Little Playland

I ordered a Brow Pencil 23 days ago - still have no received and when I check the tracking number it says Little Playland have no record.
Company just keeps saying it's on the way.
Find a more reputable company on Amazon!

On November 22,2020, I ordered the car net. Little Playland immediately took out the money from my account but no notice of shipping was sent. By December 12, I needed to have this gift or purchase another one. I contacted them to cancel it and was told that it was processing and couldn't be cancelled. It was 20 days after I was charged! Very poor service. I received it in my mailbox sometime after December 22, when I left for Christmas vacation. At this point I had to replace that item for a different gift for that family member. After returning home, the package was in my mailbox. I know that the post office doesn't take over 30 days to get a little package delivered so I do not believe that it had even been send by December 12. I contacted the company and was told that I couldn't have a refund because they don't do any returns if they are not defective. Their service is defective. Not to mention that this net is so OVER PRICED and FLIMSY that it will never handle a heavy purse as their ad shows.

I can only recommend shopping on Littleplayland (and it doesn't matter which country you use Little Playland are all brilliant). I have been a customer on and off for quite a few years and am thoroughly impressed by the versatility that is now offered. Quick, reliable and good information about your products, especially the customer feedback. Well done Littleplayland and I will continue to shop with you.

Littleplayland is almost like food/water. It's a necessity. I get EVERYTHING from here. Groceries, things for the home, gifts... you name it... it comes to my place on time... no problem. When I do call customer service, Little Playland are polite and very helpful. Love them!

I really like the idea of hassle-free shopping online because the items will be delivered to you right away on your doorstep. Just be careful on choosing other shops because some of them are fake/class a items. Thank you Littleplayland Happy Shopping.

I ordered a Coaster kit you pick your color and everything Little Playland sent me a cheap little clear mold and when I emailed them they said that's what I ordered. I wouldn't have to have had picked my color and I could have bought 10 molds for that price!

I made the mistake of ordering a PeekaBear from this company! I received a pop up ad for this bear on my cell phone, and being a new Grandmother, I fell in love with this bear, and ordered it as a gift for my new Grandson. FIRST MISTAKE - I did not realize that this item was coming from Hong Kong. I paid for express shipping on 9/30/17 (which meant I would get the item in 4 - 5 days, as it stated on my order). Well, after 10 days go by, I look for a phone number to call, and that's when I noticed that there is no phone number to call, just a customer support email. That's when I realized I was in for a HUGE disappointment. So, after emailing customer support, to get a tracking number for my order, a day or two later, I get a response saying that due to the large volume of items that Little Playland sell, it will take a few days to get back to me. After 3 days I email them again, and finally someone admitted that I should have received my order by now, and said it will take a few more days to research, and find out where my package is. Of course 3 days later, I email them again, and they gave me a tracking number that is not valid, so I emailed them again. Now I am telling them that I want my order cancelled, and refund my order, including the express shipping charges. Every few days they just keep responding saying that they are still researching my order, and they will get back to me. At this point I told them that they are a fraudulent company, and I will report them to my bank. And, of course, they are still emailing me that they are researching my package. Today, I am given another tracking number that is affiliated with the usps.com. I put the tracking number in usps.com, and of course it was an invalid tracking number, and they said my order shipped today. Now, I went bat-$#*! crazy on them and typed in all caps, and let every swear imaginable be typed on the email. I will never see this item ( and after reading reviews it will break on me in 2 days, and never get a refund). I pride myself on always reading reviews before I make a purchase, but I was in a weak moment, being a new grandmother, and seeing this company on my phone, and I made an impulse buy. I am so pissed off at not only them, but myself for not being more educated before I made this purchase. The sad part is, I found out Bed Bath & Beyond sells the same bear. UGH! DO NO BUY ANYTHING FROM THIS COMPANY, IF YOU EXPECT TO RECEIVE AN ITEM THAT WORKS, AND DO NOT NEED A REFUND. Never buy anything that does not have a phone number for customer support, and does not give an address of where they are located, and ALWAYS READ REVIEWS FIRST!

