Extremely poor customer service. I have not been contacted by anyone about this issue. My order was placed on May 19,2020, Lovelywholesale process began 5/27/20. I paid $188.45 USD for 15 outfits and I have only received 2. No refund did the difference. Since reporting my issue, I have continuously received the same email about tracking the old tracking number, which is no longer in existence. I will NEVER order from then again!

I purchased 4 simple cotton dresses thinking that it wouldn't be messed up because LovelyWholesale were all so simple. I was WRONG! None of the dresses are the material in the pictures cotton or possibly cotton blends. They are all some weird man-made fabric I've never heard of, but I guess I should have read the description more closely because "blending" and "terylene" may have tipped me off. Also some of the fits are strange I'm 5'7 and wear a 40D bra 1 dress gaps at the arm holes like I should have a bigger bust and another literally drags on the ground so shorter women beware.

I depend a lot on the personal reviews. This is my 3rd order. I have more clothes than I need but I'am somewhat of a "shopper-holic and L make it hard for me to resist because LovelyWholesale deliver, have great prices and I'm satisfied with the quality of LW merchandise as oppose to one of their competitors NORA*CO**RA that has failed to deliver an order made 5 months ago and to respond and issue back a $76.00 refund so be careful with "NC". Thank you LW for your excellent customer service. So far so good. Please keep up the good work.

I got ready to check out and almost half the things that I had put up there were already gone so then I had to redo it all over again twice Plus it says I have coupons but in the coupon thing it there is no coupons so I don't know what's going on and plus you guys have no specials anymore you have lost me as a customer this is a first thing I've ordered in three months I've been buying from other places. You guys are no different than every other website when you guys used to be special used to be my addiction. I loved your specials at 11 o'clock at night

I have been ordering from this site for years. I am really impressed with their delivery over the years. I have also, learned how to order my size. Some of the clothing hasnt been what it seemed to be advertised. Meaning the color may be off, but I still like. The ONLY issue that I have at this time is I would like to see full pic of clothing. Such as front, back, and side. I would like to order certain dresses but unable due to fear of backless. I do not like backless dresses and it doesn't specify most times in the description. Please show full product

I order from lovely wholse sales twice the first time was flat rate shipping. This was on may 1st I still have not recieved anything. Not one piece of clothing. And I spent 130 dollars on that package. My other package is suppose to get here by friday but I'm receiving items one piece at a time. Just save ur money and time. The only people that dont have a problem is the people on youtube who model their clothing. Horrible experience

Ordered 4 dresses from this website looked cute in photo but made with very cheap thin material. I could live with that for dresses to wear around the house, but one dress was sent with seams open, wrong size dress in package labeled the right size. Would not send right size, told me to fix the defective dress myself and credit $5 on their site, not back to my card. Took forever to get through to customer service to ask for help and the help was useless. Communications disappear from your account once you open them, so you have no way to follow up. Very disappointed. I would not recommend this site, even though the clothes look really cute.

I ordered from this company twice so far, the first time i did a DENIM haul and was amazed at how the denim was really authentic(I expected stretch material) The second time I ordered Fall items to review. Both times i realize that the quality isn't the best but you get what you pay for its VERY inexpensive, by it being china based you def will receive that polyester stretchy type of material for MOST items, and for many of their items you HAVE TO SIZE UP! I thought LovelyWholesale was a good vendor with good clothes until not once was twice I received damaged clothes, I have a boutique, so if I'm paying money, I'm expecting to make money in return. Lovely had sent me damaged clothes twice and basically said screw me. LovelyWholesale did not replace them nor did they refund me. I haven't received my whole package, they gave me a bogus tracking number. Now I have to get it refunded through my bank. Horrible vendor DO NOT USE THEM!

At first i had no issues at all. Then a second order! The fact that LovelyWholesale split my order (9 ct) into two different orders i have no idea. Well, both packages were lost. One lost by fed ex and the other by usps(regular mail) for those who doesnt know. So i opened a ticket and of course, i didnt get a good response. I went back and forth with this person for weeks. I became so upset till i started cursing them out and VERY BADLY may i add. So, im not sure of what happened but all of a sudden i stated getting positive feedback and GREAT customer service. They replaced my items that were lost and have now provided me with hope and so i placed another ordee and i will be receiving it soon. Lovely wholesale has a better shipping method and im so glad because they have really nice items and theres alot more that I'd like to purchase. Thanks lovely whole sale.

