Mirraw

So far, the experience has been pleasant. Had little issues with looking for clothes and jewelry, very nice choice.

Sometimes there is a delay but that happens sometimes.

I did get some clothes that did not fit right (too small) even if I got the XL size.

And sometimes the earrings in a set are packed so tightly that the posts got bent, but I was able to fix them myself. This has happened about 3-4 times with the jewelry sets.

Good choices and variety of clothing, website easy to navigate, previous stitching experience has been good. Wish the shipping didn't take as long but overall good.

On the 16th of Jan, I ordered two items, as per order number M366215826. The total cost after mirraw wallet credits was applied was $191.79, however PayPal debited $213.10 (transaction details attached) from my credit card. I called on the day and was advised that I will be refunded $21.31 in two weeks.
I have made countless phone calls and sent emails with no refund. Still waiting for an action from Mirraw.
I understand its not a lot of money, its about principles which Mirraw does not seem to respect.

I am very disappointed to learn from my friend, in Miyazaki, that my gift to him, which were the Red Cotton Jute Nehru Jacket and the Blue Brasso Jacquard Nehru Jacket, for which I paid USD 157.0, including $5.18 for gift wrapping, did NOT reach him gift wrapped and my personal gift note, which I had requested to be added too, was NOT added! Please let me know why this was and please refund the gift wrapping money. I am truly disappointed with your service. I expected more thoughtfulness and professionalism from you.

Extremely bad service. My order has not yet been updated in my account for more than a month Mirraw were quick to demand payment which was paid asap by me. Till now we have wasted our time talking to various customer service agents, to no avail. Now I will have to give my opinion on social media regarding how unreliable and cheat this company is.

The Mirraw website is fie, but after I saved my cart I began to get reminder emails that had inaccurate prices on the items, such as an item that was USD 88 suddenly showing up as USD 6600! When I inquired if the prices were really in USD, or if Mirraw were in INR, the representatives that responded gave wrong answers that could only come from not reading my question or looking at the reminder emails with inaccurate prices, which I had attached to my inquiry. Mirraw's customer service support leaves a lot to be desired.

Just came across this site and must say, "I really love the site". Will definitely be shopping more here after I get my first purchase item and if I'm satisfied with it. Thank you.

I would rate your site very highly on both product and delivery.
My only issues are getting outfits with a length of 64 inches. Many of your wonderful style options dont give that option, while others do.

Overall it's been a very positive experience

This is my first time buying dresses at Mirraw. Dresses looks great in the site, but it didn't let me put in my coupon while proceed to checkout and pay. I was looking looking for that option/field to let me put in the code I have and didn't show that. I called *******941 number multiple times, it says Mirraw are busy assisting other customers for couple of minutes and then hangs up on its own. Kind of frustrating service. The Three stars I gave just for the looks of the dresses on the site, I have to see when I get it.

Ordered 2 Kurta pajamas, One was dark blue but Mirraw sent a purple kurta and dark blue pajama, clearly put together from left overs from other sets, making it useless. When contacted the only option they gave was to refund 20% for that item only. They promised that refund in 3 days but did not respond until they were reminded 12 days later. Net, do not take chances.

Thanks a lot. All the stuff were delivered on time and packing, quality, design were the same as mentioned in site. I have one suggestion, your website is little bit slow, also please provide large zoom of pics to have better view of fabric.

Gave no option for express delivery
After call to company was told order would be with me for sure by next week when i need it and now ots delayed again which means the wedding i need items for i will have to buy from again!
If some of the order wasnt ready the one that was should have been sent on promised delivery date!

Ended up ordering same order twice because at 1st order message was received from Mirraw that payment didn't go through. I found out only after I received the confirmation re: my product dispatched and I tried to track my order realized its same product. I contacted Mirraw and the response was sorry can't do anything now. Very disappointed.Not sure if I will order again.

Been purchasing from mirraw.com from last year. Would highly recommend this website for online purchasing because:
* The orders are never unduly delayed.
* The suits are stitched PERFECTLY and fit very well.
* Packing is good (but I prefer one plastic bag for all the garments in an order, instead of one for each product)
* Order status is updated accordingly.
* And customer service is excellent! Responses are immediate, polite & professional.

Ok still had no solution

The Mirraw wallet does not allow the customers to use the full balance. That is certainly not fair. As a customer if I am buying items from your website and in turn getting the rewards, you should not restrict me from using it fully. Also regarding your last question here "Should we follow up to make sure you're satisfied with your order" does not allow me to choose "No" as an answer. This is certainly very unfair on your part to force me to choose "yes"

As per our telephone conversation today 8/10/2021 you promised to send this order Express Delivery. This order should get here by 8/25/2021.

Pls send me good quality outfits if you dont feel Mirraw pls adjust my order and issue a refund.

The bangles are pretty and runs per your size. I'm a 2.10 and Mirraw fit nicely. I'm glad I didn't have to exchange any sizes. I rated 4/5 because my order was supposed to be delivered couple days before and I ordered to wear these for a wedding, but it didn't arrive on time but the Mirraw team credited me some money for future purchases which was nice of them. I recommend them based on products.

Hi, I received the product today and I loved it more than in actual picture. The product is too good. The best part is, I received the product on time and I was able to track the product very well. Loved the self adjusting feature added to the top of yellow baby girls top. I will be ordering more and definitely recommend it to my friends for any traditional wear.

Arrived so much more quickly than I expected, absolutely beautiful and looked just like the image online! The fit was a bit loose but otherwise very pleased with this order and

Today we received our long-awaited products from Mirraw on 08/10/21.
The original confirmed date was 07/27/21.

Unfortunately the products don't look like the pictures.
Even if deviations are indicated, Mirraw are extreme rejections.
Gray became beach.
The complicated embroidery became a very simple one.

The quality of the fabric is poor.

We are very disappointed, we have spent almost 600 € I hope we get some help.

PS. Men clothes is good!

There's a decent variety of organic fabric sarees at Mirraw, which is what I look for. The pricing is appropriate, when you add cartage etc. It was easy to order. I hope the deliver also happens on time.

Attention to the guy I woke up yesterday, since your phone number said Laguna Beach CA but I assume in India via satellite, Sorry. It works perfectly fine on Google Chrome, wasn't working on Firefox.

When i added on the charge so that i qualified for international, the site kind of stopped working and it took several tries to figure it out. But otherwise great! Efficient.

DO NOT BUY! I've had the worst customer service experience in my life. I placed an order in 2019 which Mirraw never shipped on time. After chasing them for a refund, a year later they shipped my order. The quality was so poor and cheap, I returned the order (remind you this was A YEAR LATER). Till date I'm waiting for the refund that I placed on Sep 17,2019 - screenshot from my PayPal account is attached. For more than a year, their customer service has said that they are looking into this matter and escalating the issue. They are a scam. Please stay away!

Mirraw team are great if you have any questions! Mirraw respond quick and update aswell. In regards to the Saree I think there should maybe be a section to tick in regards to height maybe. I forgot to mention I am a tall lady and wanted the draping fabric longer but it is no biggie, means I can indeed dance at the party! The fabric doesn't look like the picture but I am still happy with purchase and they do state this.
