First order from this store. Seems to be legitimate website. Shopping experience was very easy, quick and point A to B so far. Let's see about product delivery and quality. Overall great.

I've been trying to apply coupon fo not know how to access with code as there's 30.00 Discount shown in my a/c. Alternatively it says I get 20% discount but does not show in my grand totals breakdown. Bit confused about these discounts. Also didn't realise I would be charged shipping which I was trying to avoid.

I'm upset because I ordered the same product and the size was incorrect and you told me that I can't return it but you would giv3 me 30%off if I buy another one. Then when I inquired your customer service representative told me that it was not approved for me to get any discount off. I told them that my friends all bought dresses and we are traveling in 30 days and still no discount. But yet here I Am buying the exact item again in a smaller size.

I am a regular customer of Mirraw. Everything I shop overall went well, except some of my cloths sticking wasn't good enough. But purchase was pretty much fair.

Customer service is awesome
Stitching service(was lucky to get offered rate) is additional plus point though fittings for some were not OK.
Courier service needs to improve - courier failed to update or reply the customer and could have lost my delivery.
Some products look too average to display such price; wont have purchased if could see instead of the photo.

I am going to come back again and encourage others to buy from Mirraw.

As for the product I did not like the quality of one of the product, as it was different from the design.
The second one was good.

Item received matches the picture closely. Happy with the prompt delivery even though it came all the way from India to US. The only thing I would mention that the dress has some smell like it has been sitting in storage for a long time. I plan to have it dry cleaned before my daughter wears it. May be pack in double plastic layer for shipping so it does not get the smell. Otherwise I am happy with my purchase and will definitely recommend Mirraw to friends!

Perfect sizing (I got small; I am US size 6), easily to wear (after two learning trials), and looks elegant and simply amazing in a muted beige cold with brighter accents/borders! I love it! Will not wear it with black like on the picture, but with gold or burgundy red color. The fabric could be softer, but it is just beautiful. My husband also thinks do. Thank you

Very slow process after placing the order to get from warehouse to stitching to shipment. I understand Coronavirus delays but customers should have been told in advance. My first order(i placed 4 orders) was my clothes for Eid which I didn't get in time. My second order arrived before Eid and I was able to wear those. Also no way to edit my custom sizing in my profile. For me the app works better than the website.

All the shades were lovely. Hope these are long lasting and non transferable. Just one suggestion. Please show images of models with dusky and wheatish complexion as well since the same shades look different on people who are not fair complexioned. Looking forward to try the lipsticks.

First time I've experienced so bad with Mirraw and feeling embarrassed. In fact item I have purchased on April 2021 has not been received yet nor I got my back yet. I've sent so many emails, complaints and even tried to contact the courier but no one is responding and taking responsibility. I think I lose my money.

It was very easy to place an order and provide measurements. My lehenga arrived before time and fitting is amazing. My first purchase from Mirraw and had a great experience. Thank you for making this possible. I hope I will have same experience in future as well.

My first time order from Mirraw. Great experience placing an order. Easy and fast. Estimated delivery November 21st. I really need the items sooner than that. I hope their customer service team is very good and ships me the items at their earliest. This is for a house warming event.

Please save your money, if it is my choice I would not even give one star.
1). Horrible CS, No Customer services at all, Mirraw will not try to resolve an issue, standard answer someone will call you in 1 hour, email reply standard answer someone will contact you in 72 hrs, send several emails & calls no response to resolve the issues,
2). Stitching job is horrible,
3). Material very poor quality,
4). No communications at all, opened up 5 to 6 tickets for issues, zero communication with clients to resolve, no intention to resolve an issue
6). They will just take your money... "save your money"

Mirraw sent me a extra large kurti but 38 inches. On their website they put 44inch as extra large. When I send the picture. They reply "Ma'am this is ready made prodcut."
I ordered from Canada. So they have no responsilbilty t check sizes before shipping. Very strange. When you do not know how to be accountable for your mistakes. Why you are running a business.

Overall good. I bought few items from Mirraw. One time, I was not happy with tailoring, but it can happens everywhere. I think Mirraw try their best to please customers.

Material used is too thin! Stone makes myself feel more heavier. Image shows stone have some greenery color but all gold color instead. Nevertheless is not Bad. U will see many orders received from Mirraw on pink kaftans this few days. Coz we are having family wedding & the attire is kaftans shocking pink. I did recommended to my niece though. Thank u.

You have lots of very good design and from cheaper to expensive, so I like it, I brown printed georgette saree it an add but now out of stock pls arrange for me

The clothes are good n delivery also prompt as per schedule. Customer is good, but I wanted to return and exchange one georgette light green printed long kurti since I received three. I actually ordered only one & so I want to return one untouched n packed too by shadow fax forward courier AWB no. SF122202792MIR. Please collect it n give me an exchange one of pink or blue of d same material an oblige.If this is done, d shopping deal with u is excellent. I have already informed but am awaiting needful replacement by your delivery service.

First time ever seen all seem to looks very nice and materials and readymade are also Beautiful, the one I had selected readymade salwar kameez cotton material blue color size 40 may doubt for me as I prefer loose fitting Xl or XXl if avail in your mirraw shopping. Thanks so much.
