I ordered a package A MONTH ago! My birthday is August 21st and it's the 17th and these clothes has not yet came in the mail! If I can sue I would! It's a SCAM! Highly do NOT recommend! Do not spend your money here... your better off going to Fashion Nova and spending 40 dollars for pants. At least you'll get them earlier than a month! The one star says it doesn't get worst than this... actually it does... if 0/5 was an option I'll give it to them... -0 stars!

I placed an order. Within 20 minutes I requested a refund due to items being an incorrect size for a Christmas gift. I contacted these people on Every form of contact that I could find. LovelyWholesale always say they can switch it out. They will NOT issue a refund. Even after I told them they don't even sell the correct size. HORRIBLE customer service and after u continue to ask the same thing they stop responding. Order at your own risk. This is a HORRIBLE company

I have order a few items from them and every pair of pants has not fit right. Not one pair have been tapper-style or leggings style like the pictures display. All have been wide-leg or jogging suit style which is very disappointing. I did receive a small discount from them after providing pictures of how off-the-mark LovelyWholesale were with their paints. Now Im scared to buy pants from them. Other than that, the other items like tshirts, swimming suits, and jean jackets have been nice. (Pics below are pants that suppose to fit like leggings but as you can see they do not, and it messes the entire outfit up).

I spent $76 on Jan 21, estimated delivery was Feb 14 but it supposedly was "delivered" on Feb 5th. I requested the order be sent to Los Angeles and it ends up being delivered in Fontana. When tracking my delivery it stated "returned to shipper", and thats when my package ended up in Fontana. Which means LovelyWholesale literally just took my money. Of course they have no one you can contact over the phone email only. Emailing back and forth after getting a response every 3 days. This company is full of dumpster juice, just go to Aliexpress.

Just one little issue that I bought a bodysuit and it was extremely big and nice in an email excuse me I said like four emails to your guys asking if the address in the package it was the address that I can use to return the item and your guy never ever respond to my emails and I'm sorry but it's very disrespectful and unprofessional for you to do that to a customer like me did I spend a lot of money with your guys you should have three people like me with more concern but it's understandable it just business have a good night.

Not only is the material cheap (see through), it is not as pictured. Doesn't not cover my chest 36dd got an XL and runs small. Super difficult just to get straight answers when trying to return an item. LovelyWholesale said we will give you 50% of your money back because it will cost too much to send the item back WITHOUT telling me the cost of sending back. They said oh we can't provide that information have a good day... tf?! Never using this site again. Dont even waste your time with lovelywhole you can tell by the pictures its fake.

I ordered nearly $200 worth of items off this site. It took more than a month to be delivered and half the stuff I received was two sizes too big or was missing from the bag to begin with. Tried emailing them to get some type of refund for the items missing. But all LovelyWholesale keep saying is it's been delivered and the only refund me $5! Out of $40 worth of messed up/or missing items. Not to mention it costs twice as much to return so that's not even an option. Total rip off.

I ordered about 8 items from this website 3 weeks ago. Two days ago I received half of the order and then this morning I received a email stating that the other half or the order was out of stock due to a material shortage, like what? How can you process my order if there's no material in the first place. That's very unprofessional and I will NEVER SHOP WITH THEM AGAIN! LovelyWholesale made me wait 3 weeks after ordering to tell me that. Very bad business.

I've ordered from lovelywholesale 3 times and never had a issue until this last order! The first two time I received my clothes within two weeks and spent under 100$ but this last time when I spent over 100$ I realized the items took a exact month to arrive and of course the two outfits I really wanted out of 8 was missing I emailed the support and order email so hopefully I can get a resolution. I really want the two items that are missing at a free fast shipping rate because it was not my fault, I should of received a email stating that the two outfits were out of shock or forgotten. Best advice order less than 5 items under 100$ Because it doesn't seem to be so much of a issue to get on time! Overall I love the website, in addition if you're a plus size girl get the outfit twice your size to fit perfectly

The sales are great but the return policy is not clear. I had an item to return and was given an option instead of the return. I selected $10 off coupon. Once I tried to check out I was not able to use the code unless I spent a certain amount. That information was not given prior to me selecting which offer I wanted to take advantage of. I was offered a code that was already given based upon me ordering again anyways. Therefore it was not benefit to me the customer that was inconvenience by the purchasing issue

I'm very tired of my order taking for ever to ship and for me to receive when I pay to have my packages expedited. I paid for my order to be expedited and shipped it on standard shipping. I need my $14.99 refunded because my package was not expedited even though I paid for it to be expedited. I placed an order after that one and already received it and I can't receive the one that I expedited as yet. So I'm very upset and would like a refund. Of $14.99

I purchased 4 items on February 2,2021. I didn't receive the package until March 7.

