Quality, Pricing for any budget and fast service
For years I have gone to overpriced health stores to purchase name brand supplements, bulk food products or personal care items. Considering that we live in a rural area and it is a 30 min + drive to any health stores, the convenience of shopping in person is lost in the prices.

With Lucky Vitamin, I can order the same name brand supplements/products as in the store without the huge mark-up AND have it delivered to my door in rural America. The other benefit to Lucky Vitamin is that there are tons of ways to review each product and usually other health information is provided, as well.

Which means that I don't have to chase down a clerk to help me with my selection. All the details are provided there for me to cross-reference with other similar products, allowing me to make an informed decision.

I honestly have not had any trouble with any products I have ordered. I did have a small issue with the website a year or so ago but nothing major.

If you choose this company, BEWARE. But I have some tips...
Lucky Vitamin has POOR customer service. Also, if you place an order then want to amend or cancel it only 15 MINUTES later, you'll be told "youre too late" even though it can take a LONG time (up to 4 weeks or more!) for your order to despatch and actually reach you!
I'm in London, England and here are some useful tips if anyone in the UK dares to order from this company especially after reading their horrendous customer reviews!

Tip number 1)
ALWAYS, always, always pay using PayPal. You can file a dispute for up to 120 days from the date of your order. Also, if a problem with Lucky Vitamin arises shortly after youve placed your order and before payment has been taken from your account, OPEN A DISPUTE IMMEDIATELY and PayPal will SUSPEND PAYMENT to Lucky Vitamin until the dispute is resolved and Lucky Vitamin won't get your money. You can then refuse to accept the order when DHL contacts you that Lucky Vitamin have your package at Customs. After 3 weeks it'll be returned to Lucky Vitamin; you can verify this with DHL and inform PayPal. Since the goods would be returned to Lucky Vitamin, PayPal will make sure that you get your full refund.

Tip number 2)
If a problem arises with Lucky Vitamin, USE THEIR LIVE CHAT service, DON'T PHONE them and DON'T EMAIL them. There are countless reviews stating that emails to the company go unanswered. Also, phone calls don't provide you with anything IN WRITING. LIVE CHAT is an instant messaging service and it's available from 9am until 8pm EST (New York time). You deal with a REAL person in REAL time. BUT HERE'S THE SUPER-IMPORTANT PART: when your chat is over, DONT close the chat window! INSIST that the Lucky Vitamin representative, who has been "chatting" to you, sends you a copy of the "chat transcript" to your email address. KEEP THE CHAT WINDOW OPEN UNTIL YOU HAVE RECEIVED THE TRANSCRIPT! Also, check that ALL your exchanges with the Lucky Vitamin rep appear in the transcript. The rep might initially close the window at THEIR end- you'll know if they do because you'll receive an instant message like "Thanks, spread the wellness!" or something stupid like that. DONT CLOSE your own chat window but insist and INSIST until you have received the transcript AND checked it over. You can send message after message prompting the Lucky Vitamin rep to send you the transcript even if they have already closed THEIR chat-window, so long as you DON'T CLOSE YOURS! Every time you send a message, it RE-OPENS the chat window to the exact same representative with the ENTIRE conversation, right up to the 1st time they closed their window. I've used this method TWICE now, so I can guarantee that it really works. Having a transcript of your conversation with the Lucky Vitamin rep is far better than speaking on the phone because everything that you discussed with them is now with you -IN WRITING.

Tip number 3)
If you're in the UK and decide to go ahead and order with Lucky Vitamin, spend over £55 if possible. If youre a new customer, spend enough so that the total will still be over £55 even WITH the "new customer discount code" which is currently 10% off. I suggest this because you will then be entitled to free shipping. By selecting the "DHL Priority" option, 20% of your order's value will be added to the cost BUT therell be NO ADDITIONAL VAT (which is 20%) PLUS a handling fee (of around £8.00) to pay when your order arrives at HM Revenue and Customs in the UK.
4) If spending £55.01 is too much (and it was for me), try to get friends / family to browse the Lucky Vitamin website then add what they need to your order. That way, you'll each benefit from Lucky Vitamin's low prices which if I'm honest, are cheaper than Superdrug, Holland & Barrett, Amazon and Solgar Online (even when they run an offer of 25% off everything).

