T-Mobile has made my life miserable recently and has cost me so much time and money Ive had to postpone the reopening of my computer repair business after covid because of my data breach while using their mobile phone service, but today Morgan & Morgan's intake representative was so compassionate, understanding, and professional I feel confident I've chosen the right lawyer to represent me is this matter.

Please do not work with Morgan & Morgan in Philadelphia. In Florida and in other areas of the country, Morgan & Morgan may have very competent attorneys. But out of Philadelphia, there's Joe Swist and Clancy Boylan. They do not have a shred of professionalism or competence or kindness to their credit. Worst of all, they blame everyone but themselves. They are truly the worst of the worst. Trust me, I was a client. Do yourself a favor, DO NOT WORK WITH THEM.

Morgan & Morgan has done a disservice towards my case and their creditability. My family used Morgan & Morgan 20 years ago. This was a great experience according to my parents. Back in Feb. 2021 when I needed attorney services, I called up Morgan & Morgan and I was connected with a Case Manager (who coincidently is no longer there) and in the beginning he handled everything well. He was very professional. However I never actually spoke with the attorney until today. About mid April of 2021 I reached out to the CM by phone, email and text and no answer and no return call. I called out to the main office twice to see if I would be able to find out what is going on with my case and no call back on both occasions. I was like to case went cold. Meanwhile the Dr. offices have been in communications with Morgan & Morgan. Submitting treatment plan and follow up care. Morgan & Morgan attorney was advising the Dr. office if and when I could follow up with the Chiropractor's recommendations i. E. my Ortho appointment. On June 2,2021 I wrote to the Client Experiences and call Morgan and Morgan. I spoke to a representative who listened to me. She also tried calling the CM as well and did not reach him or the Attorney on my case. My call was escalated to the higher up. About 2 hours later I get a phone call from the attorney that was on the case just to be told me case was closed. He also advised the CM that I was working with was terminated and he put my file on closed without notifying me. The last conversation I had with the CM was late March 2021 or early April 2021 and he called me to advised me that my case was closed and the following week he called me back and told me that he has other attorneys to review my case, and that I should continue with treatment and do the MRI that was scheduled. The attorney denied ever speaking to anyone from the Dr. offices or having any knowledge of MRI referrals or Ortho referrals. This seemed very odd, because there office's don't just make appointments for a patient without notifying the Attorney. The only thing the attorney could say is, "The CM gave me and you incorrect information. I apologized for not looking into your file again. I'm sorry, but if there is anything else I could do for you let me know.'' So I don't recommend Morgan & Morgan if this the kind of service "For The People" are getting now. I expected much better.

The work and efficiency of lawyer Velma Jones and her assistants Miriam Melans, Estefany Quito were very professional in their outstanding work, knowledge and delivery of it. I simply googled best attorney for uninsured motorist claim. Morgan & Morgan came up as the Top Law Firm. I read about the firm and filled out the form that was online regarding my accident. My car accident was over a year ago and my car insurance has done nothing... Also, I had spoken with an attorney who assured me he would get started on my case right away. I owe over $30,000 in medical bills and the other driver hit me. I was sitting still in my car. The other driver had no insurance or driver's license, but he is able to retain an attorney? Both bones in my left arm were broken and I was off work for (3) months. This was during Corona so I was only allowed by my employer to take (30) hours per. Week of my sick time. I am a surgery scheduler so I type for a living. I am so THANKful I found Morgan & Morgan. Each person I have talked with has been kind, professional and compassionate to my situation.

If they'll take your case, use them. I tried local 3 lawyers I knew personally and Morgan & Morgan couldn't touch a case or come near the results Morgan and Morgan got me. I hesitated to use a firm like this but they are the modern business plan for a legal practice. Cases have overhead and small firms can't write off what they can. Plus their lawyers are great and I think on salary. Even on issues the can't help with they have still been polite and didn't waste any of my time.
Best Civil Lawyer Firm in the Nation. Unfortunately I've had horrible civil lawyers, they appear to only hire great ones. And they don't just have one. In a jurisdictions they aren't open in yet I had to pay 50% to get screwed and I'm still dealing with my insurance company Bc another firm didn't close the case out right.