I only give them one star but if I could I wouldn't give any. The advertised their products as a large spray of cleaner costing £17.89 that was so good it cleaned burnt pans,. What I got was 30mils of soapy water. SCAMMERS don't touch them. I demanded my money back, but no chance.

Ordered online a Leather Car Net Pocket Handbag Holder and that does come close to fitting in vehicle. When I inquired about a return, was advised that Little Playland accept no returns. Just a pathetic & lousy company to deal with. Run fast the other way potential future customers!

I ordered 5 of these (Trendy Long Fishnet Stockings) for all my girl friends for Christmas. This is such a great gift, it is working well so far. Only issue is that it took 3 weeks to be delivered. Can't complain as Little Playland have arrived before the gift giving season. Thanks!

I have yet to receive my order, when I tried to cancel the "company" stated that it's too late and then, miraculously, I received a tracking number to which is completely bogus... I hate these companies that take our hard earned money then piss on us. So beyond upset...

If there are good reviews posted here, Little Playland must be false. This company seems garbage and their customer support is non-existent. Took months to receive broken garbage; yet you get a minimal amount of time too request a replacement or refund. Shameful thieves!

Shopping online makes easier for me to get the stuff I want and need. I just wish their processing would be faster because it does took a while, like sometime a weeks before my order arrives. But overall rate its a good service.

I ordered some foot items in Littleplayland.com and Little Playland were all in good quality. Items were packaged well and secured. However, it took a while to be delivered. But I feel relaxed now using my foot items from Littleplayland.

I know my story is not unique as I've read so many other reviews that describe almost the exact same experience that I have had which leads me to believe that this is just their MO and a lot of people fall for it.

I ordered my product on May 8,2018. On May 17th I received a "tracking number" to nowhere. All it indicated was "China Post".

I emailed the company and asked why it took over a week to process the order and why wasn't it indicated it would come on a slow train from China? Little Playland responded with this was "such a popular product". There were many communications during this time.

On June 6,2018 I demanded a refund (it had been a month since I ordered and I still had the tracking number to nowhere)

On June 7,2018 I received another email re: shipment. It was the exact same tracking number but this time it said "received" at facility in China (which only means they completed paperwork for the transit (not that the actual package had been received)

It's now been 68 days since I ordered and despite the 2nd (same) tracking number provided on June 7th. The "status" has not changed

I've reached out to the merchant on a multitude of occasions and they refuse to refund my money and simply say "it's in transit"...(I don't know what beauty items takes 68 days to ship from anywhere)

They ever told one review site that I hadn't done any business with them after I wrote a factual review on a website review page. The company asked me to "prove" I had done business and I sent them all of the correspondence I had. Needless to say they confirmed my review was accurate.

These people need to be put out of business! This type of aggravation is just unnecessary in today's age. Fraudulent businesses can not continue.

Mimicry Hamster Toy has brought tons of fun to our family. It just repeats whatever you said in a funny voice. My boys love to laugh at it and hear the weird laugh back. And it nods its head when talking, which is ridiculous. Our family had a great time playing around this little Hamster toy that I ordered. Great and perfect for the kids. Good quality at fair price.

Placed an order 5/7/18 and its 6/30/18 and still have not received it. Have communicated via emails to them, only to be lied to and get the runaround. Bogus tracking numbers. Its frustrating to deal with them. Please DO NOT BUY anything from them. Trust me save yourself the headache, its not
Worth it. I put a complaint in with consumer.gov and PayPal.

I am currently trying to get a refund from this scam company. Little Playland issue you with a false tracking number then after numerous emails theyre telling me it cant be refunded unless the item has been defected or damaged upon arrival. I just wish that I had checked Trustpilot or ReviewFeeder before ordering from them!

I received my order on time. Nice quality products as what you see in the picture. I'm satisfied with what I bought. Customer support team are always alert to assist your request even on your wee hours. I will definitely order from them again. Great service.

Ordered about 2 toddler toys for my kid and my niece. The purchasing of the orders went well online and I received my orders within 2 weeks only. The package is strong enough from the damages during the shipping. The toys are in good shape when I open it.