So in summary:
Pay using PayPal. If your order goes missing, arrives damaged or you get the wrong items, PayPal will get your money back for you (just remember to file a dispute within 120 days of your purchase). In some cases, PayPal will even pay your return shipping costs if you need to send stuff back.
Use "LIVE CHAT" to communicate with Lucky Vitamin and INSIST on a transcript of your "chat" with the Lucky Vitamin representative. DON'T CLOSE YOUR CHAT WINDOW until you receive the transcript at your email address AND you've checked it to ensure that it's complete.
Spend at least £55.01 if possible and select "DHL Priority" in the shipping options -you'll pay the VAT (20% of the order value) there and then AND save at least £8.00 in the handling fee which would be added by the courier company on arrival of your goods into the UK.
Ask friends / family to add to your order so that it reaches at least £55.01. What they'll pay you will be a lot less than the prices offered by the retailers mentioned above -even with the few pence which youll need to add in contribution to the "DHL Priority" shipping option.

I learnt all this through trial, error and prayer! I really hope that it can help someone avoid the hassle that I encountered when ordering and which lasted 24 HOURS with only 4 hours of that for sleep.

Great Prices and Service
I've been a LuckyVitamin shopper for well over a year and have been pleased. Lucky Vitamin have a large selection of healthy products at competitive prices. I know I can call their customer service department to address any issues, e.g. not the greatest packing. I do wish they'd train the warehouse staff to handle and pack better, but since they stand behind their products (I've sent photos of goods damaged upon receipt) it's really not anything to worry about. The most important supplement that I need to regularly purchase from them shows up in good condition, and that's my main priority. As long as my supplement keeps showing up every month in good condition, I'm pretty content to keep giving them my business and it's always enjoyable to shop around to see what new items I might try that they have on special. Would be nice if you didn't have to play beat the clock if you're getting a good deal on something, meaning as long as it's in the cart it would be nice to not have to check out before time expires, but actually tonight it worked out well as I was really piling a lot in my cart, which is easy to do with all of their specials, still... just a heads up that when they have a clock up for timed specials, you really do need to check out before that time runs out. They are definitely one of my favorite online health product sites. I find it very odd to see any bad reviews, as their customer service is great, which more than makes up for any other issues. If you need anything in a hurry, you might want to go elsewhere, as sometimes they run out of stock and have items on backorder, but if you don't mind waiting and would rather have standard delivery to help you save, then you'll probably be very happy with Lucky Vitamin.

Wow, didn't expect that
Was looking for a place to order my supplements in bulk and save some money over my monthly delivered pre-packaged supplements. Found LuckyVitamin after reviewing a few diff websites, and I was impressed.

Placed my order within a few days for a handful of 90-day supplies, that I would package myself at home into daily-packs. Not only did Lucky Vitamin have everything I needed (rhodolia, astaxthanin, etc.) but they had it at some of the best prices I could find online. And judging by the brands, and reviews, they definitely seem to be quality products.

Having just received my vitamin this past week, I was pleased to find out that they have a 30-90 day love it or return it guarantee. I didn't even know such a thing existed for vitamins, so that left me impressed. In fact, I'll likely be adding stuff to my order in the future, such as protein shakes and more just for the sake of that guarantee, since many of those are hit or miss.

Don't listen to the negative reviews. Most of those are about a particular vitamin, or some obscure problem that is not relevant to the majority of purchases. Shop here, you won't regret it.

The prices may be cheaper but you'll have to work for your money!
Their website has many misleading advertisements, related to free shipping, return policies. You only get the benefits that are described if you pay for the membership program. There is no asterisk or anything like that to indicate that the truth is not what meet the eye. Also, their "terms and conditions" are really well hidden. Some info (like that refunds aren't processed until 2-3 weeks after Lucky Vitamin arrive at the return center) you can only find out by contacting customer service. Be sure to get an invoice after your return is process (it has to be requested AFTER the refund is processed, often necessitating reaching out to customer service twice) to make sure that you were refunded for everything that was in the box. Emails sent to customer service are a waste of time, in my experience, they only get looked out after I reached out via chat.
In summary, the prices may be cheaper but you'll have to work for your money!

Dont't Give Lucky Vitamins your money!
My story about the dealings with Lucky Vitamins is too long to write in this space. I'll condense it. Bottom line I ordered 3 bottles of a product to be delivered to Toronto, Ontario Canada. I never received the product and I was here every day without fail! The Doorbell never rang. After 17 emails Lucky Vitamin refused to refund me saying the product had to be mailed back to them for a refund. Does that make any sense, since I never received the product in the first place? (Then they have the nerve to tell me they will charge an exorbitant restocking fee which would not amount to much left to be refunded!)