Do not order from this website. It is currently under investigations with the federal but I didn't know until after I placed my order on May 6 and have yet to receive anything or email or anything at all explaining the delay or if I was ever going to receive my order so I filed a dispute just now with my bank after numerous of times trying to get through someone about my order. Not cool. This website should be taken down for taking customers money and not delivering the goods.

When I order your jeans and it's delivered it doesn't look anything like I ordered. First if I see the straight leg pants and that's what I've ordered don't send me any pants that wide legs. I do not wear wide leg pant period. And if I order a 5xl that's what I usaully get wide leg. If it was in smaller size it's not wide leg I want what's advertise. It's a waste of my money and time. I like skinny jeans or just straight. I have jeans in my closet now because it's not what I ordered never wore them at least 5 pair. So let people know what there getting. NO More wide legs please.or the seller needs to know what there sending out false advertising.

I have bought different clothing from this store and even though it is really cheap, the quality of the clothing is very good! I would recommend it to women who have curves because this clothing is friendly with different types of bodies. If you have big hips there are a lot of clothes that´ll fit great! There are also clothing for more slim girls though it is very important to check the sizing tables in each piece of clothing. The variety of clothing is amazing and very colorfull great for parties, beach and going out with friends.

I miss the old LW when you guys used to have the 11 o'clock specials the dollar 99 and up yeah you have it but I don't even exist not like what it used to be where you guys would put I priced items up there for 15 minutes and give us a chance to grab as many as we could I spent so much money on here now I shop everywhere else and like once in a great while I stop here and only for a few dollars you have lost so many people I have talked to so many people who will not shop here anymore because your prices are actually higher than other places and the quality is war is horrible compared to other places I mean you can get a sweatshirt from Miss guide play boy a real sweatshirt for $22 why would I shop here for a fake crap

So this is my first time ordering from lovely. I ordered in September I made an online order of 20 items... I received a email saying my item was being shipped on the 6th of October. Got a tracking number. A week after I tried to track my order it said no info I check again about 3 days after same thing. On October 20,2020 I received my package. But when I open it, I only received 10 items 10 items was missing... I reached out to lovely still no contact just 1 email that doesn't explain what happen to my missing 10 items or my refund. I reached out 2 more times and still haven't heard from anyone the same email LovelyWholesale sent the first I received that same message. I do like the orders I did receive I wanna order more but I'm scared money don't grown on trees I work hard for my money. I just need answers on what happen to my order seems like they answer people on here so maybe I can get a quicker answer.

I ordered from this company April 28,2020 and I still have not received my order. I spent $102. I am a single mother with 3 kids and a newborn so I don't have money to throw away. I received a fake tracking number. And *******@hotmail.com took my payment through paypal. Its a Fraud. My whole 37 years of living I never been ripped of by a company. Stick with Fashion Nova or anywhere but here. And there is no live customer service to reach. Website from hell!

This site is legit I have ordered about $800 in clothes and bags in the last 3 months and I was satisfied with everything the customer service is outstanding LovelyWholesale answered all my emails promptly and any out of stock items they notify you and issue you a refund so yeah I mess with lovelywholesale I don't know what the bad reviews are people need to go on YouTube and read the clothing description so they can see what material the items are made from and get the right size I know sometimes you have to guess you size but that's is the cons of ordering online but I give 5stars from my overall experience

I ordered a dress to wear for Valentine's Day. I realized I had the wrong size. The website said I'd hear back in 24hrs but I heard from them that day. I was so excited LovelyWholesale caught my order before it shipped! What was so awesome, it ship in time and it fit perfectly. I knew the straps were plastic and wasn't worried because I don't really have huge boobs. Unfortunately a strap broke while I was trying it on. I absolutely love the dress though. Great customer service, it fits me perfectly. I really do hate the right strap broke.

I have order from LovelyWholesale sometimes I'm pleased and sometimes I'm very disappointed I have not received items. I have received for the wrong size I text them and test them over and over and over email damn I'm sorry. LovelyWholesale have not made me a satisfied customer. I am angry and upset because I don't have money to throw away. You take my money give me what I asked for that's all I'm asking. And that shouldn't be hard to do.