The items that are pictured on the website and what you eventually end up with is completely different. There is no receipts or return package slip, you'll have to pay to ship everything back. LovelyWholesale will not allow you to speak to a supervisor. They will continue to email you stating that the product you ordered was the same. Complete waste of time and money. I will never shop with this company again. Straight up fraud!

This company is up and down. I've ordered from them a few times. I've always gotten my orders, once delayed a little, once an item was ridiculously too small. I've received items that were too big. This time around I've gotten no response and my item has not shipped in almost a month. LovelyWholesale have terrible to no customer service so if you have a problem there's nothing you can do. You're just taking a chance. The clothes range from stylish to cheap looking. What you gain from buying an inexpensive item of clothing, you lose by not receiving what you paid for by either it not fitting or perhaps not coming at all. Maybe it's the pandemic that's causing problems but they certainly aren't making that clear.

I ordered 3 maxi dresses, waited 2 months to get them (wish I had known this is a Chinese company) and when LovelyWholesale finally arrived, the order was WRONG. Not wrong size wrong, but 2 butt ugly, god awful, plaid, polyester, bellbottomed halter jumpsuits wrong. Posted pictures below. Awful!

Then they had the audacity to not want to refund my money. Had to send their mistake back to China for more than the items were worth. Do NOT buy anything from this company.

I was so disappointed as a first time buyer. I knew that items would be delayed due to the pandemic & high volume of orders; however, I wanted a month and a half for the products, just for some of my shoes to arrive broken. One pair of shoes I had two left shoes & I was told by customer service that "that's just the style of the shoe" and was offered a refund for one pair not both. The clothes were okay; however, I could have gotten them from another company. I would not recommend this company to anyone.

I can't stress it enough about how much I love this website as well as the Lovely Wholesale app! Affordable items/clothes, VERY comfortable, VERY cute, made for plus size as well as slim women, and the customer service is amazing! If you're thinking twice about this app wondering if it's a scam, let me be the first to tell you IT'S ALL REAL! I couldn't believe it at first when I shopped for my baby shower dress but everything came out amazing! Don't stress, pay less, and shop with Lovely Wholesale website or the app!

In March I ordered a dress and a jacket and have not received my items yet it been 10 months no one have reached out to me or refund my money and what makes matters worst is the items was sent back to them I have proof it was sent back, but all I get is get in touch with customer service I have tried to get in with customer service but I get is get in touch with fed ex. I am so upset because I work hard for my money and you want to feel Comfortable about ordering things.so no I don't give them a good review.

After waiting, and waiting for something that never came, I'll cut y loses with lovely wholesale. If u can read and read this find another site to shop from. I'm outta 25 dollars and I cant track my dress. Both carriers LovelyWholesale say has it doesn't. 1st off why would two diff carriers be delivering my dress. I'm so mad about this I cant even get my money refunded, all they do is dress up emails saying something else. I hope yall all get covid 19

Save your self the money and stress of ordering from this company. You will be sent an inactive shipping link that says your order has not been picked up by FedEx. Also LovelyWholesale are not in Inglewood, CA, they are in China and that explains why it takes so long to receive your order if you receive it at all. Over two weeks since my order was "shipped" after paying $20 for faster shipping. I filed a dispute with PayPal and hopefully I'll get my money back. Please do your research people because now I'm out of $50

I did receive my items but one is stained I have been talking over email for two weeks now and first I was told LovelyWholesale would give me only $5 back. Then I was told to wash it myself. I explained to them it was sent stained. Which isn't my fault but there's. Also i notified them right away of the stained item. Still I have no unstained item being shipped or a full refund for the stained item. Also item looks different than what I ordered.