After checking the very deep "hidden" notes left on their parcel tracking site (DHL), I saw that DHL wrote "DESTROYED"! Rather than initiate a return of the undelivered package to Lucky Vitamins. DHL never returned my emails and there was not a telephone number I could find online to contact them. Same for Lucky Vitamins. No one would accept responsibility for the loss of my goods.

Something has happened to this company. I had not ordered from them in years. I used to get my parcels without a hitch and now I see there are more complaints than ever against their customer service dept. Most of the complaints read they never received the products or they found the products were damaged when opened. Right now they are not any better than a bunch of criminal shysters in the way they handle their customers. They lack integrity and totally ignore their customers rights. Don't order from them! If you do, expect nothing but deceit from them in return for your good money that you will never see again.

Was a better shopping experience in the past
I have been a customer for many years and I have to say things have gone downhill! I used to choose Lucky Vitamin over Vitacost all the time, but you have stopped giving me reasons to! Your prices are the same as Vitacost, but you used to have incentives and promo codes all the time. You used to have buy one get one free offers all the time. Now, it's only buy one get one 50%, which amounts to a 25% discount. That's not much of a value these days. Vitacost has new promo codes almost daily and stackable promo codes as well. So their prices end up being better almost every time. Vitacost's free shipping is so quick, my orders arrive in 2-3 days. Lucky Vitamin free shipping takes about a week. And finally, perhaps the most disappointing thing that has changed over the years is your customer service phone number. You used to be able to actually talk to a person, and now Lucky Vitamin forces you to do online chat. Vitacost still has live people answering their phones. Why has so much changed for the worse when your competition is only becoming more fierce?

Backorder
Original order total was just over $100, with $97 of that amount going towards 2 boxes of a backordered supplement. I was very surprised their system didn't ask if I was willing to wait the expected 7-10 days to allow everything to ship in one box. Customer could be offered a small discount as a 'thank you' for saving wasted shipping costs/boxes. When their system notified me that my $3 bar of soap would get shipped across the country by itself, I went online to request the order be held so it could ship everything together. When that was refused, I asked for the order to be cancelled. That request was also refused and a $3 bar of soap shipped... yikes. You don't need futuristic AI to figure this out, just a simple if/then statement that kicks-in when a majority of the order total involves 1-2 backordered items.

I gave LV a rating of more than 1 star for at least finally agreeing to cancel the backordered items once the arrival timeline extended to 30+ days.

Please upgrade your system to allow a customer to cancel an order that hasn't processed (i. E. items haven't been pulled / boxed). Reminding me I can always mail something back at my expense, when there was plenty of time to cancel, is not impressive.

Terrible 1st impression; I'll never order from them again
I'd never heard of LuckyVitamin but Vitacost was out of the tea I wanted & there was a link to Lucky on the tea mfr's website, so I trusted it. I placed my order for several items because Lucky's prices were fairly good and the next morning I got an email from their "fraud prevention." Email said my order was on hold and I needed to send a 6-digit code from my card-issuer to verify the purchase. I'd never heard of such a thing and I've been ordering online for over 15 years -- (decided then that I would cancel). I checked my account online and saw the purchase was approved and then called the bank. The bank said Lucky Vitamin had no idea what a 6-digit code was and that the order was approved and that's why it's "pending." -- (Forever lost me as a potential customer right here). I called Lucky and told them about my findings and that this activity was odd, and I wanted the order cancelled. I'm always leery of online companies during my first-purchase because I never really know what I'll get until I shop with them. I wish I'd read reviews first. Going to put a watch on my card now and I'll never attempt to do business with Lucky again. In contrast, I've ordered from Vitacost for 10 years and never had a glitch.

Provide shipping and packaging options
I've been a customer for at least 10 years and have had a good customer experience the entire time. My only complaint is that the company makes no effort to reduce the massive amount of waste produced by product delivery. I've requested the following many times:

- Provide the customer with an option of receiving everything in a single shipment when some items are back ordered. This would not only reduce landfill waste but would also reduce their shipping costs. Jet.com offers this option AND passes the shipping savings onto their customers!