Due to Pandemic and seating a jury plus, not knowing when we could seat a jury we agreed to settle the complaint. Reimbursement was pennies compared to the reported accident and problem. Responsible party in reality walked away with unclean hands.
My attorney Jerred Martin and his assistant Amber Gould did a fabulous job worked hard and in no way could he control the pandemic or any influence seating a jury. Will certainly use his office for any of my legal needs.

I will never send my family to a nursing home/ rehabilitation place ever again my heart is broken l lost a part of myself it is so hard for my family and l. My Father was transfered to caring heart nursing home/ rehabilitation Center for Physical therapy only and, from the first day of being there it was a problem. I fear that my father was missed treat and, hurt very badly.

This is Friday 12/4/20 and I have been waiting for 15 business days for them to cut my check, next week will start another week. The case is settled, I have signed all necessary papers, my funds have been released by the insurance company and I was promised a check to be pick up, as I requested, in 10 days. This has been going on since before thanksgiving. I have been calling, now Miss Hill doesn't even answer the phone. She knows that I am severely negatively affected due to COVID19 circumstances, because I explained everything to her and expressed the dire need of my funds. She knows how badly I need my money. I wish Morgan & Morgan would... PLEASE CUT MY CHECK... so that I can pick it up! I have been lied to and I am feeling highly betrayed by this company... no respect at all... no sympathy... nothing that supports their motto of, "... For the people..." at all! PLEASE CUT MY CHECK!

I sherry was taking a resident a shower when, I were finished I put his clothes on, he began to tell me how he hasn't had a woman in a while and he needs a woman like me! That's when wrapped his leg around my leg to keep me from moving and grab both of my arms holding them tight with force and he released
One hand trying to remove my uniform, the I yelled out help and the nurse heard my call the she ran in the that's when released me and yell he wasn't doing nothing so me and the nurse reports the incident and got arrested for battery charges. The nurse is my witness of everything that happened

I honestly went in blindly, I just knew I needed help and I got A very rapid response from Morgan & Morgan call center. The lady taking notes was very patient and would ask me to go over details. After the report was sent in another rep called me to schedule a time to come to me for more information. The gentleman was very nice and informative. All my meetings with my attorney Jenney Keaty left me feeling hopeful. My word of advice is for these people to do their job right and be thorough, just have patience. My case settled and I am Able to get appropriate closure and put what happened to me behind me. I can really go on about how awesome the Morgan and Morgan team are. But there are not enough words.

Was t-boned by lady who blew her red light, had video surveillance of her 100% in the wrong. My case had potential for over 100,000, Morgan & Morgan got me 3,000! Truly laughable, except my neck is still killing me :( Wouldn't recommend to my worst enemy, hopefully this steers at least one person away, they are so insensitive.

I am currently with Morgan and Morgan and I don't feel like I'm being represented in the least bit. I contacted them about my case the day after my accident and my case manager is Philip Levesque. He has called me once and the rest have been in emails. I've been very punctual about my responses. I've had to be the one to ask if he needed certain things for the case and asked for any details because otherwise I'd be more in the dark about my situation than I am in now, which is still pretty dark. I've had to make the effort to find out and call the companies involved. It's been nearly two months and I haven't even received but bare minimum of anything. I don't have a rental car for my car having been demolished. My search for a job has become even more difficult and hindered. If it weren't for me having a good support system, I'd be homeless by now because of my lack of being able to work. Morgan and Morgan is not a firm I would ever consider help from again. I suggest you not waste your time! Because now I have and I'm going elsewhere with people who will be on point with help.

I went to Morgan and Morgan after tripping and falling in a store, fractured my hip and had to have surgery. The case manager, Clara Rhodes, was rude and unprofessional everytime I contacted her to check on my case. Morgan & Morgan led mevon for 4 months and then dropped the case. I was told that the reason was because the Company that I was sueing did not respond back with the name of their insurance information. My attorny was Elaine Cheng... whom i have never talked to. For the people? No!

