The call into Morgan and Morgan began with me feeling like a 10 ton bolder was resting on my shoulders. Tension due to the mounting emotions of being misled and mishandled by a group of people attempting to create a culture of negligence that could not be spear headed and daily becomes more common. Thinking in my mind this may just be another call which would land on deaf ears and land me feeling more and more vulnerable, I waited timidly for the Morgan and Morgan legal professional who would soon prove all my apprehension to be reconciled. With patience and professionalism, he listened to my narrative and gently encouraged me through the tough parts. After a brief hold, he returned to the phone with the best news I have gotten in a long my time! To know I have a team like Morgan and Morgan that believes in me enough to fight for me means more to me than words can say! I was outside in my yard, when struck by a vehicle. The medical bills started piling up & I couldn't work. I didn't know what to do. I thought to myself, "who is the best firm for my case?". I remembered a commercial of Morgan & Morgan saying Morgan & Morgan were for the people. They answered my call very late at night, asked about my trauma, and assured me I could relax and not worry. From that day on I just focused on healing & let Morgan & Morgan handle the rest.

Yall took my case on nov 6 2020 and assigned me to kelly Masino i called yesterday to see why haven't i started my therapy only for keely to rudely say she dont know if my attorney will take the case. I have never heard of a lawfirm excepting a case and 5days later Morgan & Morgan still dont know if they will take the case after i have refused to speak with other attorneys. Im still waiting to see if they will take my case after they confirmed they took my case. I rate them a 0

I hired morgan & morgan to deal with my eqafax data breach case Morgan & Morgan at first said that they have accepted my case and that i had a case. All lies i found out several years and months later when i called to check on the case i have been told that i have no case i am sorry but this law firm is so stupid and for the birds they never e-mailed me or called me or wrote to me by post mail telling me that my case was never accepted shame on you mr. Morgan! And all it's affiliated people i would never ever use your stupid law firm for as long as i live that's for sure and people be warned! This law firm is no good!

Very interesting having to deal with attorneys related to my accident, it's not every day you have to experience something like I've had to deal with, very stressful especially when I have suffered serious injuries and pain. I was comfortable talking with the lady who I consulted with. (Wish I remembered her name.) I am hoping to resolve this matter as smoothly as possible with your guy's help. Thank you and hopefully something good can come out of this situation and ensure this won't happen to anyone else. I was in tears over this situation and thankfully my 4 year old daughter was not there this night as it may have been much worse.

My furnace stopped working on the 1st day of the rolling blackouts. My power was off approximately 20 hours a day. I had a very hard time getting a repair person due to problems throughout the area. I had on sweat pants, heavyweight terrycloth bathrobe & 2 heavy blankets to keep from freezing. I have gas burners on my range but Morgan & Morgan did no good. I have a gas log fireplace which is strictly for cosmetic purposes. No heat from either. When the HVAC repair person got the replacement parts it was about 8pm & i had no power. He had to assemble my furnace with only a flashlight. He told me he thought it would work when the power came on. The power came on about 2:45 am. Otherwise i had power only about 30 minutes at a time until Tues morning. I had no land-line & mobile service to tell anyone i was ok. I need a CPAP to sleep which i couldn't use since there was no power. I slept in my recliner for 4 nights for fear of freezing. Ŕepairs for my furnace was $1,100. Fridge repairs was only $45.00

Morgan & Morgan advertise they will fight for your case snd not just accept any offer. After you sign up they spend the next "years" devaluing the merits of your case to you. They cast a wide net (take every case) and make money on every case so they can't lose. They were so out of tune on my case that my insurer found out "thru me" that the other driver was at fault. I saved State Farm $8500 fighting for my $500 deductible. The adjuster asked as if startled: "They settled?" Then they charged the guy who hit me insurance company which Morgan didn't even "work" for a settlement. So go with a smaller and hopefully hungrier firm.

I called 911 and Officer Jones came out took pictures and my Statement the other Driver was issue a Citation

The people at Morgan & Morgan make it beyond easy to reach out to an attorney. Sometimes you may feel overwhelmed or afraid and that can make someone not want to call an attorney. I had a fall accident that caused me to have pain all over my back. At times my back hurt in the upper area and my neck, causing headaches, and at other times I had pain located in my lower back. I thought that it would just take time to heal and get over the soreness, but the pain just got worse. Many appointments with my docters were needed and I accrued quite a few medical bills. Since the fall had taken place at a business and what I slipped on should have been in the garbage, I decided to file a law suit to see if I could reclaim any expenses that I had paid on docter and hospital bills, as well as down time spent trying to physically recouperate to a satisfactory level. I made an appointment with Morgan and Morgan, because I had seen their ads on television. I was told that a representative woiuld get in touch with me to start the proceedings. Morgan & Morgan would need some information about the aspects of the fall and the aftercare. Everyone that I have met with seem to care about my wellbeing and have offered plenty of time for me to find paperwork, reciepts, and other information needed to build my case. Morgan and Morgan, represented by Attorney. Martin Jeliffe and his qualified legal assistants had a step by step way of getting the all the information needed from me. All I had to do was provide what they asked for. Im sure that building an effective law suit, would take time, and it did, but his legal assistants always stayed in touch with me and kept me informed. I was nervous at the idea of entering into a lawsuit. After talking with the legal council a few times, I was comfortable with knowing that they were looking out for my needs. I felt as if I could ask them anything, and I did ask them questions a few times. Im sure they may have thought my questions were weird, but I courtiously got and answer. I did recover medical expenses that added up due to the fall at this business. If I were asked to suggest an Attorney or a legal firm, I would definately tell them to get in touch with Morgan and Morgan, and to be more specific, I would tell them to ask for Attorney Martin Jelliffe if possible. So far it's been great.
Everyone is very attentive and responsive to my questions and my demeanor. My an\xiety is pretty high right now and everyone seems supportive and understanding.
I do have concerns over signing an agreement without the 40% filled in the document and with me not having the ability to edit that line. It seems to me that when this is sent out it should have the blanks filled in so there is no dispute later.