- Provide the customer with an option of not using cold packs. As an adult I think I'm capable of making the decision to have items shipped without the use of cold packs, at my own risk. Again, this would not only reduce landfill waste but would also reduce their shipping costs by drastically reducing the weight of the shipment.

- I've also asked that shipments be sent with no promotional materials. Again, my requests have been ignored.

If it weren't for these items I would give LuckyVitamin a five star rating.

Made ordering very easy,
I used this company when I was living in the US,,, I am now living in Spain and believe it or not shipping from US to here was cheaper than from either Spain or UK vitamin online stores.

Finding items was easy,
Adding to checkout was easy,
Finding the shipping cost without having to put your credit card info in was easy,
Way to many other online vitamin stores asked for credit card info prior to giving shipping costs,, often this was after spending loads of time finding items I wanted, clearly I would not give credit card info out willy nilly so I never completed those order,,,
BUT I did complete the order with lucky vitamin.,, my only small gripe was I was given a discount code for my shop [10%] typically discount code redemption slots are close to checkout- not so with lucky vitamin- this was to be found when scrolling down and away from the checkout.
Great experience otherwise,, will use again.

Fraudsters and Cheaters
LuckyVitamin doesn't care about customer, feeling cheated.
Order Id #LV14200229: I have ordered prenatal medicines on 1st Oct (more than 2 months), still I haven't received it. When contacted your customer care Lucky Vitamin asked me to contact DHL team, when DHL contacted COD, they asked for details from seller. I proactively exchanged many mails on this, added LV Customer care to the mail, so that communication will happen to solve this. But LV customer care reply f package is lost they are not responsible. Please understand package is not lost, COD wants details from seller, which you can solve by providing details to DHL. If 5 minutes would have spent looking to solve this they would have, but they always copy paste the information. You guys doesn't care about customers.

Final response form customer care team: "please contact Indian Customs with your order confirmation to claim your package! It is Customs that has your package, not DHL or Luckyvitmain."

Note: During purchase you mentioned additional fees might need to be paid at your doorstep, but never mentioned I need to all the work from tacking, beg LV CC to share the information to DHL.

DO NOT SHOP WITH THIS COMPANY!
I returned my entire order, was delivered back to them on Dec. 24th, 2020. Weeks went by and still have not received my refund. I have chatted with them 2 times, the last two chats I was told I would receive my refund in 3-5 business days, but still have not received it. I chatted with them a third time, Lucky Vitamin now are saying I only returned 5 out of the 6 bottles... LIE! I returned all 6. So either they misplaced one or someone stole one. I can't believe the run around I am getting. What a fraudulent company! The representative said he will put the refund through but may not be refunded for that 6th bottle. Absolutely disgusting business practices! I had a feeling I wasn't the first person to have issues with this company, so I looked online for reviews and sure enough it's a known issue. I will NEVER shop with them again and I will tell everyone who asks my experience and tell them to steer clear of this online store. On 1/18/21 I finally received my refund, but they only refunded me 5 bottles, so they not only get a free bottle but they made money off of it. Freaking scammers! NEVER SHOP WITH THEM.

Decline in service. Really bad now, and they obviously don't care to fix the problems!
So bad now. Can't easily contact service, Lucky Vitamin argue when my order total is different from what I get charged, insist I call when I try chat or email because I can't talk, but rarely ever connect me to a person/disconnect me when I DO use the phone number. It's harder and harder to get service when something is wrong or missing from an order. I'm STILL trying to get a response from my last order which was missing 1 item, had another item broken and spilled all over everything else, and had several essential oils & other scented things OPENED with seals broken & not tightly reclosed--This is an issue I've brought to their attention in the past--that someone in packing is obviously opening things to smell them--but they clearly haven't done anything about it!

Also, 1 item which was in stock when I placed my order, but on backorder by the time I got confirmation email, and which was shipped a week after the rest of my order arrived more than a week before the rest of the order... Why? Why, with "3-6 day standard shipping" does it take more than 14 days to get here (the backordered item was not expedited, it just arrived in a relatively more timely manner)?

