally amazing. Little Playland are easy to use, descriptions are exactly the same as told in the site. Shipping service went well. I didn't have problems and it took me 2 weeks for my orders to arrive.