Wow after watching all the tv advertising I really though this would be a amazing company. But much to my surprise I was wrong. 3 times I called them with different cases and all 3 times I was rejected and had to go with another company. The first case Morgan & Morgan actually excepted and close to a year later they called me to say we didn't have a case. What a waste of my time. They are not professional in any way.

Morgan & Morgan has made this process as pain free as possible so far.
I feel heard and valued. Recently I wanted to make a change with my Chiropractic care and, Lisa, the representative I've been working with, made that happen quickly and she assured me (again) that the folks at Morgan & Morgan's first priority is that I get well and feel comfortable with the care I'm receiving.
It feels good to know that Morgan & Morgan has my back (literally).

Morgan & Morgan not only met my expectations Morgan & Morgan succeeded it they did basically all the work made all the appointments and I just had to show up and bring myself. And they kept me in the loop step by step the whole way my case manager miss Robin the Dibiasio was great. She has great customer service very attentive to her job and gave me great pointers on what I could do with my options that I had and always came with positive energy thank you Morgan and Morgan.

Wow! Where do I began?. They're so unprofessional when it comes to reaching out to me(client)to let me knw where my case stands. No feedback as promised by them(MalorieP&GregB. I dnt knw wht is goin on. Wish I did more research on M&M b4 choosing the law firm to handle anything of mine. I guess it's a lesson LEARNED on my behalf. So disappointed in their Slow responses if Morgan & Morgan decide to do that!. Its the holiday season which mean to me my situation isn't taken seriously. I guess I hve to continue to wait with no response from the TEAM OR ANYONE. SMH

My experience with Morgan and Morgan has been very Gratifying. I am totally happy with their above average Clients Service and what Morgan & Morgan continually do to make me feel Welcome, appreciated, satisfied and secured. They are a true Representative and Servant for the People. I especially appreciate Ms. Jessica Baez and my Attorney Manuel Stefan. With such a great and strong team by my side - whom shell I fear?

Morgan and morgan is not who Morgan & Morgan say they are I tried to use them 2 different times they took my information and never got back to me. The first case I end up winning with other representation and the second im going to go to the end no matter what lawyer's tell me. I believe they only take cases that easy to prove with alot of money and discrimination cases take time and energy. The little speech recording he gives when you call is not a representation of this law firm or it got to big and forgot about the little people.

Total Waste of Time! Stay AWAY! I left as much details as I could in the character limit on Wednesday, and got a call on Thursday. I told them the details of how I have been abused and the providers at a major chain of clinics (state wide chain) broke HIPPA emailing me asking questions about my conditions, the lead nurse was abusive on my recorded line, and immediately each time called my Step Mother to tell her how she knew what she was doing to me was abusive. I told Morgan and Morgan how I contacted corporate and corporate shows records that no action has been taken against any employees, and every other detail that would assure them it is a real case. I offered to send the recorded calls, and forward all other evidence I have for them when deciding rather to take my case, Morgan & Morgan said no. I am on hold for less than a minute and told they cannot help but they have no explaination as why. This was after losing signal one time and calling to try to reconnect with the case manager when the person who answered the phone said they had to verify my information. They did and I asked to talk to the case manager, and the person said he had to verify my information again "in case the spelling of your name has changed." and then a third time. I told the rep "I promise the spelling of my name does not change every 5 minutes." He hung up. I tried calling again and the female defended that is policy to verify information. I asked "Oh really? Three times in 5 minutes." "Ma'am. It is policy. I am just doing my job." It was two hours later that a different case manager called and the entire load of stress ended up being a waste of time. The case manager's only explaination is that "We do not handle those kinds of cases." I asked her what kind of case she considers it since they market to help with malpractice cases against major corporations. She said "yes we do. But we do not deal with your kind of case." Still not able to say what kind of case I have. I have called them before about other issues with other doctors and always got this same trouble. THE FIVE STAR REVIEWS ARE FAKE! NO WAY THEY EVERY DONE A CASE! How do they get cases treating callers this way? I gave them three attempts and all were not cases they take. WHAT DO YOU TAKE?! I AM WARNING YOU STAY AWAY! It is already upseting to have to talk about the problems you are facing that is the reason for the case and even more upseting when being treated this way at the same time.

In July of 2019 I had a defective product that caused me to loose my left hand mr Weber took the case heck Morgan & Morgan even came from Florida I reside in New Jersey I was happy that I thought a real attorney is gonna defend my case unfortunately a year and some months has passed and mr Weber has lied about speaking to manufacturesers distributors and any affiliate that pertain to my case he has lied lied he never contacted me in 1 year and some months If I spoke to him more than twice that was too much. I will file a le suit against mr Weber through the United States Supreme Court for attorney misrepresentation! In my case This I will not let go until he looses his practice as An attorney
