I have already contacted Better Business Bureau so now I'll write a review on here I submitted an order two weeks ago that was rejected billed to my credit card and refunded within the same hour I sent an email to man scape asking why Manscaped couldn't explain why so I tried re-ordering again I just re-ordered it last week and have no idea if the orders can even be in field this company has no customer service phone number will not respond to any of the dozen emails that I've sent itHave received no response whatsoever from this company please do not order from this company I can even question if it's a legitimate company it's business ethics are the worst I have ever seen in my life

The Manscraped products are a gimmick, period. There are other electric trimmers out there that will do an equal or better job, and those trimmers have been on the market forever. Manscraped uses witty wording and talks about "balls" and how their product takes care of your "balls," and that wording is what draws people in. In reality, the trimmer itself is under powered and it will most certainly cut you if you don't pull your skin tight (you have to pull your skin tight with ANY trimmer, including the Manscraped "lawn mower"). Where Manscaped get you is, you have to purchase new ceramic blades for the "lawn mower" whereas other trimmers have stainless blades that last for years if cared for properly. On their own website they say they want your full satisfaction, yet if you open the package and use it, you can't return it no matter how bad it sucks. How can you know if you are satisfied with the product if you don't use it? Does leaving it in the package, untouched, allow you to somehow magically determine if this product is better than others out there? Nope. Once you try it, you own it. And as for the ball conditioner and cologne, try taking a bath more than once every few days and your balls won't stink. It's all a gimmick and what's more, the devices are not any different than other trimmers out there. They will cut you if you don't pull your skin tight, just like any other trimmer. Well, I guess getting nicked up with a ceramic blade (that you have to replace) might make some idiots out there feel more like a man than those who use actual quality trimmers that do a better job and have more power. Whatever. Do not buy into this scam people. Not even the underwear are original, there are others out there that are better. I regret buying into this scam and have learned a valuable lesson from it... if it looks and sounds like a gimmick, it's probably a gimmick. Don't make the same mistake I made.

P.S. In response to the Manscraped rep, I took a screen shot of their return policy... right off of the Manscraped website. I highlighted the best part, but you should read the first 3 sentences to get the maximum LOLs out of it. Given that policy, I'm pretty sure I'm stuck with this junky ass trimmer. Sent a message about my dead "weed whacker" and so far no reply. I don't expect one, either.

Pretty upset with trying to even GET my order. I ordered the Performance Package on October 25th, received a shipping notice October 28th. Waited 4 weeks and no order. Contacted both Manscaped and DHL - Manscaped said Manscaped would ship another, and when I heard back from DHL, turns out they never received the package to ship...

November 24th I received an email from UPS stating that a shipping label had been produced. Today, December 3rd - UPS still has not received the parcel to ship out from Manscaped, and still no response from the Manscaped team... (and trust me, i've sent many, many messages and emails). I ordered this very early as a gift for my husbands birthday on December 1st, as with the shipping times being delayed, I didn't want to risk anything.

So almost 6 weeks from my original order date and NOTHING. If my husband didn't want this razor so badly, I'd cancel my damn order and get a refund. Absolutely terribly run business. I sincerely hope the Manscaped team does some re-vamping to their management and shipping otherwise good luck staying in business.

I purchased the Manscaped Performance Package plus their brand of cologne & couldn't be happier with my choice. The included toiletry bag feels premium as well as durable to last for many trips ahead. The boxer briefs have that quality stitching that reminds me of Nike Dri-fit products, which is a plus in my opinion... and the magic mat will give you a laugh guaranteed. Yet, I must say their products regarding the body hair trimmer, nose/ear hair trimmer, deodorant & ball toner are 2nd to none. Knowing that you can use it in or out of the shower is awesome & if you like the smell of pine or tea tree oil I would suggest their cologne, quite fragrant. Just keep in mind that some products are over 3.4oz Hope this review helps the next curious traveler that I once was.

So I've had a couple electric shavers in the past. I used the guards and all that, but could never get a "clean cut". The Lawnmower 3.0 did just that. Listen, I'm a really hairy guy. My ancestors survived the Ice age naked apparently... You can trust this shaver on your man parts no problem, just follow the directions and go slow. I actually went all out and shaved my chest for fun. It was a bit weird wearing a shirt for the first few days I could feel all the fibers in my shirt, oh yeah and not to mention I could feel my boxers and the seems and everything. It's just a cleaner look and feel. If you want that then this is the product for you! 5 stars all the way!