First time ordering; misleading advertising
So I found Lucky Vitamin using Google search for a product I wanted to purchase. Lucky Vitamin seemed to have decent prices so I decided to place an order with them. In order to get free shipping, my order needed to be over $49 so when I was close to that amount I decided to go to their "Deals" area where I noticed a BOGO section. I chose a cleaning product that I *thought* would be buy one get one free. I actually called customer service since I wasn't sure if I needed to order 1 or 2 in order to get the second one free. The rep explained that BOGO doesn't mean B1G1 free, it could be B1G1 half off or some other discount. OKay. As it turned out, the item I chose was free with a $69 purchase but was not BOGO at all. Second one not free, not discounted, just full price, even though it clearly said in large letters, and in an orange banner, on the items page BOGO DEAL. So that's my only complaint with the site or ordering process. Misleading advertising.

Lucky Used to Be Better
We have been Lucky Vitamin customers for years. I cannot remember a time when we didn't order from them. Within the last year or so, things have gone decidedly downhill. Products arrive broken, leaking, spillage, damage, wrong products. For the free shipping option, Lucky Vitamin use USPS. We do not receive mail at our residence. I emailed them and Samantha B advised me that ground shipping was by Fed-Ex. I took that to mean that if I paid the extra (nearly $40) my two orders would come to my front door. Not so; they sent the whole order by USPS and we still have to go get it. I think I have sent 4 emails regarding this situation, (including a response to Samantha B) and to date no response. I only hope the orders are intact. One was 4 boxes of Bio-Kleen laundry powder; the other order was thing like hand soap, bath soap--all plastics with liquids. There are things they carry, that no other company handles. I am so angry about this, I will change brands. I think perhaps the company has changed hands, because back in the day they were really sharp. Lucky is no longer Lucky. UPDATE: 8/29/16 Lucky did refund the shipping charges, so I was appreciative of that. Regardless, I'm done with them--it is too frustrating!

Lucky Vitamin customer service is an absolute joke
Lucky Vitamin do a great job of appearing like they have helpful customer service when I have repeatedly not been called back when told I was, they incorrectly filled out shipping and billing information, in addition to creating this nice friendly facade of 'we got your back!' to really look out for the customer (I will say most of the people I have talked to has been overall nice, but always falls short with promises and expectations). If they actually genuinely care about their customers they would have been proactive and gotten this situation figured out (it took a total of a month and a half of attempts to just process an order, they were claiming it was my credit card issue, but I talked to my credit card company multiple times and there was no issue on their end). The managers are just as bad, almost worse. Also, I noticed patterns within how luckyvitamin customer care is (since I had talked to them so many times), and it's literally worse than if they were just lazy up front and I could see that, or they would tell me they can't help me. But it's a facade. This order was initially sent in OVER a month ago and they still haven't figured it out. I've spent probably 20 hours total just trying to get this order processed. The last time I talked to them was 5 days ago, when I was following up with the manager, and still has not got a response. Its honestly embarrassing how bad their customer service is, especially helping in a timely manner. If you have any plans to get legitimate help from customer service, please for your own sake choose another company.

Not as fast on the shipping as Vitacost but no complaints...
Not as fast on the shipping as Vitacost but no complaints on products or customer service from me. The INCREDIBLY ANNOYING things Lucky Vitamin do marketing-wise is to send way too many emails with deals on stuff you just bought - thanks for nothing. Exactly which idiots are falling for this? This is not the only company that does this but I really hate it and equally hate the amount of time pressure of their other promotions. It's a huge scream to make their time more important than mine. Drop everything and shop or you'll miss out. How rude and insulting. Companies that perpetually make these marketing mistakes just don't understand their customer. I would do ALL of my online supplement shopping with one company if they would only treat me right - and it would cost them so much less. Send me one coupon every 2 weeks for 10 or 15% off MY ORDER so I don't have to work so hard and I'll be happy. They ask for customer loyalty but their customer service only rewards hours of inconvenient price shopping. Hope they spend a lot of money on this...

Use at your own risk!
Hi,

I'd never heard of luckyvitamin.com before. I stumbled on their site when I was looking for Bulletproof Brain Octane. The prices were attractive with discounts, so I ordered and paid by a pre-paid forex debit card. My card was immediately charged.
Then I received an email that my order was placed on hold. Minutes later I received an email that my order was confirmed. The next morning I received an email from their fraud prevention staff that my order was placed an hold & I should send them via email the 'transaction/approval code' for this specific transaction on my card. I was aghast as sensitive information is never exchanged via email. So I refused and asked for them to cancel my order.
Then I repurchased the same items, this time using a credit card. The order was again put on hold. Since I'd made a mistake keying in the cardholder's name, I thought it was a genuine mistake & placed the order for a third time with the same credit card. By then my card provider notified me that my card had been charged twice.
I received emails from their fraud prevention staff again asking me for the transaction code on my credit card via email.
I emailed the support staff (a total of 7 emails) for a cancellation. No response.
I did a 'live chat' with a support staff who was helpful & she asked me to email them to release my order. So far no response from them via email.
In addition to all the stress, I needed my shipment within a certain date as I had to send it to someone who was flying out of the country. Well, that clearly is not happening.