My daughter was injured at her job. Morgan & Morgan failed to adhere to workers compensation rules and actually closed the restaurant that same night. I called Morgan and Morgan and they quickly jumped in and got my daughter the medical treatment she needed as well as defend her against this company not taking the correct measures during this incident. I appreciate the dedication that Morgan and Morgan put into this case and that they helped

I really can't describe my experience but the lady on the phone that took my call very helpful I'm very patient and really want to know if she could have made you wait what I told her to see if Morgan & Morgan come help me with my current situation you put me on hold she came back and told him Morgan & Morgan would take my case no doing the pause I heard mr. Morgan & Morgan only take on BIG cases... They want their billions of dollars and do not care about the smaller cases. This is how these large firms can afford millions of dollars worth of advertising and I am sick and tired of seeing their lying tv commercials. The founder is a total liar. I know two people including myself that have been denied cases, but were taken on by another law firm. Not fair business practice and certainly not professional.

From the start of my initial contact via phone with Morgan & Morgan, I was greeted with professional assistance. Also, I was navigated to the correct personnel to discuss if I have a claim for my situation. I was communicated in a punctual manner via phone meetings or email messages. I have not been down this endeavor before, and it it is good to know that Morgan & Morgan is there to assist.

Don't know why I hired these guys because Morgan & Morgan don't do anything but put their name on your documents so they can claim they helped you and get paid for doing NOTHING! I had to do all the work. Morgan & Morgan only started the claim but did nothing afterwards and only told me to listen to the Social Security Administration. Not only that but the Social Security Administration (SSA) claimed they never received any data from the lawfirm except my SS#, name, birthdate, and address. All my data I submitted to them such as my taxes and occupation was never received by the SSA. Social Security Administration kept asking me for my personal information besides my address and phone number, which forced me to go to SSA office and wasted half day of answering the same question I submitted to Morgan & Morgan.

Over the phone the SSA customer service rep was more helpful than Morgan & Morgan. The SSA customer service rep even suggested that I don't need any attorney to represent me. Morgan & Morgan did no follow up whatsoever after the SSA denied my disability. I specifically asked what they would do if my disability claims get denied. Morgan & Morgan told me they would go through the civil process to fight for my rights which includes going to court. Unfortunately they never did this and left me hanging.

Been 1 yr. Nothing settled. Lawyer is more concerned about other people in accident and not about their clients. No bills paid and bills going into collections. Have done nothing but put their expenses in the billing. It got there first,,,, My husband is still in pain from the accident that was not his fault, The doctors Morgan & Morgan recommended only put him in more pain. Stay away from this lawyer. Advertises local lawyers and first lawyer that called said she was from Florida...

I am familiar with the law firm Morgan & Morgan from my time living in Orlando. The early 2000s I was going to college and working in the Winter Park area. I met mr. Morgan and several of his attorneys through the job I worked. Morgan & Morgan were very nice people who were always polite and engaging. At the time I told him I even like this slogan for the people.
Little did I know, 20 years later I'm actually a client of their Law Firm. I have a lot of faith in this Law Firm, and the fact that they are taking my case alleviates a lot of stress and worry in my life. I look forward to the end results and I am very satisfied with a lawyer as I have.

It was a lengthy process Benin, my case manager, and the rest of the team was awesome on keeping me updated in every step of this process! This was my FIRST accident and I feel like I chose the perfect company! Who would have thought I'd remember the Morgan and Morgan commercial from when I was younger so many years ago. My son was hit by a car in Florida, we stupidly hired Morgan and Morgan. Morgan & Morgan did collect the money from the drivers' insurance then said since we lived in NJ the case needed to be moved to NJ. At the time they were not there but used a firm. It was switched and we were told these things take time. After over a year I called and found out the lawyer the case went to no longer practiced law so I had to go back to Florida to find out what was happening. The case now, only because of my call was moved to another lawyer now with Morgan and Morgan in NJ. The problem is he won't return a call. I have now received a bill from my insurance company for more than was recovered. At the moment hiring Morgan and Morgan looks like it will cost me thousands. Time for a new law firm but some say they may have lied and the statute of limitations may have expired. You have been thru enough don't get screwed as I did

Was driving from Lake City Fl to Dunwoody Ga to atay with parents, see family and enjoy Thanksgiving holiday.
Was routed off I75 by GPS due to three accidents on main interstate. Was on Hwy 155 in Stockbridge Ga when the two vechiles in front of me slammed on brakes. I slammed my brakes in as well and avoided a collusion with these vechiles, however, the vechicle behibd me did NOT stop in time and rear ended by Toyota Corralla.