Loving my Lawnmower 3.0, Weed Whacker and Refined Cologne. The package also came with a bunch of other goodies like the Shed & boxers and I really like them as well. The order shipped fast and was delivered sooner than I expected. A few weeks after my purchased I misplaced the guard for the Lawnmower 3.0, so I emailed support asking how to purchase another and Manscaped sent me a replacement guard free from charge or shipping. I'm so happy with my purchase, I will continue on with the replenishment blades for the foreseeable future and certainly purchase more Manscaped items. Great products and amazing support! Thanks, Manscaped, for helping me start ballin'.

P.S. The Lawn Mower 3.0 comes with a charging stand & USB adapter and the Weed Whacker comes with a charge cord & USB adapter. The USB adapter is a nice touch, considering I paid $350 for headphones that didn't even come with one. Also, I spent ten minutes trying to get the orientation of the picture I included correct and I don't think it worked out.

I have purchased every product from manscaped at least once. I love them all. Every product works as advertised. The Lawn mower 3.0 and the plow 2.0 are my favorites. The crop mops have come in handy multiple times. The crop preserver keeps everything nice and dry, I live in Hawaii so the humidity makes it almost impossible to be outside for more than 5 minutes without sweating. I got the foot duster for free with one of my blade replenishments and it has really saved my work boots from smelling like a garbage swamp.

The manscaped signature scent is great. Very masculine and a definite confidence booster.

I would recommend manscaped products to anyone who wants to be properly groomed and cares about their hygiene.

Do not give this company your money! I wish we had read the Amazon reviews before buying this. It knicks your skin like crazy! Bleeding both times used. The advertising on this is so false it shouldn't be allowed to advertise at all. I thought there were consumer protection rules against this type of scam company. Shame on Mark Cuban and Lori Greiner for investing in this ripoff. I don't know why Manscaped would be involved in this type of blatant scam. We requested our money back because they say they honor a 30-day money back policy. I received an email back with suggestions and a link to instructions on how to use it. After bleeding twice (I gave it a second chance after reading an article written about the trimmer). I will be putting in a dispute with my credit card company because there is no way I am paying for this terrible product

Literally the packaged MANSCAPED offers you will truly make you feel like the king you are. What I was most impressed with was the options to protect your royal jewels. Secondly Manscaped do not want you to be without a single product so they have subscription options as well. What came in the mail was nothing short of amazing. Everything came wrapped and protected from ship to final ship destination. I almost did not want to take it out of its compartments. I did. Lol. I mean from the charger to the pH spray. I didn't know they make pH spray for your balls or deodorant for your balls. Bic, Norelco, Sheick don't have nothing on MS. The first time I used it I was In heaven. I did not feel the blades going against my nuts. It was so smooth. MANSCAPED COMPANY you are truly on a mission to protect man jewels everywhere.

This company and the products are simply top-notch. In this day and age it's hard to find a company that has great products and great customer service. I have the lawnmower 2.0, the plow, their boxers, and their crop cleanser.
All of their products are great quality. The plow looks and feels like I spent $50 on it. The lawnmower 2.0 is so state of the art, and easy to use, it will make manacaping a sinch and your significant other will love you for it.
I've recommended this company and their products, to all my friends and family, and Manscaped all love it. I will warn you you will be a customer for life.
They don't need a multi million dollar spokesman for their product. The products and company speak for themselves

Okay so I've had multiple issues in the past with things like accidental orders, replacement blades getting sent without me subscribing, and the occasional mysterious charge on my card showing up. These things normally get me agitated and angry, but the second I reached out to customer service Manscaped resolved all of my issues with zero questions. They're polite, efficient, and understanding. I have never seen a customer support for a company be this exceptional, and it is for that reason alone that I will be recommending this company and their products to everyone who inquires. Fantastic job Manscaped, keep doing what you're doing!

Love my Manscape kit! Comes in a handy bag to keep everything organized. The trimmer is really well designed and simple to operate. The light is SO handy! Cleans up easily when i'm all done and holds a charge for a couple of uses. The lotion and spray smell good, very masculine, and does a nice job of keeping the bits fresh. I got some foot spray too in my last trimmer head replacement, which also works well. I've had other trimmers before and the Manscaper blows all of them out of the water... literally, this trimmer is waterproof so use it in the shower! For on the go maintenance, the Crop Mop wipes are awesome. Same great scent and individually packaged so you can keep them handy. Throw a couple in your bag, backpack, keep 'em in the office, etc. Can't wait to see what Manscape comes out with next!