I'm not going to recommend this site to anyone I know. Please do your research, and if you must use them, please start out with small orders. (I spent $250 in 3 transactions, none of which have been reversed yet.)

I placed the same orders later on amazon and it will be reaching destination tonight, within 4 days and zero hassles.

Terrible customer service
I placed an order, applied a discount code, Lucky Vitamin accepted the code and gave me the discount. When I checked out, the price went back up and charged me without the discount code. I called, waited for almost 40 minutes for a customer service rep to pick up. They said they would apply the discount. Got an order confirmation. Waited 6 days. Never received shipping confirmation. Looked up my order and saw it on their site. Tried live chat, but no one was available. Called them, waited 30 minutes to speak to someone, and they said they canceled my order because the discount code was not valid. I told them that I felt they should give me the discount (only 10%) because they accepted the code, plus I've wasted a lot of time on the phone trying to straighten it out, and they canceled my order without informing me but charged my PayPal account, so now I have to wait for the funds to be restored. Then they blamed ME because I should've known the code was not valid. What? They accepted the code when I placed my order. How was I supposed to know it wasn't valid? Then they refused to accommodate me in any way for all of the inconvenience they caused. Terrible company.

Undelivered Products/No refund
I have ordered from this company maybe once or twice and was very comfortable. Apparently there were some confusion on my very last order where an auto shipment was placed on the order. When I saw my card was charged I went into the account and cancel the autoship then emailed them on 11/20/20 asking for a cancelation + a refund since I have sufficient amount of the very same vitamins at hand. To date 11/22/20, I haven't received the products nor the refund to my card. I have been back and forth with them and no resolution for over a week. I emailed them again and to my dismay, I was told I need to contact the carrier/postal service to find out about the package since that's the protocol Lucky Vitamin follows. Why should I have to go through that since I have been emailing them about my issues. As of now, they have lost a good customer and will not recommend anyone to shop with them since refunds are an issue to them.

Lucky Vitamin has gone downhill...
Trust me. You can say how great the prices are (especially with the membership... right ;), you can say Lucky Vitamin have all of these great products that you really love but just wait. If it has not happened to you yet, just wait... Your items you rely on will be on back order and for a very long time. You may wait a couple weeks, a couple months, or longer trying to be a loyal Lucky Vitamin customer. You will go to call them to explain that you still have not received your item only to find out that THEY NO LONGER have customer support. You can chat it up with a bot in the chat box who will not give you any answers. This company is nothing of what it used to be. The membership was a waste for me because I could never order the product they ADVERTISED because it was not available and on back order. I asked for a refund due to them having chronic backorder issues on a good majority of the items I needed and they said they would not give a refund. I am also unable to remove my credit card information or cancel my account with them because their website set up does not allow. NOT GOOD! I have lost ALL trust I had for this company and will NEVER order from them again! I can get all of the same products they sell from other places that actually have what I need in stock and better customer service :) Goodbye Lucky Vitamin Headache!

Feeling Happy & Lucky to find LUCKY VITAMIN :)
Seems like this is an optional extra to do this survey/review, to be put into a draw for a $100 voucher to spend with Lucky Vitamin, which is a great offer! - NOT part of ordering, as some people seem to think!
This is my first order with Lucky Vitamin, but Lucky Vitamin post to UK - hurrah! - and with free posting over £55 - bless them! - so fingers crossed there are no additional duties on the way.
The ethos and vibe of the company, family run and passionate about health and happy customers, is uplifting and inviting. I find the web-site easy to use, the product information clear, quick, and easy. I like the wish list and regimen list, and apparently they do autoship too.
The range of products is phenomenal! - any American customers who feel unhappy with any of it, try some English sites and you'll feel Lucky indeed to have Lucky Vitamin so handy!
And the prices and substantially-reduced special offers seem excellent, much appreciated:)
The registering and check-out processes were all easy, quick, straight-forward, just the postal address box wouldn't let me correct one error so I have to contact Lucky Vitamin to do that.
Anyway, so far I am very impressed and delighted, and look forward to more happy healthy shopping ~ and learning more about nutrition ~
YAY! & THANK YOU LUCKY VITAMIN
(from Judith in UK)