I ordered my percel June 13 2020 gave them time to deliver. Now its almost July and still no items. The tracking number doesn't make sense. Its showing me all the tracking in shanghai and it arrived and left brooklyn new jersey blah blah. And now its saying shanghai again. This is crazy and I spent 256.00 for summer clothes and every time I contact them LovelyWholesale say the same $#*! due to covid 19. I wish I reviewed this site before sending money Hope I get my items

I purchased clothes from them LovelyWholesale came days late and was defective some of the items I never received I've been asking for a refund for 3 months and every time someone contacts me back they keep acting as if they don't know what's going on and even after I send the receipt from the post office that the items were mailed back I keep getting the same response them asking me to show the receipt and every time I do they stop responding so if you want defective clothing and to just throw away money shop with them

I have never had a bad experience with this company until recently! I placed an order online mid November. My tracking showed my package would be here by 12/19. It's now 1/1 and I still haven't received my package yet! My first email to customer service I received a response back, but now I have emailed multiple times and no response. The crazy thing is placed a second order mid December and I have received that one as of yesterday. I love their clothes and no problems with anything I purchased but this order something is wrong.

If I could give this company no star's I would. Order in January 2 items arrived a little earlier no problem. The package was opened and had a little dirt on it. Shirt was cheaply made. Smh... emailed them for the return info. Do you know it took them a whole month to get back to me?!? All I wanted was my money back. LovelyWholesale tried to negotiate and Requested pictures of the merchandise. Here we are in March and I shipped them the package last Tuesday. Today is March 10th no reply to the emails or my refund. Worse company ever!

Hi I'm so concerned about my order I lost a lot of clothes doing a crisis I'm starting a new wardrobe so I trusted this company with my information I need my merchandise or refund me bk my money. I will never order anything from you all again next time I will make sure I'm able to contact a company before I rush into something. Something need to be straighten out about this company LovelyWholesale can't keep treating customer the way they do I am very disappointed

Today is May 24,2020. I placed 3 orders totaling $366. The first order was "shipped" out on May 5, another May 10,2020. Still have not received ANY ORDERS YET. LovelyWholesale keep giving me the run around about shipping. Keep giving me wrong and invalid tracking numbers. I asked for a full refund today. Ill go to the mall now they're back open. Do NOT WASTE UR MONEY. ALL THESE LOW BUDGET CHINESE COMPANIES DO IS SCAM. SHOP LOCALLY WHERE U WLL FOR SURE WALK OUT WITH WHAT YOU BOUGHT.

Update: They are now not responding at all, AND REFUSE TO GIVE ME A REFUND. Never RECEIVED ANY OF THE ORDERS, NOTHING. ALMOST $400 WASTED. NEVER GIVE THEM ANY MORE BUSINESS. FOOL ME ONCE AND IM DONE.

I can honestly say that Lovelywholesale customer service was great. I had the pleasure of dealing with a HaNi. Was very polite, understanding, & helpful of my issue. Which was the option to pay Western Union wasn't popping up on their site for me to pay this way. And this isn't my first time ordering from them & paying this way. Once I had submitted a ticket to them. It wasn't that long before LovelyWholesale had responded back to me. They had there IT team looking into this problem. & I can honestly say that I was able to place another order. & was able to pay it w/Western Union. Like I always do. Within a hour/2. HaNi kept me informed about everything. Including the fact that my order is now just waiting to be shipped out. Yayy! I can't wait to receive them. & yes I will be placing another order w/Lovelywholesale very soon. Thank you Lovelywholesale again.
P.S. I had forgotten to add that Lovelywholesale has very good quality on their clothes. I have actually ordered jeans shirts dresses and all from them. And the materials are very well made. I haven't had to return anything back so far. I have washed dried hung on the line whatever you want to call it to these clothes. And they haven't faded or shrunk yet

I ordered from this company over a month a go and I still have not received my merchandise. LovelyWholesale sent me a tracking number that shows a label was created on 4.24 and the shipment has not moved yet. I emailed them and open several tickets and they keep saying wait 7 to 10 business days. I believe this company is a fraud!

Beware before ordering from this company and they are not based out of LA like the tracking number indicates!

LovelyWholesale are the most disgusting and cheating online clothing company. Purchase dress worth $158 and my package was spilt into two. They only deliver 2 dresses ($45), since last July I have requested for information regarding my second package. This is an honest review from a frustrated customer. You purchased from them, they will steal your money and package will not be delivered. They will deliberately ignore your emails by not providing the requested information. Please I am calling on all customers not to purchase from this fraudulent company.

Although the clothing are listed at a very low price. Please do not be fooled it is worth the money. The clothing are cheaply made and very poor quality. You get what you pay for. The items I purchased seemed to be wax paper sewn together. Also the customer service does not have a contact number. You can only reached them through email, chat or social media sites. Do not waste your time in ordering anything. I ordered 4 items and all of them were awful!