10 days after Manscaped had taken payment for the items I still haven't received shipping confirmation. Contacted Manscaped and was told "due to a recent influx of orders they were having delays sending the goods". Considering they have already taken payment for the goods and mentioned nothing about delays in processing when the order was made this simply isn't acceptable.

Manage to advertise all over Google, YouTube and Instagram even though they can't fill the orders. I then went onto their Instagram account and every second comment on their pictures/ posts are customers complaining their money has been taken but they still haven't received the goods. Absolutely disgusting.

This was the worst online retail experience I have ever had. I ordered the package deal with replenishments and got a confirmation email of purchase. That was it. Nothing was shipped, no communication after a week about it being delayed. Had to reach out to someone via a chatroom for customer service as when I called a number I had to search to find all I got was a recorded voice mail for general mailbox. Manscaped said they would cancel and the only confirmation I got was that they cancelled my automatic replenishments. Now I have to go back and confirm they they cancel the remaining order. If I could have given this NO stars I would have. IF they do not cancel immediately and send a confirmation and refund within 7 days the attorney general and BBB will be notified. This is a pathetic operation! Ian L.

I tried a few different grooming kits from Walmart, and I'm not ashamed to say I was skeptical about Manscaped in the beginning. Even after seeing their hilariously true advertisement on Hulu. So, I decided to give their Toiletry Bundle a try after receiving a discount code. Needless to say, I haven't used any other brand in months, and that includes nail trimmers. I will say I waited to upgrade my Lawnmower (Trimmer) and Shears (Grooming Kit) sets, because the prices were a bit high. Although I won't complain about how close their 3.0 model can get, and the light helps tremendously!

If you're on the fence, give it a try and see what You think. You'll never know until you do.

I really hope these reviews help others that consider researching doing business with Manscaped or that the fact that I filed a complaint at the BBB will in some way not only help me resolve my issue with this company, but have an impact in the way the next people placing orders are treated. I have learned that this company habitually blames "computer glitches" and a "new system" for failing to process orders, ship in a timely manner, or flat out communicate with their paying customers that need help. Please if you are reading this, believe all the critical reviews and do your homework. Perhaps you could find a similar product at a more established and customer service friendly business. In summary, I have filed the complaint at the BBB because that is the only way I've seen that Manscaped actually will respond.

I have ordered 3 items from their shop, paid using my PayPal, got the confirmation Mail that the order was confirmed telling me I would get a notification once my order gets shipped. That was now 5 days ago and I still did not get any new updates. I tried sending a mail yesterday aswell but I am waiting for a reply for that one as well. Today I found the priority support function on their site but I could not send my request for help since this message: "order must be a `number` type, but the final value was: `NaN` (cast from the value `"order number here"`)." was showing up and I don't know what to do about it since I entered the requested Order Number that was given to me in the confirmation mail. I do not mind waiting for my order to arrive but apparently it has not even shipped yet after 5 days of waiting and I would like to know what is going on with it or an estimated time of arrival.

I'm sorry to tell you that this is probably the worst customer service I have experienced so far.

There are many Manscaped products I've purchased over the last two years, from the toolshed to the boxers to the perfect package 1.0. None come even close to the perfect 3.0 for one reason- the lawn mower 3.0, the perfect manscaping device. If a 4.0 is made, I have no idea how it will be improved upon. You may nick yourself if you remove the blade guards, but just leave them on and then go over it with a normal razor (Manscaped have The Plow, which is nice, though personally I just use an extra Gilette since I'm not as much a fan of double edged safety razors). Just don't forget to get replacement blades for the lawn mower from time to time to keep it pristine!

11/10, will keep purchasing Manscaped years from now

So I'm at my girlfriend's place scrolling through instagram when I came across the ad for the Lawnmower 3.0 all inclusive pack. I showed her the ad as a joke... she did not take it as one. About a week later, I see a box from Manscaped on the kitchen table. As I started questioning who was about to get the Redd Forman special from these size 12s I realized that she had actually bought that mess for ME & was waiting for my birthday to give it to me. She was like "well since you already saw it, take it home now."