The worst experience I never had
This is the worst experience I never had since 20 years I buy on the internet. It's been 4 months now that their carrier lost my parcel, LuckyVitamin told me that there was an issue with the address apparently and that the parcel was on its way back to them, then and only then Lucky Vitamin will refund me. (I never seen on the carrier's website that the parcel was on its way back to LuckyVitamin so I don't know where they found this information). So I waited one more month and they told me that they didn't received the parcel yet so they cannot refund me. I went to the carrier website and the tracking number doesn't even work anymore since it's way to old now! I sent more than a dozen of emails to LuckyVitamin and they answered me with an automatic response that until they don't have the parcel back they can't refund me, even if I'm not responsible for the loss of the parcel... This website is a pure SCAM!

Good Job
Found this site had the best price on Almased and ordered 2 canisters of it. When Lucky Vitamin arrived I found the loosely fitting top of each canister had become dislodged in shipping and the thin foil seal had also come open, spilling quite a bit of the product into the box. I tried calling their 1-800 number immediately and never got ahold of a human being despite being on hold for an eternity, so I sat down and sent a quick email to their customer service, expressing my disappointment at the poor packaging. They apologized profusely and immediately shipped out not one but two canisters of Almased --at no charge. When I got the first 2 cans I cursed a blue streak, vowing never again to order from them again but instead of playing the poor victim, I reached out to them with praiseworthy results-- refreshing how some merchandisers will go out of their way to establish a strong, loyal customer base, and this was one of them. I have dealt with other retailers who could care less about customer satisfaction but Lucky Vitamin is doing everything right, at least with my experience.

Useful Features for Price Comparison & Education
I mainly use Lucky Vitamin to find products that I can't find in other stores in my area. I like to shop for the best unit price; so, I like the way that Lucky Vitamin shows pricing. I can see what the advantages are to buying multiples of the same item. Because I often buy more than I need, I don't usually fret about the amount of time that back-ordered items take to ship, but Lucky Vitamin sometimes take a long while: That turnaround time could be better. And I noticed that a few of the products that I was looking for were not on the Web site this time, even though other items from the company are still featured, and I probably could find those items at another store.(I was looking for Everyone's Unscented Body Lotion and the corresponding soap.) I think that the rewards for having an account are pretty slow to pay off; so, that could be better, too. I think that if Lucky Vitamin included small samples of product, especially product similar to what the customer purchased, in the shipped orders, this might improve the customer's experience, especially since the service seems to be geared towards educating customers, which is another feature of the Web site that I appreciate. All in all, I had a good shopping experience, but I had to give up on a few of the items that I was originally looking for, and some improvements could be made.

False advertising, misrepresentation, worst customer service
On September 1, I purchased a supplement for $34 with free shipping from the Lucky Vitamin site after carefully reading the list of ingredients for the product posted on the site. I received a package on 9-5. I immediately noticed that I received a product with another name and different ingredients, although the packing slip states I received the item I ordered.

I learned from the manufacturer's site that the product I ordered is no longer available, yet Lucky Vitamin is listing the old product on its site and using the old product name on its invoicing while shipping the new product, which has a new name and new ingredients. This is false advertising and misrepresentation.

I immediately emailed Lucky Vitamin telling them of their misrepresentation and false advertising. Their website clearly says "No sweat, all products – opened or not – can be returned for any reason. Send the items back to us within 90 days and we'll refund your money…Once we receive the package, we'll refund you via the same method of payment with which you paid. You will receive the full purchase price of your product minus any shipping fees (unless of course, it was our error)."

I told Lucky Vitamin, "This is your error in shipping me a product I did not order. I expect you to provide a full refund of $34.00 to me when you receive the returned product plus provide a prepaid shipping label."

I received a prepaid shipping label the next day by email, packaged the supplement & took it to a FedEx drop off site on September 8. FedEx delivered it to Lucky Vitamin on September 11. The next set of problems began on September 14 when Lucky Vitamin gave me a refund of $28.05 after deducting shipping of $5.95. This clearly violates the statement on their site.