So I'm doing 64 in a school zone when I'm thinking "man watch this be another waste of a grooming kit." I got home thinking this about to be nothing but a fried baloney sandwich and some sugar water in a box that costs $89...
I damn near called Manscaped headquarters to apologize for my ignorance. My friends stopped talking to me because I won't shut up about this product. My man bits are so smooth I squeak when I walk. The ball deodorant alone is a product that I never knew I needed until just now. I look down at any man who's letting someone's offspring within a 10-mile radius of their junk without a solid trim, toner & deodorized finish.

EVERY man should have this kit. My life isn't altered, its completely changed. I made an entire account to write this one review. If you actually read all of this, your next course of action should--nay... MUST be to stop what you're doing, and buy this product. You'll never go back to being dirty again.

I have been shopping online before COVID-19 tragically interrupted out lives. I have to say that this is the worst experience I have ever had with online ordering. Not only did Manscaped steal my money, they won't even respond to my emails. I ask if there were a number I could call to hopefully resolve this issue efficiently as my purchase was meant to be a gift however I have been completely ignored. I have sent over 6 emails to this company regarding the fact that they did not send me an order number, I didn't even receive a confirmation number. I guess since they already have my money they no longer care about my experience. They took the money out of my account & did not even send out the package. I hope this company gets reported and shut down ASAP so that this doesn't happen again.

I have to to admit I was pretty skeptical during my first use of the Lawnmower due to previous experiences with other trimmers. But once you trust it, you can really get after it. It's really smooth and doesn't nic you at all. It feels really good in your hand and feels well built. I definitely won't be using any other trimmer besides this one. I also love the Crop Preserver. I work outside and it keeps me feeling pretty fresh. If you're using powders you need to switch to the preserver. Also, the underwear are the best things I've ever work and I've tried multiple pairs looking for the best happy home for my goods. These things are definitely a happy home

I should've done my research before ordering. I've ordered the trimmer 2.0 from the "Canadian website" manscaped.ca thinking the product was going to be shipped from Canada. But NO. It shipped from USA. I placed my order on April 18th, 2020 and still haven't received my product that I paid for. As I write this review the date today is May 13,2020 pretty much a full month. I also sent them an email 2 days ago but still haven't got a response. If you haven't ordered from them yet and you're reading this review please refrain from doing so.

Update: Received my trimmer after 42 days. I guess because of the Covid-19. But regardless it would be nice to know that the "Canadian" website is shipping the products from the USA. Regarding the trimmer it's pretty decent. It doesn't shave you smooth like a razor or any other trimmers I have but at least it holds true to No Cuts No Pulling

The lawnmower 3.0 is definitely worth your money! I purchased through the perfect package and enjoyed all of the extras that came with it. I had the original lawn mower and it died on me after about 2-3 years. I liked it but this one IS SO MUCH BETTER. It is literally like night and day and I highly recommend the product.

I would give them 5 stars but like others have complained about, I also had issues with shipping. Heard nothing for over a week and then reached out after about 10 days to find out a few days later when someone decided to respond, that it had been shipped but no email notifying me that it did. Manscaped also used DHL which is like the worst shipping service known to man. Got held up in the transition from DHL to USPS for over a week! I finally got the product about 3 and half weeks after ordering. Shipping could be improved to match the great product!

I have been telling all of my friends and their girlfriends about this wonderful stuff. I got the crop preserver and the foot duster and Manscaped are both easy to apply. I added maybe an extra minute or two to my morning routine and the results last all day. I love being able to come home and still feel fresh. My girlfriend was wary at first but the ph balancing and vegan and animal friendly nature of the product was reassuring to her. Unfortunately we currently live 4k miles apart so I don't have her first have experience to share but personally I enjoy feeling and smelling good even after a 10 hour work day.

Well... What can I say about this product? My wife had seen the commercials for the Manscape equipment. She tells me "Buy that and try it." Well, I did. I tried it, and all I can say is that I love it. No razor burns or knicks on my junk or sac. The product is quality made and not cheap junk. Manscaped have many options in equipment and lotions and stuff. I got the Lawnmower 3.0 and the Weed Whacker set. I also got the Crop Preserver (Anti-chafing ball deodorant) and the Crop Reviver (ball toner with active PH control). It also comes with a Manscaped newspaper for you to read and then to stand on while you groom yourself. And you can set up your automatic delivery of what items you need to replace or try something different.

I did receive my order on Saturday. It would have been helpful for someone to respond, or even to set the expectation that it was going to be delivered USPS.

I pleased that it has arrived, however, having a lack of communication and customer service is horrible when things do not work, or expectations are unclear.

I will update once I have used the trimmer.

I have placed an order, paid, then never received anything regarding the deliver of my device. I have gotten onto their website after a bit of aggravation, resetting passwords with my email, then coming to find that I had not registered. (Yeah, I had a hand in that irritation.) Now the website says my device is delivered. I emailed immediately. I looked for a number. Called. Laughable "service" line which says go to the website. No response. No trimmer. No nothing. I hope the product is ridiculous, because this is the worst service I believe I have ever experienced.

I ordered manscaped 3.0 trimmer package from them 4/17 then 2 days later ordered the plow. Shipping times are not shown. When you contact them for an estimate Manscaped tell you 1-2 days processing then 5-7 shipping. After 10 days of no confirmation you reach out again To be told well there's an influx of orders ( which is their standard response check any order from January to now on bbb complaints page) then once it ships 2-3 weeks later it then gets "lost" in the mail. Shipping goes from being delivered today to running late to in transit at a city an hour away from you on the same day. You contact them again hoping they will help you find this package they mailed to you that you have already paid for and contact usps for you, only to be told to wait 3 days and after 3 days it will be considered "lost" and they will reach out and figure out what's going on. So you wait the 3 days and then contact them again only to get no reply. You try again the next day to get a response from them to just wait on the package to arrive after they have already told you to contact them and they would find out what's going on. Then they proceed to almost accuse you. Saying do you know something from the usps that we don't? Like no seriously? I was following their advice to contact them in their timeline only to be passed to someone who has no idea about what's going on or been said. I then responded to that email explaining the situation again only to not hear from them again. My package is still not here and IVE HAD TO REACH OUT TO THE USPS MY SELF to try to find where it may be. The next place will be my credit card company and the bbb. Seriously the worst customer service I've ever experienced anywhere. You have to reach out to them multiple times to get a response. Buyer beware. Buy from someone else who will assist you and take the time to take care of you. I've tried to attach the emails as proof of my experience as a picture speaks more than words itself

As soon as I received the products ordered, I could instantly tell the quality right away. Still with all the positive feedback I'd heard, I was still skeptical of it's capabilities. Those concerns were laid to rest once I used the Lawn Mower 3.0. I suffered no nicks or abrasions from using this expertly designed shaver around my groin and leg area. The battery life was sustainable for quite a while as I meticulously maneuvered across my skin. Once done I took a shower and applied some of the Crop Preserver, which does reduce chafing and smells good too. The same goes for the Crop Reviver, if I'm not feeling fresh later in the day. The boxers that came with the Perfect Package grooming kit were silky smooth and felt like a second skin. Manscaped are without question the best thing to put on right after manscaping and showering. I was so impressed with this product's performance that I also ordered the Weed Whacker later. I've used it only once, but it's done a great job removing any unsightly ear hair and nose hair. The overall assessment I can provide anyone considering any of these products is that they work as intended and without fail. The research and development team clearly did their homework and I am forever grateful.

Just wanted to say thank you for Manscaped for coming out with this product it is one of the best products I've ever use I've tried every clipper in the world and all I had was issues same for the nose Weedwhacker it's the best Weedwhacker I've ever used I'll try the mall so far hands-down mask he is the number one product for me and I've told all my male and female friends Manscaped didn't have one of these on the shelf they was not taking care of their hygiene it's made for a man but I can't keep it away from my wife I'm about to purchase a second one so hands-down thank you Manscaped your product says it is what it is we take care of balls also great customer service keep up the Excellent work

I ordered their product a while ago and have been in their replacement blade subscription for some time. I love the trimmer does everything Manscaped say it does. Safe, easy to use, close trim. Replacement blades are delivered in a timely manner. Had an issue where I moved and forgot to change my address with them. Didnt realize this until my next replacement shipped. I contacted them and they sent me another set to my new address at no extra charge. I actually got the original shipment and offered to return it, which they refused and told me to just keep it. Couldn't recommend this company more, if a personal trimmer is what you are looking for. Great people from my experience.