Thus began a series of 5 emails from me demanding an additional refund of $5.95 for shipping, which was free to begin with. The replies from Lucky Vitamin employees ranged from I had already gotten a refund, no refunds for shipping are allowed, to a general run-around. With each email I had to send, my frustration and anger at this company for its lack of customer service and business ethics grew and compounded.

For me, it wasn't any longer about $5.95. It was about principles, ethics and doing what's right. Lucky Vitamin violated the promises it made on its site. Finally in my last email sent September 20,15 days after I got the wrong product, I stated that if I didn't get a refund of $5.95 promptly, I would be contacting the Better Business Bureau and the Attorney General of their state. I added that Lucky Vitamin had ripped me off and I did not intend to stand for it. The next day I received a refund of the $5.95, but no apology whatsoever from the employee issuing the refund. I find that amazing.

I know this review is long, but I want others to be aware of how Lucky Vitamin treats its customers when it does something wrong. I will not put myself in a position where this could happen again to me.

Horrible company and overpriced by 22.57%!
Horrible company, requires you to call 1. Your credit card company, 2. Visa merchant verification, and requests you do a 3 way call to Visa and THEN to Lucky Vitamin as Lucky Vitamin "cannot make the 3 way call themselves" to verify a first time order of $123.48. Wow. I guess to this pitiful company that amount is like thousands of dollars. Btw, both my CC company and Visa told me they had never heard of a RETAILER requesting a customer obtain the transaction/authorization code from them, I was told the merchant retailer is supposed to verify themselves through Visa/Mastercard merchant services. Lazy Lucky Vitamins! They refused to ship my order even though my CC company supervisor verified the transaction went through and was already posted to my account FOR DAYS. Lucky Vitamin said they were holding my package (in some kind of hostage situation) until I obtained this fictitious authorization code which NO CC nor Visa Merchant services was willing to give out nor do a 3 way call with Lucky Vitamin. Lucky Vitamin's "supervisor" also suggested that I try to pay via Paypal, WTH! I earn cashback from my CC, why in the heck would anyone use Paypal? My CC company told me this sounded suspicious and placed Lucky Vitamin on their FRAUD WATCH and disputed the charge while giving me a refund immediately! Oh, and the kicker? I bought the SAME 4 bottles in the SAME quantity counts from another online vendor for $23 savings, I only paid $100.91 for the SAME ORDER saving myself +$22.57! Oh, and my over 20+(!) requests to cancel my account altogether has so far been ignored. I will file a complaint with my attorney general as well as Pennsylvania's attorney general's office, where this "company" is located! Thank God I disputed this order and saved myself 22.57%!

Great prices but slow shipping
Great prices and hard to find items are here at lucky. I like the wishlist and regimen list too. The only thing is the shipping, which takes so long, I was trying to find out about overnight due to 'cold pack items' and it was explained that after 1 pm est is considered ordering the next day, Lucky Vitamin don't work weekends, so if ya order over night on a Wednesday you'll still get it Tuesday of the following week. Lame. Also, if I have some items that are shop runner they still don't ship those to me 2 day shipping even though they state next to them, shop runner for shipment, they go in the box with 6 business days which ends up being 2 weeks later earliest, which is a long time to wait for anything being shipped within the states these days. So I redid my order, what i needed this year I ordered elsewhere and what I could live without for eons I placed with Lucky, so they lost a couple hundred and i'm bummed but now i know I have to order a month in advance and that way they remain a good source. They do carry hard to find items,

I ordered some "healthy" skin products while recovering...
I ordered some "healthy" skin products while recovering from a bout of infectious facial cellulitis and none of the products (but the soap) were usable, the face makeup was too dry and clogged the pores and was too light in color. I got three of those; also some brow/lid color and that was too smeary-and-stainy, wrong consistency and no brush, and the cheek color barely came out of the container and didn't go on at all, almost hard as a rock, and only the three bars of castille soap were ok, so I returned everything but the soap and should have received maybe 40 in refund (the three soaps were maybe 6 dollars) but Lucky Vitamin took the whole 50 after they lied and said I opened the other 2 bottles of makeup. But why would anyone do that even if they liked the product. Who opens 3 bottles at once, and the reason they did that was for spite; they didn't like the accurate feedback, smarmy, abusive vindictive company... please avoid them like the plague!
